The first time I saw this front cover、、、

I thought it was so cute☺️🩵🩵🩵🩵

If I do say so myselfー👋🏻笑lol

But for real、

I'm so grateful that this photo has been taken so well that even I can day it's cute、I'm just so genuinely happy☺️

Looking at this front cover、

I feel like I'm not looking at myself、、😳

ar、for me

Is a place where I can discover new sides of myself。

I didn't know I could make this expression😳

I'm always surprised when I look at photos of myself。

So、even though I've appeared in this magazine a lot、I always feel really nervous during the shoots、like should I do this or move like that。

But after the shoot ends、

I always feel really frustrated

Telling myself I should have been more active〜😖。。。笑lol

But all of the staff-sans involved in the shoots are always so kind、so I love it there🤍

I'm so grateful for this opportunity to grow and improve、they're indispensable in my modelling career！

So the fact that the day has come where I am able to appear on the front cover for ar、is a day I never、never、never thought would come、so I was really surprised when I first heard about it。。

But、of course、since I love how cute they make me look in ar、

What kind of music do you listen to when you study? Do you prefer instrumentals or music with lyrics? In your target language or your native one?

It kinda depends on my mood for me, but lately I’ve really enjoyed listening to lofi playlists when studying. My favourite is Mikel’s Zelda & Chill series and the lofi versions of Hey! Say! JUMP songs, but over the Christmas holidays I was all over the Christmas lofi songs.

I wish there were more lofi versions of Japanese songs, especially idols. 🥲

A little while ago、I took and passed a course to become a Fermentation Sommelier、so I received my professional qualification！

When I was in my 3rd year of middle school、one of the goals I set for myself、was to achieve this qualification once I'm in high school!、so I'm glad that I was able to achieve it！

Up until now、I've posted on my blog many times about the food I've made、and I love cooking、and eating、

But I thought that learning more about the food products、and details about their uses、would make my cooking more delicious、which is why I wanted this qualification。

In particular、the reason I went for the Fermentation Sommelier qualification、is because when I've eaten meals that used fermented products、I realised how delicious fermented foods could make a meal! And that became my motivation。

Ever since、on TV and SNS etc、I've been on the look out for recipes that use fermented foods、and I've been wanting to try making them myself、

And we just so happened to have a yogurt maker at home、so I tried using it to make some fermented foods、and it was so easy、and delicious、and easy to use、which made me realise how great fermented foods are！😳✨

In other words、fermented foods stole my heart！！！😂🤍

There's still lots I don't know、but I'll do my best to share the greatness of fermented foods with everyone！！！
