So the past week or so i was on a (barely) sm break (it IS hard) with not as much attention on focusing on my r/ship w god as i would have liked 🙃🙃 for context i was a lot more dedicated to it until halfway through last year when I had these major exams, like the results i would be needing for uni apps, and I slacked on my routine and haven’t been able to restart it since :((( I made it my New Year’s resolution to get back to it and it worked rlly well the first week! But then i fell sick and kept falling into a spiral of guilt (that I only asked Him for things like good grades or watching over my family ie a connection based on convenience) and hopelessness (cuz i started to feel like I couldnt rlly feel His presence in my life anymore) and now it’s Feb :/

but anyways recently I had this terrible fight w my parents and when I went to my room I tried to meditate a little to connect with Him but I was just too agitated and tired so I went to bed just holding my rosary (not exactly that, but the rosary equivalent in my religion) cuz I was so emotionally drained and I missed Him SO so much, and my dad came in a while later to apologise/smooth things over. this NEVERR happens and maybe it’s a coincidence but in that moment it felt like He was taking care of me again (not that He ever stopped) and I felt so so grateful and also a little terrible for ever thinking that He’d abandon me

First of all, I do not mind getting long messages, it’s actually really touching that you think of me to talk to about stuff 🫶🏽

I think it’s great that you’re making efforts to get closer to God, cause trust me, I have felt exactly the way you described (missing Him so much it hurts and feeling distant/guilty about only asking Him for things), and I believe God responds to that. I’m not sure exactly which religion you have, but I think everyone knows I’m Christian, and lately in my bible studying, I have found so much scripture reaffirming the fact that God does see me, and I’m glad you felt reminded about that too. It’s so awesome how much He really does love us.

I hope everything is good with school and your parents and stuff !!

Oh and I did not go to the January 27 meetup, I wish I did lol but I am broke, and for the same reason I probably will not be going to any future meetups (at least for this year). Everyone had so much fun though and I had so much fun seeing all the pics and vids come in !!!!

Just wanted to post this vid from my essay on it's own just because I think its important

Idk. Just thinking of the anon the other day who said they saw the Spirit speech as a breaking point in c!Dream's story and implied it's weird that I think he was Just Being Evil, taunting and Wanted c!Tommy to lash out him

It's like...... in scenes where the fandom thinks he's crying on the floor and having an emotional breakdown he's actually being really cold and calculated and getting his way

This ^^^^^ isnt a guy on the brink of an emotional breakdown who would snap at having an attachment used against him (by the guy who he was not only provoking but he Knows values attachments and probably wouldnt burn it anyway)

I genuinely just think you Need to watch c!Tommy's POV of the server to get the most Canon Compliant opinions on c!Dream as That's who he tends to show his true colours to. It doesnt sit right when ppl are like "you watch Tommy's POV of course you dislike c!Dream 🙄" and it's like... Yeah?

It's so. It's so idk how to explain it. c!Tommy is a character that's seen as selfish and a liar and not taken seriously, just wanting to stir shit up for fun. People on the server see him as a troublemaker and just that loud annoying child. So when the owner of the server bullies and messes with him all the time, he has a hard time being taken seriously because every single time people assume HE'S the one who must've started it, HE'S the chaotic one here. c!Dream's supposed to be the leader, the mediator, the peacekeeper. Dream and Tommy are fighting? Nobody's gonna guess Dream logged on just to ruin him trying to play a disc. Tommy finds a tunnel under his house leading from under his jukebox room to Dream's secret base? (This happened btw lmao Dream was so obsessed with the whole disc thing he would log off inside his jukebox room, hide in the walls and build tunnels leading to under his jukebox so he couldnt play discs. He also once sent him an anonymous donation asking him to play a disc just so he could log on and steal it. Pre-L'Manberg btw! ^-^) Must be Tommy's fault.

