So... RTD literally had everything in hand to make an original and magnificent 60th anniversary paying homage both to the original series / the first Doctor, and to its first 4 seasons which took place between 2005 and 2008 which it achieved, by bringing back Tentoo (because sorry, that was the most logical thing to do) and also the Toymaker.

Aslo, why not even bring back Martha ?! Since the characters were literally there where she was supposed to work in episode 3...

But no, instead, we were treated to essentially the same scenario as in 2008 but less good and messier with less meaning...

I understand the principle of wanting to show that the Doctor can finally be happy ! It is my dream that the Time Lord Doctor realizes that despite his immortality he can enjoy the time he has with the people he loves and rest, since yes, he seemed tired of traveling during the 12th and 13th incarnation even loving it.

But to have that, there would need to be an ending, except that the whole principle of the character is that the Doctor's story cannot end. (The principle of the series with regeneration for changes of actors is designed to keep it going as long as possible... It's also the livelihood of the BBC channel. Without this series, it's a bit like shit for them. So obviously, they'll make it last as long as they can. Even more so now that the Doctor's origins have been changed, so no more limits in terms of regeneration. They can keep Doctor Who forever if they want !)

RTD tries to make what we see as an end for the Doctor sound. Except that things get stuck because we still have the 15th who is going to lead the same life as before ! Emotional openness in addition to winning at least, that's something.

So no, there is no end for the Doctor. Just an alternative version that finally arises.

Except that we already had this scenario with Tentoo in 2008 and done better because he was at least human. 14 is still a Time Lord with a long life (Can he still be immortal ? Or since he had a bigeneration instead of a normal regeneration, he will no longer be able to regenerate and once the time of the 14th incarnation has passed he will simply disappear ? We don't know !), and is just another version of the Doctor. Not only this type of ending, where the Doctor, despite the nature of his species, agrees to be open about his emotions and take advantage of the time he has with those close to him, can't work with another Doctor doing what he's always done. So there is no real rest. But also with the existence of Tentoo in another universe, the scenario is redundant and has no real impact ! (Whether David Tennant plays the role of the 14th Doctor or not)

This scenario is therefore unnecessary.

Tentoo is literally the only Doctor who has had it all. He is human. He has the ultimate adventure that the Doctor will never experience. Not even 14. Beyond that, Tentoo was planned from season 1. The natural culmination of the 9th and 10th Doctor arc. So bringing him back for the end of the 2005 series would have made complete sense and much more strength. It was a chance to remind the public that yes, Tentoo is the Doctor. And it would have worked much better, knowing that in any case, the Doctor's story must continue. What's better than showing that the most sincere version of the Doctor has a fucking happy life ?! The only adventure that the other will never have ?! Can you imagine ending up there ?! How good would that have been ?! Rather than having a separate version of the Doctor again ?! Still played by David Tennant in addition, to make it very redundant...

JUST SOME THOUGHTS 💭 : the nine circles of loona hell.

After the very straining and soul-sucking battle that is BBC (although its not totally over! court-hearings are still due on August, it is still relieving knowing all 12 are out of BBC) new doors are opening up for the girls: as an odd eye circle comeback is right around the corner, a new wave of thrill and excitement is brewing up but, akin to the feeling of getting kicked on the stomach and as you stand up getting kicked again....orbits not only relive the feeling of euphoria to a new comeback, they'll also feel the same dread and annoyance at the piss poor management.

Modhaus choose to stray away from the usual path a company would do for promoting their artist, that being with NFTS and the benefit of voting for certain things due to said NFT. And it seems to be working for other group under Modhaus. I understand the need/or want for a uniform marketing scheme, but I wonder if Modhaus ever wondered or taken into consideration if the majority of OEC/Artms demographic and fans actually...gives a shit.

Although being a hot topic during 2021 (and years prior to that), it slowly started dwindling back in the shadows as other waves of trends came crashing in.But even then it seems as if NFT is just a rich mans toy that also happened to pack a punch at mother earth: the whole novelty about NFTs are the cha-ching linked to it, you'd just oggle and laugh at the cartoonishly high prices celebrities pay for ugly drawings of monkeys or even participate in it just for a quick buck.

