Active Ingredient of Simparica is sarolaner. and TRIO is Sarolaner, moxidectin, and pyrantel.

Sarolaner's toxic dose is 3 times over that of the therapeutic dose. As long as you don't pick the wrong size of the medicine, side effects chances are very low. [cite]

There is a study that states there is more reports of Adverse effects on dogs that are on medications in the isoxazoline group (Sarolaner is in the group) than previously claimed by the manufacturer[cite]. But there is also a report of conflict of interest, where the author of said study is trying to sue the manufacturer [cite]. So take this info as you will.

Pyrantel is antihelminthic drug. It's very poorly absorbed in the gut as its area of desired effect is within the gut. There is very little concern over overdosing as they've tested at 40x therapeutic dose and found no toxicity effects. There's basically no risk if ingested at the correct dose. [cite1, 2]

Moxidectin is a neurological medication aiming to attack the parasites, while sparing the host because of mammalian physiology prevents it from being absorbed to the brain. (Except MDR-1 gene defective dogs, like Collie). This medication is in the same family as ivermectin, but even the dogs with MRD-1 defect, they still tolerate Moxidectin much better then IVM. At 30x of therapeutic dose, there was still no side effects seen in MRD-1 defective dogs. [cite]

For female dogs, there are no studies on pregnancy and nursing safety. There is no evidence of danger (also no evidence of safety). I tell my client to skip it too just in case.

If you are using the CORRECT dose, there shouldn't be any ADDITIONAL concern over neurological side effects.

If your dog gets sick for whatever reason at all, delay the dose until healthy.

I have not personally see any dog gets into neuro trouble over long term of sarolaner. If your dog tolerates the regular formula well, and your dog is not a MDR-1 gene defective dog , I see no reason that your dog would react badly to TRIO version.

Just before 7 am on March 3, Danny Lemoi posted an update in his hugely popular pro-ivermectin Telegram group, Dirt Road Discussions: “HAPPY FRIDAY ALL YOU POISONOUS HORSE PASTE EATING SURVIVORS !!!”

Hours later, Lemoi was dead.

For the last decade, Lemoi had taken a daily dose of veterinary ivermectin, a dewormer designed to be used on large animals like horses and cows. In 2021, as ivermectin became a popular alternative COVID-19 treatment among anti-vaxxers, he launched what became one of the largest Telegram channels dedicated to promoting the use of it, including instructions on how to administer ivermectin to children.

But despite Lemoi’s death, the administrators of his channel are pushing his misinformation—even as his followers share their own worrying possible side effects from taking ivermectin and some question the safety of the drug.

Lemoi, a heavy equipment operator who lived in Foster, Rhode Island, “passed away unexpectedly” on March 3, according to an online obituary post by his family last week. He was survived by his parents and brother. The obituary gave no details about the cause of his death.

In the Telegram channel, administrators broke the news of his death to his followers. “Though it was obvious that Danny had the biggest heart, it was unbeknownst to him that his heart was quite literally overworking and overgrowing beyond its capacity, nearly doubled in size from what it should have been,” the admins wrote, adding: “We understand that this is going to raise questions for those who were following him.”

The admins added that Lemoi had undergone testing on his heart last year, but the results had shown no cause for concern.

Lemoi began taking the version of ivermectin designed for animals on a daily basis in 2012, after he was diagnosed with Lyme disease, according to a detailed account of his medical history he gave on a podcast last November. He said then that five months after first taking the drug, he quit all other treatments and believed ivermectin had “regenerated” his heart muscle.

During the pandemic, Ivermectin became hugely popular among anti-vaxxers, many of whom were taking and recommending the veterinary formulation of the drug, rather than the one designed for human use. While ivermectin for humans is used to treat serious illnesses like river blindness, it has repeatedly been shown to be an ineffective treatment for COVID-19.

And according to the Missouri Poison Center, ingesting large doses of ivermectin formulated for animals has a long list of side effects, including seizures, coma, lung issues, and heart problems. Veterinary ivermectin is not a cure or effective treatment for COVID, the FDA has repeatedly warned, and is highly concentrated because it is designed for large animals like horses and cows. “Such high doses can be highly toxic in humans,” the FDA cautions.

“Danny was fully convinced that his heart had regenerated after his incident with Lyme disease that almost ended in congestive heart failure,” the admins wrote, before claiming that “a family history of heart disease and chronic stress” were why his heart had ultimately become engorged. “All of his other organs were unremarkable,” the admins wrote. “And this was determined to be a death by unfortunate natural causes.”

The admins of Lemoi’s channel did not respond to VICE News’ questions about where they got their information about his death. Lemoi’s surviving family did not respond to VICE News' request for comment on the cause of his death.

But a review of Lemoi’s Telegram channels shows that many of his followers who are taking his dosage recommendations, or “protocols,” for veterinary ivermectin are experiencing numerous known side effects of taking the drug.

“I’m 4 months now and all hell’s breaking loose, all pain has hit my waist down with sciatic, shin splints, restless leg syndrome, tight sore calves & it feels like some pain in the bones,” a member wrote on Friday.

