As you all know the request really reminded me of my SPN archangel OC. So I took inspiration in some of her back story to write something about Y/N. Enjoy :)

Summary: Chuck and Lucifer talking about their lost Y/N, an archangel that fell with Lucifer and got lost in her way.

A silence grew between the father of all and the fallen. Y/N was a taboo since Lucifer and her collapsed. She was probably the brightest archangel the Lord could ever make, so bright that God himself struggled to see her light. She was the peace bringer of Heaven, a real fighter too. She always defended the abode of God as if she had nothing to lose, and that strength has been a great help during the war against the Darkness.

Come on, do something, say something !» He remembered her desperate voice. When God pronounced his banishment, she grabbed him with all her strength hoping he wouldn’t fall but he did, and so did she. They both were frightened and they were grabbing each other to find some kind of comfort. Until he lost her and in a scream he could see her brilliance fading as he got closer to his prison.

They both knew that she would have fight to keep her brother in the light of God and they both knew that Michael and Raphael would have never agreed with that. Even now Y/N was still missing and Heaven never searched for her. Only one did, Gabriel. In the confusion he escaped to find earth and searched for the lost archangel.

Chuck knew his only mistake, and he knew Y/N was still alive, that she was one of the rare angels that never forgot her mission and was bringing peace to whom who needed it, in a cruel world where peace was missing. Her wings were still healing from the hard fall, she never really took the time to heal herself, she had no plan of returning to her home either. Her pain was her own, the one of loneliness and peace and she was the best at handling it. Loving and strong she was a treasure to earth and to humankind. She was beautiful, the brightest angel of the universe, and her light was so strong that she blinded all heaven so no one could ever see her again. But he was unable to tell it, to fill in the hole she left, nor to pronounce her name. The secret must be kept, just like Gabriel did when he found her, alive, after hundreds of years of research. A few of her words convinced him, this never have to be spoken.

And the only way to stop them from killing each other was to separate them. He may have failed as a father and as a God, but like all father in the world he did what he had to do to protect his children. It seemed like the best choice to do, and even if the results were not what he hoped for. The Kingdom of the Lord remained and he knew that one day Y/N will rise again to make Heaven a better place, one that he never could have done alone.

Indonesia rushes aid to Sulawesi as death toll from quake, tsunami passes 830

PALU, Indonesia (Reuters) – Indonesian authorities scrambled on Monday to get aid and rescue equipment into quake-hit Sulawesi island, and prepared to bury some of the more than 800 dead, while shaken survivors streamed out of the area in search of food and shelter.

“We’ll send as much food supplies as possible today with Hercules planes, directly from Jakarta, there are several,” he said, referring to C-130 military transport aircraft.

The national search and rescue agency said one woman was rescued overnight in the Palu neighborhood of Balaroa, where houses were swallowed up when the earthquake caused soil liquefaction.

Most of the confirmed deaths were in Palu, a city of about 380,000 people, where authorities were preparing a mass grave to bury some of the dead as soon as they were identified.

However, nearly three days after the quake, the extent of the disaster has yet to be made clear with authorities bracing for the death toll to climb sharply – perhaps into the thousands – as connections with remote areas up and down the coast are restored.

Of particular concern is Donggala, a region of 300,000 people north of Palu and close to the epicenter of the quake, and two other districts, which have been cut off from communications since Friday.

Along with Palu, these districts have a combined population of about 1.4 million.

Five foreigners – three French, one South Korean and one Malaysian – were among the missing.

Sulawesi is one of the earthquake-prone archipelago nation’s five main islands and sits astride fault lines. Numerous aftershocks have rattled the region.

Military aircraft were sent to bring people out of Palu, where crowds were waiting at the airport, military official Bambang Sudewo told Metro TV.

“All military planes are deployed to support this,” he said. It was hoped up to 1,500 people could be taken out every day, with children, women and the injured the priority, he said.

Indonesia, which sits on the seismically active Pacific Ring of Fire, is all too familiar with earthquakes and tsunamis. A quake off Sumatra island in 2004 triggered a tsunami across the Indian Ocean that killed 226,000 people in 13 countries, including more than 120,000 in Indonesia.

