Ref sheet time!! These guys belong in the paracosm "Phantasmagoria", in the "As the World Falls Down" subcosm.
As the World Falls Down, aka AtWFD/Origins, is The Prequel. To what, exactly? uuuhhhh everything! Basically Life & Death get divorced and have an epic custody battle. Not so basically, Vitalis/Life is trying to kill Lumi & Shadow bc...he hates happiness I dunno man. But they manage to escape Earth I along with their guards (Eloise & Ketrill), Emory, and Theia. Unfortunately, they get separated, and are trying to find each other in the background of Eternal Labyrinth (Phanta/MaaC/FF).
The only ones not pictured are Eloise & Fifi, because I have 0 ideas for them atm.
You can view their toyhouse profiles here.
🏷 : @burningivy @shrimpnymph
( 🧵 ) Lumi Jekyll (she/he/they): Shadow's twin, given powers by Life/Vitalis. Also called "Lucien".
( 🪡 ) Shadow Hyde (he/they): Lucien's twin, given powers by Death/Theia. Also called "Nox".
( 🐰⏳ ) Josephine "Fifi" Allaway (she/it): Goddess of Time, takes the form of a white/tuxedo rabbit. Aligned with Life/Vitalis.
( 🐈‍⬛ ) Emory Warwick (he/they/it): God of Space & Knowledge, takes the form of a black cat. Aligned with Death/Theia.
( 🦌 ) Eloise Jekyll (she/her): Lucien's guard, created by Life/Vitalis. The first Angel, takes the form of a deer or white cat.
( 🐺🖤 ) Ketrill Hyde (he/it/they): Shadow's guard, created by Death/Theia. The first Demon, takes the form of a black wolf.
( 💀🥀 ) Theia Mortimer (she/her): Goddess of Death, ex-wife of Life/Vitalis.
( 🌿 ) Vitalis Zotius (he/him): God of Life, ex-husband of Death/Theia.

When I say Emory and Vincent are both "Cheshire" I wanna make it very very clear that it's just a ROLE to them. With everyone else (ie; Alice, Phineas, etc) they are supposed to be the actual Fables/Characters, whereas Emory & Vinny are more like actors taking on a role, hence them not being more like Cheshire or having atypical traits relating to him. So Emory is his regular cat self & Vince looks like he's cosplaying kinda — neither are supposed to look like a "human" Cheshire like how Charlie or Morphie are supposed to be the "human" versions of Hare & Dormouse.

♟. ┊ was wondering why Emory doesn't really appear much in MaaC and instead uses Ronnie as a vessel to interact with the paras and the I realized that most of them are witches 💀

Who Is a Continental Philosopher? 5 APRIL 2011 / DAVID AUERBACH / 1 COMMENT In the debate over continental philosophy a few posts back, there was some question as to which philosophers fell under the rubric of continental philosophy. In the eyes of many observers, indeed, a certain strain of French thought has come to stand for the entire field. Both positive and negative attention have been focused around Derrida, Lacan, Foucault, etc., to the exclusion of many, many others. So I was glancing through the Blackwell Companion to Continental Philosophy (1998) on Google Books tonight, edited by Levinas evangelist and Leiter nemesis Simon Critchley. Even Critchley and co-editor William Schroeder relegate that French strain to just one corner of a large tradition, and most of the names are far less contentious. Rather than trying to answer what continental philosophy is, I think it’s better just to look at these names to get a sense of what the field encompasses. Part I: The Kantian Legacy:. 1. The Context and Problematic of Post Kantian Philosophy: Frederick C. Beiser (University of Indiana, Bloomington). 2. Kant: Robert B. Pippin (University of Chicago). 3. Fichte: Ludwig Siep (Universitat Munster). 4. Early German Romanticism: Friedrich Schlegel and Novalis: Ernst Behler (University of Washington, Seattle). 5. Schelling: Jean Francois Courtine (Ecole Normale Superieure, Paris). 6. Hegel: Stephen Houlgate (University of Warwick). Part II: Overturning The Tradition: . 