Medical equipment I keep in my machinist toolbox. Which is the best?

The mirrors look like dental mirrors but they are actually called inspection mirrors, and they are used to inspect the insides of bores (holes) or the insides of parts. I do have an explorer (dental pick) that I keep in the shop but it’s not in my machinist toolbox and I can’t find it right now. I inherited the whole shop from my grandfather, best I can tell is those glass syringes are at least 40 years old. I keep them with my diamond tooling that I use for working with glass and ceramic because you need to keep cold water on glass at all times when you’re cutting it and syringes are just really convenient for that. The way more modern plastic syringe has a 22ga nettle on it and it was in its sterile packaging when I went to use it, I used it to drain the fluid from a blister I got.
