guys i really hate to say it but Abe's kind of been the highlight of the last two episodes for me & feels most in character to his S1 counterpart when compared to the other main characters 😭
ALSO him & Joan had more genuine chemistry in the one hospital scene than JFK & Joan have had all season & as a member of the JoanFK nation i am frustrated

3x15: A New Hope
The trio is still tripping from the last episode and MG has returned to the Salvatore School (which has more people than I last remember). Kaleb ignores MG when he moves back in and the girls break down their shared hallucination.
Hope: "How do we know your father is here?"
Lizzie: "It's a bar."
When Lizzie knows the password for a specific bar, Hosie wonders how she knows it. Turns out, Lizzie wrote this story when she was 11.
Ric sends MG and Kaleb to bury the Windigo. MG tries to get answers out of Kaleb as to why he hasn't talked to him the whole time he's been back. Jed joins them without MG's permission and he sees how buddy-buddy Jed and Kaleb are.
The trio meets Ethan who is Lizzie's bad boy prince and he gives them an address to find Ric. When they find him, they get taken away. He betrayed them. We find out that Josie had read Lizzie's diary and also knows parts of the story because she wanted to understand Lizzie's feelings.
In the real world, Ric visits Dorian at the hospital. To his surprise, Emma arrives to visit. Apparently, they're married?? I thought they were just dating. She gives him a spiel about his behavior and how people put themselves in danger to get close to him.
Kaleb is mad at MG for telling Ethan about the supernatural and potentially exposing the lot of them. Their argument is interrupted when they notice the buried Windigo isn't buried anymore. They wonder if they buried it wrong, but Kaleb thinks that Ric and Dorian are setting all of them up so that they have to help each other.
Alas! The girls are saved by none other than Summer Fontana - aka season 4 Hope Mikaelson (Marshall). You guys she's so grown! Hope sees the painting that Klaus made in The Originals. It is revealed that Hope overheard Josie telling the other witches about Lizzie's story and they all laughed at Hope being the villain. After Hope had a tantrum, Emma advised her to write her own story where she is the hero. Hope Marshall reveals that what is in the suit of armor is the Hollow. Josie and Lizzie ask what it is since they took it out of her, but were too young to know what was happening. Young Hope thinks that once the Hollow is defeated, her parents will come back and then the three of them (herself, Josie, and Lizzie) could be friends. Hope tells her that the Hollow has already been defeated and she has a new thing she's scared of that she knows how to defeat.
MG tells Kaleb that everything he said was right. They wouldn't have been in the place they are now if he would've just listened to Kaleb. However, Kaleb notices that something is amiss and MG is now the Windigo. At least, that's what it might look like. When Windigo's are weak, they take human form. Jed and MG find Kaleb mid-fight and rescue him.
The fever dream is over! Hope defeated the person in the suit which happens to be Malivore. She confesses that she knows how to defeat him - she has to become a full tribrid.
Jed eating a marshmallow was surprisingly cute. Kaleb confesses that he knows that MG is going to change the world one day. He just thought it would be him by his side and not Ethan. Kaleb confides in MG about Cleo and they mention how MG is over the Alyssa Chang thing. They share a hug and exchange 'I love you's.
Ric tells Emma that what she said was correct and that he'd like the mend their relationship. Dorian remains okay and safe, and Alaric tells her that he's got Dorian's back. Emma decides she'll let Dorian decide how deep he wants to be involved in the supernatural world.
"For once I just wanted to love someone and not lose them." - Hope
Well hello! Clarke is officially back. He is what came out of the pit that Andi created. *screams internally* next week is the season finale! You won't want to miss it.

trying to think of hermits who haven't been asked yet.... i don't think you've talked about impulse or pearl yet? can we get the rest of boatem?
You and me both anon sdksjfjks
ok I went through my blog and I have already done Xisuma, Mumbo and Scar, Etho, False, Grian, Zedaph, Impulse, Joe and Cleo, Ren, and now Pearl! Boy oh boy that’s a lot of hermits this has been so fun and I know I keep saying that but it’s true ok
First impression - I distinctly remember my first introduction to Pearl was Grian mentioning her in some of his hermitcraft eps and saying “my good friend Pearlescentmoon helped me with this design” like twice and I was like “wow his good friend that he’s mentioned more than once. I wonder if she’ll ever join hermitcraft.” Which first of all past me that’s not how it works ok second of all how did you guess that there was literally no talk of anyone else joining hermitcraft you weren’t even on hermitblr or in the fandom on any social media what. Also I went to her yt channel and the first thing I saw was the dragon video and I’m like ok. this is leagues above what I could ever build I am now a Big Fan.
Impression now - Pearl for most skrunkly in the server????? S o u p. If you were to compress and stretch her out like a spring she would make the whee noises she made with the trident. She is easily Most Noise hermit rn. I want to put her in a box and microwave it just to see what would happen. I want to put her on top of a lamp. I want to carry her in my pocket. She’s cousins with the moon. Pearl my beloved.
Favorite moment - think I have to go with the whee trident moment here. Or honestly any moment with soup. I love pearl sm.
Idea for a story - I had this thought a while ago and it is going to take me quite a few words so bear with me. So she said the moon in s8 is her cousin right. And I saw a post that said what if the moon in s9 is like her aunt or something. So i got to thinking what if all the moons from past seasons were related to her and they would tell her what the hermits were up to each season. This could be angsty if you want like watcher!grian with the s6 moon being like “PEARL YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHO JOINED THIS SEASON” and her being like “why would he join a bunch of strangers but not tell me he’s alive :(“ you could go comedy with pearl hearing all the shenanigans the hermits got up to from past season moons and immediately devising a master plan to get invited to hermitcraft that may or may not end with an entire server covered in glitter. You could go angsty but mostly awkward with pearl and the s8 moon seeing each other again at the yearly moon reunion. There’s so much potential here.
Random opinion - not really a pearl specific opinion but can I just say how glad I am that we’ve gone from characterizing pearl as the mom friend and only responsible one of the group (s8) to incredibly skrunkly now??? It’s really great and exactly what she deserves she literally tore down and rebuilt her entire starter base in s8 just because it was facing the wrong way. She had upside down creepers for pets. She was never the sane one in the group ok
Favorite relationship - listen. Sky siblings my beloved even though it’s mostly a fanon thing I think. But also soup squad my absolute top tier beloved
Favorite headcanon - this isn’t a headcanon that exists anywhere outside of my brain and the canvas I have where I’m working on the drawing but. Pearl with butterfly nebula wings. Need I say more?