7. Feuerbach and the Young Hegelians: Lawrence S. Stepelevich (Villanova University). 8. Marx: Michel Henry (University of Montpellier III). 9. Kierkegaard: Merold Westphal (Fordham University). 10. Schopenhauer: Robert Rethy (Xavier University). 11. Nietzsche: Charles E. Scott (Pennsylvania State University). 12. Freud: John Deigh (Northwestern University). 13. Bergson: Pete A. Y. Gunter (North Texas State University). Part III: The Phenomenological Breakthrough:. 14. Neo Kantianism: Steven Galt Crowell (Rice University). 15. Husserl: Rudolf Bernet (Louvain Catholic University). 16. Scheler: Manfred S. Frings (The Max Scheler Archives, Des Plaimes). 17. Jaspers: Kurt Salamun (University of Graz). 18. Heidegger: John D. Caputo (Villanova University). Part IV: Phenomenology, Hegelianism and Anti Hegelianism in France:. 19. Kojeve: Stanley Rosen (Boston University). 20. Levinas: Hent De Vries (University of Amsterdam). 21. Sartre: Thomas R. Flynn (Emory University). 22. De Beauvoir: Kate Fullbrook (University of the West of England) and Edward Fullbrook (freelance writer). 23. Merleau Ponty: Bernhard Waldenfelds (Ruhr Universitat Bochum). 24. Bataille: Robert Sasso (University of Nice). 25. Blanchot: Paul Davies (University of Sussex). Part V: Religion Without The Limits of Reason:. 26. Franz Rosenzweig: Paul Mendes Flohr (Hebrew University). 27. Martin Buber: Maurice Friedman (San Diego State University). 28. Marcel: Philip Stratton Lake (Keele University). Part VI: Three Generations of Critical Theory:. 29. Benjamin: Rebecca Comay (University of Toronto). 30. Horkheimer: Gunzelin Schmidt Noerr (Frankfurt am Main). 31. Adorno: Hauke Brunkhorst (Frankfurt am Main). 32. Bloch: Hans Dieter Bahr (University of Vienna). 33. Marcuse: Douglas Kellner (University of Texas at Austin). 34. Habermas: Thomas McCarthy (Northwestern University). 35. Third Generation Critical Theory: Max Pensky. (SUNY, Binghampton). Part VII: Hermeneutics:. 36. Schleiermacher: Ben Vedder (University of Tilburg). 37. Dilthey: Rudolf A. Makkreel (Emory University). 38. Gadamer: Dennis J. Schmidt (Villanova University). 39. Ricoeur: Richard Kearney (University College, Dublin). Part VIII: Continental Political Philosophy:. 40. Lukacs: Gyorgy Markus (University of Sydney). 41. Gramsci: Ernesto Laclau (University of Essex). 42. Schmitt: G. L. Ulmen (Telos Press Ltd). 43. Arendt: Robert Bernasconi (Memphis State University). 44. Lefort: Bernard Flynn (Empire State College, SUNY). 45. Castoriadis: Fabio Ciaramelli (University of Naples). Part IX: Structuralism and After: 46. Levi-Strauss: Marcel Henaff (UCSD, California). 47. Lacan: William J. Richardson (Boston College). 48. Althusser: Jacques Ranciere (University of Paris VIII). 49. Foucault: Paul Patton (University of Sydney). 50. Derrida: Geoffrey Bennington (University of Sussex). 51. Deleuze: Brian Massumi (McGill University). 52. Lyotard: Jacob Rogozinski (University of Paris VIII). 53. Baudrillard: Mike Gane (Loughborough University). 54. Irigaray: Tina Chanter (Memphis State University). 55. Kristeva: Kelly Oliver (University of Texas at Austin). 56. Le Doeuff: Moira Gatens (University of Sydney). A reasonable list. It definitely has a French bias, but it’s not too bad. If compiled today, it would probably include Agamben, Badiou, and Negri too. The unforgivable omission is Ernst Cassirer, who is only mentioned twice in the Neo-Kantianism article and once in passing by Beiser (whose work I very much like). Schlegel, Schiller, Saussure, Bourdieu, and Barthes also seem rather important. Given the inclusion of a bunch of cultural and sociological thinkers, sociologists Max Weber, Emile Durkheim, and Georg Simmel should definitely be on this list. Other worthy omissions: Humboldt, Brentano, Croce, Mauss, Lowith, Valery, Fanon, Bachelard, Blumenberg, Apel, Eco, Bouveresse, and Virilio. (Not that I like all of them.)

Who Are You?