Yet I don't see why it's necessary to even have NFTS in Artm's case considering how environmentally degrading it is. If they wanted to earn a quick buck out of these fans they could've just simply locked those photos on a paywall, there are many avenues and paths that can lead them to the same place. Also factor in the fact that majority or at least a good chunk of the fandom either don't care or vehemently hate it, so it just stirs a lot of negativity in forums or platforms where positivity is a better option— and yet Modhaus or any company really, never listens to the fandom's wishes/thoughts/feedback which is a big blunder due to the fact that fans are what feeds these companies, without an audience there is no place for their music to thrive.

But what about the albums? They're environmentally degrading too!

See, this is where my main gripe about NFTS actually formulate. I'm very much aware that everything I consume in my life can and will damage the environment one way or another, but there's actually a purpose behind those things. NFTS on the other hand...not so much. They are soulless pieces of merchandise, thats soul purpose starts and ends with it being a selfie whilst damaging the environment. Albums is a great garden to grow and see even a tiny speck of art. The inclusions are also another factor, it's a medium for art to flourish and has some real life uses to it (cd's).

Aside from the drift between fans and NFTS. Scheduling, lack of 'hype' is a big sore in the comeback, considering how the members themselves spoke about how they wish for a win. Why couldn't they manage their calendars correctly? Why aren't they hiring employees that can cater for a better outcome? Why are there dead zones of silence in between teasers? There's also overpricing of tour tickets (the announcement being before we even got the video teaser, me-thinks it would've worked out much better if they announced it in the middle of promotions as the hype may still be around).

Promoting Loona had always been a pleasure for orbits especially in their hayday before the great Armageddon, but now as the tides are shifting: there is now a realization that orbits antics may just backfire: Promoting the group is always the companies job, it's merely an option for the fans. And it's not as if Modhaus is a company majorly lacking in resources, so why can't they do it themselves? And the bare minimum is not to ghost fans leading up to the release date, there are ways to bring in hype and extra content without even straining or overworking the girls themselves. Posting hints about the comeback, interesting tidbits and trivia about it, even posting a little screencap of the mv is a decent way to generate curiosity regarding the comeback.

I do appreciate those little shortcuts video they post, content better than nothing at least.

It's just tiring seeing oec/artms re-living the same old issues under the hand of the same old man.

But that aside, I do genuinely look forward for this comeback (or re-debut maybe?). I dig the concept and especially the first few set of photo teasers as it was very interesting and alluring. It's wonderful that they choose to recall previous details for the sub-unit's comeback/re-debut as it really gives a rush to old fans and can create interest to the new ones. Tiny thing, but I really like the details they placed on the eyepatches like the laces and stuff. Love the thick bangs on Choerry too. The video teasers were also an amazing watch, just hearing OEC's old songs now as they are in a new chapter in their career, new company, new everything, is just thrilling and sweet. I wonder (delusions) if Haseul or Heejin will be a featured artists in their b-sides! That'll be fun for sure.

What happens when enough Russian kids die to inconvenience Putin?

So, yesterday I wrote that Putin basically made kids that had no idea what they were doing participate in the war and commit war crimes.

Wanna guess how the situation developed?

Firstly, there are reports now that there is an internal purge going on at the FSB, Russian intelligence service — several members are under arrest, specifically those who were responsible for spying on Ukraine, developing a network of agents there, etc. It is especially funny (in a gallows humour sort of way) that they seem to be accused among other things, of just feeding Putin chicken shit and simply pocketing the funds that they were given to develop said network. And Putin likely bought it and was really certain that Ukraine would crumble right after his attack. Whether they really tricked him or are just really bad at their job, there is something morosely funny about the whole affair.

On a more serious note, it shows that nobody, even the spies thought there would actually be an invasion or at least that one would happen so soon. Nobody was prepared, nobody was ready, and if they weren't ready, you can imagine what the rest of the country was like. No sector was prepared — not even the banks. The entire system is feeling the effects of this massive debacle, and ordinary people are paying the price.

