Do you think the Demon Bull Family will enter the plot again? I think a lot of parallels between MK and Red Son have come around this season and it'd be interesting to explore

Oh please share your Red Son and MK related thoughts with me! I'm not quite sure what you're talking about specifically, but of course the DBK - Wukong / Red Son - MK parallel is always fun.

I don't think the Demon Bull Family will ever be shoved out of the plot entirely, at the VERY least we'll get something like how they were integrated in s4, but with Wukong, Macaque, and DBK all being previous members of the brotherhood I hope we get to explore their relationship a bit more!

I hold onto my crumbs, and so I remember Wukong's little "I've honestly missed that guy" from Revenge of the Spider Queen, and maybe deep down I want that to be explored. It seems like we're going to get into why Wukong stayed up on flower fruit mountain for all that time, and part of that might involve why he sealed DBK away/his feelings on that whole situation. And honestly if DBK is involved, then Red Son is involved. Red Son's admiration for his father is very similar to the admiration MK has for Monkey King, so maybe there's something to be explored there!

The Lost Prince (Open RP)(TDP fandom preferred, but open to any)

The wind passing through his hair seemed to be the only thing able to calm him down these days. Two years have gone by, and he still couldn't get over Rayla. The sound of his wings flapping drowning out the loud wind currents as he tried to practice his flight. Having learned how to modify spells thanks to an old tome, he was at least able to use his hands now. Which he took advantage of and started learning ariel spell casting. Sending off crackling lightning shots at targets he had set up around Katolis. He could feel his magic waning, and knew it was best to land before he was spent. He sighed heavily and grabbed a rag to wipe off some sweat, drinking from a water skin before laying on a large rock to relax.

"What am I even doing?" He said softly to himself. Training his ass off for some hope of possibly being whisked away by his ex. He quickly grabbed his sketch book and started drawing anything to hopefully clear his head. Only for the sound of a twig getting snapped caught his attention. He quickly sat up and raised his hand, light glowing from his finger top as he prepared a rune. "Whose there?"

BEST EXPERIENCE : I've been around too long to pick just one, but I can say the most fun I’ve had has been with pokemon, tf2 / overwatch, mass effect, and TDP — the best memories are from the times I wrote Lysandre, Sniper, Sigma, BOB, Thane, and Harrow. 

RP PET PEEVES / DEALBREAKERS : crossing boundaries / being excessively pushy. I've had bad times with people not taking no for an answer, which makes it difficult sometimes to do so. 

MUSE PREFERENCES: I like to have a range! For every serious muse I have, I like to have a lighthearted one to balance it out. Or at least have something positive going on. I learned ages ago that while I love writing angst, drama, and intense things… I need to make sure my brain unlatches from that before I get back to daily life. 

PLOTS OR MEMES : both! But plots from memes have been my go-to for a long time. Sometimes you need the inspiration to start something. Plotting is fun though and I will talk excessively about ideas if you get me started. 

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES : both!! The short ones are fun for quick in the moment stuff, and longer ones are nice to have to sit back and work on during days off. 

BEST TIME TO WRITE : … my weekends or days where I'm not totally dead from work. So basically every time and no time is the best. 

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S) : tbh? I think it's impossible to write anyone without putting a bit of yourself in there. It's why seeing different interpretations of the same muse is fun. So yes, but I couldn't place where except when I trans my muses' genders.

Hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk mendirikan Perusahaan Fintech

Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan bila kamu ingin atau bahkan sudah mendirikan perusahaan berbasis fintech adalah sebagai berikut:

1. Bentuk Perusahaan

Bila kamu ingin mendirikan perusahaan  fintech maka opsi badan usahanya adalah harus mendirikan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) atau koperasi. Pasal 2 ayat (2) POJK No.77 mengatur bahwa badan hukum untuk penyelenggara layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi informasi berbentuk PT atau koperasi. Dengan kata lain perusahaan yang akan didirikan harus berbadan hukum dan bertujuan mencari keuntungan. Dengan kata lain untuk berbisnis fintech kamu tidak bisa mendirikan CV (Persekutuan Komanditer) atau bahkan yayasan meski yang terakhir statusnya badan hukum namun orientasinya non-profit. Keuntungan mendirikan PT atau koperasi yang berbadan hukum diantaranya adalah adanya pemisahan harta kekayaan perusahaan dengan harta kekayaan pribadi. Kalau perusahaan mengalami kerugian, maka yang diambil adalah harta perusahaan bukan harta pemegang saham.