@get-jnxd
Jinx should've known the risky shortcuts around Zaun, but she fell for it anyway. One minute she was looking for a laboratory, next minute she found herself caught in a snare trap leaving her dangling upside down in the middle of an alley. She squirmed and writhed but the rope wasn’t coming loose. Her squirming immediately froze once she heard a faint sound of growling behind her. She quickly pulled out her zap gun and arm it just in case. "Come on out, doggy. You're missin' the fun!”
There was very little in Zaun that Warwick failed to pick up on or, at the least, be aware of due to his constant hyperaware state. Whether it was the skittering of plague rats scurrying through a pipe, or even the acrid odor of chemicals and gunpowder wafting from all the way across the other side of the city. He was the apex predator of the beleaguered metropolis, and nothing could escape his notice in his town. Especially not the cacophony of footsteps and litany of shouts and profanity begot by the backlash and ensuing chase of a troublemaker’s antics. But above all else, he could never miss the scent of those who spilled blood and did misdeeds. Nor did the sulfuric gunpowder and the acrid stench of their firearms.  And for one toting more firepower than one of such gaunt frame should possess, there was no clearer scent trail for the predator to follow.  How long had the Howler been stalking this bizarre woman? Time was a fluid concept in a perpetual state of edging just outside the margins of his comprehension. But it definitely was long enough for several blocks of factories to cycle through inactivity and use. This usually signaled the midpoint of a day in Zaun. And in that time period, he had to have crossed more than a fourth of the city. Something not unusual for him when in the process of stalking and tracking a given prey item, but this one was different. While she used back alleys and roundabout ways to traverse the city only a Zaunite would know of, there was an overt lack of familiarity in her.  For example, she picked the worst alley to stride through while being hunted.  Thus, once the crude trap engineered by some stray thug or goon, he plopped down onto the street alley below with an imitation of a grin curling up either side of his cheek. Either ear was slanted forward while his fur bristled, tail following the contour of his left back leg. Crimson mottled mucus green eyes pierced the darkness as he skulked up to where she now hung. But as he got closer, her scent became more pronounced.  Aside from the power and lingering scarlet, there was a familiar essence.  One that worried away at the remnants of the man’s psyche.  It begot a sharp anguish in the center of the beast’s minds.  Memories, faint half-recollections.  All nagging.  Crying.  Agonizing.  Something from deep within the pit of his chest rumbled, croaking out a growl as he stopped just at the edge of where the shadows kept him cloaked. It drew her apprehension, as well as the muzzle of a pistol. Then the darkness seemed to pull away so as to unveil the hound, starting from the glow emanating from his chambers and his eyes. Thus the monster was evinced in all its engineered horror.  “Too...loud...” he drawled in that low, guttural tone, head shaking.

World University Rankings 2018: The top 10
Top 100 universities in the world : British universities have been named the best in the world for a second year running, this time boasting the two top positions in the prestigious World University Rankings. Oxford University is ranked in first place in this year’s table, after beating US champion the California Institute of Technology for the first time last year. An even greater achievement, arguably, was seen by rival Cambridge this year, as the institution jumped from fourth place up to second thanks to a perceived improvement in research quality. It’s the first time in the 13-year history of the rankings that two European institutions take the top two spots. Switzerland’s ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich) also clings onto a spot in the top 10, after dropping one place from ninth to joint 10th. Meanwhile, Trinity College Dublin has jumped 14 places to 117th this year. Italy and Spain both have new number ones thanks to large rises for two of their institutions: Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and Pompeu Fabra University. But the rise of Asia is becoming an increasing threat to Europe’s standing in the rankings, its authors said.  China’s two leading universities now outrank Germany’s top institution, LMU Munich.  Germany also has two fewer institutions in the top 200; of the 20 institutions that still make this cohort, 12 have slipped.  Tsinghua University has also overtaken Switzerland’s École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, and Peking University now outranks the Karolinska Institute and is on a par with the University of Edinburgh. Europe now has seven institutions in the top 30 while Asia has three. Last year these figures were 10 and two respectively. Phil Baty, editorial director of the global rankings, said: “Europe is one of the leading regions in the THE World University Rankings and is now home to more than half of the top-200 spots (101 compared to 99 last year).  “The University of Cambridge’s rise to second place, in particular, is a fantastic achievement, while other improvements show the strength of the region amid increasing global competition.  “But there are signs that Asia is starting to threaten the position of some of Europe’s leading institutions, while Brexit poses a huge risk to the success of UK universities in the future. I think im just gonna scrap Jasper entirely. I mean, Emory is right there. It doesn't really make sense for both of them to exist. So. Emory is going to be Cheshire for Phineas & Alice, and then when Finnegan comes to Wonderland Vincent will be Cheshire. This also means that Vinny can't be in MaaC (like Emory he has no Alternates) but that was more of an AU anyway, plus he can always be an actor since LIW is a TV show in that verse.
