Reminder to block AspenFrostEN, her alters sideblogs and any supporters that come across your dash!!
if you don't know who she is, she's a system tiktoker and violently anti-endo. She has harrased multiple systems, repeatedly said ableist slurs (against schizophrenic people and people with psychosis iirc) and spread a lot of misinformation. Recently, she has told her fans to flood inclusive tags with hate.
Her fans use the tag #aspenfr/stengenic *o (excuse the censoring, we don't want them to find us), and a userbox and flag with her sona on it.
However, please don't harras or interact with her as that may paint a target on your back. Block and move on. Please stay safe.
!!!DO NOT INTERACT WITH THE PERSON THIS POST IS ABOUT!!!

The Plural Community Needs to Write More Essays and Make More Resources
This has been a pretty big push in the alterhuman community, but hasn't quite reached the plural community yet. So
Systems: Write about your experiences! Post them!
It doesn't have to be good or coherent, but we want to see more experiences that aren't just bland, blanket positivity posts or term coining with zero substance. Some of our favorite writings we've read have had poor grammar and disjointed paragraphs!
Reasons to write about your experiences:
It can make people who have that experience both realize they're not alone and learn ways they can explore that experience
It can be education for people who don't experience that so they can learn what it's like
It gives more potential for citation for those who are making more comprehensive resources
They can be used several years down the line to track trends and events within the plural community
Also want to combat anti-endos? Write about your experiences. Humanize yourself (for lack of a better term). Create solidarity with others and encourage them to be out about themselves. Don't let psychiatric texts, syscourse rants, and simple definitions be the only information about your group!
We'll tack on what we're interested in seeing, but feel free to reblog and add anything too:
Guides! Guides on how your system does things, or guides that can help other systems
How plurality intersects with other disabilities or neurodivergence
Headspace tours, art about your headspace, collages
The effects drugs or medication has on your system
Non-traditional roles, or even how traditional roles do their day to day tasks
Different types of plurality intersecting (i.e. systems who fit more than one of DID, endogenic multiplicity, medianhood, soulbonding, etc)
Spirituality and religion intersecting with plurality
Seriously, whatever you want to talk about

Positivity post cause of recent things. Psychosis is still marginalized and treated like a joke or an insult. We have delusional episodes and it sucks how little there is in the way of resources for it in general let alone aimed specifically at systems. There's an unfortunate number of people who believe these experiences are mutually exclusive, they're not. It's probably actually quite common at least among systems with trauma.
Shout-out to systems with psychosis
Shout-out to systems who've been told they're psychotic and not plural
Shout-out to endogenic/created systems with psychosis
Shout-out to endogenic/created systems that have been told they're psychotic and not plural
Shout-out to people who thought they were systems but are actually psychotic

Psychotic systems, you are not alone in your experiences. It's a struggle figuring out your identity and life with just one of those things, let alone both at once. Reality is hard to figure out sometimes and having other things going on in your brain can make it so much more confusing.
But regardless of how your psychosis manifests and does or does not affect / intertwine with your system, you are not a freak.
You are not fake.
You are no less than any other system.
You are no less than any other person.
You are important, you are valued, and you are loved.

My good rule of thumb for avoiding unsafe plural communities is: if it is unsafe for some systems it’s unsafe for all systems. Anyone can decide you’re one of the “bad ones” and target you. -Angel

I enjoy being plural because it means I get to have a friend to do the dishes with when I need to do them. We sing together in cofront while doing chores, and while we cannot sing together as separate bodies would, I believe a duet is best sung in unison when it's from the same throat.

We try so hard not to engage in syscourse but we're breaking our rule this once.
Dear anti-endos: get the fuck out of the pro-endo tags. Crosstagging in that way is quite literally just misusing the tagging feature, plain and simple.
The whole point of tagging on tumblr is to be able to see the content you want to see while avoiding content you don't want to. That system can only work if users respect the point of tags and use them how they're supposed to be used.
Setting all syscourse aside, wether you believe in endogenic plurality or not, you're just being a petty and pathetic asshole.

We love and support all systems.
Systems of all origins.
Systems with fictives, factives, something inbetween or neither.
Systems who are median or midcontinuum.
Systems with nonhuman headmates.
Systems with psychosis or psychotic disorders.
Systems who make tulpas.
Systems who struggle.
Systems with mental disorders that may or may not impact their plurality.
Systems who split.
Systems who are nondisordered, and systems who are disordered.
Systems who are proud to be plural.
Systems who used to be disordered but now are not.
Systems who have personality disorders.
Systems who love their headmates and try their best to get along.
Systems who used to be nondisordered but now are disordered.
Systems who have headmates walk-in or show up out of nowhere.
Systems who are covert, and systems who are overt.
Systems who post about their system online.
Systems who have a hard time getting along with their headmates.
Systems who have a flucutuating member count.
Systems with disabilities that may or may not impact their plurality.
Systems who don't tell anyone of their plurality.
Systems who are queer.
Systems who soulbond.
Systems who engage with the plural community, and those that do not.
Any other system that has ever existed.
We love and support all systems.

It's so funny to me that anti-endos are saying endos are "taking their resources".
No. endogenic systems are using the resources because they are systems. like you.
There's no way anybody could "steal" shit like the stuff you make up. get over it.

Hey everyone, with all the hate that’s been posted lately in the “#pluralgang” hashtag, please do what you can to keep yourself and your system safe.
We recommend blocking any user who tags their posts both with “#pluralgang” and “#endos fuck off” or some variation of an endo hate tag. These people are desperate for negative attention, itching to start fights, and trying to build themselves up by tearing others down. It’s best to not engage with them at all, just block!
It’s extremely likely that these folks will eventually get bored and move on if we don’t give them the attention they’re looking for. The TikTokers who moved here are most likely just fishing for hate content to rack up views on their TikTok accounts anyway. Please look after yourselves and keep your systems safe from unnecessary harm!
And as a quick reminder, on this blog we love and support systems of all origins, no exceptions!! Y’all are real, you’re valid and lovely, and we promise you DO make the plural community a better place simply by existing in it.

Why are anti-endos' only resource the theory of structural dissociation? It's either that or carrds 😭.
Like... you realize the theory of structural dissociation was written by a guy who abused his plural patients, right? Why are we... using that as a resource?
If you want to follow that; then you also have to believe in and follow the part where it says that therapists should only speak to the 'real' one in the system. And then you should also follow the part where it talks about how all traumatized people have dissociative parts of the brain; not just those with DIDOSDD. So therefore people with PTSD and other disorders commonly associated or caused by trauma would also be considered plural, correct?
Oh but I forgot, you only like to cherry pick the information that specifically helps you.
Update: Thank you all who have reblogged and corrected us / educated us 🫶. I may not have the energy to reply to everyone but thank u!! Also I will keep this post up for those who want to read through it, but I'm adding this so others can see and potentionally read through the reblogs if they want to!