On the rating of 10, how do you rate the writing of each legacies characters, why and who deserves better? What aspects should be improved?
I updated some of the opinion for clarity and also added Finch because I forgot her originally
I'll just make a list and go down it and I'm sorry in advance I love responding but I'm horrible at grammar/punctuation and also I might tend to ramble but I'll try to be as concise as possible. It should also be noted anything I state that might possibly relate to ships is a personal opinion and I have nothing against any ships/characters gay or straight/Good or Evil. However would it be said that I definitely mean more towards the gay/Badass with a Golden heart side of shipping with any fandom.
Hope Mikaelson- As of now I would rate her writing at about a 6. And I only say that because as we know a majority of her characters personality slightly has always but this season especially related to her relationship with Landon. And I wish we would see the Badass Tribrid Hope we've been promised since season 1 I mean sure there are no lack of examples of her bravery and martyrdom. But I am tired of her always feeling down on herself and like she's a cosmic mistake when it has literally been proven by Lizzie's wish in season 1 that their life would be infinitely shittier without her. What they can do to improve it is have her focus on friendship and herself instead of trying to always focus on Landon. She deserves more than just to be a boy obsessed character I mean she's the daughter of Klaus F****** Mikaelson for Pete sakes she literally descends from the most powerful supernatural family ever to exist and is rightfully the most powerful being on the f****** planet.
Note: I found Handon's relationship cutesy in season 1 but now not so much especially since they use him dying as a plot line way too often it just doesn't have the same effect that used to***
Josie Saltzman-As of now I would rate her writing at about an 8. I like how her character at least for a while had her own storyline going off the mystic falls High School plotline and how she lived with delena because it was a good call back for us TVD fans but I think it could have definitely lasted longer than a few episodes. We all know it was just used as a lot device to introduce Ethan as a series regular and as an introduction for her to Finch's character. But overall I feel throughout the seasons she has experienced at least some personal growth as exhibited even in 3x15 where she admitted she has to stop saying sorry especially to Lizzie for not always jumping to do what she needs / she wants all the time. Whereas before Android AU version aside because she literally had to do what she was programmed to do. She has an exhibited that she's starting to do what she needs to do for Josie before others most of the time or she's trying to. And as far as her relationship to Finch well I don't see them being endgame I have no problem with them and I do see Finch being one of her major loves of the series that teaches her whatever lesson she needs that leads her to whoever her endgame love is. With her relationships I will always miss Posie and I wish they could get Lulu back at least just for one episode. Also I feel these last two episodes of the girls being a trio they have a really Been serving Hosie with the looks but also I feel like in general Josie and Hope have been really in f****** tune. In conclusion I just don't know because Kaylee's acting skills and just turning general I would rate a billion she could choke me and I would literally thank her.
Lizzie Saltzman-as of now I would rate her at about a 7. I feel as if she has had great personal growth over the series and hell even this season. I also like hell despite everything in her life especially her eternal struggle with her mental illness she is always trying to do better and not just for herself but mainly for others and some people would say that's not good but I like it because it truly shows what she stated in 1x03 during the gargoyle incident that she never wants to be the bad or evil one. She has all this s*** thrown at her being called broken, being seen as the lesser than sister, and not to mention the absentee parents. Yet through all this she manages to only get stronger especially once she builds a genuine friendship with hope. However what I will say is that I don't like the regression of her friendship with Hope in correlation to her progress of especially her mental illness. And what I mean by that is it's almost been shown that once she had even the seeds of a true friendship with Hope that Hope would never give up on her hell not but like even an episode or two into their newly formed friendship in S1 Hope went to Josie when she Lizzie was on the verge of a bad episode and "sweet" Josie was basically like fuck her she needs to fall on her ass for once and Hope ass was appalled y'all she was like Lizzie can't control her brain chemistry and was so defensive/protective it's like once they got over that hurdle that mainly Josie gave them everything clicked into place and they were almost instant bff's. So for them to do so good in season 2 and then it seems like it showed especially in these last several episodes black magic incident to bring Landon back aside that Lizzie's old issues of resentment and jealousy towards hope are starting to come back and I don't like that because the more Lizzie had A Friend in Hope it seems like the better she got at coping and doing better mentally.(sorry if this has been a confusing several sentences). And no by that I do not mean that Lizzie is mental progress has solely relied on Hope but I do think it has helped significantly for her to have a true friend. Also let it be noted now out of every ship though I should Hosie too HIZZIE is my #1 ship on Legacies two phenomenally beautiful woman also the enemies to friends to lovers trope *chef's kiss*which might be plausible as I always wondered what they meant in the Hosie crush confession scene of season 1 when Josie said that she always went after everybody josie liked hinting that Lizzie might be at least bisexual or maybe that was just what Josie perceived at like 12/13 years old. Also on the note of relationships Mizzie was a cute concept at the beginning but I do love the fact that MG is finally finding himself and standing up for himself but he did also do it and I kind of a******-ish way towards Lizzie. And that's all I can say for her. Actually I could probably write a novel on this women and also Hizzie but I won't lol.
Alaric Saltzman- As of now I would give him a rating of like a 4 . In the last several episodes I think he's been trying to make progress at being a better person but that's about all I can say I'm not an anti. But he definitely will not be winning the father of the year award anytime soon and like many people have pointed out he was a great guardian to Elena and Jeremy so he has the potential in parenting he obviously just ain't using it or lost it over the decades. I don't hate him but I do believe they're doing a discredit towards the better man he was in The vampire Diaries especially at the beginning.
Landon Kirby-His writing is like a 3. He is just there to be arm candy for hope. Until the last couple episodes where he became this for once realistic not optimistic hardened badass he literally brought nothing to The season other than someone for Hope to obsess over. And to be someone that they repeatedly kill for shock value even though it literally shocks no one anymore. I don't hate his character but he doesn't tickle My Fancy as much anymore. His character has a lot of potentialy especially if they ever bring back in his Phoenix side and truly explore it beyond his almost endless ability to revive and being a "Bird Boy" lol. I mean truthfully they're doing him a disservice Aria is a phenomenal actor who could take his character places if they just let him be more than a basic ass plot device. Also can we talk about how gorgeous of a man Aria is especially in these last few episodes looking love it and fine as f***.
