IT’s TIME to #reboooot
I think IT’S TIME - it’s time to restart/rejuvenate/reconsider...whichever that applies to you, the pattern of my life - including the habits, diet, lifestyle, mindset, emotions overall #MYWELLBeing 
It has been a stressful, hectic and incredibly long weeks after I travelled back from Canada and as school began, I couldn’t help but found myself drowned in tasks. Without noticing that I am losing awareness on sufficient sleeps, having healthy food and doing necessary exercises. 
Which is why I need to halt to reboot and make things right. 
My planning is simple (hopefully achievable), I have 4 months before the end of this year and I have a couple short term goals for each month and specifically every week.
