Okay… so I discovered this, and I’m not mad about it. Never thought we would get this kind of representation in German TV but here we are ;)

Fun fact: ihr glaubt es nicht, Ich hab letztes Jahr in Schwerin Urlaub gemacht und als wir in der Stadt waren, mussten wir einige Minuten warten um die Straße zu überqueren, da dort gedreht wurde. You guessed it, das gehörte zu dieser Serie. Das war diese Szene, ganz am Anfang, wenn ich mich nicht täusche, dann war das 1x02, wo Uli und Jeremy mit Ivy vor dem Hotel stehen und diskutieren. Ich hab mich immer gewundert, für welche Serie/Film das war, jetzt hab ich meine Antwort :) ich wünsche bloß ich hätte ein Bild gemacht..

The lengths I go to for a TV show with WLW characters. In this case, Hotel Mondial (Eva & Uli). But having gotten interested in other characters, I‘ve watched whole episodes. Now the ZDF website (on Chrome browser) has a work-around to get English subtitles, it gives you the gist of the scenes. So like a nut, I’ve been handwriting out the German subtitles, then running it through ChatGPT (with custom instructions for better translation), and it turns out MUCH better than Google Translate.

Custom Instructions for ChatGPT:

I have downloads of the episodes, but the downloads don’t even have the German subtitles. So, one must make do. 😉

Occasionally a little frustrating as sometimes a line or a couple of words is added or slightly changed from the subtitles. Sometimes, I can catch it, other times I just transcribe what is provided in the subtitles.

i’m also working on a new hairstyle for my Angoulême model, it’s well on it’s way but i’m not satisfied with the headband  ✔️

Michał Żebrowski’s Geralt face is started and it looks cool in blender but i’m dreading the game import :’)

Grażyna Wolszczak’s  Yennefer is also started but i’m going to redo it all over because she looked AWFUL in game, that poor woman

Zbigniew Zamachowski’s  Jaskier isn’t started yet but i’m looking forward to it

⭕ for the netflix crowd i still have the netflix triss mod to update with the new dress and hair option, also would like to redclothify the blue dressthen the other characters models i had planned but never had the strenght to start lmao: netflix dijkstra, philippa  maybe ciri and jaskier complete with outfits and hair ( maybe an outfit and hairstyle for the yennfer mod too idk ) not gonna lie it’s not a priority for me ⭕