Secondly, as I wrote earlier, even the official departments had to admit there were conscripts fighting in the Ukraine (they said "few separate cases", which likely means hundreds and hundreds and hundreds...). And even in the desensitized and abused for decades citizens of Russia that sparked an outrage. And is likely to spark even more, as suddenly even the most blindly-patriotic parents learn that their boy, whom they hoped to see in a year, has been turned to ash and bones with a bunch of other boys in a mobile crematorium and thrown in a ditch somewhere. And what do you think Putin is doing to fight this outrage? I mean apart from lying, arresting and torturing any protesters, rolling out a giant propaganda machine and banning any free press? He turns to mercenaries. I waited until there was an official article at the English-language BBC website because I wanted to collaborate what I was saying — their Russian website spoke about that about a day earlier. To put it shortly — there is an officially non-existent mercenary group, which can't exist because mercenary work is banned by the law in Russia. It is allegedly curated by the Russian department of defence and Its training grounds are RIGHT NEXT TO AN OFFICIAL ARMY BASE. So, this group is hiring anyone. Before they were open only to the Russian nationals that had no debts, no prior convictions, etc. Now they are hiring anyone. Read the article I linked to — it is in English and it explains a lot.

So, what does it all come down to? A bunch of kids have been lied to and forced to commit war crimes, and now that enough of them have been slaughtered to inconvenience Putin, you are about to see a bunch of criminals with AK-47 running around Ukraine committing even more war crimes instead. And since they are not officially part of the Russian army Putin will say that he had nothing to do with whatever they did.

But by all means, I am sure that it is these exact people who are using Coursera in their spare time, buying clothes at UNIQLO and using VISA cards to support their kids who are studying abroad. Them and Putin.

A soft smile etched onto [Name]'s lips as his [Eye color] eyes looked at the body pressed close unto his form. Right arm wrapped at the sleeping form of the blond haired male as he looked at the face of the other layed beside him.

"Good morning," [Name] softly murmured, knowing full well that the supposed to be sleeping male was awake. And he was right. The blond merely replied a soft and tired groan on his greeting. Chuckling softly, the [Hair color] haired male brought the blond close to him. His other arm wrapping the other's form as he murmured soft nothings onto the blond's form.

"Come on, loser," [Name] mused at the other. "Get up, we need to get ready for the day," the blond merely groaned again.

"If it wasn't for that almost close reference of Mean Girls, I would have hit you," Sebastian had grunted, eyes shut close but a smile on his lips as he nuzzled his face onto the [Hair color] haired man's neck. Sebastian heard the other man chuckle at his reply as he felt his back being traced with fingers by [Name], drawing patterns.

"So, you mean that if I did not try to quote Mean Girls, you would have hit me?" [Name] had asked.

"Yes," came Sebastian blunt reply. [Name] couldn't help but chuckle at the blond's answer as he brought the blond closer to his body. "Not because you feel at least an ounce of love for me?" [Name] had asked as he took a deep inhale on Sebastian's scent. A content hum leaving his lips as his partner still smelled-- oddly enough-- as that lavender and vanilla scent he grew to adore.

"No, not because I love you, you dork," Sebastian had said as he opened his eyes as he felt [Name] ceased to draw patterns on his back but instead had his hands, well, at least one of them, to be entangled on Sebastian's blond hair. The [Hair color] haired man softly running his fingers on Sebastian's scalp, making the man softly sigh. Content the blond was as he pressed himself more closer to [Name].

"I love you," [Name] softly murmured onto Sebastian's ear. The blond merely rolled his eyes as he wrapped his arms around the other's body.

"Gee, I do hope so," Sebastian sarcastically said. "It would be very awkward if you don't. Being married for three years and all," the blond mused as a soft smile on his lips as he heard [Name] chuckle.

"My Jove, has it been three years? It feels like yesterday we just had our wedding," [Name] had softly murmured as he placed a soft kiss on Sebastian's forehead. A groan leaving the [Hair color] man's lips when Sebastian scratched his unclothe back.

"Stop being so sappy," Sebastian had retorted as he backed away a bit to look at [Name]'s face who merely sent him a grin. "It's too early in the morning for it."

"I can't help it, love," the [Hair color] haired man softly said as he saw Sebastian's eyes soften at his nick name for the other. "I still can't believe that I had managed to catch such a handsome and loving husband after all," [Name] said which made Sebastian let out a laugh.

"Such a sappy dork you are," the blond mused as he sat up, [Name]'s hand getting off of him as he also unwrapped his own arms off the other as he did. Looking down at the [Hair color] haired man laying beside him, a soft smile on Sebastian's lips as his blue eyes stared lovingly at the other's [Eye color] ones.

"I love you, dork," Sebastian had softly said as he leaned down, putting his hand on the other's chest as he connected his lips with [Name]'s.

