The Telegraph finally focuses on the Unsussexfuls & Misan Harriman's Photogate. 📸 🤥 📸The attacks on Catherine are hypocritical and disproportionate. When will media examine other past obviously botched photoshopped Sussex 📸s with the same scrutiny?

The OSINT work of this sub has presented evidence of the botched edited Sussex photos for years. The media, both 🇬🇧 and 🇺🇸, have continued to ignore OBVIOUS deceit on part of the Sussexes and their minions, Liebrows Scobie and Misan Harriman. The media is complicit is Sussex 📸 scams. Major news outlets have continually propped up Sussexes lies by pushing their revisionist history via lies in articles and obviously edited images. 🕵️‍♀️
See link to Negative_Difference4's previous posts about the edited Sussex willow tree pregnancy announcement photo and other discrepancies in pinned comment.
Excerpts: One of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s own official portraits is said to have been edited with the insertion of a large willow tree.
The claim prompted accusations of hypocrisy after a source close to the Sussexes criticised the Princess of Wales, insisting that Meghan would “never” make a picture editing mistake and would have been “annihilated” for releasing a doctored family portrait.
However, an image released to accompany the announcement of Meghan’s pregnancy with her daughter Princess Lilibet on Valentine’s Day 2021 appears to have been heavily doctored, amid suggestions that a large willow tree was edited into the shot.
Mr Harriman took the picture with an iPad from his home in London and it was shared with no indication that it had been digitally altered.In 2022, he was asked during an appearance on BBC Radio 3 podcast Private Passions how he had created the photograph and admitted: “It’s amazing what you can do with technology.”
The presenter asked him: “They weren’t actually under a willow tree, they were lying outside in a meadow, weren’t they, Harry and Meghan, when you took the photograph of them?”
Mr Harriman said the image was his “most famous virtual shoot” as he described how he had used technology that allowed him to communicate with the Sussexes and tell them how to pose, before he remotely “pressed the shutter button” thousands of miles away.
‘Sussexes’ camp are hypocrites’
Angela Levin, Prince Harry’s biographer, told The Sun: “The Sussexes’ camp are huge hypocrites.”
A tree was doctored in their photograph to create a special backdrop so how dare their camp say anything about Catherine’s?”
THIS PART IS HILARIOUS!!!*🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Meghan spoke about her dislike of having certain features airbrushed out of photographs after posing for a People magazine cover in 2017.“
To this day, my pet peeve is when my skin tone is changed and my freckles are airbrushed out of a photoshoot,” she said.
😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😶😶
There is no suggestion the Sussexes edited the photograph themselves.
A spokesman for the couple has denied commenting about the Princess’s picture. post link: https://ift.tt/gXdz5qD author: wontyield submitted: March 13, 2024 at 12:20PM via SaintMeghanMarkle on Reddit disclaimer: all views + opinions expressed by the author of this post, as well as any comments and reblogs, are solely the author's own; they do not necessarily reflect the views of the administrator of this Tumblr blog. A little off the Tops
by bearsandcigars (2022)
The pipe smoking barber knows all your secrets
I started to wonder about the merits of moving my home from the city centre out to the suburbs.
The pace of life is slower in this leafy, quaint village, on the edge of picturesque countryside. Very pretty but I’m beginning to think a bit dull …
… OK let me just vent … my boyfriend … my ex-boyfriend ... the bastard … he ditched me 4 months ago, when apparently, he couldn’t handle the smell of my cigars in our apartment. The crazy thing is he was an enthusiastic smoker when we got together. Now he is so fucking anti and vocal about it; he really was doing my head in for those last few weeks, so the split was best.
Surprise, surprise … he’s now shacked up with a 22 year old gym bunny, 18 years his junior, partying like it’s 1999. He’s had his hair styled like the kids and shaved his beard off, drinking kombucha tea (what the fuck is that!?) and munching fucking muesli.
So Fuck You! … Fuck You, You Sad Bastard!
My life was definitely on the up; I was getting more work as a photographer and of course Uncle Eddie died … HEY! don’t judge me - I loved my Uncle Eddie and the fact that he left me $1,800,000 in his Will IS significant but dying when he did meant Bastard Steve wasn’t going to benefit or see a cent of it. So the apartment mortgage was totally paid off and I was now in my dream home … the realtor blurb went like this…
Well-established, desirable neighborhood … charming four-bedroom, two bathroom, attached two-car garage … one of four houses situated on a quiet cul de sac with privacy and gorgeous views from the farmer's front porch. Updated kitchen, hardwood floors, two fireplaces, deck and backyard, new roof, and solar panels are just some of the great features this house has to offer.
That was the irony, I could now smoke my cigars outside!
Though the reality was brutally stark … I just wasn’t getting enough cock recently and there seemed little prospect of finding anyone soon.
Maybe I could join the local gym and the local pub seems quite lively …
… AH WELL!! …
With my ass wiped clean, I flushed the toilet and began washing my hands, looking up into the bathroom mirror.
- ‘Fuck, I look like a scarecrow’
My shock of hair was in dire need of tidying up and my dark brown beard was decidedly scruffy. Most of my recent spare time had been taken up moving into and getting my new home how I wanted it.
I’d not had a chance to check out a local barber.
Tumblr media
It was a balmy evening, so after dinner, I decided a cigar and a single malt whisky on the front porch would change my mood. I opened up my humidor and picked out a maduro Oliva Serie V Double Toro 6 × 60 and pulled out my bottle of Glenlivet 12 year old, with a crystal glass from my drinks cabinet below. I moved outside and got comfy on my big wicker chair. I poured a large dram and began preparing my dark Gordo … I loved these bigger ring gauge cigars with great coffee and chocolate flavors.
I licked my lips as I snipped the cap and commenced toasting the foot, then firing it up to my satisfaction; surrounding myself in an aromatic cloud. Quickly followed by a slug of my favorite spirit. I relaxed and looked out at the scenic view of green fields and hills in the distance.
Aaaaaaaahhh … bliss!
I began to chill and relax, opening up the usual apps on my iPad. I was oblivious to the guy walking his dog down the road and heading towards my property. I was too engrossed on the arousing pics of sexy cigar men on Tumblr … no twinks on my pages; my likes and reblogs were generally of smokers older than my 39 years.
Fuck! loving this pic of two leather bears hungrily shotgunning a huge Asylum.
I knocked back my scotch and took a big drag on my cigar …
- ‘Hi there neighbor’
I looked up slightly startled from my tablet, but then pleased to see the handsome man with a black Labrador by his side, striding up my path
… and smoking a cigar!
- ‘Thought it was time I introduced myself, I’m Paul … Paul Davies and this is Max’
- ‘Hi Paul, no, my bad, I’ve made no effort to show face, so great to meet you, I’m Stuart MacKenzie but everyone calls me Mac’
As we chatted and puffed on our stogies, both of us checked out our different smokes.
- ‘Nice Oliva there Mac … this is a Padron’
There was mutual admiration of both fine cigars and we clearly enjoyed expressing our smoking knowledge.
I was delighted to meet this confident, stylish, and charming gentleman.
Paul, I guessed was in his early 50s, 6’ for sure and obviously in good shape.
Well groomed steel grey hair and a broad ‘porn star’ thick moustache, but darker than his hair color.
He wore black chinos, charcoal grey T, and a black leather bomber jacket.
There was strong eye contact between us, observing each other take another long draw on our cigars.
Just as I thought we were both being coy about our personal lives, Paul confirmed my gaydar …
- ‘My husband Grant and I need to have you over for drinks sometime … are you with anyone?’
And there it was, laid bare, I was the sad bastard living alone and no boyfriend … but my world, this evening, had undoubtedly improved from the depths of my earlier morose.
I wasn’t the only gay in the village.
- ‘No …’ I admitted, but gave no other details …
- ‘So where can I get a decent haircut Paul?’ … I blurted out, from apparently nowhere, but quickly changing the subject.
- ‘You need to go to Bill’s … he’s definitely your man … his shop sits on its own 4 miles south on the 36’
- ‘Oh I think I’ve seen that place … I thought it looked closed’
Paul placed the cigar on his lips and reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a phone.
- ‘He’s a good friend, I’ll give him a call …’
As I crouched down on the steps up to my porch, Paul turned away and Max bounced over to nuzzled up to me … he obviously liked the smell of cigars. As I patted and stroked the happy pooch, I was feeling so much better; watching the golden sun disappear slowly behind the grand hills. I took a good long draw on my cigar which I french inhaled and slowly exhaled in wonderful satisfaction.
There was obviously some serious chat going on between Paul and Bill, interspersed with some hilarity, as streams of cigar smoke were exhaled by my animated neighbor, high into the air.
Paul strode back up the path, puffing his cigar enthusiastically.
- ‘Right!… be there at 6:30 tomorrow evening’
I obviously didn’t get a say on the arrangement but in fact the time suited me.
- ‘Thanks Paul, I’m badly needing a cut’
We concluded our chat with warm goodbyes, hugs and some flamboyant cigar action, clearly amusing us both … a smoking bond had undoubtedly begun.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My two big jobs today went smoothly. Baby pics for a happy couple, which is usually fraught with frustrations; new borns bawling whilst Mom and Dad bicker about the set up. It turned out to be a dream; a giggly wee boy and conciliatory parents.
This afternoon I’d a more formal shoot; a local engineering company promoting their management team. As I finished up I mentioned to the CEO that I was heading back to get a haircut at Bill’s, to which he said ‘oh enjoy … Bill’s the best’. As we shook hands his thumb gently stroked the back of my hand. We smiled at each other.
As I’d had a biggish lunch, I wasn’t hungry so I just popped home for a quick shower to cool down in this stifling weather and get a change of clothes. It was a relief to get out of the formal work stuff and into a pair of navy sports shorts and I quickly grabbed a black tank top from the mountainous ironing pile.
- ‘Phone … money … car keys’ … and I was out of there.
The barber shop wasn’t too far away yet I only had a vague recollection of it.
Once heading down the ‘36’ it all became more familiar and as I approached the barber’s I remembered the nondescript ‘box’ with mirrored windows - it still looked closed.
It was surrounded on three sides by tall pine trees, shading the uninviting and dilapidated building. The only indication that hair got cut there was an old red, white and blue barber’s pole, desperately in need of a fresh paint job. A car park was apparently at the back but I only found some gloomy rough ground with three vehicles already parked at varying angles … so there was actually life here!
Tumblr media
I had uneasy feelings and I laughed nervously to myself as dark ‘Sweeney Todd’ thoughts entered my head … but I dismissed that I’d get my throat slashed.
As I approached the front door, seeing only my reflection, I still wasn’t 100% sure the shop was open, but as I pushed the door, it activated a buzzer and I was in.
Hey! This wasn’t so creepy, it was brightly lit inside.
- ‘Hi there Mac, in you come … take a seat’
It was obviously Bill and I was obviously expected … the guy was heavy built and maybe 5’10 like me, late 50s, probably early 60s? … bronzed, bald but with a grey trimmed beard.
Mmmm he’s sexy, I speedily decided.
- ‘Hi Bill, thanks’
The unexpected friendly welcome put me at ease and I sat down on the long bench seat by the front window, with a low table of magazines to negotiate around.
- ‘I’ve just got another guy to do and I’ll be with you Mac’
- ‘No worries, I’m in no hurry this evening’, I replied.
- ‘That’s good to hear Mac … make yourself comfortable’
It was only then I became fully aware of the other guy at the other end of the bench seat.
Staring at me and smiling.
He was sexy … fuck, all guys looked so hot to me in these days of drought.
Mind you, he WAS!
A bit of ‘rough’… about my age … this muscular, rugged guy with a thick reddish blond beard looked like he was straight off a construction site. With a day-glo orange hard hat by his side and open yellow hi-viz jacket he really wasn’t hard to miss; displaying his broad hairy chest and pert nipples. Below he wore a pair of faded denim cut-offs and a dusty pair of work boots. He had short hair and didn’t particularly look as if he needed a haircut … well as compared to me, with my mad mop.
- ‘Cigarette?’
He placed a Marlboro to his lips and offered me one from his pack
- ‘We can smoke here?’, I queried.
- ‘What d’ya think’ as the tanned muscle adonis nodded over to the barber smoking a pipe and his customer with a cigar in his hand, hanging down from the side of the chair.
- ‘Oh I like this place already’ I responded
He offered me a light and we both got our Reds going.
Fuck! He was an alluring smoker; his big smoking hand covered his mouth, hauling deep with snap inhales. Instinctively I attempted to match him as we started to chat briefly.
- ‘Virgin at Bill’s eh?’
- ‘Yeah first time’
That was about the extent of the short conversation, apart from mundane stuff about the weather and working in 100 degree heat. He then rose up and headed over towards the barber .
I hadn’t seen the cigar smoker leave, which seemed a bit odd but I had been distracted by ‘Mr Building Site’.
I looked over to Bill further down the shop; a flame was clearly firing up his pipe. There was a black decorative wrought iron grill between us, which created a barrier between the chair and my view. The cloud of smoke surrounding the two men excited me as I finished off my Red and stubbed it out in the large ashtray on the low table. In addition to a few cigarette butts it also had a couple of cigars smoked right down.
Tumblr media
Passing the time, I perused well thumbed magazines in two piles; the usual sports titles, obligatory National Geographic and OH! … Cigar Aficionado, which I picked up and flicked through. There didn’t appear to be any new magazines and most were dog-eared and just about holding together after many years being thumbed. Most seemed to be at least 20 years old, plus. The cigar mag was an infamous 90s edition with a Tom Selleck feature; in his prime and great pics of him smoking cigars.
The second pile suddenly became more interesting … these were old gay mags … fuck! I probably bought some of these when they first came out …
Butt … Men … Blueboy … and of course my favorite Drummer. If they hadn’t been in such poor shape some of these may have been worth a few dollars. I was riveted on the vintage pics of hot guys for about 10 minutes, when suddenly I became aware of the deep voice, apparently repeating my name ..
- ‘MAC! … hey get your nose out of those guys’ asses’ he joked.
- ‘All ready for you Mac’
It struck me I’d not seen ‘Mr Building Site’ leave … surely I’d have heard the door buzzer so there must be a back door out to the parked cars.
- ‘Hi Bill … sorry I was absorbed by your fascinating pile of magazines’
Bill grinned as he ushered me over to the chair; laying his right hand on my shoulder, guiding me to my seat in front of the mirror.
It was still warm from the last guy, which was a quick thrill, recalling our fleeting chat.
Tumblr media
It really was an unfussy and frankly shabby barber shop with little in aesthetics; a few photographs, randomly hung, of men sporting hairstyles from different eras … admittedly some with desirable beards. There was the possibility they were meant to be a homage to some golden age in hairdressing … but probably not.
The long mirror filled the whole length of the wall in front of me. The black and white monochrome color palette was stark in the fluorescent lighting.
It obviously was a shop where it basically did as the sign said … cut hair and nothing else fancy.
So let me just say again, Bill the barber was fucking hot … my kinda Daddy, sexy, rugged features and full of character.
I particularly like older men … it was probably a father figure thing. Maybe that’s the reason Steve and I ultimately didn’t click … he wasn’t Daddy enough for me.
My seductive hairdresser today was dressed in a pair of smart grey pants and black, short sleeved shirt, which exposed a lovely chest of ,silver grey hair from the unbuttoned open V, tanned furry arms and the hint of large nipples under the cotton material.
Tumblr media
- ‘Right Mac … first things first … let me get this pipe going again’
It was a full bent pipe; a brown bowl and black stem … I know very little of pipes apart from what I see at my cigar store, but it clearly suited Bill; remaining close to his grey beard, by the side of his mouth.
The familiar aroma triggered a dormant memory, of my childhood barber who smoked a pipe whilst cutting my hair. It was, in hindsight, one of those moments from my youth which signposted that I liked men … masculine older men.
Actually when I think about it, that was one of the main reasons I’ve always loved going to a barber shop; being in the close company of men and having my hair cut.
- ‘Are you OK Mac?’
- No worries Bill I am very good, thanks’
Bill smiled as he puffed away on his pipe; wisps of smoke escaping his lips in regular intervals. A fragrant mist of captivating smoke began to surround us both. I preferred this earthy nutty pipe tobacco to some of the sweeter smells I know from other pipe smokers I know … I guessed it was a vintage traditional brand and it certainly gave me a warm nostalgic feeling; watching him and remembering.
A navy blue chair cloth was gathered up from the black Formica countertop; opened up and swung over my front. Bill secured it around my neck, quite firmly. I guess it’s a latent bondage thing; I loved that feeling of being under the control of the barber and him being in charge.
I was getting aroused.
We scrutinised each other in the mirror; Bill run his fingers through and pulled at my hair … either side of my head … shaking his head.
- ‘Well what the fuck am I going to do with this mess?’ … I assumed he was joking.
- ‘Yeah it’s been awhile …’
- ‘No worries son, I’m a fucking magician … leave it to me … let’s do a wash first’
I’d just envisaged a trim but I was happy to follow his orders and let him sort out the crazy mess.
Bill directed me over to a smaller chair by a white porcelain basin. Once sat, he guided my head backwards, supporting it into the curved cutout.
I gripped the arms of the chair turning my eyes upward to my ‘assassin’, exhaling his intoxicating pipe smoke in my direction. He pulled up a hose with a shower head from an opening by the basin and tested the water coming through until the temperature was to his liking. After soaking my hair, he pumped shampoo on to his palm and started to lather me up. Bill’s fingers ran through my hair, sensually fondling my head in circular motions. Ogling him, I instinctively inhaled the pipe smoke coming in my direction and my eyed closed as I luxuriated in his firm touch. I felt my cock react.
