okay so ALL ABOUT THE ISTANBUL CONCERT the organiser company told us to come at 1 pm so we wouldn't interrupt all the preparations they were going to make but it was obvious we weren't going to listen because our tickets didn't have like the seating system. the first one to go would be in the front row, as louis' team requested because they wanted tickets to be cheap as possible so that every louie can come. then some fan account on twitter told us that the "come at 1" was cancelled because there were a lot of people waiting there already and we had to come ASAP. I got there at 9 am and it was already super duper crowded, louies were all sitting down. they told us to stand up because the ambulance had to move and we were in the way. after we all got up they didnt let us sit again, people kept pushing each other and it was a total mess. I had to link arms with my friend the whole time we waited because I knew I would end up falling down and losing her if I let go of her arm. there was no way I could balance myself in that all the pushing and pulling, if one of us were to fall down we would all go down as well, it was that packed.

not to mention it was super hot, i was wearing a hat but it barely did help, my shoulders and arms are super sunburnt even though i did put on sunscreen. this is going to sound crazy but they sprayed water on us with a hose. normally i would think it is the most humiliating thing but since it was burning hot (so hot that my shirt was literally becoming one with my skin) i was glad they were spraying water bc it did make us feel a bit more refreshed.

i kept telling myself it was all going to be alright because i was going to see louis at the end. but the waiting part was one of the most craziest things ive seen. i had to act like a mom to loads of girls, trying to tell them not to faint or they will lose their spot, i gave them water and asked security to come take care of those who fainted because a lot of people did faint. we tried to cheer each other up by singing but we were already too tired from the hours of standing up we did. we begged for them to let us inside but they told us we had to wait.

they told us (days before) there would be 120 security but to me it felt like they literally gave up on trying to calm the crowd and let us suffer like that. then they opened the doors and they scanned our tickets, gave us our cute louis bracelet and we ran inside like there is no tomorrow. i hoped i could be close to the barriers but i was in the middle section, just two people away from the barriers. i guessed louis would come to our side (which he did!!!) but the barrier side was already taken and still people kept pushing each other. i had to yell dozens of times, "stop pushing, you can't go to the front row! it's already too packed. we are getting squished here and this is our spot now." in turkish and in english because there were a lot of foreigners too.

OH!! and i already knew the songs they would play before his show bc i already had the playlist on repeat for years but they played I'm Still Standing TWICE and I felt like it meant something and i screamed the lyrics so loud and sang along. but maybe they played it twice because louis was late. he was 20~25 minutes late and we were chanting louis louis louis and at one point i got scared he wasn't going to come at all but then he did and... oh dear lord! he was THE SWEETEST THING ever. he is so handsome and his voice is smooth like silk! I'm a louie for 10 years, which is totally half of my life and I obviously know how amazing he is but... he was just wonderful. it was like a dream. his voice sounded like it belonged to heaven and when I saw him walk in with his arms open I started crying. we had a fan project where we all had glowstick bracelets in our wrists, and seeing all that with louis in the stage was amazing. we glowed, he glowed even more. he was so smiley and he kept moving to the right and left and all of the torture we went through... just disappeared like that. his energy healed all of us. his energy was everything. we were all singing and shouting so SO SO much. we were LOUD LOUD! I guess during Beautiful War, it did get a bit quiet because fans didn't know the lyrics well. he asked "who knows it?" and I shouted my ass of singing along with him!!! and bc there were lesser people singing along, I heard him perfectly and his voice... damn. didnt crack, didnt shake. it was perfect. I don't know if he could sound even better than that. it surpassed my expectations. he said, "Thank you for having us in your beautiful fucking country" and i just lost it. i was crying shaking screaming and doing all that!! then we chanted "we love you" between 3 or 4 songs and I was like is he going to say it back is he going to say it back and he did!!! he said "I fucking love you istanbul!" aHHHHHhhhH!!! I don't want to sound so whipped but I am, so fuck it, but even the way he said istanbul was too darn adorable and he kept saying istanbul istanbul and I was just simply in awe. and during the Through The Dark, he noticed we didn't bring the lyrics and he was like "where is the lyrics? you must be kidding me" or something like that ahahahah. and I can't even tell you how good it was. he was so happy and so were we. it was too perfect. we looked so happy during the "proud of you" project and we really were proud of him.

we, us turkish louies, deserved it. many of us waiting for this day to come for 10 years including me and it was wonderful.

and thank you, M, my beloved friend for 10 years. being there with you, watching the amazing man we adored for years was just a dream come true. i couldn't have asked for more.

lastly thank you @theanonymouscryptid and I wish you could've been there too because you deserved it so much.