Questions are sure to be asked why warning systems set up after that disaster appear to have failed on Friday, and why more people in coastal areas had not moved to higher ground after a big quake, even in the absence of an official warning.

Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman for the National Disaster Mitigation Agency, told reporters on Sunday none of Indonesia’s tsunami buoys, one type of instrument used to detect the waves, had been operating since 2012. He blamed a fall-off in funding.

The meteorological and geophysics agency BMKG issued a tsunami warning after the quake but lifted it 34 minutes later, drawing criticism it had been too hasty.

However, officials estimated the waves had hit while the warning was in force.

The head of Indonesia’s investment board said on Twitter Widodo had agreed to accept international help and he would coordinate private sector help from around the world.

Neighbors including Australia, Thailand and China have offered help, while the European Union announced 1.5 million euros ($1.74 million) in immediate aid.

Cases We Have Handled Against Allied Interstate

Threats and harassment by collection agencies can be pretty intimidating. Mark L. v. Allied Interstate. In this case, Allied Interstate called our client on his cell phone. Allied Interstate was attempting to collect on an alleged debt originating from a federal student loan. In or around January 2015, Allied Interstate began placing collection calls to our client’s work telephone. Allied Interstate called from 763-400-3498, which is one of their numbers. During one call with Allied Interstate, our client was told he needed to set up a payment plan or pay the balance in full or his wages would be garnished. Allied Interstate did not inform our client that he had a right to dispute the debt. Since our client lives in Texas, we alleged that Allied Interstate violated both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Texas Debt Collection Practices Act.

Betty H. v. Allied Interstate. In this case our client began receiving collection calls around September 2016. The calls were from 716-515-0088, among other numbers. On October 3, 2016, our client answered a call from Allied Interstate and told the representative to stop calling. Despite our client’s requests, Allied Interstate continued to call and harass her. In this instance we alleged that Allied Interstate violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Natalie L. v. Allied Interstate. In this case, Allied Interstate was collecting on a debt arising from a Federal Family Education Loan Program (“FFELP”) student loan serviced by Educational Credit Management Corporation (“ECMC”). In September, 2014, ECMC sent Plaintiff a Notice that her wages were going to be garnished beginning October 18, 2014. Allied Interstate was aware that our client’s wages were being garnished but despite their awareness, began collection attempts on the same debt. Allied Interstate called our client, her brother, and her boss. Allied Interstate told our client that if she did not make additional payments to them that they would ruin her credit, force her to lose her vehicle, file a lawsuit against her and issue a warrant for her arrest. Our client told Allied Interstate to stop calling on numerous occasions but despite her requests they continued to place collection calls unabated. In this case we alleged that Allied Interstate violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Can Allied Interstate Sue You?

Although anyone can sue anyone for any reason, we have never seen Allied Interstate sue consumers. It’s likely Allied Interstate does not sue because they do not always own the debt they are collecting on. Also, Allied Interstate would have to hire a lawyer, or use in-house counsel, to file a lawsuit. It’s likely Allied Interstate collects debts through the entire country. Therefore, it would be very difficult to have lawyers, or a law firm, licensed in every state. There are collection agencies that do sue consumers. For example, Midland Credit Management is one of the largest junk-debt buyers. Midland Credit Management collects on debt and also sues on debt. The opposite is true with Allied Interstate Therefore, it would be very unusual if Allied Interstate sued you. The original creditor, on the other hand, may hire a collection firm, or lawyer, to sue you. If Allied Interstate has threatened to sue you, call us. We can help.

Can Allied Interstate Garnish Your Wages?

No, not unless they have a judgment. If Allied Interstate has not sued you, then Allied Interstate cannot get a judgment. If Allied Interstate does not have a judgment, then Allied Interstate cannot garnish your wages. Minus limited situations (usually dealing with debts owed to the government for student loans, taxes, etc.), in order to garnish someone’s wages, you need a judgment first. In short, we have not seen Allied Interstate file a lawsuit against a consumer. So, Allied Interstate cannot garnish your wages, minus the exceptions listed above.