My hair was getting a thorough wash; his whole hands and fingers now massaging my scalp in a rougher manner but I encouraged it.
- ‘Oh that feels SO good Bill …’
My cock was getting harder and whilst I thought he was distracted I slipped my hand on my crotch under the cloth and casually rubbed myself with my right thumb, up and down repeatedly.
As Bill rinsed the suds away, I quietly and slowly unzipped my shorts, and with no underpants on, my cock sprung out and I let my thumb slide back and forth over the head, lubricated by pre cum.
Surely my barber knew what I was doing … had he knowingly initiated the situation, to arouse my lurking fetishes? He remained silent, making no comment and apparently allowing me to fulfil my fantasy, whilst keeping up the onslaught of amazing pipe smoke.
- ‘Did you say something Son?’
I’d inadvertently released a breathy moan.
- ‘ Eh … err no Bill … no’
My response was a bit pathetic and it seemed he was bemused by my reply.
Increasingly, I suspected the barber was playing with my emotions and teasing me in an affectionate way. A sly wink only confirmed my suspicions of the sexy man.
A white towel was lifted and wrapped around my head to dry off my wet hair.
His strong fingers resumed the physical attack on my scalp; pummelling my head back and forth. This only aroused me more in my constrained situation with the dominant Daddy totally in command.
Fuck, I was loving this.
- ‘Back over to the chair Mac’
I got up and tried, somewhat obviously, to hold the blue cloth out slightly, to avoid it profiling my erect penis. Once seated, I reorganised the cloth over my crotch.
With his pipe needing attention, Bill fired up his lighter again and clouds of smoke surrounded us again. My focus fixed on the creamy white smoke, snapped back and nose jetted all over my greedy senses.
- ‘Oh that’s fucking beautiful’ I let out without a thought.
My hand covered my erect cock to ostensibly avoiding the chair cloth becoming tented but the damage was done and a dark damp stain marked the spot of my pulsing penis.
- ‘Get more comfortable Mac … slip off your shorts’
He knew exactly what I desired and there was no awkwardness about the extraordinary suggestion. I lifted myself up, holding the chair arms, unbuttoned and let my shorts fall to my ankles, then kicked them off to the floor.
‘Oh yes Bill’ … I practically exhaled in relief.
Back on the main chair, allowed me to look directly into the mirror at the barber ‘barbarian’, as Bill picked out his weapon of choice … a particularly sharp ended pair of scissors. He made a few ‘practice’ cutting actions with his thumb and first finger. I suddenly had a vivid recollection of my childhood barber demanding I “keep my head at peace or he’d snip my ear off.”
Bill’s work station was very organised and fully equipped; combs, clippers, straight razor (I’m keeping my eye on that!), lots of different scissors, spray bottle, cleaning brush and a stack of white towels (he’ll need them, of course, to clean up my pool of blood).
With a clear view of Bill smoking his beautiful pipe, I watched him intently as he started combing through the length of my damp hair and snipping away along the comb. The tobacco burned brightly and he drew the smoke in regular bursts, as the attractive bent pipe remained clamped to the side of his mouth. The pipe was totally part of him and I was mesmerised watching his dexterity smoking and cutting.
I had given up trying to cover my erection and the chair cloth draped over me clearly showed my arousal; a distinct twitching pole and wet patch. I continued to boldly massage my penis head, enjoying the wonderful sensation.
Bill came around in front of me and squatted slightly to cut my fringe. We were eyeball to eyeball and my heart beat quickened in our close proximity … the heat, smoke and aroma from his burning pipe only exciting my cock more. Before he rose up I felt his hand slide up my bare thigh. I released my cock and let him have a quick gentle fondle along the shaft of my dripping penis with his fingertips.
My head tipped back, inhaled more pipe smoke and my eyelids closed.
… I clearly let out a long, deep sigh.
- ‘Thank you Daddy’
The word Daddy was out before I could even think to take it back.
- ‘Good Boy!’
We both paused a moment gazing directly at each other … this was real, it wasn’t any kind of daydream … there was definite, sexual tension building.
Bill appeared to be finishing off; checking his handiwork, combing, snipping and rechecking. He then reached for a small round brush and a hairdryer lying to my right on a shelf. It was already plugged into a wall socket. As the hot air blew through my hair, Bill used the brush to give more volume to my smart hairdo.
- ‘We need to deal with this beard, though it’s not too bad really… it just needs taming’
His next weapon from his arsenal was an electric beard trimmer. He selected an appropriate setting and switched on. It looked a bit worn and antiquated so I pondered if I was to be electrocuted. It started to buzz loudly and Bill worked methodically over my furry face.
The constant heavy vibration from the clippers was doing great things for me … my hand gripped my cock again and gave it a few tugs. I was now in closer contact with Bill’s pipe, as his strong hands manoeuvred my head to the best position. He squatted down in line with my face and as he took a moment to look the results over in the mirror, I found the pipe stem close to my lips. Our furry cheeks connected and spontaneously I let my lips part, offering an opportunity and I duly found the pipe slipped over my lips.
- ‘ Take a good long draw Son’
… which I did and instinctively french inhaled a steady stream of smoke up my nostrils; inhaling it, tasting it and releasing it from my mouth, as I still clenched the stem. My hand continued to slowly work my swollen cock.
- ‘Wow Bill … thanks’
- ‘You’re an natural Mac’
Bill retrieved his pipe and returned it to the right side of his mouth, as he removed the guard on the shaver and neatly trimmed my moustache.
We both looked together into the large mirror.
- ‘I guess that’s how you expected it to look Son?’
It was a slightly strange question … yes, it was a great haircut; very smart and I’m sure more presentable to my clients at work.
- ‘You want more Son, don’t you.’ … it was said as a statement of fact rather than a question.
- ‘Daddy knows a dirty boy when he sees one and it’s not enough … is it Son?’
Still working my hard cock, I was getting off on Bill challenging my fantasy.
No one had ever spoken to me like this.
Did I want more? Did I have other fantasies? Well maybe
- ‘Maybe Paul and Grant can help jog your memory … they’ve been watching you from behind this two way mirror.’
I gave the barber an incredulous look; fleetingly feeling abuse but just as quick turning to titillation. I’d always daydreamed about this happening whilst getting my hair done. A fantasy of men watching me, discretely behind the barber’s mirror, as I jack off … and this was real.
My sexy neighbors - the cigar man and his husband - ‘Mr Building Site’, emerged from a side door … both grinning broadly and smoking big dark cigars.
The same large Padron 7000 maduro cigars that Paul was smoking last night.
- ‘Hi Paul … thanks for recommending this place … hi Grant …’
They both tumbled down together onto a large black leather sofa behind me. Paul’s arm around his husband’s shoulder; they came together and kissed passionately before drawing on their cigars again. Paul called out …
- ‘So Mac, is your big cock satisfied yet … eh? …. NO!! … oh you’re a VERY naughty boy … and jacking off in a public place too’
I feigned shock, like a schoolboy caught smoking in the toilets by the headmaster … then smirking, I played up to Paul’s mock outrage.
Tumblr media
Bill turned back to the counter and opened up a wooden box. It was filled with cigars and he displayed the contents of beautiful sticks to me.
- ‘Padron 7000, Sir?’ my barber suddenly transformed into servant mode.
- ‘Let me prepare it for you Sir’
Frankly, Bill was taking the piss with me but proceeded to cut my cigar, toast it with a lighter and then presented to me in both palms.
- ‘Thank you my man’ I replied, adopting the role of master, taking the cigar on to my lips and accepting the flame from my servant’s lighter. Drawing repeatedly until I was satisfied I had it going, surrounding the barber and me in a delicious smoky mist.
Paul and Grant continued to wrestle on the sofa; kissing and sharing smoke. Clothes were being loosened; Paul had already unzipped Grant and his hand inside hubby’s shorts. They appeared to be in their own world, leaving Bill and I focusing on each other.
I was enjoying the fantastic cigar and totally relaxed, revelling in the amazing scene. As I gazed at the gorgeous barber puffing his pipe, I let my tongue lick my bottom lip before taking another draw on my tasty Padron.
Unexpectedly the barber unzipped his pants and pulled out a massive uncut cock. Fuck, it must have been at least 8” and thick. The one eyed beast rose up, as I hauled on my big dark stick and I let the slippery serpent slide into my mouth, bathing Bill’s huge cock in my smoke and I commenced licking and sucking up and down his beer can dick. As I came up for breath, I looked deep into his soul and exclaimed
- Oh Daddy! … fuck yeah, it’s beautiful…’
My right hand continued wanking my engorged cock, now leaking profusely and took another long slow draw on my cigar. Bill lifted up another pipe lying on the counter, pre-filled and began firing it up, whilst his hips danced back and forth against my face. Upon a quick glance I recognised the Boswell style, with a large bowl. I stretched out by the left side of the chair to get more cock but Bill was already holding my head and guiding my mouth, as he really started to work his huge penis aggressively and puffing furiously on the outsized pipe, producing copious amounts of smoke. My expertise took him without gagging … it was the best cock I’d had in weeks … months and I was voracious for all I was given by the barber. Sweat was dripping from my brow as my throat massage continued, cheered on by the distracted Paul and Grant, loving the salacious show.
- ‘You hot sexy cocksucker!’
Just as I was ‘applauding’ my technique, Bill’s thrusts increasingly became more powerful and as I briefly looked up; his bull eyes were intense, his face flushed and smoke poured from his nostrils; face fucking me, zoned out, using me simply for his selfish pleasure … and I gave my all, enthusiastically, to the true master. I was now oblivious to my cigar that had been smouldering in my right hand and it fell to the floor, as my body was repeated thrown back against the chair back.
Bill rammed his almost purple cock deeper down my gullet but then eased off and pulled out. I was left unfulfilled at the sudden stop to proceedings.
My smouldering Padron was picked up and Bill slipped it back over my lips. I drew again and again until it sprung back to life. I closed my eyes and savored the joy from my smoke and elation of what just happened. It WAS fantastic.
- ‘So is that it Son?’
The commanding barber stood over me, giving me domineering stare.
- ‘what do you REALLY want Son?
The barber’s demands were quite intimidating. I hadn’t expected any of this.
As I tried to make sense of the situation, I pulled at the navy chair cloth, wriggling my neck free and dragged the material away from my body and dumped it to the floor.
My cock was now exposed; erect and solid, my foreskin pulled back taut and moist … pre-cum running down the shaft.
- ‘Daddy! … I wanna be fucked!’
- ‘… and who do you want to be fucked by Son?
Looking into the mirror, I looked at each of the sexy men and pointed at each one individually …
- ‘ I want to be fucked by YOU, by YOU and by YOU’
Tumblr media
Paul and Grant smiled and rose up from the sofa, stripping off their remaining clothes as they approached the barber chair. Two stunning masculine naked bodies, smoking dark maduro cigars, coming towards me.
Bill turned the chair away from the mirror and I realised he too was naked now. He turned back to find his lighter and relit his big Boswell. Paul and Grant may have had the perfect bodies but for me it was Bill that I wanted the most; still muscular but I love a big hairy belly and his big nips just had me drooling.
The barber had brought out suppressed feelings and desires.
Bold now, I placed the cigar back in my mouth, it was soon burning bright and I beckoned the three men, with both hands provocatively.
- ‘C’mon ya hot fuckers … take my hole!’
I spread my legs, raising them and resting each thigh over the arm rests exposing my ass. Bill fiddled about with the chair and it fell backwards to the perfect angle as I shimmied on the seat finding the best position. As I wondered how I was going to maintain this awkward posture, before I knew it, Paul and Bill had grabbed a leg each, supporting me as I saw Grant using some lube on his erect cock.
With a great smoke in my mouth, I firmly gripped each side of the chair and braced for Grant’s assault on my hole.
- ‘Take me, Fucker!!’
- ‘Happy to oblige Bro’
The building site bull took a firm grip of my thighs and thrust his cock into my hungry hole without ceremony. There was to be no foreplay as he pounded my ass relentlessly. Smoke released from his flared nostrils in a steady stream.
It was fucking awesome.
As my body shuddered from the repeated blows, Bill picked up a pair of scissors and pulling at the cloth of my black tank top and cut two rough circular holes around my proud nipples. With Grant’s penis continually ramming up my hole and banging against my prostate, Bill started torturing my tits with his fingernails; squeezing, pulling and flicking them, whilst bathing them in his pipe smoke. Paul realised my open mouth was an easy target for his cock and stuffed it in forcibly, causing my cigar to fall again from my hand to the floor. This was followed by Bill rubbing the rough surface of his smoky Boswell bowl against my raw sore nipples … my cock was dancing in delight.
It was near impossible to get my hand on my cock and this merely intensified all my senses.
Just as I was thinking there was no stopping Grant’s engine, he gave a brief grunt and grabbed both my legs with greater intensity, as I felt waves of warm cum fill my hole. My head fell back instinctively.
- ‘Thanks mate, I really needed that’
- ‘You’re a hot fuck Mac’
Grant retreated back to the sofa to enjoy the rest of his cigar, falling heavily onto the soft black leather. I raised my feet on to the chair seat, recovering from the onslaught.
- ‘No rest for the wicked, pal!’
Paul instructed me to turn around and kneel on the chair seat facing the mirror. This was a more comfortable position for me and I could now see everything that was going on. I rested my hands on the back of the chair and as I looked at our reflections, I attempted to give Paul his best line of attack. However, he’d decided his cigar was finished, dropped the butt to the ash strewn floor and picked out a fresh Padron from the box.
Bill held my head steadfastly with both strong hands, pulled me forward, as he bent down … and we kissed. Our tongues wrestling, tasting each other, pulling and biting lips, beards rubbing … I wanted him so badly.
We parted and Bill challenged me again.
- ‘So what d’ya REALLY think about the haircut Son?’
I paused and stared at the barber … do I keep him sweet or be honest.
He gave me a reassuring look that told me to go with my true feelings.
This was not a night for holding back my emotions.
- ‘I don’t hate it but it doesn’t feel right … sorry’
- ‘I know Son, Daddy’s going to fix it’
Paul had prepared his fresh maduro cigar and fired it up, passing the lighter to Bill, who got his Boswell going once more. I was soon surrounded again with the smoky aromatic combination of both tobaccos. My craving for my own cigar matched my need for these men but it would have to wait.
As the cigar man gripped my shoulders from behind, Bill retrieved the electric clippers. Held down firmly in Paul’s hands, the barber switched on and commenced shaving my head without the guard. As great clumps of hair fell around me, Paul entered me.
Unlike Grant, he worked my ass in long deliberate drives, I could feel the full length of his great penis move in and out. It was a fantastic fuck and as the barber transformed me, I knew this was exactly what I wanted.
The mirror provided my big widescreen for all the drama. It had turned out less bloody slasher horror and more frenzied tag team sports flick. Paul quickened his rhythm tightening his hold on me … his cigar burning brightly … both of us grunting In unison until I felt him tense and his cum shot into me.
- ‘Great fuck Mac’ Paul whispered in a deep drawl.
The cigar man rubbed my back affectionately and kissed the back of my neck before pulling out and joining Grant on the sofa. They started to 69 and lick clean each others cocks.
Bill continue going over my head with an electric shaver from all directions until he was satisfied and announced …
- ‘Hey Sexy!!’
- ‘Oh yes, thanks Bill’
- ‘We’ll do that the old fashioned way the next time’ brandishing the straight razor
Two fucks and two haircuts in the space of an hour … now that had never happened before!
I looked at my ‘new me’ in the big mirror … fuck! It was a sexy look … my shaved head just accentuated my thick brown beard.
Bill stood behind me and took hold of what was left of my black tank top. He pulled it up and as I raised my arms, he simply ripped it apart from my body and threw it to the floor … leaving me completely naked. He tweaked my nipples.
- ‘I like you Mac … I like you a lot’
My cock sprung up erect and hard … there was no doubting my reaction to Bill’s announcement. Big DaddyBear arms hugged me from behind and quickly we found each other’s lips. He tasted so good. I twisted around to meet him full on … our strong desire for each other was obvious as our tongues wrestled in each other’s mouths.
- ‘GET A FUCKING ROOM!’ bawled Paul laughing
My neighbors took the hint …
- ‘We’ll get our stuff together through the back room and leave you two … that was fucking awesome boys … see you soon Mac’
- ‘No Paul, thank YOU … thanks Grant’
- ‘… Hey! come over for lunch tomorrow Mac … I want a full debrief … umm I’ll set two spaces’ the cigar man winked.
The two sexy men came over and kissed both Bill and me, with Grant taking a cheeky tug on my cock and Paul twisted my left nipple, then departed via the side door from which the had emerged earlier.
The barber took me by the hand, guiding me from the seat to the leather sofa. I lay on my back and Bill straddled me. For a few moments we just gazed at each other, lustfully.
- ‘I like you Bill … I like you a lot’
My DaddyBear was on top of me and our bodies were soon writhing around the sofa.
All our senses working overtime … this was ecstasy.
Bill dominated proceedings and soon had me on my front and clinging onto the sofa arm as I could hear him lube his huge cock …
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
THREE fucks and two haircuts in the space of two hours … now that had never happened before!
- ‘So Bill, I forgot to ask … what do I owe you for my haircuts?’
- ‘No charge Son … just something for the weekend’ he winked

