Okay I’m rewatching HLVRAI and I’ve come to the realization it’s entirely possible Benrey has memory problems.

Like from an OOC standpoint he’s obviously fucking around and “forgetting” on purpose and you can argue that in canon too but just think about the idea of if he wasn’t.

As of the end of Act 3, Benrey forgot about Gordon’s arm at least 3 times, and even forgot where they were/why they were there at the end when they were going to sleep.

Baiscally just been thinking about that for a few days now