Hi Gina!!i came back from my louis concert in istanbul, i just wanna say that i was at that very long (a bit like a catwalk) barricade. his face up close is so so good. his skin was literally golden, i was so confused??? bro how, your tan is amazing..

i loved the concert, the audio quality was very very good, his voice was also as amazing as it is. He talked so much, he kept saying Istanbul!!! istanbul!! scream istanbul!! (i counted it and he said 9 times 😁)

The only problem is that.. i went to the concert area at 5 am, and the venue allowed us to camp, but they did not help us to get into the line. i waited from 11 am to 5pm standing in the hottest day. my legs went weak, and so many, so so many people passed out while waiting in the line. Everyone was very angry as well as me. we were in a crowd of people, all very sweaty, all very dehydrated and hungry. i hate that concert venue now, it gave me nightmares, my cousin passed out twice in the line. we were not even allowed to sit… it was nightmare. nothing less. i questioned my existince right there. but when i went into the stage, i tried to feel happy because i was going to see louis again! concert was amazing and made me forget my awful awful morning. i literally didnt sleep at all, and was standing for 6-7 hours… but it was worth it in the end..

oh also! I didnt see the usual louis’ tour photographer there, but one of them was filming us, and one of the girls had louis and harry masks. then she put louis mask on herself, and harry mask on her girlfriend (?) and they kissed :DD and the guy filmed that.. im curious what he will do with that, maybe for science purposes?

we had so many larry posters there i was so surprised, camera guy kept showing the larry posters, he was a bald middle age man, but i guess he is a larrie now 😳

Hi sugar. Oh my god why wouldn’t they let you sit down? I’m glad once you got in everything was good, though. He looked so great in the photos I saw. He’s ridiculously good looking in just a t shirt and jeans. It’s unfair. So glad you had fun!!

Ok so like. AU stuff.. ^ including these doodles because it feels weird talking abt it with no context LOL (the first one is superrrrr old)

The basic gist of it is that I swapped the dragons and their captains, so Laurence is Temeraire's yellow reaper, Granby is Iskierka's Kazilik, Little is Immortalis' Regal Copper/Yellow Reaper mix, Catherine is Lily's Longwing & so on and so forth.

To keep the China Drama TM I have made the celestials and imperials into the Royals, and made Mianning & Co into Celestials, so Tem is part of the royal family but he disappeared and Laurence found him and took care of him therefore making him an aviator. So the Chinese Crown sees Laurence as an unfit dragon for Temeraire to have due to how common he is.

Iskierka starts off as Tem's first Lt, but she hasn't been an aviator her whole life like Granby was, and is instead a newer aviator while he is the one who's been there his whole life, they have a hater arc with each other similar to Granby and Laurence but once she gets Granby (still from the exchange between istanbul and england) they're close and have a mutual respect for one another, a kind of??? Hater-y friendship where they tease each other n stuff but you can tell they're besties. Granby still loses his arm but he's. A dragon so it's a bit different (I have plans for how that happens lol). Ning still exists but she's Tem and Iskierka's human child :) Iskierka is exactly one inch taller than Temeraire and he Hates it.

Tharkay in this is an Osprey but he can talk idk LOL besties w Granby and Laurence dragons <3

Immortalis in this is a senior captain who's been in the service for ages, Little is a younger dragon, Immortalis adores him more than anything in the whole world. He has scars all over his body and prominent ones on his face to represnt his markings as a dragon. He's really close with Iskierka!! She sees him as a cool older figure and he's the only captain who can really tolerate her for a while.

and of course i still have the free water louis gave us (i actually drank prob 3 of them but i dropped them while dancing) and the lightstick we put around our wrists

Hello Gina.

I wanted to update you on the istanbul concert as I was there and some stuff attracted my attention. Not because i can't sleep with the adrenaline still rushing through my veins.

I dont remember from other concerts if that was the case so it might not really be an update, but more than one of the songs were sung under blue and green lights.

Unfortunately, I cant recall which song got which colored lightning, so I don't want to specify. But i know Habit was not one of them. It got a whitish color.

Other than that, he was so happy that it made my heart melt. I was screaming inside my head and wanted to say good job to the crowd at the moments when he smiled widely.

Hi darling. I’m so happy you got to be there!!! It sounds like a wonderful concert.