Hot Air Bloon iOS Review – A Lost Cache, unearthed.
Tumblr media
               Hot Air Bloon iOS represents how fleeting media is, especially in the digital age. Companies can suddenly make an app not run on modern platforms at will. In addition, businesses often shut down digital storefronts for older platforms, typically resulting in the removal of official access to media in the process. If that wasn’t enough, publishers behind media often remove them outright from their official sources, typically because it does not run on modern platforms or there is a new version that is intended to replace the old media. This is also not to mention titles having online features or being tied to an online platform without any end-of-life plan on distributing those features. Of course, people typically use a specific version or title older than the current version for a reason. Trying to funnel people into a new version typically ends up in these people instead pirating that lost media.
Tumblr media
                So, what does this have to do with an iOS version of Hot Air Bloon (HAB iOS)? Well, that is exactly the situation Hot Air Bloon iOS ended up in. HAB iOS was released in 2010 November 3, exclusive to the iOS, as the game was likely built in Xcode. In 2017, Apple revealed iOS 11 would no longer support 32-bit apps, which any iOS app before 2015 ran on. This meant that 32-bit apps would only be playable on any new iOS from thereon out if the developer opted to update their game. Unsurprisingly, many of these 32-bit apps were not updated. Sometime between late 2018 and early 2019, Ninja Kiwi quietly removed HAB iOS from the app store, because it could no longer run on modern devices. This trend was even enforced by Apple themselves in June 2022, where they made it so that in the newly released Xcode beta, developers can no longer update 32-bit apps, and on top of that, 32 bit apps would be removed from being listed on the app store automatically by Apple. There was no way to install Hot Air Bloon iOS for four years, until on 2023 January 21, an ipa file (an iOS app file) for Hot Air Bloon iOS was uploaded onto archive.org, and three days later, on 2023 January 24, the ipa was successfully cracked. I then installed the cracked version on my iPad 2 and started my journey experiencing this formerly lost media. Unfortunately, I have no way to support Ninja Kiwi directly, so pirating HAB iOS was the only option
Tumblr media
                I went over a lot of background information on why Hot Air Bloon iOS was formerly lost media. How is the actual app itself? Well, Hot Air Bloon iOS is surprisingly...quite good. Hot Air Bloon iOS’s core gameplay is a lot like the original Flash version. It is an autorunner where you control a blimp by pressing the power button to push it up. This is necessary to avoid crashing into obstacles, whether the natural boundaries of the screen or enemies that fly or shoot at you. The original flash version was purely an endless runner, and the iOS version also has this mode playable as “Classic”. Where HAB iOS deviates is with its new story mode, taking the player on a campaign of 7 levels comprised of four stages. Each level has its unique biome, ranging from a haunted forest to an underwater ocean. With these unique biomes come their unique obstacles and in the case of the ocean, a unique mechanic. The ocean biome is notable for how it flips gravity, with the player floating up by default, and the power button pushing them downwards. To top each biome off, there are also boss encounters at the end of each biome, which are a significant change of pace from normal stages, often involving the player to shoot darts at the enemy. Another thing that I appreciate a in hindsight about HAB iOS is that to beat the game, there is minimal grind involved. with newer Bloons titles, they often involve a semi-lengthy if not lengthy grind to acquire your full toolset, with the grind often doing nothing to prepare the player for the toughest challenges the game has to offer. Being able to beat the game in one sitting if I really wanted to, is the part of classic gaming I really enjoy, where they often are much, much less grindier than other games doing the same repetitive action just to try the actual interesting levels. There is also enough mechanical depth to allow players to create their own self-imposed challenges, oftentimes involving not using brake mechanics or beating bosses with full health. Similarly, HAB iOS does not overstay its welcome, as the seven distinct levels offer enough variety to experience the game’s core mechanic of balancing the blimp’s elevation, without being stretched out to the point of each level becoming a copy of the last. What’s more is that the implied lore both in direct postcards and environmental design, provides a lot of depth to the notorious Bloons Lore.
Tumblr media
                So, is there anything I dislike about HAB iOS? Well, there are actually a few things I dislike. If you have noticed in my screenshots, there are hearts that are lives that the player uses. Yes, there is a lives system in Hot Air Bloon iOS and it is very frustrating. The player starts with three lives, and can gain more by popping a certain amount of bloons, ranging from 100-250 bloons depending on what level the player currently is in. Lives persist across levels but lose all your lives and you are sent to the first stage of the current level with three lives. This mechanic often forces players to force close the app to save their stage progress, so that they do not have to replay all the previous stages just to practice their current stage again. This ends up slowing gameplay to a halt, and the game would be much better without a life system. Another weak point of HAB iOS is that levels have a nearly fixed duration. Since with the exception of the first stage of Level 7, all non-boss stages simply require the player to survive a set amount of time, there is no reason to collect hundreds of bloons to move faster, when it is better to avoid collecting bloons to give more reaction time against obstacles. Some levels are borderline unplayable when collecting lots of bloons, because the player cannot react fast enough to off-screen hazards. If there were warning signals for all off-screen hazards like with the final stage’s boss, then it would be much more bearable to go fast. Unfortunately, going fast is a detriment rather than a benefit.
Tumblr media
                Despite its flaws, Hot Air Bloon iOS is a reminder of what was great about early iOS gaming. The philosophy of a lean title with little in the way of grind, the will to innovate on an existing title, and the accessibility of it all on the go through a small phone is what made me fall in love with the platform in the first place as a child.  At the same time, though, it is a reminder of how hardware is gradually aging, and how having a way to replay old titles is more important than ever, to see what made that time great. With the release of touchHLE by Hikari no Yume kickstarting iOS emulatione, hopefully everyone will eventually get an opportunity to revisit iOS classics, including Hot Air Bloon iOS.

