I'm shocked and appalled by these Gatorade recommendations. They all taste like dissolved sweetarts 👀 (if I have to drink one I do the watermelon kiwi but like as a last resort)

personal rating of my favourite desserts and beverages from a local pastry shop (that I've tried so far)
1. Ice Cream Dessert (12/10)
tried it just once just today and it already took the first place. looks and tastes great. it's expensive and takes some effort and time to make, but it's absolutely worth it
2. Iced Coffee (11/10)
all time favourite. classic and simple. creamy texture which I enjoy every time and would love to recreate at home one day. every summer I must grab a cup without whipped cream because I have no idea what to do with it once I'm done with the coffee

3. Raspberry And Chocolate Coffee (10/10)
winter special. as someone not liking fruits in desserts I was actually surprised that the mix of raspberry and chocolate can be so tasty and cozy
4. Gingerbread Coffee (10/10)
another winter special. nothing more but cup of gingerbread flavoured coffee, but it's great for cold weather
5. Banana & Apple Milkshakes (10/10)
putting two flavours in one place because they're similarly enjoyable. nicely soft and creamy with not overwhelming flavours
6. Cream Rolls (10/10)
a simple and small cheap thing. tasty and crunchy with soft cream inside. great
7. Cookies (9.5/10)
hazelnut cookies and ones with orange jelly are my favourites. I grab a box sometimes when I'm able to
9. Granita (6/10)
the shop seems to be changing its flavour every day. it's refreshing and all the flavours I managed to try so far (kiwi and pineapple) are enjoyable. it's sold in large cups so I can't just grab it and finish quick enough before class starts unfortunately, once it took me over 2 hours to finish one. hard to deal with the juice getting to the bottom of the cup and separating from the ice, ending up with straw being able to reach only the juice
honourable mention: Watermelon Lemonade (4/10)
I don't know what I was expecting, but it was just water with pieces of fruit and ice cubes. the pieces sure are enjoyable and the drink itself is refreshing, but I wouldn't order it again

Smells like blueberries and morning cereal in the best way possible. Quite nice on the colder days.
Performance isn’t the best, but I get around 4-5 hours of wear out of this baby. Sillage is very intimate, but there.

This is juicy kiwi, creamy white chocolate and freshly baked cupcake.

Island fantasy (on the right)-
Thissssss girly is straight up watermelon candy. This is the only way I can describe this scent.
Delicious, sugary and this artificial watermelon flavour.
On it’s own, it’s a bit too childish for me, As well as the fact it’s an EDT, so obviously this has an effect on performance. But mixing it up with Xerjoff’s Erba Pura?
You get this amazing, light, sweet and airy fruit salad. That’s my summer signature scent😌
I adore the old school celebrities perfume lines😂 it’s terrible, but that’s why I love the perfumery world so much. It’s so individualistic.

Apple: fantastic. great variety 10/10 very domesticated. balcony sized varieties exist
Blueberry: ehhhh kinda mid, nothing wrong with it i just personally don't like it 4/10
Blackberry: Now we're talking! very good. makes for tasty jam 9/10. deducting 1 point for the stains making me look like i killed someone.
Raspberry: good. just solid good 7/10. available fresh from summer to autumn. reliable
Strawberry: fresh ones absolute 100/10 a really good strawberry really can save a day. Otherwise still a good pick!
Mulberry: 0/10 hate the texture, way too sweet sorry Mulberry fans if you exist 🥺😔
Gooseberry: didn't think i could dislike any fruit more than mulberries but these exist. slimy texture, thick skin and the flavour does not make up for it. -10/10 Geese deserve to be Namesake of something better 🦢
Currants (of the ribes plant): very sour but i love them. 13/10 I like the red ones (Ribes rubrum). i eat handfulls of them like skittles
Banana: good but i don't like the texture of those stringy bits that sometimes stick to it :( still a 7/10 :)
Orange: not my favourite but i like Capri sun 5/10
Tangerine: The orange but tastier and travel sized 8/10
Lemon: very good 6/10, deducting points because i eat it with sugar sprinkled on which is not doing my teeth any favors. dentists hate me.
Kiwi: tasty! 10/10 good texture
Watermelon: A Godsend on hot summer days 12/10
Honeymelon: good :3 8/10
Cherrys: good normally but absolutely perfect in chocolate cake 10/10
Grapes: the most impotant quality of a grape is its crunchyness to ripeness ratio. 8/10 good ones make me wanna drape myself over one of those fancy couches.
Raisins: also good. love them in bread. 8/10 grapes good either very fresh or dried but absolutely not in anything inbetween.
Plums: good, remind me of my grandma :) definetly at their best in baking 7/10
Peach: very solid 🍑just peachy 6/10 due to personal preferance
nectarine: 7/10. i have nothing to say about them
Pear: better in cake yet again. 6/10 in cake 4/10 on its own