This also means that Silver (Jasper's wife) and Violet (their daughter) will also be scrapped as im pretty sure Emory is aroace?? He has no desire for a romantic relationship or even children. I suppose Delilah can be with him to replace Violet but idk since, again, Vincent is taking over the role when Finnegan enters.

[ AU: This Life is Mine ]
⚠️ THIS IS A MaDD BLOG!! FANDOM DNI ⚠️
A M@rvel AU following the events of [movie]. A lot happens but the tldr is that Gobby & Normie get different bodies thanks to their universe's version of [this dude]. The AU follows Goblin as he learns to have a life of his own. It's mostly random scenarios that are loosely connected — honestly, it can be viewed as a bunch of AUs stacked on top of each other at this point.
But this is one of the Arcs/AUs! It's quite a bit into the timeline, so I'm gonna skip over some stuff but the only important thing is that Goblin is now called Salem Green & works at an animal shelter. There he meets Claude Kingsley, and they immediately hit it off. Claude does not have the best home life, so Salem eventually accidentally becomes a parental figure towards them. And since Salem is also a vigilante — Changeling — he takes Claude under his wing and teaches them how to fight crime, making Claude his sidekick. They are cute, and very chaotic together.
We've only just recently managed to work Emory into the plot — much to his annoyance — so there isn't much with him other than he's uh. magic. A powerful wizard dude, basically. idk how he meets Salem & Claude yet, but it's probably something to do with Salem being a fae creature thing.

In the health and life science news released last week, it’s worth highlighting the achievement of Emory University physicists who demonstrated an intriguing case of switching between lifeless and life-like behavior in a simple physical system - particles suspended in a vacuum chamber filled with a plasma, which switch back and forth between crystalline and fluid states.
“We’ve discovered perhaps the simplest physical system that can consistently keep changing behavior over time in a fixed environment,” says Justin Burton, Emory assistant professor of physics. “In fact, the system is so simple we never expected to see such a complex property emerge from it. Our model strips away the complexity of this behavior, providing the minimum ingredients necessary. That provides a base, a starting point, to help understand more complex systems.”
In related (fictional) news, Dan Brown’s recently published novel Origin mentions the research work of MIT physicist Jeremy England, who could have “identified the underlying physical principle driving the origin and evolution of life.”
After reading the news summaries below, step outside and smell the roses. A scientific study has confirmed that spending time outdoors is a direct line to happiness. If you simply take time to notice the nature around you, it will increase your general happiness and well-being.
Switching between lifeless and life-like behavior in simple physical systems. Scientists at Emory University have shown how a system of lifeless particles can become “life-like” by collectively switching back and forth between crystalline and fluid states, even when the environment remains stable. The researchers achieved the first experimental realization of such dynamics with particles suspended in a vacuum chamber filled with a plasma. The research results, described in a study published in Physical Review Letters, could serve as a simple model for the study of emerging properties in non-equilibrium systems.
Special stem cells allow geckos to regrow their tails. Researchers at the University of Guelph have discovered the type of stem cell that is behind the gecko’s ability to regrow its tail, a finding that has implications for spinal cord treatment in humans. The research results, published in Journal of Comparative Neurology, indicate that that the spinal cord of the gecko houses a special type of stem cell known as the radial glia. These stem cells are normally fairly quiet, but jump into action in response to a severe injury, and ultimately make a brand new spinal cord. Once the injury is healed and the spinal cord is restored, the cells return to a resting state.
Toward unveiling the molecular process of aging. Bioscientists at UC San Diego have analyzed molecular processes that influence aging with cutting-edge computational and experimental approaches. A study published in PNAS shows that a complete loss of chromatin silencing - a molecular process that helps protect DNA from damage - leads to accelerated cell aging and death. However, the researchers similarly found that continuous chromatin silencing also leads cells to a shortened lifespan. The researchers are persuaded that further studies will transform our understanding in the basic biology of aging and will lead to new strategies to promote longevity in humans.