Did anyone else get the clip studio email about the 2.0 updates? It says they "updated" the announcement, about perpetual license for 2.0 if you buy 1.0 during pre-release period (not sure if it includes existing customers).
And, the subscription model is basically like an update pass that includes all the new features, but they will still do stability updates past 3.0 release for 1.0 users. I am trying to understand it more and what actually changed.

Evolution of iOS: A Journey Through Versions
Tumblr media
Image Source: developer.apple.com
Since its inception in 2007, Apple's iOS has been at the forefront of the mobile operating system landscape, setting industry standards and shaping the way we interact with our devices. With each iteration, iOS has brought new features, improved performance, and a sleek design. In this blog post, we'll take a journey through the evolution of iOS, exploring its major versions and the significant changes that have defined each one.
iOS 1.0 - The Birth of a Revolution:
Launched alongside the first iPhone in 2007, iOS 1.0 marked the beginning of a new era in mobile computing. With a simple and intuitive interface, users could now experience multi-touch gestures, a virtual keyboard, and the App Store, which opened the doors to third-party app development.
iOS 4 - Multitasking and Folders:
With the release of iOS 4 in 2010, Apple introduced multitasking capabilities, allowing users to switch between apps seamlessly. This version also introduced the concept of app folders, making it easier for users to organize and access their growing collection of apps.
iOS 7 - A Design Overhaul:
In 2013, iOS underwent a significant design overhaul with the release of iOS 7. Flat design elements, translucent layers, and a fresh color palette replaced the skeuomorphic design of previous versions. This update not only changed the look but also introduced new features like Control Center, AirDrop, and improved notifications.
iOS 9 - Enhancements for iPad:
iOS 9, released in 2015, focused on enhancing the iPad experience. The introduction of Slide Over, Split View, and Picture-in-Picture allowed iPad users to multitask more efficiently. Additionally, iOS 9 brought performance improvements, making older devices feel snappier.
iOS 11 - The iPad Gets a Desktop Feel:
With iOS 11 in 2017, the iPad received a desktop-like experience with an app dock, drag-and-drop functionality, and a Files app. The Control Center was also redesigned, and augmented reality (AR) capabilities were introduced, paving the way for immersive experiences.
iOS 14 - Widgets and App Library:
In 2020, iOS 14 brought a customizable home screen with widgets that could be placed alongside app icons. The App Library was introduced to automatically organize apps, simplifying the user experience. Picture-in-Picture was expanded to iPhone, allowing users to watch videos while using other apps.
iOS 15 - Focus and Live Text:
The latest major release, iOS 15 (as of my knowledge cutoff in 2022), introduced features like Focus, allowing users to customize notification preferences based on their current activity or location. Live Text enables users to interact with text in photos, and improvements were made to FaceTime with spatial audio and SharePlay for shared experiences.

