Oh my fucking god, Izutsumi is living some body horror nightmare and she doesn't even realize it. (I mean she kind of does, but not the full extent of just how fucked it is).

Some sick bastard too a child, a SIX YEAR OLD CHILD and RIPPED HER SOUL OUT and stuck it in a cat!! It was bad enough when I thought someone forcibly shoved a cat soul in a child but no, this is so much worse because that means thats not even her original body. Her soul isn't in her body. the problem is I’m such a staunch believer in the slow buildup, the earnest enjoyment of meandering through terrible story decisions and weird nothing subplots to build up into a conclusion that explodes out from all that as fantastic storytelling and intrigue based on all that buildup, such that it makes it necessary to get through all that or you’re missing something essential, that I’m also a terrible person to talk to about what makes a story good. I can tell you plenty of what actually makes something tight and well-written and all that technical speak but how could anyone take my advice when I so so so love excruciatingly long unnecessarily complex fumbling and weird nonsense that spirals into, inexplicably, weird nonsense that makes you cry your lungs sore

who up listening to everywhere at the end of time for the billionth time (its me (i was hyperfixated on this album in 2020 and have too many thoughts on it and listened to it recreationally (even stages 3 and 4 (stage 3 is my favorite (did i mention i have too many thoughts about it because i do (man i sure do love dementia music)))))

I realized, playing as Heyleth, that:

1.) Astarion truly isn't romancing you in Act 1. It's very obvious he is a walking red flag that is trying to manipulate you. From the moment he first meets you, he's already doing so. He just gets a "pass" because "oh so pretty and sassy!"

2.) Gale is absolutely romancing you in Act 1. And he's taking it somewhat slowly. Though not as patient as Wyll, but then again Gale in Act 1 is under the impression he could explode at any moment. But it's very obvious you've caught his eye, genuinely, and you're giving him his faith back, both in himself and in the world not being a totally corrupt place.

3.) Resisting a Wyll or Gale romance is the hardest thing in the world.
