The Homatan Supporting Opanchu T-shirt has an illustration of Opanchu waving a daisy coloured（in my opinion）penlights so I've selfishly given it that name笑lol

I read OCHA NORMA's Kitahara Momo-chan's blog about liking Kawisouni！-san's characters、so I've been on the hunt for them、and yesterday I spotted an Opanchu phone grip so I took a photo of it、and sent it to her saying isn't this cute❤︎！

I would have liked to chat with everyone on January 1st In my usual cheerful state, but I’m honestly so shocked that something like this happened.

The fact that it happened in my hometown honestly still doesn’t feel real yet The alarm was ringing last night and this morning even though we are in Kaga City, which is far from the Noto Peninsula.

It’s still shaking a little, and we can’t really relax. I’m praying for everyone’s safety. And, everyone, thank you for your kind comments.

Many of you have expressed concern, so today I will talk about the situation as I see it.

I was already at my parents' house on 1 January. I went straight back home after the year-end concert on 31 January, so I spent the beginning of the year at my parents' house.

On 1 January, my family dressed me in a kimono I took a video in a Japanese-style room wth my dear family member Kabu-chan and greeted “Happy New Year!”.

I uploaded the video as soon as I took it, so I had no idea that such a huge earthquake would come right at that timing.

Also, it was the first time seeing my family in a long while So we did some early new year’s shopping.

The place I went was around the prefectural border between Ishikawa and Toyama. It wasn't that close to the epicenter. We’d continued to shop nearby, but we were able to safely return home the same day.

The moment we left the store when we were finished shopping was when the big earthquake hit. We were in the parking lot at the time and it’s New Year’s so of course there were a lot of cars around

The cars shook unbelieveably. Even the snowplow was making a lot of noise and shaking. The ground was shaking and moving like waves it felt like such a long time.

It was difficult to keep standing, and of course I felt dizzy.

Fortunately, it didn’t shake terribly in the shops around us so there was no major damage, but at the shopping mall that I had just been in only a few minutes ago Apparently the ceiling collapsed and water had leaked inside…

I really came to realise how different the situation can be by the difference of a few minutes.

I was so scared We immediately returned home to Kaga city Somehow, there were no road closures or blocks so we were able to return home safely

Later when I was watching the news I saw road closures due to cracks, unlevelled ground and so on… Once again, I realized that the damage had been severe.

There was no major damage in my family home. There was a glass ornament on top of the piano I was relieved it was the only thing broken

But talking to my acquaintances it seems there are also a lot of people who’s homes got really messed up.

Even after we’d gotten home, the alarm was ringing Kaga City was also still shaking quite a bit We were really in a state of unrest.

I kept waking in the night because of the shaking, on repeat.

I’m sure you’ve all seen on the news there was also a huge fire in Noto.

I’ve mentioned before in blogs and magazines, but my father works in the lacquerware trade.

Wajima, where the fire occurred, is famous for its Wajima lacquerware. He seemed to have a lot of acquaintances there.

There was a fire at the morning market, and there are many lacquerware companies and workshops in that area. Apparently those people were affected by the fire. It looks like some people had their workplaces and homes burnt down.

To see people we know become victims like this it’s so painful to see the situtation, how can I put it… it’s like my heart is hurting.

At the end of last year, these people who had gathered around a TV to watch the Japan Record Awards to support me to have something like this happen to them it’s really painful.

I’ve been to some of those stores myself, too I ate a seafood bowl there, and strolled around the market. I heard that the place where I ate that seafood bowl was also burnt down

I can’t find the words other than my heart is seriously hurting.

If I could, I would love to rush to Noto right away and bring relief supplies, but the road is currently closed, and I can’t get there. As for what I can do right now I would like to stand on the stage and look forward after all so I decided that tomorrow I will take the stage for live performances.

Of course, separating from my family is very worrying.

I caused a lot of people to worry about me so I feel that showing myself with a smile and with energy would be the best way forward.

In this era, you can use SNS to say anything you want but after all, it’s hard to convey what you want to say with just words.

In any case, for now I wanted to tell you my feelings and the situation so I wrote this blog post.

I pray that the damage will not get any worse.

Our regular costume designer

Usami Masaki-san、created the costume of Oshi no Ko's

Hoshino Ai-chan for me to wear、、！！♡

They also helped me with arranging the TikTok video shoot！！

Apparently they saw the Idol TikTok I posted before、and wanted to do this project with me、

So when they reached out to me about it、for real、I was unbelievably happy！！！

Even now！I'm unbelievably！Happy！😭

This costume is just as miraculous as it looks！！！！

The skirt、the shoes、the gloves and the accessories、they're all super cute、and I really wish I could show it to you all up close、、。

Also this time it was shot by a pro camera man-san、、！！（@focus.jp）

They made it look super amazing、so I'm really grateful 🥹❤️

I also consulted with our make up artist-san、and did my best to make myself look like Ai-chan which was really fun〜😊

No matter how many times I think back on it、it really was like a dream〜！！

Or、since I wanted to become an idol、my reality、is my dream！A true dream！