And since c!Dream is SO good at making c!Tommy seem like the one to blame - Blaming him for hiding the discs meaning he "HAD" to dig them up and continue the war, Dream logging in and ruining Tommy's music disc farming and when Tommy tries anything back he repeatedly kills him, destroys his house and leaves a sign saying "Dont fuck with me" making it look as if Tommy started the conflict, the Exile situation where Dream had been looking for an opportunity to do this and the focus is on c!Tommy as Dream is just "peacefully negotiating" while taunting Tommy so he'd lash out and Dream would have a more believable reason to seem mad at him and get his way.......

Dream chose the PERFECT character to mess with. And it's both cool and frustrating.

It kinda sucks to see the FANDOM playing into this, too. Tommy's POV is important - yet a lot of people dismiss it bc it's Just Tommy.

hi yes i have a take on vlv as well because i actually clicked on the vid out of curiosity after ur post and i scrolled down to the comments and they were so positive i was confused like ok maybe tumblr user voluntaryvictim doesnt have Objective taste so i should check this out too and . . .

man i used to simp for this guy like hardcore back when i was 15-16 and i definitely dont support him recently but this video felt like a slap to the face and im saying this as someone who believes in 'shitty people can be objectively talented' and legitimately enjoyed tracks like roaring 20s off of pftw although the album as a whole was a miss

of course the lyrics are sht bc he isnt stealing from ryan or dallon this time its just out of touch mediocrity but oh my god i think the most offensive thing was the SOUND of it

i still go back and listen to the miss jackson acoustic session at the buzz and Marvel at how theres gotta be some magic in the mic because holy frick his Voice is incredible and i think i saw an analysis once on how his vocal capability shines through when hes calmer in a smaller crowd of people rather than trying to jump around onstage while screaming his lungs out to a stadium like it just doesnt hit the same and one really suits his voice better but the other Doesnt

and one of the biggest appeals of panic! to me for a long time Was his voice ik people say ryan was better and everyone is entiteld to their opinion!! but i really liked br3nd0ns voice anyway to get back on topic

if i had never heard his voice before vlv i would legitimately think he was a bad singer or like a mediocre singer at best the instrumentals and supporting vocals just layer on top of his voice in such a clashing way like you pointed out and his voice doesnt keep any of that nice smoothness its just annoying and tacky and tasteless and yeah im so disappointed hes degrading himself even further like this like go back to the hiatus man if u couldnt save ur reputation at least preserve ur legacy??

anyway this is why i bump idkhow and idkhow only dallon knows how to Sing and Lyrics and really takes advantage of what kind of sound makes his vocal capability shine thru and i love him for that!!

see yeah i do think his voice can be good sometimes like you said! he has shown that he isn’t a terrible singer given the right song but my ears did not find his singing pleasant in vlv especially knowing he can. sing better

hopefully he can also take advantage of his skills which i know he has and if it works well on some of the songs on the new album. i’d be pleasantly surprised

