Hello, I finally found you. you are the person who translates this manga, I am happy to finally be able to thank you for your work during its 66 chapters and more. how do you get the original japanese chapters? I would love to read the sequel even if it's in Japanese, please give us the next chapters ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ , having a chapter every 4-6 months is hard. you have even finished reading volume 18 which has just been released. Please post the finished chapters, don't make us wait too long, it's hard as a fan of this manga, I want to see hurrem become empress. Thank you for your understanding !

Thank you for reading Drops of Dreams! I didn't translate all 66 chapters, so there are many more people to be thanked for DoD ;) All the finished chapters are posted on MangaDex for now, and the rest are being proofread and edited by my team members, and they will be out when they are ready. In the meanwhile, you can buy volume 18 (and even all the other volumes) as e-books from sites like Bookwalker or Booklive. That's where I buy mine from.

Also, if you don't want to wait for the tankoubon releases (which are usually every 8-10 months), you can always follow the magazine DoD is being serialized in, Ane Petit! Unless Shinohara-sensei takes a break, new chapters are released every two months. The digital version of the magazine is available for purchase on Booklive and Bookwalker!

Yes, I have tons of manga that I love! But many of them haven’t been released in English yet, so I’ll stick to the ones that are officially available. You didn’t state if you’re new to BL, or if you’ve been into it for years, so I’ll just recommend what I like no matter how old/new or popular/unknown. I usually prefer a solid story over lots of sex, because if I can’t bond with the characters I don’t care if they’re fucking (unless the author draws great sex scenes :D). I also prefer non-school settings and grown up characters, because I’m old.

In case you haven’t heard of futekiya Library yet: It’s a new subscription service for BL manga that launched only two months ago. For 6.99 USD per month you can access their whole catalogue. They only have 30 titles so far (as of September 2019) but they are quickly and constantly expanding. They already announced 27 more licenses on Yaoi Day, so you’ll get lots of great BL for little money. This is a great way to support BL artists, so I highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t yet!

Hi!

I should have said this earlier, but with chapter 60, we have caught up with the Japanese tankoubon releases. Yay! I don’t follow the magazine Drops of Dreams is being published in and always wait for the tankoubon releases, so the wait for volume 16 begins...

Volumes come out every 7-10 months. Given that volume 15 was released in February 2021, we can expect volume 16 towards the end of this year. Below, you can see the advertisement at the end of volume 15 which says that volume 16 will go on sale in “2021 Winter”.

But one thing is for sure: Hürrem will be going full “Ara ara~ Sülo doesn’t even call on you anymore, why are still in the Harem, honey?” on Gülbahar.

In the meanwhile, you can follow Shinohara-sensei on Twitter for news and lots of cat pictures.

Volume 16 will be out on December 12, 2021! Digital release should follow soon after.

And please, please consider helping me with proofreading and/or editing! I want to keep translating, but I don’t have all the necessary skills to make a scanlation.
