Where do you draw inspiration from? A lot of my inspiration for ideas comes from music or talking about the WHAT IFs with friends. The inspiration to write in general definitely comes from it being an escape in childhood while english was also the subject I EXCELLED at in school that also truly brings me joy. What is your favorite winter food/drink? I am definitely a sucker for hot chocolate, and anything peppermint flavored, especially candy canes!

I absolutely loved this event!

Unfortunately I fell off after a relative passing away and didn't write for like month and a half. And the prompts towards the end of the year were more difficult for me to come up with for ideas.

But can't wait to start the next one. The way it's done and how flexible you guys are has always been so amazing and appreciated.

I made friends through this event and it helped me keep writing and improve on it as well!

One thing I think would be cool is to maybe explain the prompts a little more if they're vague, because I struggled with that a couple times

Or maybe it was just me 🤣

Thank you, Kay! At risk of sounding redundant, I can't help but reiterate that you guys are what make this event a success. It's awesome that you have made friends in the process too!

We can certainly work to define the prompts a little bit more in the monthly reminder posts. In general, the aim is to leave some concepts open-ended enough to where it might bring different ideas to different people, but not to confuse, so we will work on that.

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss - please take the time you need; real life is much more important than fandom, and we'll always be here when you're ready to come back.