Design Apple iPad Pro 12.9 2022 design is almost identical to the iPad Pro 2020 and iPad Pro 2021. It's not a problem, as the iPad Pro 2022's thin bezels are still striking and its sleek aluminum chassis is as machined as ever. Space Gray and Silver are the only two colors available. For those who want the iPad Pro with as many color options, this could be a problem. The ports and buttons have not changed. The top edge of the iPad has a button for locking it and Touch ID. There are also two buttons to adjust and raise/lower the volume. Apple iPad Pro 12.9 Display The iPad Pro 2022 that I reviewed features a 12.9-inch mini LED display. It has a resolution of 2,732x2,048 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. This is a huge screen size for streaming your favorite YouTube videos and Netflix shows. The stunning XDR display enhances HDR content. Sound The iPad Pro's four speakers deliver a punchy, room-filling sound like its predecessor. They sounded just as good on the iPad Pro as on a stereo. I say almost because the bass wasn’t as thumping for me as I would like. Performance The iPad Pro 12.9 2022 comes with an M2 chip. It should not be surprising that the tablet performs better than its predecessor. The iPad 2022 scored 1,862 in the single-core portion of the Geekbench test and 8,500 in the multicore test. The M1-powered iPad Pro scored 1,722 points and 7,298, respectively. These numbers completely destroy the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered Galaxy Tab S8 (1.208 single-core, 3.228 multicores). Cameras The cameras of the new iPad Pro are identical to last year's model. This is a plus and a minus, depending on what you expect. The rear and front cameras are excellent at taking solid images, so I'm not concerned that they won't change. Battery The iPad Pro 12.9 2022 lasted 10 hours and 39 minutes using Wi-Fi during Tom's Guide battery testing. This test involves web surfing at 150 nits brightness. This is slightly less than the new iPad Pro 2022's 10 hours, 57 minutes and 10 minutes, but much longer than the iPad Air 2021’s 10 hours, 9 minutes. The included 20W charger charges quickly and provides decent charging times. It took us 15 minutes to charge the iPad Pro from 10% to 20%. It is about the same time as last year's model. Software Pre-installed with iPadOS 16, the iPad Pro 2022 is pre-loaded. Stage Manager allows you to bring whatever you are working on into the middle of your screen and then relegate your other open apps to a pile of tiles at the sides. The tiles are small, so you can focus on the task while keeping track of everything else. This is a great productivity feature. It can be enabled on your iPad and MacBook to give you a dual-screen experience with Universal Control. There weren't any noticeable differences in Stage Manager between the iPad Air 2022 powered by M1 and iPad Pro 2022. The feature worked as advertised. I will need to wait until I can determine if Stage Manager is something I will use over the long term. Apple iPad Pro 12.9 Feature Apple Pencil Hover preview is another big feature of iPad Pro 2022. This feature is only available to M2-powered slates. The iPad Pro detects the Apple Pencil at 12 mm above its display. This preview lets you see your mark in advance. Some third-party apps may also support this feature. ProCreate allows you to see how colors blend together before you put the pencil tip down. Pixelmator Pro allows you to preview filter changes as you hover your pencil over photos Opinion The new iPad Pro 2022 has mixed reviews from me. It's an objectively well-designed device that delivers all you would expect from the premium iPad line. You can watch videos, play games, chat with others, browse the web, draw, and do more. It should be future-proofed by the M2 chip that powers it. The iPad Pro is a fantastic tablet for its features and it's an excellent choice for anyone looking to buy their first Pro model tablet.

7 Reasons Why You Should Buy the M2 MacBook Air
Tumblr media
The 13-inch and 15-inch M2 MacBook Air models are Apple's newer entry-level laptops that come with a modern design, an M2 chip, MagSafe, and more. The MacBook Air has been Apple's most popular laptop for many years, and many reviewers praised the M1 MacBook Air that came out in 2020 as the perfect notebook for most people. Apple silicon unlocked the MacBook's potential, and we now see that taken to a new level with the M2 MacBook Air models. So, here are all the reasons we think the 13-inch and 15-inch M2 MacBook Air models are worth buying.
1. The Modern Design
Tumblr media
Apple has updated many of its products with a squared-edge design. It started with the iPad Pro and eventually made its way to the MacBook Pro in 2021. Now, both the 13-inch and 15-inch M2 MacBook Air resemble the current MacBook Pro's design. The design is refreshing since the last time we got a design overhaul for the MacBook Air was in 2018. The M2 version takes the MacBook Air's design in a new direction since it's the first MacBook Air without a wedge-shaped design. Fortunately, the new design still allows the 13-inch and 15-inch M2 MacBook Air to be relatively thin and light. They also feature slimmer bezels and a notch for more screen real estate.
2. Aggressive Pricing
Even though the redesigned MacBook Air lost its legendary $999 price tag, the 13-inch version is still competitively priced for a high-quality laptop at $1,099. And for those who need slightly better graphics performance and storage, you can get the 512GB variant for $1,399. If screen real estate is a concern for you, you'll be happy to know that Apple offers the base 15-inch M2 MacBook Air at $1,299. That model is perfect for those who want a big laptop without having to spend big money on a 14-inch or 16-inch MacBook Pro.
3. Value for Money
Tumblr media
It's no secret that Apple silicon chips deliver stellar performance. The base M2 chip can handle everyday tasks like web browsing, media consumption, email, and more without breaking a sweat. You can also use creative applications for basic workflows and get solid performance. While the M2 is not a giant leap over the M1, it does provide an 18% faster CPU, a 35% faster GPU, and other improvements. The performance of the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air is particularly impressive for laptops that lack an internal fan to cool things down.
4. The Longevity
One tradeoff you make when you purchase an older device at a reduced cost is that it won't receive updates for as long as a new device. Apple has said it will support Intel Macs for years, but they have a more limited lifespan for software updates compared to Apple silicon Macs. Apple already cut off support for multiple Intel Macs with macOS Ventura in 2022. Apple silicon Macs not only provide incredible performance, but they will receive software updates for many years to come.
5. Port Selection
Tumblr media
Image Credit: Apple While the M2 MacBook Air didn't receive an HDMI port or an SD card slot like the high-end MacBook Pros, it did get MagSafe. The addition of MagSafe provides an arguably better charging solution and frees up another USB-C port on the laptop. Having a MagSafe port allows you to connect more peripherals to your MacBook Air since you don't have to use a USB-C port to charge. Besides MagSafe, the redesigned MacBook Air models also sport a headphone jack that supports high-impedance headphones. Older models, like the M1 MacBook Air, only had USB-C ports and a regular headphone jack, which could be limiting, especially if you needed to charge your MacBook and use the ports for other functions.
6. Unmatched Battery Life
Apple laptops had solid battery life when using Intel processors, but Apple silicon has changed the game. The M2 MacBook Air line gets an estimated 15 hours of web browsing and 18 hours of movie playback, according to Apple. The laptops can last well on a single charge throughout the day while doing regular tasks such as web browsing, emailing, or word processing. Compared to Windows laptops, these machines are way ahead in the battery department. Furthermore, you can get a 70W power adapter that can fast-charge the M2 MacBook Air if you select it during checkout for an additional $20 with the base model 13-inch model. Apple offers the 70W charger for free with the higher-spec models.
7. Improved FaceTime Camera
A high-quality webcam is nice to have in the age of remote working or learning, where we rely on video calls often. The MacBook Air features a much-improved 1080p FaceTime camera, while the M1 MacBook Air and M2 MacBook Pro still have a 720p camera. The difference is very noticeable during FaceTime and Zoom calls. MacBooks in the past have had poor webcam quality, but the M2 MacBook Air line offers an exceptional camera.
How Does It Compare to the Mac Lineup?
Tumblr media
Apple's MacBook lineup has become crowded since the introduction of the M2 MacBooks. Apple didn't discontinue the M1 MacBook Air, so it sits right below the 13-inch M2 Air at $999. The 13-inch and 15-inch M2 MacBook Air models are ideal machines for most people, offering the best combination of new features and design changes the MacBook Pro first received in 2021 while keeping the price relatively low. While there are multiple reasons to avoid the base model M2 MacBook Air, the $1,399 13-inch model is the sweet spot since it comes with an M2 chip with more GPU cores and a 512GB SSD. The argument for the M2 MacBook Air line becomes more complex when you upgrade the hardware. For instance, if you select the $1,399 13-inch model and add 16GB of RAM, the computer ends up costing $1,599, which is just $400 less than the 14-inch MacBook Pro. Additionally, the 15-inch MacBook Air with 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM comes in at $1,699, just $300 below the 14-inch MacBook Pro.
Tumblr media
While the M2 chip is more powerful than the base M1 chip, it isn't as capable as the other chips in the M2 family, like the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips. The MacBook Pro also features an excellent ProMotion display and has fans for demanding tasks. So, if you are concerned about the fanless design or are looking for more power, you should definitely consider the 14-inch MacBook Pro instead. However, the MacBook Air has been, and still is, the perfect laptop for regular users since it's relatively affordable, features a premium design, and offers excellent performance that can handle everyday usage. Both the M2 MacBook Air models also deliver excellent battery life that can last a full day.
The M2 MacBook Air Models Are Well-Rounded Machines
The 13-inch and 15-inch M2 MacBook Air models are well-rounded laptops. They feature a great design, impressive performance for the price, great battery life, and more. These machines are excellent entry-level Macs and are perfect for most Mac users. So, if you're in the market for a long-lasting MacBook to do regular daily tasks, look no further. source Read the full article

I am a Low Key Nerd and Naturalist
Nerd is so passé, I prefer 'complex human being'. But what I do know is, I am not apologizing to anyone for anything I wish to post. I ain't got no kids, and my parents is long dead. Last I checked ain't a single person paying one bill up in this house except me, I have no one to be beholden to regarding my activities.
Generally speaking I like to stay away from including nudes on this particular blog since I have posted more than enough of that other places on the internet. But, I feel no need to pretend that if I am going to get the opportunity I am going to celebrate my work before anything else.
Meaning I am mildly excited about iPad iOs 17, which in all actuality only has like really five cool updates, but one of them that I am not sure if its been on the phone for a minute or not, is the changing lock screens.
On my early 2008 Macbook Pro I had my desktop changing like every ten seconds with a bunch of photos from my porn archive which I had on an external drive. I always love to have an electronic device with some changing element. Traditionally on my tablets, and this is my third, I utilize my abstract work as lock and home screens. Usually two different images that will be unique to that specific device.
This Os update now allows me to indulge myself and my body dysmorphia, or put a more public face on my tablet. Albeit I plan on never leaving the house after that damn flu I caught on my daily walks, I think the public face for my tablet will be rarely used.
Another feature which is solely a personal fav is the ability to run more than one timer at a time. Sometimes I am washing something and want it to soak for four hours and during this time I may order some food and need to set a ten minute timer so I can perfectly time getting dressed for the delivery person. Now I can do that!
I also love how they show the countdown on the lock screen. I am going to be honest since I don't have a phone the lock screen was never a big thing to be, but with the tweaks to the clock and the widgets Apple is making it a more welcome place for a bit more creativity and self expression.
I love how they took into consideration the vertical and horizontal orientation that tablet user utilize and made sure the screens could be formatted to the orientation of the device, it took me playing on my second tablet to find the fully tweaks, but I enjoyed the intuitiveness in the design.
Eighteen page PDF, I read the whole thing about all the new features, so many things I don't use like the health app, air pods, Safari, FaceTime or rarely use if at all. I did try out the new iMessage tricks and tried out the new tool bar they have changed out the old one for.
I love how we can do voice notes that are sent with transcriptions. It makes the audio a bit more permanent, since I am sure the transcript can be copied and pasted. But I enjoy sharing my voice with folks so they can get all the nuance of exactly what I am saying and most importantly HOW I am saying it.
Technology and me have always been friends but I think it wise to use it smartly and don't overdo it. My twenty-seven year old nephew has a Macbook Air, AirPods, Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad. I told the nigga straight up he needs to buy some stock in Apple with him putting so much money in their pocket! #ForRealThough
I have only had like five computers and three tablets:
Mac SE (91 - 97 | returned to Campi)
Apple Powerbook 5300 (96 - 97 | recalled by Apple)
Apple Powerbook 1400c (97 - 01 | still have)
iMac G3 (02 - 09 | lent to Techu, never returned)
Macbook Pro (08 to present)
Tablets
iPad - 16 GB (2008 to present)
iPad Pro - 256 GB (2019 to present)
iPad Pro - 1 TB (2022 to present)
Currently I still use two of my tablets, and now that I have deleted a lot of data I can use my Macbook Pro to take trips down memory lane in the form of old photos, designs, videos and memories. I am a bougie bitch and primarily only deal with Apple. I could have bought a new laptop but my iPad Pro especially with the Apple Magic Keyboard really has all the computing power I need for my current needs.
I did win a FreePC through that advertising scheme years ago, where they gave away "free" Windows computers that had very heavy advertising on them. Anyway my yoga was shot today because I spent the morning on my laptop then got caught up in iOs 17 and that was all she wrote.
Today is supposed to be my regularly scheduled program day and I only got through two episodes of Killing Eve. Anyhow let me attempt to watch my shows, albeit I am excited I have a new distraction that is creating great content for my mini-blog and allowing me to reconnect with some folks who I am sharing what I find.