well 👁👄👁 there r quite few,,, and the main reason is colouring most of these r comps and i a b s o l u t e l y sucked at comps and esp at making the colouring consistent there lol so lets begin lol 1 (u have no idea how muchi love this set) 2 (i fucking mastered it i wanted to remake it for two years and i finally did!! 60 fps smooth good moments iconic performance iconic hair colour his attitude bruh and ofc the fact that i could do sth with colouring,,,,,, and chose such an unusual colour scheme that i doubted jckdckfdk and it still worked out 🥺) 3 (lol i had this idea written down since 2018 as well and this year i could finally collect all moments i needed and oh boi yeah,,, AND COLOURING I COULD ALMOST yeah almost do sth decent with it there r still couple moments id changed but im pleased) 4 (im so happy whenevr i see this CUZ IT ALL WORKED OUT it was such an impulsive comp i literally only saw couple moments for past few years as well where i could see three of them in one frame and suddenly I WAS LIKE I FUCKING MUST POST THOSE MOMENTS SOMEHOW and im so proud of colouring it looks so well T_T) 5 (the colouring ofc im still :o that i could get rid of that shitty shit dkksjkj AND THE MOMENTS ITSELF?????? AND BLACK SWAN???????? EVERY PERFORMANCE???? HAIR?????? OUTFIT???????? EVRERYHTIGNM???????? HIS FUCKING STARE? FACE??? DONT MAKE ME CONTINUE AAAAAAAAAAA also if im not wrong this set in particular made me start my before/after posts 🥺) 6 (i jujst love everything about it e v e r yt h i n g also i could made ppl believe that jin fr has purple hair here when in reality its brown djhfdhskdf one of blending modes or adjustment layers worked this way lol) 7 (i wont even comment this tried a great tutorial with great beautiful resuls for the first time ever and it worked out so well and i like it so much and the whole yoongi here,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, also love me some borders that add cinematic feels to some gifs or just make them pretty in a dif way just like i did with prev post i mentioned imo lol) OK LAST ONE 8 (I USED A VIDEO OF STARS AND ADDED IT TO THE GIF FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER I FUCKED WITHMASKING FOR 3 HOURS GRRRRRRRR THIS IS SO HUGE FOR ME!!!!! i cant even explain whew IVE NEVER DID ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE SO I WAS REALLY PROUD TOO even tho i fucked masking up on some layers lmao but lets not pay too much attention to it 👀)

ohhhhhhhh i think this one cuz the moments were long i couldnt decide what do i want to include + it ts file so u kno,,, the speed,,, of processing,, + somehow decided to put them all together + fucked with colouring + had to get rid of the logo and as we know japan likes a lot of big braight text around haha and draw hair in moments where logo made it look blurry + had to adjust the order and all that stuff but getting rid of logo was the longest part

so fucking pissed about my abandoned therapy. the weather is so nice but i feel like such shit, i stepped outside and was chilling with xena in the backyard and just started crying because i miss my friends so much. it’s kandi party weather or dayparty at the park weather and the way the sun was setting through the trees i just had a billion flashbacks all at once thinking about how far away those things are even though it feels like it just happened or how i would feel like this when the sun was setting at my work, that my friends were there but i couldnt see them because i had to work, always, and that my friends are here now too but i still cant see them because i dont want the vid. it hurts that it feels like it’s down the street but it’s ages away. i hate that i cant see my friends. i miss them so much. i miss kandieland and motel 6s and the park by daygos where sabrina drove the car to the store (even though she wasnt supposed to) so we could get nate a cake and icing to shittily write ‘happy birthday’ on it. i miss the mountains in the distance on the 5 and the desert all around. i miss the jetty at college where i saw the crab and knew he belonged there. i miss pick up stix before fireworks, and peoplewatching til someone stepped on the super melted reese’s cup.

it’s hard to believe i am such an angry person and so depressed, because i look back on my life and i see ive had so much fun and amazing adventures with wonderful people. but then sometimes i look back and i cant see any of it at all, or i wonder where it all went? why did it stop? what happened to me that it stopped? and i cant blame one thing or another because all of those kinds of things have happened to me throughout my life. i still went to the crud muffin before my ex qp and after my abusive ex. i still saw the desert and mountains after my ex gf. i still had so many adventures but it’s like my brain started curdling or my soul just started flaking apart. i had fun at kandieland even though i dissociated during the party and was molested in the hotel bathroom afterward. even though my abusive ex reamed me about how shitty it was that i went to the party id been planning to go to and excited about for months instead of being his accessory while he got drunk with morons and wanted me to go to a wedding for someone id never met in vegas.

but maybe it’s like that stupid watchmen quote about the past getting brighter the further away you get. maybe in ten years i will romanticize west virginia the same way. i dont know. it was beautiful there but there is pain there. there was no love there. even though the whole time i was aching for it.

why did those times have to stop? i didnt grow up, i just became...

i dont know.