As it has become apparent to me I ramble too much and I just don't have the capacity as it is now almost 1:00 in the morning my time to do anymore characters in depth so I will be doing a simple excerpt for the rest now that I have done the main 5 people.
Kaleb Hawkins- His writing is a 8. I do like how he's coming to himself over the years and is a a right hand man to Alaric now instead of being just a uncontrollable vampire(the only hate on this part not towards Kaleb but Alaric is that it shows he will virtually mentor/uplift almost any teen that ain't his own daughters). Though in my opinion he always kind of had a point on some things especially about the hypocrisy of Alaric in season 1 especially on the bmood drinking thing. Him and Mg's relationship is awesome I'm glad they made up in the last episode and our brothers again. Also I was rooting for him and Cleo I think they would be a cute little couple. Also I need his backstory immediately especially after saying to Cleo the last time he was vulnerable he died I need to know how he turned.
Milton Greasley(MG)- His writing is a 9 the season. I say that because he is really came into his own and stopped being the punching bag. Though I think the idea or used to think at least that him and Lizzie would be cute together I am proud of him for standing up to Lizzie finally even though I liked him always being there for her I was tired of him being a fallback for her when it didn't work with whoever however I do think he could have went about the rejection a little bit gentler especially with how he knows of Lizzie's emotional problems. And don't even get me started on Alyssa that was just a disaster that should have never even been brought to fruition her cheating with Jed was probably the best thing that could have happened. I liked his little side adventure with Ethan though I do think they could have wrote it a little better I was sad when he had to compel the memories away like they still could have been friends he just couldn't have known about the supernatural stuff also I'm still not convinced Ethan won't become supernatural later in the series if he stays on. And that's all I have to say on that one love my baby.
Jed Tien-His writing I can't really give a writing I don't think it's horrible but I do think overall they could give him a better plot line as a series regular other than just being used for the comical relief eye candy/mentioning how he's the alpha. Though it was funny the whole pool tournament to decide who was alpha will Finch was just exactly that so bad it was laughable. However I do respect the fact that he even admitted to her that he knew she threw the game and that he is a genuine man of his word and has become better over the series from like this dumb jock stereotype to this genuine dude the Alyssa incident aside. He is a cinnamon roll and I will protect him at all cost.
Ethan- Again as he just became a series regular this season and barely showed up in his premiere season. I will not be rating him in any traditional sense. His writing is not totally horrible I liked his adventures with mg they could have been written better and they still could have let him be MG's friend without supernatural knowledge instead of compelling the friendship completely away. And I am still not convinced he will not become supernatural in some way depending on how long he stays in the series truthfully it's actually almost inevitable unless they go the whole route of making him the Matt/Token Human of the show which I really hope they don't I mean he can stay human but don't make him a supernatural hater.
Cleo-her writing is 10. I say that because she has been a phenomenal character and I've never seen the actress before but she is obviously phenomenal as well. I like her whole connection to Malivore and how it's a legitimate one that seems to be interwoven with the story that's already been presented and add something new. I also like how she tried and really wanted to genuinely be friends with all the characters especially hope but at the same time she was also very realistic and new probably and truthfully the only way for Malivore to be defeated was for Hope to Go full Tribrid and she wasn't above actually trying to murder hope to save herself and just get rid of Malivore which I can't blame her.
Malivore-after the end of season 3 / the first couple episodes of season 4 which were supposed to be the original ending to season 3 I better never hear the name again I am so tired of it this should have ended like at least a season ago at this point it's dragging on. This was supposed to be a monster of the week type of series which is okay me personally I have always appreciated having one big bad of the season and then a couple of minor baddies that get their characters arcs and take a few episodes to defeat or something as like a B or C plot. Point being is that this character and plot line has gotten stiff as can be. To be honest I think half of us aren't even here for plot line anymore we just want to see which of our ships get together.
Finch-I am loving her character and I do think she's cute with Josie. Also I stan anyone who is a sarcastic b**** Queen. I think it's nice how her will backstory was different than the traditional one but also I hated how sad it was like she literally didn't even know what she was doing. Though I will say calling Lizzie the "evil" twin that she can fight me because you don't talk about my blonde cinnamon roll like that is based on one impression from something that was only meant and done out of a good place and Lizzie's heart trying to find out her backstory. But other than that I have no real qualms with this character and it is too early to have a real in-depth analysis/opinion of her.
Thank you for reading this long rant hope I answered your question well enough if not PM me on anything specific.

Lets Talk About Gunnar Maelstrom
Tumblr media
Evil Daddies is where it’s at.
One of the meanings of the word "Maelstrom" is 'A situation of state of confused movement or violent turmoil.
Let me start with Maelstrom, usung the Carmen Sandiego Wiki to break him down as a whole, starting with appearance and personality (Excluding the comments around his action in the show, this will be hard seeing his major inclusion to the story so please bear with me once more as I do this).
Professor Maelstrom is a middle-aged man with pale skin and white hair with a receding hairline. He has broad shoulders and wears a black blazer over a dark gray turtleneck. As stated previously, Maelstrom is seen as being an almost unnaturally pale color, hinting towards possible Albinism.
Now, Middle aged according to the wiki page is between 50 and 60. Seeing the receding hairline and the lines on his face (Also can someone point me to a source about those random chin hairs? Like please I need context).
He obviously has stress and sleep lines. I imagine these are due to his life choices and idiot operatives. His ethnicity is stated as being Swedish but continues to contradict itself when it later states that Maelstrom is from Scandinavia. I think this is to throw the readers and deep show watchers off and it would work better if both ethnicity and race were left as unknown.
Now we move on to the easier things, personality, which is LONG. So let me start writing!