Coco Rocha Transforms Herself in Avant-Garde Digital Fashion With the surge in digital fashion the last few years, from brands selling virtual clothes to Fashion Weeks being hosted in the metaverse, creatives are adapting to the times and experimenting with this new digital environment head-on.Stylist and Altorrin and photographer Petros Kouiouris recently teamed up on a new, avant-garde editorial with model Coco Rocha where all the clothes are digital. The designers and 3D artists sourced for this project, from Threeasfour to Cooltrede, are known for their innovative works when it comes to this format."Attempting to find an untapped storyline that Coco Rocha hadn’t starred in was beyond difficult — she’s done everything and with the best," creative director and stylist Altorrin tells PAPER. "With assistance from designer Brit Shaked we realized virtual design was the uncharted waters we were in search of and the journey began."The shoot sees Rocha at the height of her high-fashion editorial prowess within the context of a purely digital world. Altorrin researched virtual designers all over the world when conceptualizing this project. He said that it was imperative that the designs were not just beautiful but that they also evoke emotion."With a digital wardrobe it’s easy to lose the soul of the garment," he explains. "We worked diligently to keep the heartbeat pumping throughout the metaverse spread."For photographer Petros Kouiouris, this was his first digital CGI photoshoot and he notes that this required different lighting techniques than usual. "This fashion story illustrates emotions and brings feelings to life," he says. "I hope that it continues to inspire many as it has for me over the years. "Threeasfour, the New York fashion house known for combining technical innovation and couture techniques and was involved with this project, says that they have been fascinated by the challenge in bringing a digital garment into a physical photoshoot.Rocha was also inspired by the process and has recently been educating herself on the rapidly changing landscape: from web3, to crypto to Chat GPT and beyond. "Something I’ve learned over the last two decades in fashion is that if you don’t move with the times, then time just passes you by," she tells PAPER.She recognizes the significance of the changing landscape: "I can feel that we are at the tipping point of momentous change, bigger than the social media era, that will drastically change our fundamental relationship with the world," she says. "Every aspect of life will be affected, and specifically for my industry, I think the next five years will bring more change than the last 25.""That having been said, one of my biggest pet peeves about 2022 was all of this talk about the metaverse with absolutely nothing to show for it," she adds. Every week was a new announcement, featuring virtual fashion that looked no better than the video games I was playing as a 14 year old in 2002, or the outfits my 7 year old created last weekend on her iPad."She and Altorrin engaged in a number of open-ended WhatsApp conversations before the project emerged. They saw it as an opportunity to seek out and showcase those who are elevating the art of digital fashion as more than a just a gimmick. "The images are something I’m really proud of, certainly a first for me," she says. "I think they show just a tiny peek behind the curtain of what’s possible in the future. Love it or hate it, digital fashion and the metaverse is not going away. Now that we know it’s here to stay, we might as well make ourselves at home and make sure it’s fabulous."Photography: Petros KouiourisCreative Direction and Styling: AltorrinArt Direction: Odie SeneshTalent: Coco RochaHair: Cassie CareyMakeup: Laurel CharlestonNails: Stephanie HernandezProduction: Oddd Creatives1st Photo Assistant: Lei Alvarez2nd Photo Assistant: Vasilios SmaragdasStyling Assistiants: Roderick Reyes, Yan ShabazzHair Assistant: Julia DiLauroMakeup Assistant: Sterling Tull3D Director: Peter Favinger3D Digital Consultants: Brit Shaked, Derhi Roei https://www.papermag.com/coco-rocha-avant-garde-digital-fashion-2659297868.html