Organic-iridium compound kills cancer cells. Researchers at the University of Warwick and Sun-Yat Sen University have discovered that a compound based on iridium kills cancer cells by filling them with singlet exygen (a deadly version of oxygen) when activated by laser light, without harming healthy tissue. The research results, published in Angewandte Chemie International Edition, indicate that an organic-iridium compound, activated by shining visible laser light through the skin onto a laboratory model of lung cancer, had penetrated and infused singlet oxygen into every layer of the tumor, killing it.
NanoDeg research platform controls protein levels in cells. Scientists at Rice University have discovered that a nanoscale antibody first found in camels, combined with a protein-degrading molecule, is an effective new platform to control protein levels in cells. Based on a study published in ACS Synthetic Biology, the researchers developed a platform dubbed NanoDeg, which allows to target specific proteins in a cell and strictly regulate their degradation. According to the scientists, this research will permit a better understanding of cellular dynamics and have applications in the design of synthetic gene circuits.

Questions: 1,, 4,, 18,, 19,, 20 for the Para Motivation Ask Meme please !! (ෆ ᴗ͈ ω ᴗ͈ ෆ) I’’d like to request Neil and Ozzie,, but you can do the paras you’’ve most recently been daydreaming about if you’’d like !! ( ◉ ω ◉ )
Tumblr media
[ ASK GAME ] || (I'm pretty sure you meant the para relationship ask game lol) Funnily enough Neil & Ozzie WERE the last paras I daydreamed about!! They were doing kinky sex while I was working and uhm I think Neil might be ace?? We'll get back to that at some point. But I'm also gonna do Alice from @fractured-fables since I drew her earlier & also Emory bc there's now a sign at work that looks SO MUCH LIKE HIM it makes me loose my mind.
Tumblr media
1.) What’s their relationship with their parents like? Is there one parent they’re closer too than the other? If your was raised by a different caretaker, what is their relationship like, and how does your para feel about the absence of their parents in their life?
Neil: Technically doesn't have parents as he was treated as an experiment since the minute he was born. However, his father was a scientist at Arcaynis (the organization that's experimenting on people). He willingly subjected his own son to horrific experiments, but thankfully(??) Neil didn't know this. He doesn't really have any parental figures, and kinda wished he did. Maybe he wouldn't be so fucked up if someone held him a little bit as a kid.
Ozzie: His father was very abusive, but thankfully his momma was always ready to defend him. He is a very big momma's boy and yknow, I think they still talk sometimes. He probably sent her some of the money he stole when he was a villain.
Alice: Does not get along with her parents. Well. Its complicated. She loves them, they love her, but they don't really "get" her, if you catch my drift?? Objectively speaking, they're fine parents, just probably not the best for Alice. HOWEVER, Phineas becomes like her second dad/uncle/older brother figure in Wonderland, and those two understand each other SO WELL. Funnily enough, they actually hated each other when they first met! Both for good reasons but nowadays you'd never know. Also did you know some people ship Alice & Hatter romantically??? They are Wrong. So very wrong thats her dad!!!
Emory: His "backstory" gives him parents, but they're also dead and desperately need to be buried bc they're rotting corpses are stinking up the house. He doesn't really consider them his "parents", anyway. Technically, he doesn't have any, and he's perfectly fine with that. Still, Theia likes to call him her son sometimes which is kinda funny so he allows it and humors her by occasionally referring to her as his mother.
Tumblr media
4.) Who was your para’s childhood best friend? When and how did they meet? Are they still friends?
Neil: Dahlia!! She was the daughter of another scientist at Arcaynis, but not an experiment. Neil loved her, she was quite literally the ONLY good thing in his life. Dahlia wasn't supposed to sneak into wherever Neil was being kept, but she was curious. And stubborn, because she kept coming back almost every day! Eventually, she was encouraged to interact with Neil to observe how he reacted to certain stimuli. Unfortunately, he accidentally killed her while he was escaping Arcaynis. He often wonders what it'd be like if she lived — would she be proud? He almost idolizes and romanticizes her/her existence. It's kinda creepy.
Ozzie: Ozzie was a very shy, soft spoken, and introverted kid. He was bullied a lot for being a teachers pet / being smart. It was rough, but Nora Osborn took pity on him and helped Ozzie gain some confidence during high school! I have not introduced her yet (bc I. keep forgetting to) but Nora is Ozzie's wife! Canonically she had roughly 8 minutes of screen time and died but I haven't fully decided on what I wanna do with her in MaaC yet. But she does exist, and Ozzie loves her dearly.