Of the five members of V.I.L.E's faculty, Maelstrom seems to command the most authority and serve as the de facto leader of the group, being the first to speak as well as hand out orders. As one may expect, Professor Maelstrom is criminally insane, which is ironic, considering his forte is psychiatry. Professor Maelstrom often likes to tinker with his patients' psyches and enjoys psychologically evaluating students, much like someone finding joy in pulling the wings off a butterfly. He does possess some level of awareness to his own insanity, though he is quick to brush it off as a mere label that other weak-minded people have given him. He also has an apparent fondness for the more psychotic recruits. In keeping with his name, his main desire is to spread chaos and disorder, with any actual gain being a secondary concern at best. Carmen considered him to be creepy, and rightfully so after he and Dr. Bellum collaborated to wipe Crackle's brain. Professor Maelstrom loathes Cookie Booker as he has no tolerance for her stuck up behavior towards him. He seems to have a fondness for marine life, as his office hosts a giant aquarium filled with jellyfish and other specimens. His use of the term "bait" as a pun is in reference to fishing bait, and in the novel adaptation, it is used twice. Further expanding the psychological exam scene from the show, in the novel, he declares that Carmen gave the "wrong" answer to the Rorschach test, stating that the image was a seahorse. The novelization expanded his sense of humor, though it mentions that even that had a dark and unpredictable tinge to it, showing delight in the lengths that his students would go in order to not be called upon in class. The show does have him throw a small quip every once in a while, often tinged with exasperation at his colleagues' antics or ignorance. He also enjoys making Countess Cleo envious of his fashion style, having asked Le Chevre and El Topo in the "The Fishy Doubloon Caper" to acquire an Ecuadorian Eight Escudos doubloon to be melted into solid gold cufflinks.
As done in my previous post, I will be diving deeper into the statement in the bolded font.
Maelstrom seems to command the most authority and serve as the de facto leader of the group,
I don’t see any major reason for this face besides that there is a level of respect among the Faculty that centers around Maelstrom, seeing as he is one of the psychologically smarter than any of the other members, except Shadowsan but that is a post for another day. He is a very scary character because he is unpredictable, and possibly in the minds of the other, can be blamed for their crimes should they ever had been caught, but this leads me to my second quip with Gunnar Maelstrom.
Professor Maelstrom is criminally insane, which is ironic, considering his forte is psychiatry
When one looks up the term ‘Criminally insane’ we get the following “an accused person that is deemed to be suffering from cognitive illness or fault which frees then of lawful accountability for the unlawful behaviors” from https://psychologydictionary.org/criminally-insane/.
I cannot at all say that I support this terminology on the stance that Maelstrom is more than aware of his action, to the point where he logically makes the choices to leave his fellow faculty behind at the prospect of capture. One cannot say that a “Criminally insane’ person is able to make these choices so quickly and with such calculation as to pack a go bag and hire an escape driver. But I digress.
He does possess some level of awareness to his own insanity, though he is quick to brush it off as a mere label that other weak-minded people have given him.
I don’t think that Maelstrom can stand to be labeled by other people. The exact use of the phrase “Weak-minded’ points me to believe that Maelstrom sees himself as mentally stronger, powerful, and far beyond that of the average person. This points to his class, and I’ll explain this in the next part, being the most critical and important to V.I.L.E as a whole.
His main desire is to spread chaos and disorder
This is WAY too specific to just be a drop in detail. No character is created be be a chaotic mixture, but they are built to SPREAD chaos, and Maelstrom is the perfect character to do this. His favor to Paperstar is a direct jab at this detail about him, she is an element of chaos that he put into play, the disorder of her is why he places her, while the other faculty hate Paperstar, he finds her the perfect wild card.
Professor Maelstrom loathes Cookie Booker
I fully think this is, as the wiki and al of my sources say, Cookie Booker represents the original 1998 Carmen Sandeigo. And the loathing between them is a reference to the original game and books.
He seems to have a fondness for marine life, as his office hosts a giant aquarium filled with jellyfish and other specimens.
Not gonna lie, but I love this detail. The details, that caused me to GO BACK and watch the episodes with Maelstrom, was that the man likes fish. This adds onto the effect that he is rather cold and uncaring towards people, seeing them a thing to observe and keep. I also just love the idea of him having a fish tank and spoiling his goldfish that he named Clyde or something equally related to big time crime, like Al Capone or as said before Clyde.
He also enjoys making Countess Cleo envious of his fashion style
I’m sorry but Cleo and Gunnar challenging each other to see who is better in fashion? I’m sorry but they are the fashion police. Also I think this places WHO he is close to in the Faculty. I am very willing to bet that Maelstrom, who left Coach Brunt to drown and die, would NEVER leave Cleo or Bellum (Possibly) to die because they align more with HIS goals.
Brunt is... Dare I say... THE DUMBEST OF THE V.I.L.E FACULTY
WHAT DOES SHE DO?!?!
WHY IS SHE HERE?!
SHE’S STRONG AND THAT’S IT!
I digress (i used that phrase twice now), I just think his goals line up more with Cleo and (Again, possibly) Bellums’.
Now I go onto my favorite part of these paragraphs, the trivia/abilities. I love trivia/abilities, just because everyone sees this word and they are like ‘oh it’s just dumb facts’. BUT NO! It’s DENSTRAMENTAL to the character and links to their personalities.
He is capable of expertly performing a bait and switch. Professor Maelstrom specializes in psychiatry. He has been shown to have a favorite student, similar to the other faculty, in Paper Star; despite her disregard of the protocol in Mumbai. His grudge against Cookie Booker could be a subtle reference to the hostile relationship that his previous incarnation had with Carmen Sandiego in the 90's cartoon. As shown in the season three episode, The Haunted Bayou Caper, he has a fondness for Halloween.
Most od this is already covered, i know, so I won’t go over what I already did. SO let me just say... I know-
He is capable of expertly performing a bait and switch
I NEED to SEE Maelstrom just- *Pulls and Bait and switch* -STEAL FROM SOMEONE. Like. I could totally believe that Maelstrom is the sleekest, most sneaky, most Swiper is swiping guy in the world. I am okay with letting them tell me this, but NO okay with them not SHOWING ME.
Netflix, I HOPE you see this so you can give me a SHOW on HOW GUNNAR MET MY MOTHER, COUNTESS CLEO.
He has a fondness for Halloween.
Charlie Pants.
Do I need to say any more?
Okay, big ending time. So Gunnar Maelstrom, a deeply interesting character, mysterious backstory that a person can read into, different fun facts that lead to speculation and interest and amazing stories. I love Gunnar Maelstrom’s character, his personality, and his appearance. His effect? 100. His story? 100. His ability to make me rewatch the series? 100.
Thanks for reading this. I’ll have another one out soon! Requests are open

I wasn't planning on talking about this, but ever since the trailer and the summery of episode 1 came out certain people have gone into overdrive. Pretty much all the same stuff they always say. "Hope should just dump Landon, he doesn't deserve her love and devotion" 😑😑😑 and "They made Hopes whole story just be about a boy. Why does Landon/Handon get so much screen time over all the other characters?" Etc etc.
Okay look Landon is the only one who's actaully earned Hopes love and devotion. Everyone else just acts as if they're entitled to it. With how they always treat her(very unpopular opinion I know but it's true).
