Found a new yaoi manga and it works so well with @getacluedrew and my monster verse for Hardy Boys.

Also a major plus that one of the characters was a great model for Parker Stevenson/Frank Hardy. Hopefully major character study for him coming soon too.

I had to draw some sketches off it. More coming shortly.

Oh it’s never too late to play “make me choose”! New rounds can start any time.

I will say Bob the horsey! He is a good and gentle boy. He stays put even in the creepy ghost town and lets Nancy ride him there and back for 3+ hours.

Isis is a good girl but feral deep down. I like Bob’s calmness and our ability to take care of him in the stable much better than a lone lupine.

Hi, I absolutely love your blog! Can you please recommend ND books that are set in autumn? Or just something with the same feel? (especially if they are NOT about Halloween) Thank you!

Okay so I haven’t read the Nancy Drew books in forever, so I started to re-read my collection. I’m on book 2 right now lol. I’ve only really read the original series, so I most definitely don’t have any suggestions for any of the other series. Then I was going to suggest The Bungalow Mystery because I thought I remembered it having fall vibes but the first page says “for it was early summer” so I was wrong about that😭😂

I don’t know how @getacluedrew feels about me calling on her for help, but she knows a lot about the books, so if you see this please help this anon out! Lol.

Also, I don’t know if this helps or if it’s weird, but I find that just making a fall setting around you while reading books could be fun. You could just have a fan or the air conditioning on (it doesn’t have to be cool outside), make yourself some tea or coffee or hot chocolate, wear a scarf or sweater or blanket, light a candle, and just curl up on your bed/couch/chair and pretend that it’s fall. (Maybe even buy a Nancy Drew candle! I know that there are multiple on Etsy. I have this one which is scented like lilacs, rosemary, and oranges. I like the smell, but I haven’t been able to light it bc it’s been so fucking hot outside haha. There’s also this one, scented like cedarwood, old books, and vanilla; this one, scented like ginger, saffron, orange, chili pepper, and fir trees; this one, scented like oakmoss, amber, cardamom, musk, and star anise; and this one, scented like lemon, citron, and french lilac.)

i was tagged by @hotchkiss-and-tell to list my top 5 male characters, thanks Amy 💜! also sorry this took me so long. oops. I’m going to do it as my top 5 ND characters. if i don’t they will all be doctor who, star wars and harry potter characters lmao 

1- Frank and Joe Hardy - they are a packaged pair, i don’t make the rules (fun fact these two still make my list even if i don’t limit it to ND characters. I love them that much)

2- Ned Nickerson- listen, i give him crap but i freaking love this precious bean

3- Henry Bolet- Henry deserves the world. my heart aches for him and i just hope he’s doing okay out there yknow?

4- Wade Thornton - idk what it is about him exactly but i freaking love him. he’s a little rough around the edges but you just get the sense that he is the softest man. he’s deadpan funny and he says endearing things like ‘aadios’ (admit it, you can HEAR that)

5- Alexei Markovic- this poor man. he deserves the world and i am sincerely sorry that i broke his vace that one time when i was playing as Bess

CLUE CREW!

Based on the all the ideas being passed around in this thread (including the threads linked in that one too and everything else that resulted from it), what are your thoughts on creating a Discord solely for this Clue Crew Game Project??

It would allow us to have several admins, and countless channels within it that we can designate to each leg of the project (e.g. one for story ideas, one for characters, one for puzzles, one for design)!

Maybe we can start with preproduction first (like @getacluedrew mentioned amazingly) then move forward into production and post-production after!?

This has been a joke with @getacluedrew forever!! That Nancy knew the boys in s1 when they were smoll and more cute than hot. She found Frank attractive but a year later he sort of grew into his body xD. Joe doesn’t really grow into his until end of s2.

So when Nancy sees Frank for the first time, well, she gets a bit flustered and knocks over all of the surfboards after she touches his chest!

Tonight I’ll write the “script” down Incase my handwriting is as bad as I think it is!