Lydia and Farkas, without a doubt. They're the closest friends Erlind has ever had and for the longest time.

I have absolutely no idea. Erlind doesn't like keeping secrets, so I really don't know. The closest thing I could think of would be what went down in Markarth, but I already know they'll tell certain people about that, so...

Gold, rosy pink, and soft purplish blue. Hearthfires and sunsets. Colours that comfort, in essence. They're similar to their favourite colours, though Erlind prefers to wear darker shades when they can afford it.

There's elements of Erlind's childhood that they wish to forget, though they don't want to do so enough to do anything about it. As for things that have been lost to time, it depends on the day. Erlind's memory tends to vary, especially regarding things that happened years ago.

Erlind's from Camlorn in High Rock; they're indifferent about their childhood home, ultimately. They miss the good, don't miss the bad, and overall are glad that they're now in Skyrim with the friends that they have.

At first interaction, Erlind is polite but withdrawn and seemingly a little aloof, seemingly ignoring subtle social cues. When you get to know them better, you learn that they don't notice the subtle cues, they're much more enthusiastic, and if you get to know them well enough, they're extremely affectionate.
🥝 [KIWI FRUIT] How does their outside appearance differ from who they are?
So. Erlind has resting angry face and while they're not the most intimidating in stature - they may be sturdily built but they're still an afab Breton, after all - they're also still a heavily-armoured warrior in dark colours and a shadowy hood.
Personality-wise, however? Beyond the polite professionalism they're quite chipper and make a particular point to be kind to everyone they can. And they will laugh until they can't breathe if they think something's funny enough.
🍧 [SHAVED ICE] What's your OC's favourite flavour of edible thing (e.g., strawberry)?
At first thought? Chocolate. Other things are a little more complex, I'd say, than just one flavour. For example, Erlind really really likes clam chowder, sourdough bread, and roast venison with a variety of different herbs.

Kiwis!! I have a very rich and profound relationship with kiwis. When I was a baby I would cry if I saw one (they are hairy, you see), but now I have grown to admire them: you open them and... wham! greenest green! and the seeds are crunchy. I'm not crazy about the flavour, but when they're a bit acid they make me pull faces *and* you can eat them with a spoon. What an experience of a fruit.
It also helps that when I was 11 I had a math teacher who called them "kivis". To this day I don't know if it was a weird mispronunciation or an absolutely *brilliant* teaching strategy. For the whole year, math problems went like this:
Him: "So, imagine there is a truck... This truck is carrying... uhm? shall we say apples? watermelons?"
Around thirty 11-year-olds, literally vibrating with expectation: "kivis!! say it's kivis!!!"
Him: "ok, there is this truck full of kivis..."
Us: *wild screaming*

I used to smoke Marlboro reds every day. My absolute favourite. But now I've succumbed the flavoured usb sticks. I currently have a watermelon, kiwi and pomegranate one and it's so good.
Yeah, like, reds always cured my cravings in smaller quantities, but people around me were always bothered by the smell and so I turned to the flavored and light ones and I'm here to this day. I like Lucky Strike too, mint and red. They're weaker but it feels good... the problem is that I'd have to smoke a pack a day to do the trick lol 🤪
And I already tried usb sticks but they really didn't do it... I'm a slave to my addiction 🤷🏻‍♀️