Hopes story has never been all about Landon. It's always been about saving everyone else, doing what's best for everyone. Even if it means sacrificing herself and what she wants/what makes her happy. Season 3 was the first season she actively put herself and what she wants first(and even then she still was doing what was best for everyone else at times). And a part of that just so happens to be Landon because she loves him and he's the one who makes her the most happy. And in 3x05 when Hope was in the therapy box was a whole give a way. That she's just tried and done always putting herself last and sacrificing what she loves(ie Landon and what else she just doesn't want to sacrifice anymore) just to save everyone else. And I honestly don't blame her for some of the things she did in s3, not excusing what she did not at all. But at the same time I don't blame her.
Now what I'm about to say might upset some people but there's two reason why Landon/Handon gets so much screen time is bc 1. Landon is a lead and at the very core of legacies is Handons story, so of course they'll be getting more screen time. And I think 3x16 was trying to drive that home of a lot of people. As well as about a 100 other that have been shown/said throughout the show.
2. The other reason why other characters don't get much screen time or even a storyline is bc more often than not is bc the writers/showrunners just don't really care all that much for those characters. One example of that is Rafael. And as much as I love his character, you can just tell the feeling wasn't the same for them. Bc he was gone for must of s2 and when he was around they made him be all about his feelings for Hope. Same thing goes for the twins. You can just tell that they didn't really want to have them in the show in first place(even Juile herself said she didn't want the twins. But things change I guess). Because they've haven't been doing anything with their characters, they've done more with Cleo's character than they have with the twins. I think the most I've seen them do with the twins was the whole dark Josie storyline. The rest of the time their storylines have been about love interests. I'm not sure if I forgot any of their other storylines bc once s3 hit I just kind of stopped paying attention to their storylines(not bc I don't like their characters but bc their stories just kind of just keep going around in circles and I really don't want to watch the same thing over and over again). And idk if in season 4 they're going to start giving the twins and other characters more screen time/ more storylines but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.
Wow sorry that got long haha. But any thoughts on this?
It’s just the same old thing with the antis, can they really not think of anything else to say? But yeah, everything you said. What is it Landon has to do to earn Hope’s love and devotion? You’re so right, he treats Hope far better than any of the other characters do, unpopular opinion or not, that’s the truth. He’s not done anything that’s made him undeserving of her love. And for them to even say that after he went his whole life without being loved is horrible. And I’m so tired of them saying Hope’s storyline revolves around a boy (especially when all most of them want is for her storyline to revolve around Josie), because exactly! They must not be paying attention to the show if they don’t see that Hope’s storyline has always been about her being the hero and saving everyone. Which is why them saying that Landon is all Hope cares about and all she thinks about contradicts her actions throughout the show when she has continuously been there for everyone. And yep, to the point where she has sacrificed her own happiness with Landon for the sake of everyone else. And yes, I loved Hope’s development in s3 because she was finally putting herself and her happiness first. And that didn’t mean that she no longer cared about her friends because, like you said, she was still trying to be there for them and do what was best for them too. And exactly, Landon is the one who makes Hope happy, and I felt so bad for her in the therapy box in 3x05. That really did say it all, you could definitely tell that she’s so tired and just wants to be happy for once. And same with in 3x10, when she said “we can never just be happy,” it never seems to end for her. And I don’t blame her for what she did in s3 either. And you’ve also gotta consider that everyone had pushed her into a position where she was most desperate and left with no other options. Plus she also didn’t even think Lizzie or Josie would be in danger in 3x08, and she believed they could make it until the dark magic started to infect them and then she apologized. But what she did still ultimately ended up saving Landon from the prison world, otherwise they may never have found another way if they hadn’t created a rift.
And very true about screen time for Handon. People still refuse to believe that Landon is the male lead despite Aria’s name appearing right after Danielle’s in the credits and Julie literally saying that they casted Aria to be the leading man of Legacies when he auditioned for TO. Both Hope and Landon are the leads of the show, and yep, their story is the main story, so obviously it’s gonna get more focus. And yes, that’s been made clear throughout the show.
It does seem like the writers don’t care as much about the other characters. And I love Raf too, don’t get me started on the way they treated him. And it’s so weird because it seemed like they had bigger plans for him at the beginning. It took them a while to find Peyton, if I remember right. And I thought he and Landon were gonna be the brothers of the show, it seemed like they were setting up a love triangle of sorts with them and Hope (not that I wanted that), but then, like you said, he was hardly in s2. It’s like they scrapped any plans they had for him and didn’t know what to do with him after s1, even though there was so much potential.
And yeah, same with the twins. But idk if Julie said she didn’t want the twins on the show? I just thought having them on the show, at least as mains, wasn’t always part of the plan. They had always talked about a “Hope spinoff,” no mention of the twins. Julie had said Hope and the twins wouldn’t be friends because of the age gap. And from 5x12 of TO, I’d guess they hadn’t planned on them being mains for Legacies at that point either, otherwise they wouldn’t have made the age gap so obvious. And they had no interactions between Hope and the twins either, yet they made sure to establish a relationship between Hope and Landon in that episode. So I do feel like Handon was always part of the plan and they most likely decided to have the twins be main characters later on. And that really does show because they don’t seem to know what to do with them anymore either. True, they definitely did more with Cleo last season than the twins, and I do feel like the dark Josie storyline was the last real storyline they had. And I agree, their storylines now mostly have to do with love interests, and they do feel repetitive or just like they’re not going anywhere. And people will complain about Handon being repetitive, but look at what they do with the other characters, it’s far worse. Despite there being some repetition with Handon, like with them being separated and being put through horrible things all the time, there’s still development and progression. But with the rest of the characters, I feel like there’s hardly any progression at all. I feel like they’ve even gone backwards with some of the characters as well, especially last season. I actually thought the writing for the twins, and all the characters, was pretty good in s1. I liked all the characters and was interested in their storylines, but now, especially after s3, I’m just not interested anymore. S3 really changed my mind about some of the characters tbh, mostly because of the way they treated Landon and Hope. So idk if they’re gonna give the other characters more screen time or better storylines in s4 either. But honestly, because some of the characters have kinda been ruined for me, I’m not even sure if I’d care much if they did give them more of a storyline. I’m really just watching for Hope and Landon at this point, ngl. But hopefully, for everyone else’s sake, they can do more for the other characters next season that other fans will enjoy.

