I’m absolutely overwhelmed by the response yall showed for the BOOPSTERS post on Reddit and Tumbler

Thankyou so so much , this just makes me more excited to draw and see that people love my art just as much as I love drawing it.

And a massive Thankyou to every former or current LI fanart artist for inspiring me by your art style.

My next post is similar but it’s going to take DAYS. Because I’m having my final sem exam for more 10 days and I only draw in between my breaks which aren’t more than an hour or two daily .

The next fanart will feature our favourite girls from each season , I may or may not include season 5,6 7 this time.

YESSSS ! I learnt highlight and rendering and it’s all credits to the very sweet and lovely @beasartblog . They explained each step and colour concept to me and made a cute lil Angie for example

Isn’t she beautiful ?

Mad respect for artists everywhere like, I thought rendering was hard , it’s not hard once u understand it , but it’s very very time consuming .

So yeah , the art work is gonna take days because of the new art style + final sems + lots of characters and I wanna get comfortable with this style

But I’m so excited for trying out rendering on this art work since it’s gonna be diverse, I’ll get to experiment with different skin tones and hairstyle renders.

She had four different boys, all of whom wanted to kiss her at midnight. She just had to pick which one. A part of her hated that she had to choose between them at all, but this wasn’t some ‘Choose your own adventure’ story. She couldn’t just choose one option, then go back and replay another option to see what might’ve been.

“One minute to midnight!” Chels yelled, popping a fresh bottle of champagne and taking a swig from the neck.

Hiii girl!! I’m here again with my random bothers lol Not sure if you’ve been asked this before but what kind of vehicles do you think our S2 boys drive? As an American, I know Europeans have a different perspective with cars so I’m clueless with this one 😂 Miss seeing you in my dashboard btw 💛

Hi! I love random questions, and this is such a fun one 👀 I think a lot of the Islanders that live in cities don't have a car or maybe not even a driver's license as it's just not necessary, but I'll still do my best (added some of the girls as well) 🤍

Bobby – Mini Cooper

In this exact colour, and he's named it as he does with most inanimate objects that he owns.

Carl – Tesla Roadster

I mean, it just makes sense? It looks so futuristic, while also being electric and modern.

Chelsea – Nissan cube

It's cute and small, but with enough space so that she can fill it with stuff for her clients etc.

Gary – Kia Ceed

Because it used to be Top Gear's reasonably priced car, and I bet he used to *love* that show

Hannah – Fiat 500

This one was easy. Girl so drives a baby blue fiat 500 everywhere, and it smells like sweet perfume x horse.

Henrik – 1990 Land Rover Defender

A sensible car that he's had for ages and will probably have until it literally falls apart.

Hope – Jaguar F-type

Hope's in the club of people I don't think drives at the moment, as public transport is great where she lives. But I think she'll eventually get a car, and it'll be bright and fancy.

Ibrahim – Mustang

Specifically in this blue. Don't know why, but I think he'd want an American(tm) car that looks like it could be a transformer.

Lottie – Vintage funeral car

I don't think she drives, but if she did? This one.

Lucas – Aston Martin DB5

I think he usually takes his motorcycle, but since he was a kid he always dreamed about owning a James Bond car, so now he's got this classic.

Marisol – Polestar

Doesn't currently own a car I think, as she takes public transport, but if she does get a car it'll be electric and sleek.

Noah – Volkswagen Touran

He doesn't have a car at the moment I imagine, but if he did? This one aka one the first cars that came up when I searched for "sensible family cars" lol

Priya – Maserati GranTurismo

I don't think she drives, but if she did she'd accept nothing less than this.

Rocco – Volkswagen Westfalia

Gary Rennell as a Dad

Gaz is adorable to imagine as a dad. I can’t deny how great of a father he’d be. I do see Gary having a big family, but for this post, he’s going to have three kids.

❤️ Gary is a nervous wreck while waiting for his kids to be born. He is constantly pacing back and forth, asking nurses and doctors the most ridiculous things, experiencing every emotion imaginable. It’s more of a rough time for him than the mom. And, yes, he most definitely fainted at the birth of his first child.

❤️ This is one of the most interactive dad’s there is. He has formula stains on himself, can change a diaper with his eyes closed, knows every song to every children’s show, has the babies down for sleep in less than five minutes. You name it, he’s mastered it.

❤️ Gary as a girl dad is such a sweet sight. He took on the role as the honorary tea party host. Complete with pink boa, tiara, and pink heels. If you don’t believe this little girl doesn’t have Gary wrapped around her little finger, you’re crazy. She asks him to jump and he asks how high.

❤️ Gary as a boy dad is something he was quite scared of at first. Since he didn’t have his dad around, he treats his son how he wished his dad would have treated him. Similarly to his daughter(s), this little boy is the sparkle in Gary’s eye.

❤️ Yes, Chelsea decorated the kids’ nurseries/rooms. Yes, Lottie also babysits when no one else is available. Yes, Noah is their full-time babysitter, other than Nan on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

❤️ The first time he brought his kids to work, he got up in his crane with them, and asked someone to take their picture. That is the picture he has in his wallet: his kids and him inside cranes. It fills his heart with so much love.

❤️ Do not go to Gary if you: have a cut and are bleeding, broke a bone, just threw up, etc. He will not only gag, but potentially pass out. He can’t handle bodily fluids like that. The only part of parenting he hates.

❤️ Nan babysits every Tuesday and Thursday. The kids absolute love going to Nan’s house. It’s still tradition even as they grow up to spend the night there twice a week. Gary doesn’t even have to ask, they just want to go.

❤️ Gary’s son’s first words were “oi, oi.”

❤️ Just like Bruno, Gary is a loud and proud dad. He is clapping the loudest, hollering the loudest, front and center for all the pictures and videos. This man knows the weekly schedule for the family.

❤️ Dating Gary’s children consists of: acts of intimidation that turn cringe (for his daughters), embarrassing stories, inappropriate jokes, and curfew being upped an hour. He’s a lot more chill about it than some may think.

❤️ The family has two dogs, two cats, a rabbit and a hamster.

❤️ Gary is the type of dad that you can go to him with anything and he will do everything he can to help you. Flunked a class? He knows you tried, and will reassure you that you didn’t disappoint him. Have a bully? He had them too and he will get them to stop, even if he has to scare them stupid. Broke something valuable? He can fix it or replace it. Got dumped? He’ll remind you of your worth and help you heal.

❤️ Christmas is a big day for everyone, but it is a HUGE day in the Rennell household. They all have matching pajamas, they watch Christmas movies before bed on Christmas Eve, and Gary is in charge of eating the cookies and milk that the kids left out. He even takes their letters to Santa and replaces them with one he wrote as Santa. For Christmas Day, they go to Nan’s and have a big dinner with everyone in the family. This family’s Christmas/Holiday cards are A+ every single year! 🎄