Lemoi explained away the negative side effects of taking veterinary ivermectin by describing them as “herxing,” a real term to describe an adverse response that occurs in people who take antibiotics as a treatment for Lyme disease.

“My wife has been taking ivermectin for 3 months,” a member wrote Friday. “She is being treated for autoimmune hepatitis, thyroid, and vertebrae issues. She has had some serious HERXING. Today she has a migraine, vomiting and severe stomach pain. Does anyone have any ideas how to help, and are these HERXING symptoms?”

Some members of the group are taking ivermectin not only as a treatment against COVID, but as a cure-all for almost every disease—from cancer and depression, to autism and ovarian cysts—believing that every disease is caused by a parasite that is removed from the body by ivermectin, just as animals are given the drug to treat parasitic worms like tapeworm.

Lemoi also formulated an ivermectin regimen for children, and numerous members of the group reported that they were using it. This week alone one member wrote that she had established another group for “parents of children on the spectrum, cerebral palsy, pans/panda, downs etc.,” who are using the Lemoi’s recommended children’s dosage.

When some members of the group blamed Lemoi’s death on ivermectin, they were criticized in the Telegram channel; their fellow group members claimed they were spreading misinformation.

​​“No one can convince me that he died because of ivermectin,” one member wrote this week. “He ultimately died because of our failed western medicine which only cares about profits and not the cure.”

Despite Lemoi’s death, administrators said this week the Telegram channel would live on, and the group is attracting new members who continue to take ivermectin despite suffering serious side effects.

“I am very new to this... I’ve been on Bimectin paste for 20 days,” one new member wrote on Friday morning, explaining that he too was suffering from Lyme disease. “I have severe chest pain. Costochondritis symptoms. Air hunger, internal tremors, brain fog, headaches on the back of my head, anxiety, depression, doom and gloominess.”

Oh...just remembering all the MAGA freaks on here that were foaming at the mouth over ivermectin and wondering why @staff never gave us a "report medical misinformation" option...

In a private group on Telegram, parents whose children are living with a range of disabilities including autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and Down Syndrome cheer each other on and provide support when discussing daily struggles.

But the channel’s main function isn’t actually support: It’s to promote the use of veterinary ivermectin as a treatment—and in some cases a cure—for these disabilities. 

Hundreds of parents have turned to this conspiracy network, and are recommending a drug to each other that experts have repeatedly said is designed only for large animals and is so concentrated that it can be toxic when ingested by humans. In the channel, parents even share stories about their children experiencing horrific side effects from the drug, including brain fog, severe headaches, nausea, muscle pain, and seizures—and are routinely dismissed by those running the channel, who claim it’s a normal part of the ‘healing’ process.

A review of the chat’s eight-month history reveals parents complaining that their children suffer from a wide variety of side effects after taking the ivermectin paste, including: vomiting, change in complexion, seizures, lethargy, hyperactivity, agitation, and headaches.

Journalist Celia Farber is the author of “Serious Adverse Events: An Uncensored History of AIDS.” In it, she highlights the work of virologist and retrobiologist Peter Duesberg, who since 1987 has insisted that HIV doesn’t cause AIDS

According to Duesberg, retroviruses such as HIV are harmless and do not cause disease. And, up until Dr. Robert Gallo claimed he’d discovered HIV in his laboratory in 1984, and determined that it caused AIDS, this was the scientic consensus. Duesberg was vehemently attacked by AIDS researchers and activists, and internationally discredited by media for not going along with the AIDS narrative promoted by the medical establishment, led by Dr. Anthony Fauci. As with COVID-19, one of the key tools used to promote the “HIV causes AIDS” narrative was the use of the PCR test. (PCR is not a test, it's an amplification procedure.) There are also other similarities to what happened with COVID, including the vilication and discrediting of scientists and therapies that could effectively address the disease. Bactrim was an inexpensive generic drug that effectively treated AIDS-related pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, which was frequently fatal. This drug, like ivermectin, was withheld. Instead, Fauci insisted AIDS patients be treated with AZT, a horrendously toxic and expensive cancer drug that was never proven to work, and which killed an estimated 300,000 AIDS patients, most of them gay men.

Duesberg mapped the genetic structure of retroviruses. So to him, yes, they were entities, but no, they didn't do anything. They didn't infect or kill cells. They were harmless. And he had phrases like, 'HIV, that's a pussycat. It's not going to do anything. Saying that HIV is going to cause AIDS is like saying you're going to conquer China by killing three soldiers a day.

In other words, there's no 'there' there. There was no cell death. And fascinatingly, or disturbingly, the HIV orthodoxy never contested that. So, I would say they had a supernatural belief in HIV. The demotion of Iowa and New Hampshire from their traditional early-voting status, a long-standing tradition in the presidential primary process, did not sit well with some Democrats and boosted RFK Jr.’s chances.

Some Democrats believe the new calendar does not reflect the diversity of the nation and the Democratic Party, despite the elevation of South Carolina, Nevada, Georgia and Michigan. The new calendar could create challenges for the party in projecting unity ahead of the 2024 election and could spell trouble for 2028 when it revisits its primary calendar anew.