Whoo. That pilot was--a lot to unpack. Parts of it were definitely 😬 *cringe* but I also find myself grateful that the network recognized its potential and liked the heart of it enough to bring on a new creative team.
Like, reading all the slides with Cleo I realized what I'd been missing in Zarah-this pilot really stressed the loving relationships of the murdered man's family and actually let Cleo react to his death while our Zarah told Layton a grand total of ONCE that Sean Wise was 'someone she loved' but then never mentioned/mourned him (or her other partners who just? disappeared?? They were led away in handcuffs, were they ever released? Were they drawered? Did they blame Zarah and therefore just never return to the home they'd shared? What side did they take in the rebellion? Like, what happened to these people?!) again. And from that moment on her character seemed so untethered--so unattached to the rest of what was taking place because she had no emotional center. This great, traumatic event that should have been both her character motivation and kept her tethered to the action/investigation was just kinda--swept to the side. Like, if we had gotten a Zarah who was more like Cleo, who pestered Layton, regardless of their thorny past, for updates on the investigation and had to be the rock for her mourning family and who stood solidly with Miss Audrey in righteous anger for the blue-eyed firstie who did this horrible thing--I would've enjoyed her so much more! And Ugh! Jinju and Till being supportive and cute From The Start(!) was 😍. Just--the fact that the focus on healthy love and affection happened to be centered on a polyamorous family and a lesbian couple was great.
But there were other things in the Pilot that seemed so-tonally different and just questionable. Like maayyybe making Layton a chronole 'stoner' was an indicator that parts of his character were drawn not just from the hero Curtis in the movie but also Namgoog, the security specialist. And mayyybe they weren't trying to be completely blind to the fact that their black protagonist deserves as much heart and conviction as his white counterpart in the movie, but. Yikes. Making him addicted to chronole and so...morose/spaced out all the time robs him of that drive and conviction that would make me believe any of the Tailies would rally behind him. Our Layton is a go-getter, a man of action and this guy in the pilot was...not. So...props to Graeme for making our Layton so much better!
But also--WHY would they choose to stress to us that Osweiller is a footballer JUST to freeze his foot off? In both the show and film the limb removal scenes really hammered home how cruel the HUMANS on the train chose to be to each other. And the freezing of the cattle car itself should've been enough to remind us the world outside is treacherous and inhospitable--they didn't have to try so hard to show us that any act of kindness or altruism on the train is futile. Like after seeing THAT, what the hell could possibly help move Till in the direction of choosing compassion and justice for the Tail?!
But I digress-I think the areas I'm most grateful for change were in regards to our season 1 powerhouses, Layton and Melanie. And some of it was so subtle but made SUCH a difference, like pilot Melanie's quirk was tapping her acrylic nails against her teeth--a sign that 1) she's perfectly happy reaping the benefits of 1st class life and 2) she's always thinking/conniving/SCHEMING. But OUR Melanie has a habit of rubbing her neck when she's stressed--as if THE WEIGHT OF THE WORLD/HUMANITY IS ON HER SHOULDERS. Pilot Melanie is also uppity and shows up early to catch people off-guard. Our Melanie is quiet and studious when we first meet her-gauging the situation, letting Layton and others reveal their hand first-and she shows up late/after the main players are already gathered BECAUSE SHE HAS TO BE EVERYWHERE. But honestly I think the change I am absolutely most grateful for (aside from pretty much everything, lol. Like, I canNOT IMAGINE Alison Wright as Lilah instead of Ruth. And letting Miles actively seek the engineer apprenticeship to help the rebellion instead of having Layton(?) who is neither this child's father nor his active mentor (literally all they do is wrangle rats together in the pilot) make that choice for him WITHOUT his actual mother's consent was clearly a stroke of genius. As was just...not focusing so much on cow 18. Like. We get it. They're like animals crammed together in a cattle car. There is no reason to make so many Holocaust references in the first five pages of the script. There are other, far less jarring ways to convey human suffering and misery on this fictional show about a manmade Armageddon. -_-) is the ommission of the shady magistrate as part of the leadership/inner circle/cult.
Having him and that other guy making the decisions/embodying the ACTION of those decisions moving forward if this pilot had been their opener would've really detracted from the heft of Melanie's secret--like in the finished product, we have Melanie behind the curtain, an engineer by trade who clung to this cruel/unfair system all for the sake of keeping the train, the thing she built and the hope it represents, ALIVE and moving. It was a choice that didn't feel like a choice. A necessity. And yet she was changed by it. The mask of Wilford is harsh and she has to become harsh. She wears all these hats and leans on others when she has to (like Ben, Jinju, etc) or when a situation is truly dire, but there is no room for doubt that it is HER decision at the end of the day. She's the one who saves the train over and over when mechanics fail. And she's the one who decides to commute LJ's sentence. The Wilford mask/veil has allowed her the freedom to make these absolute decisions without oversight-so SHE alone bears the brunt of the consequences. There's no one else to blame, which made for some of the most delicious drama on the show when that secret was brought to light. How Melanie related to individuals (like Ruth, Layton, etc.) and how she related to the passengers as a whole was suddenly, VIOLENTLY, upended and allowed for really tense character moments.
And we wouldn't have gotten that if they had kept the shady magistrate stepping in to try to strong arm Jinju and others into doing the cult's will.
Like, maybe it could've panned out in a satisfying way but I will never forget how excited I was when we got the "I have the train" exchange in the first episode that revealed it was a WOMAN at the helm. A smart, cunning, hard to read but delightful to watch woman who'd been hiding in plain sight, in a uniform that screams 'subservient' and 'service' but had been popping up continually in places and spaces that seemed better suited to the men running the investigation and security/murder squad-this woman is shown to be in charge of it. ALL of it. The good (the beautiful aquarium, life in perfect balance, etc.) AND the bad (the Tail and it's horrors). THAT moment was really the one where I thought "I'm hooked. I wanna see where this goes." And so I'm so glad they cut the magistrate - and cult, honestly - out.
Anyway, sorry for the ramble! Thanks for sharing that pilot stuff! It has given me much to think about! :)
Breaking this down into parts again here we go!
1. Yes!! Exactly!! Cleo was given so much depth and room to grieve and have that actually be part of her storyline unlike Zarah. So I did really like that.