IOS 15 Latest Version, Problems & new Features for IPhones
It bought interface changes, security fixes and a raft of new features. If your iPhone supports the update, you can install it for free.
In this article we outline everything you need to know about the iOS 15 software update including: details of the interface changes and features - including features that didn’t arrive until later updates. We also run through the devices (both iPhones and iPods) that can install the new software and we reveal the latest version of the iOS 15 software, including the latest beta versions. Finally we list details of any problems with iOS 15 that people are reporting.
Not every iPhone issue relates to iOS 15 though. If you were wondering why there is no Noise Cancellation option on iPhone 13 you might be interested to learn that this isn’t an error, Apple has actually decided to remove the feature from the iPhone 13 series! You can still use it on iPhone 12 and older though.
Note: A new version of the iPhone operating system will launch in fall 2022 and it will be known as iOS 16. Read all you need to know about iOS 16 in our in-depth explainer.
Latest version of iOS 15
The first version of iOS 15 arrived on September 20, 2021, however Apple has issued numerous updates since.
The most recent version of iOS 15.6.1 which patches critical flaws that may have been actively exploited. There are two vulnerabilities addressed, according to Apple’s security content page. A Kernel issue described as “an application may be able to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges,” and a WebKit issue described as “processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to arbitrary code execution.”
Prior to that, iOS 15.6 arrived in July 2022. The only new feature introduced is improved video control when tuning in to live sports
iOS 15.5 arrived on May 16 and brought dozens of security fixes alongside Wallet, Podcasts updates. More here: What’s in iOS 15.5. iOS 15.4 arrived on March 14 and offered the ability to use Face ID while wearing a mask, Siri, iCloud Keychain features. Those with an iPad could finally take advantage of Universal Control. See: How to use Universal Control and How to share a mouse and keyboard between Macs and iPads.
On January 26 2022 Apple released iOS 15.3. The content of iOS 15.3 was mostly bug fixes. On January 12, 2022 Apple released iOS 15.2.1. The iOS 15.2.1 update closes a critical gap in HomeKit so you should install it if you haven’t already.
Prior to that iOS 15.2.1 update the previous update arrived on December 13, 2021 when Apple released iOS 15.2. This update brought SharePlay, a way to disable ‘Items That Can Track Me’ in Find My, parental controls in Messages, the Apple Music Voice Plan, and Digital Legacy feature. More information here: What’s in iOS 15.2?
This followed iOS 15.1.1, which arrived on November 18 (for 12- and 13-series iPhones only) and fixed an issue that caused phone calls to be terminated prematurely on those iPhones. “iOS 15.1.1 improves call-drop performance,” the notes explain. Read about it here: Apple fixes ‘call drop’ iPhone bug with iOS 15.1.1 release.
Prior to that, on October 25, Apple issued the first major update (but actually the third update) to iOS 15. iOS 15.1 brings some features that weren’t ready when iOS 15 launched, and fixes some bugs. For example, the update makes it possible to turn off the automatic macro mode and adds support for ProRes video on supporting phones (iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max), Lossless audio support for HomePod and bug fixes. Read more about iOS 15.1 here: What’s in iOS 15.1?
An iOS 15.0.1 update on October 1 addressed an Apple Watch iPhone unlocking issue and a problem with the system showing the wrong amount of storage available, both are discussed below. Then on 11 October Apple released iOS 15.0.2, which fixes a number of bugs, including a security issue.
These point updates enable Apple to add some of the previously announced features that didn’t make it into the final versions of iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and tvOS 15. For a few examples, read Eight iOS 15 features that will be missing at launch.
We explain how to install iOS 15 and subsequent updates in a separate article.
Latest beta version of iOS 15
Apple runs a beta program for developers and the general public.
The last beta version was iOS 15.6. Now that Apple has released the final version of that it is unlikely there will be further beta updates as the company is now focused on development of iOS 16. See: Why Apple’s latest iOS and macOS updates are more important than they seem.
If you’re an app developer you can join Apple’s beta program. The public beta program allows eager Apple fans to trial the software and help report any bugs before general release. Here’s how to join the beta testing programme. We also run though how to install the iOS beta on your iPhone.
iOS 15 security concerns
With each update to the iPhone operating system it seems that various flaws and security issues make their way to the surface. Apple is usually quick to fix these, but sometimes there will be a wait. Each update to iOS 15 is has addressed various bugs and security issues.
For example, Apple identified and fixed (in iOS 15.0.2) an error that affected the “IOMobileFrameBuffer” interface that is used to control the screen. Apparently due to the flaw malicious code could lead to overflow of memory and thus gain unauthorized access to kernels.
Unfortunately that wasn’t the only security concern in iOS 15. A security flaw has been identified that affects both iOS 14 and iOS 15 and can “poses a serious risk to users” according to the security researcher who discovered the vulnerability.
Trevor Spiniolas claimed that this bug could be exploited through the HomeKit API and used to change HomeKit device names. The new name is then backed up to iCloud and, if the user’s Home devices are enabled in Control Center, will render the iPhone unresponsive until the devices names are changed back using the API.
Spiniolas said an attacker could “use email addresses resembling Apple services or HomeKit products to trick less tech-savvy users (or even those who are curious) into accepting the invitation and then demand payment via email in return for fixing the issue.”
Spiniolas informed Apple of the bug in August 2021 and Apple addressed it with a fix on 12 January 2022, but not before Spiniolas highlighted the fact that he had informed Apple. For more information read: HomeKit bug can render iPhone unusable.
Problems with iOS 15
Its quite common that when Apple issues a big update to iOS we see complaints of battery drain issues, app crashes, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection issues, and other problems. So it’s worth waiting for any issues to be ironed out before you install the latest update.
Look through the below to see if your issue has been experienced by others and if there is a fix or if it was addressed in an update to iOS 15.
No Noise Cancellation
If you have an iPhone 12 or earlier there is a feature that can be used to improve call quality. Phone Noise Cancellation reduces ambient background noise on phone calls when you’re holding the iPhone to your ear.
Noise cancellation is a useful feature that can make calls with people in noisy locations clearer.
On iPhone 12 and earlier the feature was on by default, but could be turned off in Accessibility:
1. Go to: Settings > Accessibility. 2. Tap on Audio/Visual. 3. Switch Phone Noise Cancellation on or off. You might be wondering why you’d want to turn the feature on or off. It seems that some people might find the noise cancellation disorienting because it can cause pressure in the ears.
If you are curious about why you would want to turn the feature off you may be surprised to hear that Apple has removed the Noise Cancellation option on the iPhone 13 series. If you have one of those phones you can’t turn the feature off or on. Initially it was thought this was due to an error, but Apple has confirmed to a 9to5Mac reader that: “Phone Noise Cancellation is not available on iPhone 13 models, which is why you do not see this option in Settings.”
Read more here: How to improve iPhone call quality.
Deleted photos
Some iPhone users reported that when they saved photos from iMessage, deleted the message, and then synced with iCloud, the photo was deleted. More here: iOS 15 bug deletes saved photos from the iPhone.
Unlock with Apple Watch won’t work
Users who own an Apple Watch and an iPhone 13 were reporting that the unlock with Apple Watch feature does not work.
Some were seeing an error message “unable to communicate with Apple Watch” when they try to unlock their iPhone while wearing a mask. Apple is aware of the problem and we imagine is working on a fix.
Apple initially suggested users stop using the feature until the issue is fixed, but the issue was addressed in the iOS 15.0.1 update that was issued on 1 October 2021.
Good news for those who are fed up with not being able to unlock their iPhone while wearing a mask: there is/will be a new Face ID & Passcode settings in iOS 15.4, which is currently in beta. Once iOS 15.4 is installed on your iPhone you will find a new switch for Face ID with Mask. Read more here: How to use Face ID to unlock iPhone while wearing a face mask.
AirPods Pro controls aren’t working
AirPods Pro users reported that they could no longer adjust the Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency settings using Siri. Apple addressed this in iOS 15.1.
Problems with apps
Some third-party apps stopped working after users updated to iOS 15.
For example, Spotify confirmed that its iOS app suffers from a iOS 15 bug that causes the phone to overheat and the battery to drain in just a few hours. Spotify developers eventually issued a fix.
Muting
Reddit users reported that muting on the iPhone also mutes audio in the apps. As one poster put it : “I’ve always been able to listen to audio (on Instagram, and YouTube) when my phone is on mute, just by pressing the volume button, the audio would come up just fine.
“But after updating to iOS 15, I have to unmute my phone in order to listen to audio on Instagram (Story, Reels, and Video posts) and YouTube.” There have been similar reports on Apple’s support pages.
We were able to recreate this: with mute on there was no sound, but once mute mode was turned off Instagram stories played sound again.
Issues with battery life
Slightly shorter battery life after a major iOS update is actually common and it’s not really a bug, it’s more a short-lived side effect of updating.
After updating to a new operating version it is normal for many processes to run in the background and for the system to re-index the data. This can seriously effect your battery life. But it should be short-lived. After a few days, expect the battery life of your iPhone to return to the usual level.
Not enough space
Many users claimed to see a message indicating that storage is almost full, even if there is plenty of free space left.
There are a number of complaints on Apple’s help pages, such as: “After iOS 15 update in settings telling me iPhone storage all most full but I have 15GB will not go away. Hard reset did not help.”
Users report that deleting large files does not seem to do anything and the error message keeps coming back. It may be a case of waiting for Apple to address the error in an update to iOS 15.
The issue was addressed in the iOS 15.0.1 update that was issued on 1 October.
Too much space
On the contrary, in some cases more free space is also listed than the device has, for example, it can be said that an 256GB iPhone has 317.46GB of free space. It is likely that this was addressed in the iOS 15.0.1 update as well.
Confusion about Do Not Disturb
Apple has expanded Do Not Disturb in iOS 15. The feature is now part of the new Focus mode, which means it is possible to adapt Do Not Disturb settings depending on sets of circumstances.
However, Apple has removed one of the Do Not Disturb features - the ability to silence all incoming calls and notifications if your iPhone was locked. With this setting users could mute and hide all notifications just by locking their iPhone, then simply unlock the phone to see notifications on the screen.
The new Focus mode means that you either have all notifications or your notifications are silenced. Unlocking your iPhone doesn’t display them automatically.
Problems with CarPlay
Some users have reported an issue with CarPlay where apps wouldn’t open or would disconnect while in use. This was addressed in iOS 15.0.2.
Notifications not delivered
Some users complained that notifications from certain apps such as Outlook or Slack were not being delivered. Apple addressed this in an update. Android
App library reordered
App library came with iOS 14 and is a fairly fast way to access apps without searching for them on countless screens. However, iOS 15 seems to sort apps into different folders compared to what was the case with iOS 14.7. Especially the folder Last Added, which contains apps we haven’t used for a long time - even ones we have deleted.
iCloud+ storage can’t be updated
Some users reported difficulties updating their iCloud storage, including from the free 5GB to the cheapest paid for option.
iTunes not working
Some iPhone users who have a PC reported that iTunes cannot run because files are missing.
There are also reports that people have been unable to restore an iPhone 13 via iTunes or the Finder.
Which iPhones are compatible with iOS 15?
Here are all the devices that can install iOS 15:
- iPhone 6s - iPhone 6s Plus - iPhone SE (2016) - iPhone 7 - iPhone 7 Plus - iPhone 8 - iPhone 8 Plus - iPhone X - iPhone XS - iPhone XS Max - iPhone XR - iPhone 11 - iPhone 11 Pro - iPhone 11 Pro Max - iPhone SE (2020) - iPhone 12 mini - iPhone 12 - iPhone 12 Pro - iPhone 12 Pro Max - All iPhone 13 models This is great work from Apple, which has kept all the same compatible devices as on iOS 14 and even iOS 13. We discuss the iPhones that can install iOS 15 in more detail in a separate article.
However, you should remember that just because your iPhone can run iOS 15 doesn’t mean that you will get all the features. Read: Which iOS 15 features run on my iPhone to find out which iOS 15 features your iPhone supports.
How to install iOS 15
Updating your iPhone or iPod touch - assuming it supports the new software - is straightforward. You’ll simply have to open the Settings app, then go to General > Software Update, and wait to see if an update is available. Then follow the onscreen instructions to install it.
If you want to install an iOS 15 beta follow the steps below but be aware that a beta is unfinished, pre-release software, so don’t install it on your primary device - it’s likely to be buggy.
1. Click Sign Up on the Apple Beta page and register with your Apple ID. 2. Log in to the Beta Software Program. 3. Click Enrol your iOS device. (If you signed up for a previous version’s beta last year you may need to uninstall the profile for that and then re-enrol for the new one.) 4. Go to beta.apple.com/profile on your iOS device. 5. Download and install the configuration profile. 6. That will make the beta version available in Settings, under General > Software Update. We outline these two distinct processes in more detail in two separate articles: how to install iOS 15 and how to install an iOS beta.
New iPhone features in iOS 15
There were dozens of upgrades and new features in iOS 15. See our iOS 15 superguide for the highlights.
FaceTime
Apple added Spatial Audio to FaceTime, which will make each participant’s audio contributions appear to come from the appropriate location on the screen. It’s also working to improve audio clarity with Voice Isolation, a mode which will use machine learning to identify and remove ambient noise - although you will also have the option to instead activate Wide Spectrum audio, to deliberately include background noise.
You get some new interface options, too. You can opt for Portrait mode, which as on stills photography will blur the background and draw attention to the subject. Or use the new grid view, for a better way of seeing all the participants in a group chat rather than foregrounding the speaker.
Apple is also responding, perhaps a little belatedly, to the world’s increasing reliance on video calling for work meetings. The company is letting iPhone users create FaceTime ‘meetings’ by generating a link that can be shared via email, iMessage and so on, or entering it as a Calendar entry.
Intriguingly, Apple also said that Android and Windows users will be able to join FaceTime meetings via the web.
SharePlay
SharePlay is a fascinating new feature that’s connected to FaceTime but deserves its own section. It’s essentially designed to let you flip out of a FaceTime chat using picture-in-picture, activate another app, and then have that app effect everyone on the call.
The most obvious application is music. You hop into the Music app without actually leaving the chat, pick a song, and then have that song plays for everyone. You can create a shared playlist and have everyone contribute tracks.
This also works for video - Apple said HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu, Twitch and TikTok are all on board - and extend the video you’re watching to your Apple TV for a larger screen. And SharePlay can be used for screen-sharing, for troubleshooting or showing off gameplay.
There’s a SharePlay API, so we’re fascinated to see what third-party app developers come up with for this intriguing feature.
Focus
This allows you to create multiple bundles of settings for segments of your life. So you can create a work Focus status, and your availability, notification settings, and arrangement of apps and widgets on your Home screen will all be tailored to suit your work life. You can create another for when you’re sleeping, or for your recreational time. It’s the same sort of idea as Do Not Disturb While Driving, but extended to more contexts.
Another feature that could help you focus is Background Noise. This feature will deliberately generate background noise, including Ocean, Rain and River sounds. Read how to use Background Noise and play these sounds on your iPhone here: How to play Background Noise in iOS 15.
Photos
Photo search continues to improve. Spotlight search will pop up photos now, including searching for text displayed in the images.
This is connected to a feature called Live Text. If you look at a photo - either through the viewfinder, live, or in your photo library - a button will appear at the bottom right allowing your to activate Live Text. This will search for and highlight text in the image, allowing you to select, copy or interact with it - if it’s a phone number, for example, you can tap and then choose to call it.
Live Text will understand seven languages at launch.
The expanded intelligence of Photos is not limited to text, however. There will also be non-textual Visual Look Up, allowing you to query the breed of a pictured dog, for example, or the identity of a work of art or landmark.
None of this is new to the tech industry, of course, and Google Photos has proved itself adept at such computational feats in the past. But it’s a step forward for iOS.
Wallet
Wallet expanded its scope to include keys - this seems particularly handy for hotel keys and workplaces - and a general-use identity card which Apple says will be accepted in airports.
Weather
Weather got a new design, lots of attractive new animations, and new climate maps.
Maps
Talking of maps, Apple’s Maps app is looking extremely appealing. It’s getting lots of additional road details in cities, such as turn lanes, bus, taxi and bike lanes, and pedestrian crossings. There’s an attractive nighttime view, too.