why did i stop wanting to be seen? why did i stop wanting to dress up? why did i keep wanting to hide? when did i stop feeling safe with my rave family? when did i stop feeling safe at all?

i dont want food. i want my friends. i dont want a job. i want my friends. i stopped making things because i hate them and im scared. i stopped creating because something told me to. now everything else has stopped too. i dont know how to get back there

Story time

So last night I saw Neck Deep, Blink-182, and Lil Wayne in Pittsburgh. I got pretty drunk but I was in bed by midnight. While in bed, I remembered that I saw Kells posted on Twitter earlier that he was going to be at his pop up shop in Cleveland the next day at 11am. In my drunk bliss, I sent a girl I went to hs with a message bc I knew she loved MGK. I asked if she was busy the next day and wanted to drive up with me. She said yes but that she was working until 6am (she’s a waitress and it was a Saturday night). We decided we would leave by 7am bc Cleveland is about 3 hour drive from where we live. Poor girl 😂.

I slept for 5 hours and woke up nauseous and hungover as fuck from the Blink show. I was so sick that I puked shortly after waking up. I had a pounding headache. Yet I still got my shit together and left to go pick up my friend. She was running on 0 hours of sleep. We were a mess but we got to Cleveland by 10am. There weren’t that many people standing in line outside the pop up shop which was surprising. Of course the line grew later on and we made friends with some people while waiting.

One of the kids in the line was wearing devil horns, an EST bandana, a purple suit, and shoes that said “EST kid.” He was so sweet. He was holding a wrapped present. When we asked his mom about the present she said that her son told her Kells’ new album sounded sad and that he wanted to get him a present. I’m not sure what was in it, I didnt wanna intrude. But how damn sweet of him. His name is Xander. Kells ended up just giving him merch for free. 😭. When they were leaving I heard his mom keep saying, “I can’t believe that just happened.”

The night before, Kells posted on his insta a video of a tray of shots. So I knew he would be in the same hungover shape as I was and I knew his ass wouldn’t show up at 11am 😂. The sun was blazing down, I hadn’t ate because of my hungover nausea, and I was dying of thirst. Meanwhile my friend is almost falling asleep standing. 😂 He rolled up at 1130 or so, and walked by the entire line of people and put them on his insta. We were on his insta story. My friend and I were going insane. Also thank god for her bc she’s taller than me and was able to get some better pics/vids for me.

Once we got into the shop, there were two lines. One was to buy merch and the other was to get it signed. We bought shirts and Kells’ daughter was the one running the register. She was so cute and sassy 😂. People were being slow, so she pounded on this hotel bell saying, “next?????????” She complimented my friends nails and was surprised to hear my friend got them from Walmart and that they were press ons. She was so adorable. You can see her to the right in the pics we got of Kells and Xander.

There were two douche bags in front of the line that went into the shop with a massive amount of shit for Kells to sign that they had brought in from outside, not merch from the shop. When he said no, the douche bags got kicked out and proceeded to throw a fit. Saying, “he won’t sign anything. He won’t take pictures with anyone” blah blah blah. Kells asked the group of us inside if anyone of his real fans were blocked from getting in by said douche bags. We said no. He seemed to truly care about his fans getting in and being able to get the merch they wanted. He did ask for no photos, though. Which I can respect. I’m bummed I couldnt get a picture with him, of course, but I respect that he’s probably exhausted. I was thankful for him even signing shit, tbh. Came to find out later that one of the douche bags posted a hat Kells signed on eBay for almost $400 and a title that said “RARE.” What a dick. People like that end up ruining shit like this for people like us. I hope Kells never sees it, honestly.

