So I love Jumin Han and Lucifer, and it's easy to see that they share a LOT of traits with one another. What if MC played Mystic Messenger in the Obey Me universe and vice versa? And because of that, Jumin/Luci discover that MC definitely has a type, which would probably explain why MC was so quick to try and get flirty. If that makes any sense? (ﾟωﾟ;; ) I'd love to see reactions from both men if you feel inspired to write it.

You know what, this is a fascinating concept! Jumin and Lucifer are very similar in the traits they share. I'll give this a whirl!

MC Plays Obey Me/Mystic Messenger

You hummed as you logged into your favorite mobile otome game. You loved those kinds of games, they were fun to play and read. Playing them started out as a gambit, trying something new to find a hobby, and you became a bit obsessed. You tried pretty much every single otome game you could download (and play for free). That was saying a lot.

There were always lots of different types of characters to choose from. You, however, always went for a very specific type. One that was present in every single game. Mature, serious, more on the stoic side. The kind of character who didn't mess around. Those characters were your favorite.

You giggled and began reading what was on your screen. A phone call from him, your favorite character. Ah, hearing those voiced lines was like music to your ears! You always made time to log into your game to listen to the calls as soon as you got the notification for them. You never missed a call or a chat.

"MC? What are you doing?

"I'm playing a game! It's an otome game, which is a kind of dating sim. A dating simulator."

"Why play a dating game when you're dating someone already," your boyfriend asked, tilting his head to the side.

"Come on, they're just fun games! Look here, I'll show you my favorite character!"

Lucifer:

He had heard of these "dating sims" before.

Levi played them a lot and talked about them constantly.

Never would he have thought that his human would play the same games.

But he caved and leaned down to take a look at your phone.

"See? This is Jumin Han, the heir of the major company. He's calm, serious, with a hidden soft side!"

Wait a damn minute.

"You know, he's a lot like you!"

That's why that description sounded so familiar to him. You had described him similarly.

So, your favorite character was just a fantasy version of him?

"I see. He even has black hair. He dresses well."

You had to contain your laughter, though he could see your body shaking while you did.

"So is this why you were so keen to get close to me? Because I remind you of your favorite character?"

"Whaaat? No, no! That isn't it, Luci! Okay, you do match my favorite character type, but I wanted to get to know you for you! You being just like my favorite character was an added bonus..."

You saw the faintest of smirks on his face.

"You're teasing me! So you're not upset that I play this game or anything?"

"Don't be foolish. It's merely a game. I'm real. I trump a fictional character any day of the week."

Jumin:

He peered at your phone in interest.

Jumin knew you played these dating games. You played them often while the two of you lounged around together.

You guys often did that and did your own things individually. He had seen your games before.

He hadn't seen this character though.

"I like the way he dresses. I think I could do without the coat just draped over his shoulders."

You laughed and shrugged a bit.

"This is Lucifer. He's the oldest brother and he's actually a lot like you. He tends to be more serious and stuff, but he can be really sweet when you get to know him!"

"Ah, so your video game boyfriend is just like me, is he?"

"I...I guess so." You were flushed, your skin felt quite hot.

"Now I get it. You have a favorite type of character. Did you flirt with me because of that?"

"No! I mean, yeah I was drawn to you because of your personality at first, but I'm not dating you because you remind me of fictional characters! I didn't even start playing this until after we...why are you laughing?"

He failed at concealing his laughter, one hand on your head while the other covered his mouth.

"I'm merely teasing you, my love. I'm flattered that my personality type is your favorite."

Who said“ I love you” first ?

He took him a bit of time but eventually he did it. He was smart, he was pretty sure you liked him back but he couldn't help but let his doubts take over himself, sometimes wondering if you just didn't like the washed off version of Lucifer in him and not himself directly. It was silly, he knew but he couldn't help wondering.

He finally said it after spending the entire day with him, talking with him, even showing him books that you had loved and pictures of cat you found cute because (by your words) you knew he loved those. Blurting it out and turning away almost immediately, regretting each of the three words he had just said until you answered that you did too.

Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background ?

Satan does. And you can't possibly begin to count how much time you've walked on him looking pensively at your picture on his lock screen. Blushing slightly but still smiling softly as he watches your face.

Who leaves notes written in fog on the bathroom mirror ?

You're the one who starts and he'll find that adorable and will definitely respond. Problem is : you have that power on him that makes forget about the rest of the world when you're with him, and by consequence forget all about the fact that he shares a bathroom with five of his brothers who will definitely see your little foggy hearts all over the mirror and won't definitely hesitate to make a comment about it.

Prepare some cuddles and while he won't be over the embarrassment, he'll still focus on things that are more important to him.

Who buys the other cheesy gifts ?

He does but not on purpose.

For someone's with such a big imagination he is quite a terrible gift-maker. He tries his very best to find something for you but he is just the worst. Meaning that most of his gifts will be very popular and quite cheesy. It's not necessarily bad of course, cheesy gifts are cute to get.

If you do want something in particular though I suggest just telling him heads on, you'll remove the stress he feels at trying to find a gift and he'll love you for it.

Who initiated the first kiss ?

He would've liked to say that he was the one who took your cheeks in his hands and slowly guided your lips towards his but it was not the case. Truth is when it comes to relationships, Satan might be the least experienced here (and that's a lot to say when Beel is here).

So when the time was right, when you both felt that it was time for you to share you first kiss, Satan was sheepishly looking away from you, determined not to meet your gaze knowing all to well he would turn into a blushing mess right here and there. So you had to be the one who seemed his lips, it was a very short kiss, over too quickly but enough to take his breath away.

Who kisses the other awake in the morning ?

You do. And at the beginning it was quite hard for him to accept that sudden showcase of affection. He loves it, he really does but Satan does get embarrassed quite often when it comes to you, so the few first times it happens expect him to turn his head, coughing in an awkward way to try and wash that crimson red blush away from his cheeks before you see it.

Give it some time and soon enough it will be his favorite part of the day. He'll even return you some of those kisses.

Who asks who if they can join the other in the shower ?

Honestly he never even thought about it. For him it was something interesting but that could only been seen in movies or books not something real people actually do so when one day you casually asked if you could join him him in the shower, he had to make a double-take just to be sure. Nonetheless he is quite excited to test it.

Who surprises the other in the middle of the day at work with lunch ?

It goes both ways. Sometimes it's you when you notice that he has a lot of work to do or sometimes it's him.

Satan is the one who cooks the most in the House and he really don't mind the chores normally so knowing that he can cook something that will make you happy and have you take a little break so you can spend some time with him.

Who was nervous and shy on the first date ?

Funnily enough for someone who was so shy on your first kiss, Satan was quite calm during the first date. Maybe it's because he already had gone out alone with you in the past or maybe it was just because being with you like that was relaxing but expect him to take little initiatives here and there.

Little precision he did take three hours taking ready for his first official date with you so he might have been just a tiny bit nervous.

Who kills / takes out the spiders ?

Satan's room is honestly a safe haven for spiders and he doesn't seem to mind them setting nest between two piles of books so he definitely won't kill nor take any spiders out. If you're scared better have little meet ups in your room.

Who loudly proclaims their love when they’re drunk ?

That's Satan role. He doesn't get drunk as often as he admits because he has very little tolerance to alcohol and that makes him act quite different than what you're normally used to.

He who is normally quite proper will now be up on his chair yelling that you're his lover and he loves you very much.