How Will #EdTech Change In 2023? - HoET216
Feedback & Shout Outs (1:18)
PodcastPD returns on Sunday, January 29, 2023!
EdTech Thought (4:22)
Ask For Help
Asking for help can be difficult, but it is an important part of being a successful teacher. Here are a few tips to help teachers feel comfortable asking for help:
Remember that it is okay to ask for help. Teaching can be challenging, and no one is expected to have all the answers. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness, and it shows that you are committed to improving and doing the best job possible.
Identify the type of help you need. Before you ask for help, think about what you need and why. Are you struggling with a particular lesson plan or instructional strategy? Do you need advice on how to handle a difficult situation with a student? Knowing what you need will make it easier for others to provide the right kind of support.
Choose the right person to ask. Not everyone will be able to provide the help you need, so it is important to choose the right person to ask. This might be a colleague who has experience with the issue you are dealing with, a mentor who can provide guidance and advice, or a school administrator who can provide support and resources.
Be specific and direct. When asking for help, be specific and direct about what you need. This will make it easier for the person you are asking to understand your situation and provide the right kind of support.
Be open to feedback and suggestions. When you ask for help, be prepared to listen to feedback and suggestions. Remember that the person you are asking is trying to help you, and their advice and guidance can be valuable.
By following these tips, teachers can feel more comfortable asking for help when they need it. This can help them improve their teaching and support the success of their students.
EdTech Recommendation (7:36)
Apple Freeform - Back in December 2022 Apple released a new app called Freeform, which is similar to a digital whiteboard. It allows you to write, draw, add images, and documents to a blank board, alone or with others. The app is available on iOS 16.2, iPadOS 16.2, and macOS 13.1. You can pinch-to-zoom in or out on a board, with no limit on how far you can zoom out, and you can add as much as you want or need to a board. Along the top of the screen, you can find all the available tools, such as the Apple Pencil to draw on a board, add a sticky note, or select from over 700 different shapes. You can also add text boxes, links, images, and documents from the Photos or Files app, or even scan a document directly into the app. Freeform also allows for collaboration with friends or colleagues, and you can work on a board together over a FaceTime call. To share a board, users will need to turn on iCloud sync for Freeform.
If you have the ability to mirror your iPad in your classroom or conference room this could be a great tool for you and your students.
Featured Content (9:52)
The podcast discusses how education technology may change in 2023, with a focus on three main trends. The first trend is an increase in the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in education. These technologies have the potential to revolutionize the way we learn and teach by personalizing learning experiences, providing personalized feedback and support, and helping educators manage and analyze data. The second trend is the continued growth of online and blended learning, which has been accelerated by the pandemic and is expected to continue in 2023 with the development of more technology tools and platforms that support these models. The third trend is a greater focus on equity and accessibility, which includes providing students with the necessary hardware and software and making sure that the technology is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all learners. The podcast also highlights the need for better connectivity and access to technology for students and educators to achieve equity in education.

Have you recently purchased new AirPods PRO 2? Here are some pro tips that may be useful TO YOU.
https://www.gadgetsrack.blog/post/have-you-recently-purchased-new-airpods-pro-2-here-are-some-pro-tips-that-may-be-useful-to-you

Apple introduced the AirPods Pro 2, a new version of its wireless earbuds, in September 2022. They have a new charging case with Find My support, upgraded microphones, new volume controls, and a new H2 chip. The second-generation AirPods Pro are a follow-up to the original, which debuted in 2019. They share features such as active noise cancellation for a better listening experience and removable silicone tips for a more comfortable fit.
It only takes a few seconds to pair the AirPods Pro 2.
Unbox your AirPods Pro, then unlock your iPhone or iPad and open the charging case for your earbuds. A prompt will display a second or two later asking if you want to pair the earbuds.
Tumblr media
Press, don't tap, on your AirPods Pro 2
Instead of pressing one of the AirPods, utilise the AirPods Pro stems as buttons. There isn't a button there; instead, it's a pressure-sensitive part that functions similarly to a button. The trackpad on the MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro does not physically move to click.
Squeeze the flat indentation on each AirPod with two fingers. With each press, you'll hear a click in your ear. Each button press has the following effect:
Pause/Play with a single press
Double-click to advance.
Triple-press: Go backwards.
Long-press to toggle between noise cancellation and transparency.
The option to control the volume of the AirPods Pro 2 via the stems is a useful addition. Swipe up to increase the volume and down to decrease it. Yes. It's really that simple.
How to Check Battery Life?
The battery life of the AirPods Pro is one of its outstanding qualities. You can go for hours without charging thanks to the battery in the case and those in each earpiece. Apple provides several methods for monitoring the battery life of each AirPod Pro as well as the case.
Unlock your iPhone or iPad and open the case next to your device with the AirPods inside to check the charge level of your AirPods Pro and charging case. The charge level of each AirPod and the case will be displayed as an animation.
You may also add the battery widget on the home screen of your iPhone. When the AirPods are actively attached to your phone, the widget displays the remaining battery life for each earbud and case.
Where Can I Find My AirPods Pro 2 Case?
The ability to use Find My and precisely find a misplaced AirPods Pro case is one of the most welcome features of the second-generation AirPods Pro. Open the Find My iPhone app and select the Devices tab. Tap on your AirPods Pro in the list to view a map of its position. Press the Find Nearby button if you're within 30 feet of the case. Then, to get there, follow the onscreen steps.
Spatial Audio is an amazing experience.
Spatial audio delivers a 360-degree soundtrack that reacts to your movement, creating an immersive surround sound experience. The experience is relatively new, and it is accessible on the AirPods Pro (along with the recently added Dolby Atmos for Apple Music) – simply enable the functionality in your settings.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth > tap the "i" next to your AirPods Pro, then slide the switch next to Spatial Audio to the On position. By clicking See & Hear How It Works, you can then listen to a demo to see how the feature works.
Control your AirPods Pro with your Apple Watch.
If you have an Apple Watch, you can toggle between noise cancellation and transparency modes by tapping on the AirPlay icon in the Now Playing app whenever your AirPods Pro are in use.
Control your AirPods Pro with your Mac.
You can switch between noise cancellation and transparency mode while using your AirPods Pro with your Mac without having to squeeze your AirPods Pro. When your earphones are securely linked to your computer, an AirPods icon will appear on your Mac. Change the mode by clicking on it.
To discover the optimal fit, perform the Ear Tip Fit Test.
You may perform the Ear Tip Fit Test by going into the AirPods Pro settings (try saying that out loud a few times). The test will play several noises through the AirPods' microphones before determining whether the ear tips you have inserted are the correct size for your ears.
To begin, open the Settings app on your iPhone, go to Bluetooth, and hit the I next to the name of your AirPods Pro. Choose Ear Tip Fit Test and then follow the on-screen instructions.
When wirelessly charging the case, you can see the charge state.
The AirPods Pro case will wirelessly charge on the same wireless charging stations that work with the iPhone. It also works with MagSafe chargers; however, unlike an iPhone 12 or 13, it does not magnetically stick to the charger. To begin charging, place the case on the pad with the little light pointing up. When you first set the case on the pad, the light on the case will illuminate, indicating that it is charging. It will, however, ultimately time out and shut down. Tap on the case to see the charge status (green indicates fully charged).
The ecosystem's seamless integration of all Apple products is a significant benefit, which is why AirPods are so useful: they can effortlessly link to the rest of your gadgets. With so many AirPods on the market, it's difficult to determine which ones are ideal for you. Here are some referred below to check them out and its related accessories.

The Morning After: IPadOS 14.0 Brings Mouse & Trackpad Support
Good morning, everyone! You look fabulous.
After a long time since the tablet launched it's now iPad is finally like other computers in a key way: You can easily use it with a mouse or trackpad. The 13.4 update that rolled out yesterday for iOS and iPadOS included that feature, as well as several other new features, such as the ability to use third-party navigation apps in the CarPlay dashboard, and a updated iCloud file sharing that's going to be a lot more useful.
Still, one of the biggest changes is in the browser. Safari for iOS, iPadOS and macOS now blocks all third-party cookies by default and is the first major browser to implement this. Google has announced it will do the same thing with Chrome, but not until 2022. The team calls this a "significant improvement in privacy" since it eliminates any notion of exceptions or that "a tiny amount of cross-site tracker tracking is now allowed." Android makes me feel more secure, and I already use it.

A better sensor, better autofocus, and a very comfortable tilt display.The Fujifilm X100V is a top compact street photography camera
Fujifilm's compact street photography cameras have always handled well and the X100V is not an exception. However, Fujifilm has introduced numerous technical improvements that include a higher-resolution 26.1-megapixel sensor, a sharper lens tilting screen, and impressive 4K video capabilities. It's now easier than ever to use and can take better, more vibrant images than its predecessor. Read Steve Dent's full review.
The FlexPai 2 will be the first phone to use Royole's latest flexible display.Royole's next phone that folds is much more adept at bending
Royole was the first company to launch an adjustable phone that folds and is now ready for round 2. Royole claims that the FlexPai 2 will come with Royole's third generation Cicada Wing FFD, which features a significantly increased bend radius. It's now just 1mm. The FlexPai 2 can still bend over 200,000 times despite having a diameter of 3mm.
This gives the phone a much better fold -which is perhaps more similar to, if not superior to Huawei's Mate Xs which has a similar outward-facing flexible screen. ZTE is working with Huawei on future phones, and you may find one out in the wild.
Mojang offers learning materials to kids who are stuck at home through the Marketplace. 'Minecraft' takes students on a free tour around the ISS

Mojang has added an Education category to the Marketplace which includes a bunch of lessons from Minecraft Education Edition. The worlds are free to download as of today on all Bedrock versions of Minecraft and will be available for download at no additional cost until June 30th.
How to get help on the internet in an era of social isolation.How to see a therapist when you're stuck indoors
While the coronavirus epidemic isn't the first, it is the first time that the world has been hit by a global pandemic. However, we aren't as technologically advanced to face the issues of avoiding contact with human beings as we are now. Idc Ama However, as we get ready to hunker down and stay home to prevent the spread of COVID-19 we're becoming more isolated than ever before.
Solitary can lead to loneliness. We are also restricted to communicating with people mostly through text messages and text messages. We discuss the possibilities of getting professional help and assistance while staying where you need to stay.
Millions of people are in their homes and are turning to Facebook to cope. Facebook is struggling to keep up to the 'unprecedented amount' of traffic.
The increase in usage is actually making the social network's resources more strained which is something you don't often hear from a web-based company. Facebook has lowered the quality of video in Europe and has rehired most of its contract workers who are content moderators.
The company also warned that its revenues could take a hit, as its ad business has declined in recent weeks because of the pandemic. According to the company's VP of Analytics, Alex Schultz, and VP of Infrastructure, Jay Pareikh, "We don't monetize certain services where we're seeing increased engagement, and we've seen a weakening in our ads business in countries taking proactive steps to limit the spread of COVID-19."
But there's more!
Microsoft is pausing non-security Windows updates
Surface Pro 7 bundle with Type Cover will save you more than $250.
For the next month, YouTube streams will default to 480p to conserve bandwidth.
Wyze's Alexa-equipped fitness monitor costs $25.
Bigelow Aerospace, the maker of inflatable ISS modules, has laid off all its employees
UPS is working on more flexible and quiet delivery drones
BioWare book will be covering 25 years of games
Google makes it simple to find COVID-19 travel advisoryies