2. They made Layton SO much better good god. Like. Thankfully they improved his character.
3. I don't honestly know?? Like maybe to show what it does to humans?? No idea.
4. Y e a h exactly. We all love an unhinged woman but pilot Melanie was...yikes. Like...she genuinely seemed so happy to be in 1st class and have this power to be Wilford's chosen hospitality worker and scare people. And Alison Wright as Lilah would be so cute though, I wanna see it akdjsksi
5. YEAH THE MAGISTRATE GUY IS JUST REALLY NOT IT. He is not who we want he's just?? Seemingly one of the second in commands in Melanie's cult, which is odd but oh well.

H2O: Just Add Water, Season 2, Episode 14, Get Off My Tail
Things my girlfriend and I thought during this episode
- Gah, these girls supporting each other gives me life, telling Emma that she’s a hard worker and deserves that promotion, Rikki consoling Cleo about her missing Lewis, etc.
- You know, Rikki brings up a good point, Cleo and Lewis can still be friends even if he’s got a new girlfriend, but also by that same logic, he can have a girlfriend while still being friends with Cleo, but they refuse to recognize that.
- Also, why are they acting like she’s never around Lewis anymore? I know that there are obviously times between episodes, but they still see each other a lot, and Lewis being with Charlotte has never really stopped them from seeing each other anyway, considering that he abandons Charlotte at the drop of a hat if Cleo needs him. It’s more like they never do regular every day stuff together, it’s always a mermaid crisis or something.
- One thing I’ve always liked about Rikki is her loyalty to her friends
- Everyone says that Charlotte is acting toxic towards Lewis, but on the same note, Cleo is the one who is constantly resetting the boundaries of their friendship. One minute, she wants to hang out with him, the next she wants space, and the second he wants to be with someone else, she’s upset that he won’t make time for her. Not to mention the way Lewis is always lying  and gaslighting the frick out of Charlotte.
- How is dumping a person but still expecting them to be there at your every beck and call any better or less possessive than anything Charlotte has done?
- Ugh, Emma has been at the cafe for over a year, she really should’ve gotten the position. She’s got seniority and a proven drive to get things in gear
- Once more, the Rikma is strong in the episode, which is hilarious since the majority of this one is Rikki mentioning how much Emma is actually into Ash. “Hey, Emma, cute hat!” (bi finger guns)
- I do like Rikki, but the second Cleo does recognize that she needs to accept that he’s moved on, which she does, Rikki turns it into a, “No you don’t, because you’re better because you’re not like other girls” thing. Which... I get saying because Cleo was feeling vulnerable and having self-image issues in that moment, but she should’ve been encouraging her to move on
- Not to mention Rikki was the one advocating for Cleo to break up with Lewis, and telling her it was a good thing. Instead, they made it into another batch of girl hate, and it honestly makes me want to cry. When she mentions that Charlotte’s nothing because she’s not “special,” and she’s “ordinary,” you could easily switch out that out with something more mainstream, “She only likes cheerleading and shopping, but you’re special and different because you like comic books and video games, so why would he like her?”
- I’m really glad we’ve for the most part grown out of that phase as a society. It’s still there, but I’m glad that we’re recognizing that it’s bad.
- It’s just... let him move on. If he’s got another girlfriend, so what? I’m sorry Cleo, but you did break up with him, and repeatedly told him you didn’t want to get back together. It’s not the girlfriend’s fault if she’s dating your ex when you want to get back together. And if you honestly feel like you can’t hang out with him, then that’s something you should be talking about, both with him, and with Charlotte.
- Yay, Lewis is finally fishing! Also, how is that snorkel working underwater? Snorkels are used with the tube above water so you can breathe, how is it being used underwater? My girlfriend and I have been losing our shit over this
- Lewis, you are literally lying to Charlotte. You’re lying to her. I know you have your reasons, but she doesn’t know them. She just knows you’re hiding something. And you’re lying to her about spending time with your friend, which you don’t need to do. You just need to tell her that you and Cleo are still close friends, and you were catching fish with her. No one is going to be asking, “Oh, she was swimming because she’s a mermaid, right?” No, instead you lie to her about it, because it involves Cleo and that would make Charlotte upset.
- Again, if everyone would just sit down and talk, this could all be avoided. The fact that they’re mermaids does not be included. Just talk about your feelings, dangnabit
- Does Ash have permission from Wilfred to make all those changes to the cafe? And does he not see the problem with balls flying everywhere in a cafe that sells mostly liquid? And how did Emma not see that major problem in the making?
- And Cleo, walking up behind them to say you had fun yesterday in front of Charlotte because you knew it would upset her? Yeah, that was on purpose, and you have no moral high ground. That was just as petty and passive aggressive as the stuff Charlotte’s said. Congrats, you got your revenge.
- And Lewis, no, while you don’t have to tell Charlotte what you do with every second of your day and who you hang out with, when you knowingly leave out that Cleo was with you because you know it’ll upset her, you don’t get to act like you’re being smothered when she does get upset when she finds out you lied to her. You knew what you were doing. Either break up with her, or tell her you’re going to be hanging out with Cleo because you’re still friends. I know you have to protect their secret, but not everything has to be about the fact that they’re mermaids.
- Charlotte would not be so insecure about the relationship if Lewis wasn’t always lying to her, especially since the lies concern his ex so often. Considering that most of your relationship has been lying about what you’re doing, it really makes sense for you to break up with her, it would be the kindest thing to do.
- Actually, Charlotte should be the one to dump him
- No one can tell me he doesn’t genuinely enjoy being around her and with her. Whenever the other characters aren’t around, it really does feel that way. And I don’t think it has anything to do with Charlotte being normal or whatever like Cleo was saying. Lewis never had a problem with Cleo being a mermaid. Not to mention that it’s not like Lewis has ever really gotten upset that their secret has interfered with his life, he’s just always there for them.
- I’m going to cry so many times throughout this season. But the worst part? It’s that all of this does not have a satisfying conclusion. They don’t make amends, the girls don’t grow or learn from this. Charlotte apologizes to Lewis, but not to the girls, who also don’t apologize to her. They don’t recognize that maybe they had a part in how she acted. If this season actually ended with the characters learning and recognizing with each other that how they acted was bad, I wouldn’t be as upset as I am. Instead, I’m left with catty characters who are awful to each other and don’t resemble the people I thought they were, who don’t grow from their experiences

True Heartbreak
Pairings: Captain Swan; Swan Believer
Rating: T (mentions of suicidal thoughts...)
Genre: One-Shot; CS Deleted Scene (from 5x20)
Summary: Emma Swan has just lost her True Love (again), and doesn’t quite know how to process that at all.