While I was waiting in the “sign” line, Kells came back to the middle of the line to tell us he had to go to a baseball game. He stuck out his tongue at the mention of the game (which was crazy adorable) and you could tell he didn’t want to leave. I was terrified I wasnt gonna get him to sign my shirt before he left. But he said, “I wanna make sure I get everyone in this lines stuff signed before I go.” Bless him. He was begging Ashleigh to stay at the shop longer. He looked at her and said, “Ash do we really gotta go right now?” And then he told all of us to go with him to the game. My loud ass friend was like, “Don’t threaten me with that, I will go to the baseball game just to see you.” 😭

Anyways, he finally got to my friend in line. She is the exact opposite of me. When I meet a famous person I freeze up and go silent. She just blurts out whatever comes into her head. He signs her shirt and her arm bc she asked him to and then it’s my turn. She literally looks at him and goes, “This is my miniature friend.” I’m 5 foot tall. Lmao. He looks at me and goes, “I have a miniature friend too, he plays the drums for me, his name’s Rook.” And I almost died. He signed my shirt and I asked for a hug. He hugged me. And not in the half-assed one arm hug way. Like seriously squeezed my sides. I almost died again.

And that is the end of the story. I was shaking so bad when I left that I could barely type on my phone. 😂 I’m so fuckin glad that this random spur of events just happened. Was today even real?

My Avengers Endgame World Premiere experience

this is really long, lota rambling feel free to read skim anything idc, no spoilers bc this was on Monday before I saw the movie :)

