For Rubina I've got viri : Hes not got a super big air or interest in the whole "justice" thing Ruby has going on, but he can tolerate her more anger fueled and violent moments very handily , thanks to his experience with darker fae. Plus , Viri has a large interest in theatre, which could drive the two to meeting , and having a shared interest with one another 👀 and while it may not be romantic immediately just totally platonic would also work with them imo

How about Lyon S. Kent! Hes a 19 y/o police officer in training ! Truthfully, he's about the only one thats stupid enough to stick around people even if they have mean or stoic outershells. Lyon is known for being a total chick magnet just by being a human shaped Puppy. He's pretty oblivious to most things , but if someone is having intense negative emotions hes the first to pick up on them and try to help. He means well , and would really only want the best for Dragiselle.

Estrenaba unas zapatillas deportivas nuevas que le compró su mujer Viri, hace unos días, en un centro comercial de Pozuelo cercano a su domicilio en Aravaca. Y se las machacó bien en su tradicional caminata entre Meis y Ribadumia, por la Ruta de la Piedra gallega. Mariano Rajoy quiso escenificar su total alejamiento de las primarias para no interferir en las votaciones. En el café de unos amigos dónde siempre toma un refrigerio, tostadas con aceite, dos cafés y un buen zumo de frutas, conversó con algunos paisanos muy relajado. ¿Mariano, qué vas a hacer hoy?, le preguntaban algunos vecinos del pueblo sabedores de la trascendencia de la jornada. Respuesta entre galaica y castellana: «Se hace camino al andar y nunca has de volver la vista atrás». Buena reflexión, calculada respuesta y evocación poética de Antonio Machado. En estado puro Rajoy, alejado, distante y desde luego más imparcial imposible.

No son pocos quienes critican a los dos ex presidentes del gobierno y al PP en estas horas tan importantes. «Pasota uno, desleal el otro», dicen varios dirigentes territoriales que censuran sin rubor el comportamiento de Rajoy y Aznar en estos momentos. Pero lo cierto es que ambos, por diferentes motivos, han preferido estar al margen de una jornada histórica para el partido que lideraron y que hoy parecen desconocer. Rajoy se ha dejado ver en Galicia, junto a su inseparable compañero de caminatas José Benito Suárez, marido de la presidenta del Congreso, Ana Pastor, dónde pasa este fin de semana en su casa de Sanxenxo en la que celebra el cumpleaños familiar de uno de sus sobrinos. Ni una declaración política y muchos comentarios a sus amigos: «Estoy encantado con mi nueva vida», dice sin coger el teléfono, aunque algunos han alardeado de ello, a quienes fueron sus ministros, dirigentes y colaboradores durante tantos años.

Por su parte, José María Aznar, tras unas duras declaraciones en medios de comunicación muy críticas contra sus antiguos leales, anda por la sierra madrileña y está en los cursos de veranos de FAES, su fundación cantera ideológica, para clausurar en San Lorenzo de El Escorial un seminario bajo el título «España y sus nuevos retos en Europa». Junto a varios pensadores alemanes, como si nada fuera con él, Aznar se ubica en la filosofía y aboga por la refundación del centro-derecha en España. Se resiste a ser un «jarrón chino», como en su día definió Felipe González el papel de los ex presidentes del gobierno, y no oculta su malestar por lo que él piensa es «un desperdicio» de su legado, según fuentes de su entorno. A quienes le escuchan, no ahorra comentarios negativos hacia su sucesor y la actual situación política de España, sobre todo en relación al conflicto en Cataluña.

Nadie calla en privado en el Partido Popular sus opiniones hacia los dos hombres que mandaron con mano de hierro y ahora se desmarcan por completo. Más prudente Rajoy, mucho menos Aznar. Si uno se desgasta en el senderismo, propio de su carácter flemático, el otro fulmina con la mirada y un discurso algo cáustico la herencia presente. Rajoy sigue siendo presidente de honor del partido por lo que, le guste o no, habrá de salir a la palestra en el Congreso del 21 de julio. Aznar renunció a ello en una carta fina a quien él mismo designó. Es la suya una historia política tremenda, con dos mayorías absolutas a sus espaldas, que muchos hoy no entienden en la incertidumbre. Dos magníficos presidentes, dos grandes líderes y dos caminos, tal vez ahora sin explicación, al margen de lo que fue su vida pública. Y desde luego, como decían varios militantes en las votaciones, bajo una España atónita y perpleja.

Also trying to find information on my own original characters is a nightmare because it’s spread out over 2 paragraphs in a Google Doc, various Tumblr posts, and sporadic, twenty-minute sketches like the above on random pages of my sketchbook.

Here’s some more out-of-context concept doodles from the past week while I quietly have another mid-project crisis in the corner. Rin looks different every time I draw him. And poor Viri is still stuck in visual development hell.

His name wasn’t originally supposed to be Rin. It’s sort of an inside joke I had with myself that he looks like a cheap knock-off of Lin Casperan from my Casperan Family AU. My plan was to just use Rin as a placeholder name until I could come up with a better one. But then the name just....stuck, and now here we are.
