The question then is, is Jimin wearing JKs bracelet to the party? OR did JK buy him a bracelet from PolyC's shop too and so now they BOTH have one? 👀🥰 Either way I love it so much. They are so cute. And yes, Poly C posted about it too! Because of course they did. The amount of promo this stuff brings to these peoples shops lol

PolyC is not following the kookminaredating account nor are the other brands who shared things in their stories from this account. Which is not the same user that JK added on In the Seom. They just co-opted the same username. Lol he also posted from another account that shared about it too. Pretty sure he is just sharing because 1) he was tagged in it and 2) its his merch and ARMY/jkkrs will go buy that bracelet now. Bringing in tons of more cash flow for him. Lol the tattoo shop who IS following the kookminaredating Instagram account is blind_tattoostudio. Which is their old tattooist who has worked with BTS since hyyh era and has given Jimin some of his tattoos and probably some of JKs too I believe. And he did all their fake tatts for them over the years. They are the shop that also has jikooks signatures hanging up on their wall in their shop too

I also wouldn't think too much about them following the account honestly too. They follow a TON of jkkrs. And this account, other than their name, isn't posting anything *too* shippy. It's moments of jikook, and updates on things they are wearing/doing. Still shippy, but not too obnoxious over it either. Im pretty sure they follow Jimin, Jungkook and Jikook accounts because they are fans of those 2 and have worked with them a lot on various tattoos, permanent and otherwise. And the other account sharing stories from KookminAreDating are again, because they get tagged in it and are confirming that jikook are wearing their items and are sharing that promo! Lol because it is promo! It is 3 times now though! Lol and no one blinking at the username 😭🤣

Honestly though, I can 100% chalk this up to promo and the username is in English. Although it's still funny and cute and does raise minimal eyebrows. Nothing will beat JK seeing the orignal username in Hangul though, and adding them to his private club In a mobile video game. Lol that's why so many are now co-opting the username for their own jikook accounts. It's officially iconic thanks to Jungkook and will never be forgotten 😂 and nothing will beat the very adorable and consistent habit that jikook have of sharing and/or matching all their things together. They are CLOSE close and want everyone to know it!

I'm not sure if jkkrs were bringing up silver day before this, but there was a twitter post semi-recently where a jkkr pointed out that on silver day last year (during the JITB party) Jimin wore the POLYC bracelet that JK also owns, and it was the first time we saw Jimin wearing the silver necklace he wore consistently for months. And I guess coupled with that shot of them huddled up with their hands overlapping at the party, some jkkrs thought it could mean something. I'm not saying I agree, but I did see the post and noticed an uptick of jkkrs placing significance on silver day out of nowhere (although... could just be because silver day was recently too).

For me, I started noticing the reverence of Silver Day as recent as last week, maybe two weeks ago. But in all fairness, when I go on my disappearing acts, I’m legitimately offline unless it’s for work. No social media for yours truly.

But even during the JitB party, wherein I was active, I didn’t see any references to Silver Day. I was aware that people were noticing the POLYC bracelet, but it was your standard matching jewelry observations. If Silver Day was mentioned as early as that, it wasn’t nearly as pervasive as what I’ve seen recently.

From my POV, the first time I saw Silver Day mentioned, it was presented like it was new information for Jkkrs. Then, I saw it again from a moderately big account, who also acted like it was an important realization for Jkkrs. From there, I started seeing people mentioning it more often. The fact it picked up steam because all of a sudden known accounts were pointing it out made it seem too suspect.

The most damning indication for me? My asks are scarily accurate of the circulating Jikook narratives, past and current. Even if I don’t talk about something, someone will inevitably bring up specific details to prove a point, especially when it’s relevant (e.g., White Day/Silver Day are often brought up together, and White Day is a familiar topic here). If Silver Day was as prevalent in the Jikook narrative earlier on, I guarantee someone would have already pointed it out because a lot of my more antagonistic anons are frequently very keen to prove me wrong at any given moment (which is really funny because as the daughter of a retired attorney, I have a particular thought process that conflicts with the Jkkr majority and what they choose to base their conclusions on).

(The POLYC bracelet has been mentioned before but on its own!)

Since you mentioned it, I thought the craze of their overlapping hands was a little funny? I personally didn’t understand it because when I watched it—and I re-watched it again just now—it didn’t seem like it was intentional? I get that they were doing the same pose, but I think the hand placement was incidental. This is purely my own perception, though!

There are persistent rumors around Jimin and likely always will be. Is it possible that Jikookers give a little to much significance to the rings. I mean Namjoon bought Jimin a 3500 dollar ring for his birthday.

Perhaps; Jikook aren’t the only pair that have matching jewelry by any stretch of the imagination. I do think there is something that makes this matching jewelry stand out, however.

Now let’s look at Jikook...

Y’all notice something? With the other members, their matching jewelry was not on their left-hand ring fingers. 

Another interesting thing about their matching jewelry (different rings) is that Jungkook drew attention to it during a 5th Muster, almost as if planned...

Basically... out of nowhere Jimin gave Jungkook a ring, and Jungkook said it was “a very special ring that no one can touch.” Proceeded to put it on his pinky, from where it was on Jimin’s ring finger.

In Korean culture, basically they say if the a person can fit their partner’s ring finger ring on their pinky, they’re destined. 

It was kind of interesting that he decided to do this randomly, in the middle of a show.

Anyway, I think the finger placement is very telling for the two of them. Lots of members share rings, earrings, bracelets, etc., but I only found one instance of matching rings on the ring finger, and it was for a photoshoot (Vmin). 

It still could be blown out of proportion. It’s really up to personal interpretation.