Secara umum prosedur untuk mendirikan PT di wilayah Jakarta adalah dengan membuat akta pendirian PT yang di dalamnya ada anggaran dasar memuat informasi mengenai PT yang didirikan. Setelah akta pendirian PT mendapat pengesahan dan Menteri Hukum dan HAM agar bisa menjalankan kegiatan usaha maka PT tersebut harus mendapatkan dokumen legalitas lainnya seperti BPJS Ketengakerjaan, Surat Keterangan Domisili Perusahaan, (SKDP), NPWP atas nama perusahaan, Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP) dan Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (TDP).

2. Akta pendirian

Bila kamu berniat mendirikan PT untuk menyelenggarakan layanan fintech, maka ada beberapa hal di proses pendirian PT-nya yang harus diperhatikan. Sebab, OJK telah mengatur secara detail proses pendirian PT, pendaftaran, dan perizinannya. Jadi, jangan disamakan proses pendirian PT untuk perusahaan perdagangan umum dan jasa dengan perusahaan berbasis fintech.

Hal pertama yang harus diperhatikan saat penyusunan akta pendirian perusahaan adalah pencantuman kegiatan usaha secara jelas di bagian maksud dan tujuan di anggaran dasar. Pasal 11 POJK 77 menyebutkan di akta pendirian dan anggaran dasar untuk pendirian perusahaan fintech sedikitnya memuat kegiatan usaha sebagai perusahaan layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis layanan teknologi teknologi informasi.

3. Modal perusahaan layanan fintech Untuk mendirikan PT biasa atau PT lokal, persyaratan modalnya adalah sebagaimana diatur di Undang-Undang No.40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas (UUPT). Pasal 32 dan 33 UUPT menyebutkan bahwa modal dasar pendirian PT adalah Rp 50 juta. Dari jumlah tersebut, 25%nya harus telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh.

RP: Dealing with Visitors

Ancient ruins ran all throughout Xadia. Abandoned towns riddled with damage from battles long forgotten, homes that were overtaken by the vines and grass, hidden temples filled with mysterious runes and carvings. Places no longer used by anyone, save for a few lone animals.

These sort of places Peccantum was familiar with. He'd been through a number of these in his wanderings, looking for any cure to his current predicament. So far he had found nothing, so he had continued the search.

Which lead him to this place.

The ruins were low to the ground, mostly stone walls and floors that tucked under a cliffside. It had been a small building once, hidden in the thick of the woods. Most of the stone seemed to be surrounding the centerpiece, however.

It was a flat obsidian cube that rose six feet off of the ground. Perfectly smooth and shaped, it was half buried in the rock surrounding it. It seemed almost hidden...

Peccantum had examined the smooth stone surfaces from afar at first. Eventually he had made his way over to it, finding runes on the ground around its edge. Sealing runes perhaps... But what could be sealed here?

When the startouch elf laid a hand on the smooth surface, he was surprised to see his hand go through it, like there was nothing there at all. He had pulled back quickly, confused, but his curiosity quickly overcame everything else. What exactly was in there....?

He shouldn't go in there. Obviously it was dangerous... There could be some sort of ancient monster or dragon in there! And yet... There could be answers too. It wasn't like Peccantum had much to lose anyways.

Throwing caution to the wind, Peccantum stepped into the cube.

Instead of finding a prison, like he had expected, Peccantum found himself in a library. A nice library at that, with bookshelves that were filled to the brim with tomes. Sunlight streamed through a window and, in the corner, a fire crackled happily.

...what in the world was this place?

So, night never falls in Lux Aurea (until recently... my condolences). Does that mean that Sunfire elves can sleep in broad daylight? Or do the elves who live in your city have really good blackout curtains?

We sleep in broad daylight.

I'm fact, many Lux Aurean Sunfires have been known to bring nightlights when they travel. I imagine many are bringing them back into use now.
