mosst of the story is made up. yet for them it is quite real. they tried to kidnap our son. tons of them. and fightinng like this was heard with their women who wanted to stay behind. knew what happened. and watched saw them all die and get cartedd off and burned nearby.  and hated it. said you go adn they hit and were usually dead..a.nd our son helped. and tons were ok. and then this who did htat.  no.  left. in the past but dee and arn left fast saw it and mmoved.  and fled alive and bja not around.  they got to the truth.  here we hve it some recall it. yes. and they do it again. and he left said this you have us here wont do it wont let us leave why.and hit her she would not leave. ok. fear.

Le cartellate San Nicolò, uno dei Santi più venerati al mondo, la sua fama è universale, particolarmente sentito è a Trieste il culto del Santo protettore dei bambini che il 6 dicembre di ogni anno porta dei doni a quelli buoni e carbone a quelli più discoli. Nicola nacque in Medio Oriente presumibilmente nella città di Patana nella regione della Licia (attualmente in Turchia) attorno all’anno 270 d.C. da una famiglia nobile molto ricca. Rimase orfano molto presto ed usò le proprie ricchezze per aiutare i più poveri. Divenne sacerdote nella città di Myra, sempre nella regione della Licia, dove in seguito ne fu il Vescovo. Grandissime sono le doti ed i miracoli ancora in vita attribuiti a questo religioso che morì a Myra il 6 dicembre di un anno non ben definito,presumibilmente nel 343. Il 9 maggio del 1087, 62 marinai partiti da Bari, trafugarono le spoglie del Santo dalla città di Myra conquistata dai Musulmani e le portarono nella città pugliese. San Nicola è quindi il patrono di Bari e si festeggia sia il 6 dicembre che il 9 maggio. Nelle zone di Trieste, Gorizia, basso Friuli, Istria e Alto Adige, permane il culto di San Nicolò che porta, doni, mandarini e dolci ai bambini al loro risveglio il 6 di dicembre. Dal culto di San Nicola nasce quello di Santa Klaus (ossia Saint Nikolaus) o semplicemente Babbo Natale, che viene festeggiato tradizionalmente il giorno di Natale. San Nicola, uno dei Santi più popolari al mondo, e stasera lo omaggiamo con una ricetta simbolo della città di Bari Le Cartellate, note anche come “carteddate” o “nèvole”, a seconda della zona, questi nidi di pasta fritta sono fatti con ingredienti semplici, ma richiedono una preparazione lunga e laboriosa e spesso le chiacchiere di nonne, mamme, figlie e zie sono la cornice di un rito che si consuma puntualmente ogni anno, allo scoccare del periodo natalizio, soprattutto in questa serata. Le cartellate o per meglio dire le carteddate pugliesi sono dei dolcetti fritti che in Puglia si preparano durante le feste (Natale, Pasqua e anche Carnevale). La ricetta originale vuole che nell’impasto si utilizzi il mosto cotto, nel caso non lo troviate lo potete sostituire con un vino bianco dolce.