Alice: Her best friends are Dorothy and Wendy!!! They've been bffs for varying years, but all met during early childhood. I think they all just met on the playground one day, yknow how little kids are lol. And yes, they're still friends today! I call them the "iskeai girls" bc they all get transported to other worlds lol.
Emory: OK so technically Emory never had a "childhood", he's an ageless being that sort of just...exists. but uhm I guess we can say Ketrill?? Ketrill was created by Theia so they spent a lot of time together. They're kinda like brothers.
Tumblr media
18.) How important are your para’s various relationships to them? Do they cherish the people closest to them? Does their support system keep them going? How about strangers? What are their feelings about humanity as a whole? Is it easier for them to live those closest to them vs humanity as a whole?
Neil: EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. He has never had friends/family/ANYTHING before escaping Arcaynis, so he'll cling to anything he can stick his claws in. He learns to balance different relationships (as well as the types of relationships) as time goes on with the help of those around him, but by GOD was he, uh, a bit of an obsessive stalker towards practically anyone he met the first few years of living in society. As for humanity? It sucks. Shut that shit down.
Ozzie: Oohh, he's a sappy mother motherfucker that loves his friends and probably believed in the power of friendship when he was younger (he still kinda does sshhh). He has mixed views on humanity but like, he's human too so he doesn't want it totally gone.
Alice: Depends on the person tbh. Earth? Forget them tbh. Wonderland? THAT'S HER FAMILY!!! Yes all of Wonderland is her family now lol that's her HOME. She loves it there and genuinely considers it her home, she'd live there always if given the option. She thinks humanity on earth sucks but Wonderlandians got smth going on trust her on that.
Emory: So looking at it now I think Emory is only close to like, 5 people total. That's it. I don't know if he'd consider them a "friend group" or a "support system" but he does care for them, which is saying something, as he doesn't really get close to people. I don't think he really has an opinion on humanity. Like it exists. That's it. He doesn't really...care??
Tumblr media
19.) How does your para realize they care about someone? Is it instantaneous, or a slow realization? Are they dense, or maybe realize once it’s too late that there was something there?
Neil: He's...a little dense. To everyone else, it's so fucking obviously because he's trailing after the person like a lost puppy and is borderline obsessed with them. But he probably won't realize how much they mean until someone either points it out or he looses that person.
Ozzie: It creeps up on him. He knows he cares about someone, its the level/extent of it that surprises him! Like he thought Neil was just a good ally/coworker until something innocuous happened, like maybe he saw the other sleeping and then BAM! Head over heels in love. Incredible, really.
Alice: I feel like Alice is similar to Ozzie, she knows she cares about those around her, I guess sometimes she just forgets HOW much she cares. Or sometimes its hard to care, with all the shit they've been through/have going on. She tries her best to make sure those she loves feel appreciated, though.
Emory: Imma be honest...he doesn't get "close" to people. He's an Interdimensional Demonic Cat, The Librarian. He records everything, narrates all of it. So getting close to those he is observing...he doesn't like it. He was close to Delilah, and she died. He was a little too involved with False Moon, and they're pretty traumatized. By FF/LIW he's kinda keeping his distance. Anyway! He knows pretty quickly when he genuinely cares about someone and not solely because he wants the "story" to continue. And he will deny it until the end of time, because God forbid a kitty experience love!!
Tumblr media
20.) How does your para expresses their feelings of care/love to others? What’s their love language (giving and receiving!)
Neil: Gift giving!! He gives very weird gifts, though. Honestly he's kinda like a cat bringing its owner dead animals?? Like uh thanks buddy but what am I supposed to do with this exactly. He very much likes receiving physical contact. Hold him. Please.
Ozzie: Quality time!! He likes taking people out to museums and aquariums, those type of places, and seeing what they point out. He also likes receiving quality time. Literally all you gotta do is exist in the same room as him he is so easy to please.
Alice: Acts of service!! She'll get your groceries! She'll paint your roses! She'll die for you! Literally!! She likes receiving words of affirmation. Tell her she's doing good. Please. Don't actually she'll break down and sob.
Emory: Physical contact. I feel like that's a typical/standard cat answer. Yes he does express love like an actual cat would. He likes receiving quality time. Just spend some time in his library, he'll appreciate it a lot.
