on the one hand it's a relief that my little furfreak refusing to eat isn't a loss of appetite, but on the other hand the fact that she just ate an entire can of tuna but refuses to eat anything else is just apex asshole behavior what point are you starving yourself to prove, babe???

#she's got a vet appt on monday so like bohhhhhhhh #i've found this supplement powder that is a low-phosphorus additive you can put on anything to make it a complete cat food #that's kidney friendly (she's getting her bloods done so we'll see if the slight uptick was an anomaly or a trend for kidney disease) #so like theoretically i *could* just get tuna and put that on it and she'd be fine #but 1) cost and 2) salt content #she wouldn't even eat raw chicken which she usually goes fully feral for so idek if i could use that as an option with the supplement #she's spite starved before for a few days after i've come back from being away but this is next level tbh #crotchety old lady freak of nature <3

girlfriend is frantically fixing someone else's fuck-up at work and is now not going to attend either my friend's wedding in 2 weeks or the concert on the 28th that we were going to with some friends that I've been looking forward to for a year :(

While I'm talking about this tho I have to say I am LOVING her as this fucked up manipulative abuser character. They're presenting her perfectly, with the way they really only let her be the one that was beating him up outside of normal hits inside of matches, the way last week he was so scared of her he not only couldn't make himself attack her he couldn't even get himself to hold on to the only defense he had, literally giving the person who's hurt him the most his only weapon to do whatever she wants with it. In that case, she didn't beat him with that kendo stick, (cause she knew she had broken him already, she didn't need to) but if that was the choice she made instead he had already made his peace with not just letting that happen, but facilitating it. She really fucked this boy up! Bravo. Now tonight, they're doing great and keeping that energy going, what with her saying that she saw the potential in him in her little speech, the way that she's the one ordering the boys around like usual but her specifically egging Dom on to beat the fuck out his father Rey with her help.

Even and especially the small thing with the chair, she could have EASILY given it to Damien/Finn directly herself, or we could have skipped over Rhea pulling it from the under the stage at all and left that completely to Dom so he still shows his loyalty and newfound darkness (cause then it's like he's fallen from grace so far as to be thinking like a villain now and know to check under the ring for a weapon to use) but that's not what happened. Rhea pulled out the chair from under the ring, and put it in his hands, and then told him to pass it to the other boys so they can beat his father's best friend with it. These subtle touches are really just incredible fr. Like to me at least, it seems like she's the only one really in Dominick's ear, like he's a part of judgement day as her cane-shy protegé, her lapdog on a leash, her puppet with its strings wrapped around her fingers, instead of being a real member on equal standing with anyone. I'm choosing to ignore the way judgement day tries to say they are all equals—they're LYING. Rhea's in charge, and she knows it, even if the boys don't really know it. They treat her like the leader, probably not even consciously, they can't help it though. She's the captain, she's the general, she's the coach. Damien and Finn are on the same level but not her. Dominick? He's below them. The other boys are her soldiers. He's there as just her bitch.