"I love you too, Sebbie," [Name] cheekily said as he and the blond parted. Not missing Sebastian's eyes rolling at what he had called the blond.

"Stop calling me 'Sebbie'," Sebastian said, a small hint of annoyance in his tone but [Name] didn't mind it.

"Your boss can call you that but not I? Your beloved lover? How cruel," [Name] had said as he smiled when Sebastian sent him a small glare.

"Beloved? As if you dork," Sebastian had jokingly said. "But you know how Jim is," the blond had said as he saw [Name] nodded.

"How is he by the way? I haven't heard of him since that time he visited because he was... um... bored," [Name] stated as Sebastian groaned at that memory.

To say the least, the blond's boss was an... eccentric man.

The 'Napoleon of crime' as what others seemed to say as Jim was the consulting criminal and arch enemy of the consulting detective, Sherlock Holmes. A very dangerous criminal mastermind.

'And a cock block.' Sebastian annoyedly thought as he remembered that time Jim visited the two. Sebastian and [Name] were making out on the couch of their living room and things were going more heated as each second pass. It would have ended with the two making love it if wasn't for Jim slamming the front door and shouting how bored he was. Not even paying mind [Name] and Sebastian in a very intimate position on the couch, looking at him both shock and annoyance as the criminal merely strolled in and went to the kitchen to get something to eat.

"My Jove, he was such a cock block," Sebastian bluntly said. Tone laced with annoyance from remembering that memory. [Name] only sent Sebastian a grin and shaking his head.

"He was, wasn't he?" A soft chuckle leaving his lips as he too remembered that day. It was quite awkward that day was, but Jim was an interesting man and he enjoyed talking to the consulting criminal. As long as the criminal doesn't get his husband hurt or killed, he was fine with what ever the dark haired man does.

[Name] code of ethics were rather on the grey area. This was probably why he wasn't that freaked out when he had found out that the man he was dating for years was an assassin before he had asked the blond to marry him. [Name], to say the least, was also a very eccentric man. On some occasions that is. And Sebastian adores it.

"He absolutely was," grumbled Sebastian as he heard [Name] chuckle again. "I still can't believe he had done that... that ass," said the blond as he felt the [Hair color] haired man ran his fingers on his arm.

"Well, we could continue where we left off that day... and maybe a second from last night?" [Name] teased as he sent the blond a knowing smile. Sebastian looked down at him as he rolled his eyes.

"Hm, let me think about it," said Sebastian as he pretended to think for a moment. [Name] humming as he grabbed Sebastian's hand that was on his chest and intertwined with his. The [Hair color] haired then move their intertwined hands close to his face as he placed a gently kiss on the blond's hand.

Sebastian smiled at the other's soft and gentle actions as after a second or so, the blond moved a bit. Moving himself on top of [Name]'s stomach as he sent the man a smirk. Squeezing [Name]'s hand that was on his as he placed his other hand on the [Hair color] haired man's chin. Tilting [Name]'s head a bit as Sebastian leaned down and placed his lips with the other.

"Let's continue where we left off," Sebastian whispered as he parted from the kiss. He felt [Name] squeezed their intertwined hands as he placed soft kisses the [Hair color] haired man's jaw.

"This is quite a sweet morning," [Name] softly said as Sebastian hummed.

"Quite sweet," muttered Sebastian as he continued. "I'll be getting fucked and received some fantastic aftercare after this," he said as he heard [Name] chuckle. Feeling the other hand of [Name]'s placed on his back and began drawing patterns.

"How shameless of you to say such a thing," rolling his eyes at that, Sebastian pulled away and leaned back. Sending the [Hair color] haired male a grin.

"That won't be the only shameful thing you'll be hearing," Sebastian teased as he saw [Name] smiled. The [Hair color] haired sat up as Sebastian adjusted to his new position. The blond placing himself on the other's lap as he let go of [Name]'s hand on his and instead wrapped both of his arms on the other's neck. His hand playing with the [Hair color] locks of [Name] as he looked at the other in the eye.

"Now, hurry up, we need to continue where we left off after all," Sebastian said as [Name] chuckled. Snaking his hands on Sebastian's hips as he leaned close to the other. Placing a soft yet passionate kiss on Sebastian's lips.

"Yes... let's continue, love," muttered [Name] through the kiss as Sebastian pulled the [Hair color] haired male more closer to him.