A/N: Okay, so I've been re-watching Once this past few weeks and reached 5x20 (“Firebird”) today, which is my favourite episode of season five, and one of my favourites of the entire series, and I obviously broke again over the goodbye scene between Emma and Killian. Okay, I managed to hold most of the tears back until he kissed her hand, then I completely broke down and couldn’t stop sobbing for a good few hours... Anyway, this is a little angsty fanfic that I had actually had on my mind since I first saw the episode back last year. It’s fairly self-explanatory, but it begins halfway through Emma and Killian’s goodbyes (ugh, hang on, gimme a second to sob in the corner again...). Enjoy!
Un-beta’d; all mistakes are mine.
“I love you too.”
Then they kissed. Emma couldn’t care about the tears that were streaming down her face at this point. All that she could care about was the man on the other side of these damn bars which she wanted to hold and never let go of ever again.
If you were to ask her, Emma Swan wouldn’t be able to pin-point the exact moment she truly fell in love with Killian Jones. Perhaps it was when he had told her that he gave up his ship for her. Or the time he promised he would survive for her. Or the time he told her she was his happy ending, that she was the one thing in this life that she had to live for, that she was enough for him. Perhaps it was his preciously adorable deck-hand self in the alternate universe created by the Author.
Not that she could think straight at all. Killian was finishing lowering the gate of the elevator now. She took his good hand in hers while she still could and vowed to never let go, not that it did her much good.
His hand slipped from hers after a few moments. The elevator continued to rise, even as she continued to reach for him, willing the elevator to break, or fall, or something. But it didn’t. It went up, and left Killian to an uncertain fate.
In all of her life, Emma Swan had never felt more alone that she did now, standing in this elevator.
Is this what pain really is? she asked herself.
Then it occurred to her that it wasn’t. She held up the pouch that still contained her heart. What was it she had been told?
Without one’s heart, one’s senses and emotions are extremely dulled.
And then she remembered Henry, lying on that hospital bed, pale and lifeless, and she remembered the pain in her chest. That pain wasn’t the slight pain of a cramp. No, that pain had been that of a blade driven through her heart and twisted full circle. Emma couldn’t feel that pain. Not only had Killian owned her heart, but he owned every part of her, which is why everywhere else hurt.
She pulled her heart out of the bag and stared at it. It looked the same as it had down in the chamber below the library. Emma continued to stare at it, evaluating her options.
She could put it back in her chest now. Emma was certain that that option would result in more pain, and Emma didn’t know that she wanted that.
She could put back in the bag, and she could leave the bag in this elevator. She’d never know the true pain of losing the one you truly love. But how would her dulled emotions affect her relationship with her family, her friends?
She could crush it. She could crush her own heart in the palms of her own hand, and be free of it all. But what would that accomplish? She may be able to rid herself of her pain, but what about her family? What about Killian, who had agreed to move on from this place for her, so long as she continued to live as though he were still with her, with her armour off? No, that was the selfish Emma. That was the Emma who only looked out for herself. That was the Emma who arrived in Storybrooke for the first time all that time ago, and that wasn’t the Emma that Emma wanted to be. That wasn’t the Emma that Emma needed to be anymore.
Her gaze drifted from her heart to her jacket. Her trusty red leather jacket. She remembers buying it in that boutique all those years ago, hoping that it, similarly to how Cleo had used it, could be her armour. But Emma realised now that this jacket wasn’t her armour anymore. It hasn’t been her armour for a long time now. It’s her reminder. To protect those she loves. Whatever happens next, Emma has her family. Emma has Henry. And they will stay with her no matter what.
So, Emma’s gaze returned to her as she placed it against the left side of her chest. She took a deep breath and pushed it back into its rightful slot.
After the slight pain of it being slotted back into place passed, she attempted to breathe out, but couldn’t.
She couldn’t breathe at all.
Her heart hadn’t filled the void that she had felt from its absence, it had increased that void infinitely.
And then those emotions that she thought she couldn’t feel began to flood in.
This wasn’t the same as when Killian had sacrificed himself for her and her family. Even though she had loved him then, Emma could never have been sure that what they shared was True Love. But this time was different. This time she had taken an ancient test to determine her love for Killian.
It’s True Love.
The memories she had of him were different now. She could remember butterflies in her stomach, lust in her own eyes being reflected back at her through his own. She could find a thousand times that she wanted to go back and just throw herself at him and kiss him senseless.
Her lack of air was becoming an issue now, but she couldn’t do anything about it.
It hurts. God, it hurts.
She placed her hand on the wall of the still-moving elevator to attempt to steady herself.
She hadn’t realised it, but she was crying. God, was she crying. Again.
The tears were streaming down her cheeks, off her face, and onto the hard ground, creating a sound that echoed in her ears upon their impact.
She was sobbing too. And then she thought of Henry, and that’s what it took for her to fall to the ground. She remembered telling Henry that he had lost Neal. Losing his own father, despite only knowing him a few weeks had caused Henry enough pain. But now, Emma had to tell her son that he had lost another father figure, only this time Henry had known him a lot longer.
She couldn’t stop crying. In an effort to attempt to remedy the situation, she placed her hand over her chest, and pressed in, grabbing her heart. She was about to pull it out again when she realised that it wouldn’t help. Pulling her heart out now would only postpone her pain, not make it go away.
She attempted to get back onto her feet, failing too many times that Emma would care to admit, but she did it. Emma Swan got back on her feet. She reached down into her core to try to pull those walls up, but couldn’t. There were no walls left to pull up.
She closed her eyes and saw Killian Jones. She saw his smile, those crinkles that appeared at his eyes. She saw the lips she’d kissed too many times to count, his tongue running along them, teasing her in a way that only he could. Most of all, she saw the pain in his eyes, and how that pain disappeared, how that pain turned to love. Love for her.
She needed something. Someone. She needed Henry. She needed to hold him.
Almost as though it had been listening, the elevator reached its destination, and Emma wasted no time in pulling the gate back up, and walking straight towards Henry.
“Mom.”
“Henry.”
It was in this moment of holding onto her son that Emma realised that Killian did not own her heart. Yes, Killian occupied a very, very special place in her heart, but her heart is, and wholeheartedly has been, Henry’s.
Emma Swan also realised then that everything would be okay. She had no doubt that she would miss Killian Jones beyond she could ever say, and that she would always, always love Killian, but Emma had her son, and everything would be okay.
Everything will be okay.
