Good evening！

My last blog post as a 23 year old！

I've done lots of things at 23、I've experienced many things、but I think I did everything in my own way❤️‍🔥

The fun things and the happy things、the sad things and the frustrating things、everything！

At both 22 and 23、

I want to live life my own way！

Is something I remember writing as a goal、on my birthday both years。

At the time、

I wanted to become the kind of person that I like。

I thought that I wasn't myself when I was doing poorly at something or when I was feeling down。

I didn't like the me I was at those moments。

But this year

I've started to think that those versions of myself are really me too〜。

I used to not like、the person I become when I'm feeling down、

But now

Because I can recognise that feeling

I understand myself better〜。

I want to keep it safe in my treasure box😌

A Demon Slayer planeー！！

It was so coolー！！！！！！！

I really love Demon Slayer〜！！！

Demon Slayer is what first got me obsessed with anime！！！

It was a huge hit when schools were closed which is when I was in 5th〜6th grade！(T/N School closures = covid lock down times)

I couldn't play with my friends while schools were closed so I spent my whoーle time at home and I was super bored、

But my best friend was talking about Demon Slayer、so I started watching it and I was like 「This is so interesting…！！！！」

So I asked Mama to buy me the Manga and then I started collecting goods…

I got super duper obsessed！！！！

A little while ago、I took and passed a course to become a Fermentation Sommelier、so I received my professional qualification！

When I was in my 3rd year of middle school、one of the goals I set for myself、was to achieve this qualification once I'm in high school!、so I'm glad that I was able to achieve it！

Up until now、I've posted on my blog many times about the food I've made、and I love cooking、and eating、

But I thought that learning more about the food products、and details about their uses、would make my cooking more delicious、which is why I wanted this qualification。

In particular、the reason I went for the Fermentation Sommelier qualification、is because when I've eaten meals that used fermented products、I realised how delicious fermented foods could make a meal! And that became my motivation。

Ever since、on TV and SNS etc、I've been on the look out for recipes that use fermented foods、and I've been wanting to try making them myself、

And we just so happened to have a yogurt maker at home、so I tried using it to make some fermented foods、and it was so easy、and delicious、and easy to use、which made me realise how great fermented foods are！😳✨

In other words、fermented foods stole my heart！！！😂🤍

There's still lots I don't know、but I'll do my best to share the greatness of fermented foods with everyone！！！

I want to be a police officer、and an architect、and a Starbucks barista、plus an idol but I've already achieved that！、and a florist、and an astronaut、and an interior designer、and a wedding planner、and a bank teller… plus I want to try being a Panda Nanny due to Yamazaki-san's influence…

If I spend 30 years on each one…？

But in the future I might actually want to go down a completely different career path insteadー

During the shoot、our makeup artist-san said

「Give it a try〜」 as she gave me this beret to wear…✨

When I was about 2 years old、I had a red beret which I really loved、and I wore it all through winter although obviously I've since gotten rid of it！

So it was my first time wearing a beret in quite a while！

I'm so glad I got to wear one〜✨💕

Plus my costume is a style I've never worn before