TOP FIVE FRUIT, TOP FIVE FRUIT!
Top five fruit - I don't eat as much fruit as I used to, but I can throw out a gut-feeling kind of list.
1: Green pear
Green pears win on kind of a technicality. A good, juicy green pear is flavourful as anything, but if push comes to shove, pears are known for being very mild and baseline. I could eat green pears by the dozen and have no complaints about my stomach or my teeth, and at the end of the day I think reliability like that is something I value in a fruit. Green pears, whether they're soft or crunchy, are the GOAT.
2: Kiwi fruit
Kiwi fruits are a rare treat, because they're a pain in the ass to prepare, one of the only things they're added to are pavlovas which I don't particularly like, and they have to be Fresh. But kiwi fruits really have it all. You have the green flesh with tangy seeds, and then you have this delicious, creamy centre. I remember being crazy on kiwi fruit as a kid.
3: Valencia oranges
Specifying Valencia oranges because navel oranges are overly sweet and acidic. Valencia oranges are easier to peel, they're tangy and juicy and refreshing without being cloying. Mandarines are really good too, and tangelos are fucking lit - if you like tangy citrus fruits, tangelos are an underrated king - but again, I've gotta go with a reliable favorite.
4: Nectarines
Nectarines are like peaches without the fur.
That statement isn't 1:1 objectively true, but functionally it might as well be for me.
I love how peaches taste. But the fuzz is absolutely terrible texturewise - it's bad enough on my hands, but on my teeth? I might as well be scratching my fingernails down a car's paintjob. It's rough.
Peaches are like someone dressed in a suede/velvet jacket. It looks nice, and texturally it's probably somebody's cup of tea, but again - eugh. Nectarines are like a person wearing a tight leather jacket - it looks and feels awesome. And like people, they probably don't taste all that much different once you get past the coating and start eating their flesh.
5: Pineapple
I don't like pineapple-flavored things for the most part, but the actual fruit? Unbeatable. It slaps when it comes out of a tin. It slaps when it's fresh. It's the best part of a fruit salad. I dislike when savory foods feel like they have to pair with pineapple for a "tropical" feel - like I'm not an overbearing asshole about it, but I'm not particularly enthused about pineapple on pizza or burgers or in fritters or whatever - but pineapple as its own base thing? Awesome. Amazing.
Also if you ever eat fresh pineapple and feel like a rash sensation or like a stinging around your mouth - did you know that the pineapple is actually trying to digest you back? It's not like citric acid finding its way into a cut or a scrape, the pineapple is actually trying to eat you. So like props on that alone.
Honorable mention goes to watermelon, but watermelon doesn't try to eat you back so it just missed out on making the cut.

Eating Well and Losing the Pounds
When most people think about losing weight and eating, they think about dieting. Well, unfortunately, all the fad diets out there tend to cause people to gain weight. Why? Because they starve them to death, and the person eventually breaks down and eats everything in sight because they are so darn hungry. They also deprive them of the foods that they love. This is not a way to lose weight, nor is it a way to live. You only cause yourself stress, which actually causes you to gain weight!
So, in eating right, there a few tips that you can follow each and every day, and they're not going to deprive you of the foods that you love, but treat those foods as luxury items so you enjoy them that much more.
Eat fresh fruit and vegetables that have high water content. These are foods like tomatoes, watermelons, cantaloupe, kiwi, grapes – you get the idea. All of those fresh and flavourful juicy fruits and veggies are good for you. These items contain about 90 to 95% water, so you can eat a lot of these, and they will fill you up without adding on the pounds.
Eat fresh fruit instead of processed fruit. Anything that is processed as more sugar. Processed and canned fruits also do not have as much fibre as fresh fruits.
Increase your fibre intake as much as you can. This usually means eating more fruits and veggies.
Veggies are your friends when it comes to shedding pounds. There are tons of options here, and you may even want to try some you haven't had in the past. The leafy green varieties are the best, and you always want to work in a salad when you can. It doesn't mean they are hungry; they just want to eat it. Don't eat anything you're offered unless you really are
hungry. If you feel you must eat it out of being polite, just nibble, don't have a meal.
Try not to snack between meals, but if you must have a snack, make sure it is a healthy one. If you travel a lot try to find healthy snacks and not junk food.
Veggies make great snacks. They can get you through the hunger pangs if you are having them. Carrots are great because they satisfy hunger, and they are packed with nutrients.
Counting calories is a good idea for those must have food items. If it is a packaged food item, then it will have the calories on the packaging. Don't skip meals. You should have, at the very least, three meals a day, but preferably five small meals. This will keep you from getting hungry during the day and overeating out of starvation.