Ok Ima start Saturday night, this is when I was packing making and painting my posters that said “Thank You Avengers”, I live in California so I didn’t have to fly to this event. At 12am we (my family) we arrive in Los Angeles around 5am. At this time I thought that the premiere was going to be at El Capitan Theatre where it was originally supposed to be. We drive by the theater and we see no one is in line which was weird bc normally there would be people here already so i search and find the location which was switched last min (smh) the drive to the next location wasnt too long but at least i knew i was at the right location bc of the small group of fans and the giant poster that said Avengers Endgame World Premiere. Apparently they changed the location bc they needed a larger screening room and they didnt want tons of fans showing up, there were these girls that were waiting at the El Capitan for 2 hours before they realized something was up. Anyway, we get in line. People who were in charge told the people who stayed over night to go home bc there wasnt going to be a fan area. No one left ofc who would hell no. Then some people went on twitter to talk about it made signs it was confusing but we ended up in a fan area after going through security. We got into the fan area at 12 ish and we had to stand there for another 4 and a half hours before anything exciting happens. Now its around 4pm people are starting to arrive. (THIS IS WHEN THE ACTION STARTS) Benedict Wong then Joe Russo. Not many came all the way down the line, I was the last one on the line before it wrapped around the corner. But I did want to get barricade and able to see action so Im grateful for my spot. Then Anthony Mackie arrives he’s walking to end of the fan area around the small corner but as hes walking right as he gets near me i scream at the top of my lungs, he stops right in front of me and i go “AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!ANTHONYYYYY MACKiE I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!” he looks at me biggest smile. We had a whole moment together its hard to explain its kinda like a ‘you had to be there moment’ i was the longest person probably a good 20 seconds (which is a long ass time in these times when they are in a rush) he was at and while im screaming and fangirling he air grabs my head to fucking sign my forehead i closed my eyes and accepted it he didnt do it ofc but he was just a fun guy i love him soooo much he signs my posters while saying “There’s no black guy on here” (i did an original 6 themed avengers poster) but he signed than signed my bosslogic poster which he was in. paul rudd comes by hes just a rocking dude i love scott lang sm, he was so sweets v cool guys sm love for him. Then at around 5pm Chris freaking Hemsworth arrives I loose my shit and so does everyone else. Just like Joe, Benedict Wong & Anthony he also went around the corner to make sure they got all of the fans (thank u to all who did this). Ive loved Hemsie for the longest time, i did get teary eyed but i didnt cry (yet) he was just the sweetest I was able to take a crappy photo with him bc i wasnt able to function properly as i took the pic my dumbass was like “iLOvEyoUsOmUCh” its oka cause he has the cutest smile and the bluest eyes oh and i cant stress enough he smelled so good sooooo good normally i hate when guys coat themselves in cologne cause it smells bad, but his didnt, his smelled so good i was so shook like chris drop what cologne u used idc its for guys mama neeeddds. THEN IT hAPPENEd CHRISTOPHER ROBERT EVANS DRIVES BY. Everyone was like “omg is that chris evans?!” I stand on the barricade to see if i can catch a peak, istg the moment the fucking moment he gets out the car i start to bawl my eyes out. This man who has meant more to me than anyone is over there i couldnt believe i was seeing my favorite human ever. I’ve only sobbed right as i saw my fave once before back in 2016 at the Passengers premiere when I met Jennifer Lawrence. People dont really understand the moment like this person has inspired me so much of course im going to cry and sure judge me for it but they helped me through so much. Anyway he looked soo hot in his blue suit and sunglasses. I kinda calm down bc i didnt know if he was going to come all the way down the line and yk my ass wanted a pic but he was cut half way though the people which was upsetting but again im extremely grateful to be able to see him. Then my main fucking man. Sebastian Stan arrives. see ive met the guy before last year at ace comic con (there was tea w my photo op being really messy and i hated it i got a refund u can read about that on my ace comic con post). anyway i see him. i dont cry im trying to wipe my tears i was more prepared cause ive seen him before it was gonna be ok. I lose my shit the man was wearing a baby blue pastel colored suit. fucking beautiful. iconic. very hot of you mr seb ty. hes walking down and hes getting close. he wasnt to smiley, he was taking pics but he was focused on the fans signing for as many fans as possible. He gets to me and he sees our pics then he looks u so we could take a pic and his smile just transforms you can just see his face just glow up it was the truly the cutest this ive ever experience. then we look up from the pic and hes smiling at me i tell him “I love you so much” i hear him chuckle but as he says something his security guy yells “thank you that enough” so ill be posting the vid of us and any lip readers can help a girl out ill love you forever. I ended up being Sebs last person from the fan area. he truly made my day, week fucking year. then other celebs such as jon favreau, benedict cumberbatch comes by. Jeremy Renner comes by. I shoot my shot and make small talk w Jeremy. I go “Hi Jermey how’s your day going?” he goes “I’m doing really good, how bout you?” he signs my things i excitingly tell him “I’m doing great thank you” then he goes “Thank you honey” and smiles at me. It made me really happy, i could tell he was a bit tired but Jeremy is such a sweetheart he doesnt get the credit he deserves i love him sm, ive always has a little part of my heart for Hawkeye. minutes go by. I see Lizzie Olsen, Danai Gurira, beautiful ofc. then i see fucking Mark Ruffalo hes just standing behind one of the SUVs and the sun is on him. He looked like a confused puppy it was so cute and soft, i love my ruffalo buffalo. I took my moment to scream “iS THat MARK ruFFALO?” i dont think he signed for many fans. Scarjo arrives she doesnt sign for many either she looked beautiful v pretty. a little while passes than the most bitching car comes by and stops where the cars stop until the drop off area clears and they can go. we all knew who ever was in that car he was important. then it was his time to go cause the drop off area was cleared. guess who was in the drivers seat. You guessed right. Robert Downey Jr rolling up in an Audi E-TRON, with his wife Susan Downey in the passenger seat. Truly the Tony Stark entrance. he doesnt sign for many ofc. at this time it was getting later near 6pm almost all celebs and guests are inside where the actual premiere set up is. then Vin Diesel comes in. He was the most fan based guy. even though he was running late he ran (literally speed walking) through the whole line of fans around the corner and everything. he had the biggest smile on. wearing his groot jacket. and if u dont know fast and furious are one of my fave franchises of all time so i was having the best time. then that was the last person and we started heading out. i didnt name all who ive seen since there was just to many and i probably missed some things but i loved my experience. i was able to see all the original avengers irl and that made me really happy. this whole cast means the world to me. ill love them forever
