i just had a presentation this morning which went less than favourable (and i thought i was rather prepared...). sometimes, things don’t happen the way we expect them to be. we get disappointed, and possibly even discouraged. we may feel that we have lived up to the expectations of others.

but know this, it’s a process and you’ll grow through your experiences. don’t ever let anyone put you down!✨
