just like that other anon, i also ended up at the ICU. this was because of my ano*exia causing me to have heart failure. none of my friends visited me. later i causally and kind of jokingly asked them why they didn't visit and they seriously responded and said that they didn't care because my ano*exia was my own fault. and the worst part is that at the time i thought they were right

starting the journey

I’ve been struggling with my weight for my entire life. When I first went vegan over two years ago, I lost 50 lbs quickly and kept it off for awhile. I am back up to my pre-vegan weight and am tired of it.

I’m ready to start working out, eating extra good, and focusing on myself in a positive way. After struggling with disordered eating & ano*exia for years, I want to do this right. Work out & eat mindfully, plant based, and clean to make the way stay off for good.
