unpopular opinion: I personally don't agree with antidepressants. most of the teenagers and young adults that shoot up schools are on extremely high dosages of them, along with anti anxiety. I believe that with thorough therapy and family support, a person can make it through depression. the first step is telling someone, though. antidepressants cloud your mind too much and the withdrawal symptoms make you feel worse than before you took them. just my opinion though.

 i agree like i am not completely against them but i do think they should be used as a last resort