The poll was commissioned by American Values 2024 (AV2024), a SuperPac supporting RFK Jr.

“The corrupt DNC has used everything in its toolkit to destroy Kennedy, but the strategy is clearly failing,” said Tony Lyons, co-chair of AV2024 and National Coalition Against Censorship board member.

Biden could go down in history as the first incumbent to lose in the primary

In a three-way fight, Biden leads 46 percent to Kennedy’s 31 percent, with Marianne Williamson taking seven percent and the rest undecided. The poll then tested two head-to-head matchups between Biden and RFK Jr.

In the first, Biden’s lead was narrowed to eight percentage points, 49 percent for the incumbent president and 41 percent for the challenger. In the second, after highlighting RFK Jr.’s support for keeping the New Hampshire primary first-in-the-nation among his other challenges to the DNC establishment, the race became too close to call, although Biden’s 43 percent is still ahead of RFK Jr.’s 42 percent.

This development comes on the heels of a previous Zogby poll, which showed Kennedy gaining rapidly in the Biden campaign’s flagship state of South Carolina.

In a previous nationwide poll conducted by Harvard University’s Center for American Political Studies and Harris Insights and Analytics from July 19 to 20, RFK Jr. bested Biden with a net approval rating of 21 points as opposed to the president’s -14 points.

Still, Kennedy faces an uphill battle to beat Biden.

Since the advent of the modern primary election system in 1972, an incumbent president has never been defeated by a primary challenger. But due to age and poor performance, Biden could go down in history as the first incumbent to lose in the primary.

RFK Jr.’s no non-sense attitude is also a breath of fresh air in the toxic political environment. In one of his campaign speeches, RFK Jr. pledged to end foreign wars and bring home the troops, using the resources to revitalize America. (Related: Robert F. As healing president, he pledged to focus his campaign on the values Americans hold in common and lead the country toward an ethos of respectful dialog and reconciliation across races, parties and divisions.

​​Hospitals became DEATH and MURDER facilities during covid, facts show

Just because covid is over, thankfully, does not mean that the fallout from the health care system’s egregious medical abuses will go unchecked or unpunished.

Reports are flooding in about the horrors that took place at hospitals all across the country, many of which abused patients and committed systemic medical murder in the name of “saving lives” and “stopping the spread.”

Lawsuits are being filed left and right against hospitals that allegedly murdered people’s loved ones by putting them on remdesivir or a ventilator after using fraudulent PCR tests to proclaim a “positive” covid diagnosis.

Rather than treat patients with nutrition, and perhaps safe and effective drugs like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, most medical institutions in America followed the script like they were ordered to do – and in exchange, they raked in the dough for compliance.

The official American hospital covid protocol was a MURDER regimen

American Thinker‘s Stella Paul wrote a piece highlighting some of the stories of people whose loved ones lost their lives at the hands of medical terrorists who isolated patients from their families while killing them with the official covid death protocol.

“The ritual progresses in predictable stages: first, the patient is isolated from family, who are unable to advocate for their loved one or monitor what’s happening,” Paul explains. “Next, the patient is diagnosed with Covid-19 or Covid pneumonia, even if they came to the hospital because of a broken arm.”

“Then, they’re bullied into getting remdesivir, a highly toxic drug which killed 53 percent of Ebola patients who had the misfortune to take it. Next … ‘They are placed on a BiPap machine at a high rate, making it difficult for them to breathe. Their hands are often tied down so they can’t take the BiPap machine off their face.'”

This progression towards induced death was the norm at American hospitals, which murdered countless patients via the covid protocol. And it gets even worse, as Paul explains.

“As the patients writhe in agony, psychiatrists are brought in to diagnose them with agitation and sedate them,” she says. “Now, shot up with remdesivir, sedated with drugs that make it tough to breathe against the BiPap ventilator, and strapped down in restraints, the victims are denied food and sometimes even water.”

“Should they try to summon help, they may find the hospital played a vicious trick on them, placing their phone and call button for the nurse out of reach. In the final stages, they are intubated and slowly die alone, left to rot into a skeletal corpse with bed sores. Is this America?”

As usual, and with most things in the United States, the impetus behind this mass murder machine was none other than money. Doctors and nurses who pledged to do no harm during their medical school days were lured with dollar signs into betraying their oath and murdering people for profit.

It turns out that the federal government incentivized this mass murder by sending taxpayer dollars to hospitals every time they killed another patient with “covid.” The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) explains it like this:

“Our formerly trusted medical community of hospitals and hospital-employed medical staff have effectively become ‘bounty hunters’ for your life.”

None of this would have been possible without the passage of the CARES Act, which was passed in 2020 under Donald Trump, apportioning $2 trillion in “stimulus” money to pay off hospitals to commit mass genocide.

“It provided gigantic bonuses to hospitals to institute federal protocols on Covid, ensuring that Covid would be massively diagnosed and treated with deadly combinations of remdesivir, ventilators, and other lethal methods,” Paul writes.
