You know what really grinds my gears about Mangkorn and Yai?

They are probably the best communicators and most considerate pair out of the BLs we've gotten this year next to Ghost Host, Ghost House's Pluem and Kevin and My Only 12%'s Cake and Eiw:

Yai picked up the mess they made at the house when he is only known for destroying spaces.

Yai aplogized to Mangkorn after he broke his phone and tried to replace it.

Mangkorn told his father he was upset about the arranged marriage at the table and even spoke to his mother about it.

Yai directly asked Mangkorn if he cares about him, and Mangkorn told Yai he didn't want Yai ever thinking he was alone in the world when he has Mangkorn.

After Park and Phong couldn't find Yai, Yai called them to let them know where he is.

Mangkorn missed Yai, so he asked Park and Phong where he was and visited.

Mangkorn admitted everything about the file, and Yai basically told him to keep it.

Yai missed Mangkorn and went to visit him at school.

Mangkorn noticed that Yai was upset and asked him why.

Mangkorn saw Yai was upset when Mangkorn teased him and stopped.

When Mangkorn's mom surprised them, Mangkorn kept his hand on Yai, his body postured towards Yai, and assured him they would talk later as he squeezed Yai's thigh.

ANOTHER thing I like about Big Dragon is the fact that Yai and Mangkorn are both clearly experienced in BDSM. With Yai we've seen direct proof in the fact that he owns kink paraphernalia and has a play partner. With Mangkorn it's less immediately obvious without personal kink experience, but there are several things that tell me he's far from new to it. First, he was able to use Yai's toys even while heavily intoxicated, suggesting that he's used kink implements before. Second, he sought out consent in the bathroom. Consent culture is a thing that's specifically a big deal in the kink scene, as I've mentioned before. The more experienced someone is, the more likely they are to be aware of the importance of it. Third, he didn't show an ounce of hesitation or uncertainty in the bathroom. The moment Yai apologized to him, he knew that Yai had started to feel submissive and would be amenable to playing. Mangkorn established honorifics right away, setting the stage for the scene, also something that you're more likely to know is necessary if you're experienced. And again, within the scene there was no hesitation or uncertainty. Not allowing Yai to speak unless spoken to, giving Yai directions one by one so that it's not remotely difficult to follow them...he's done this before.

I love this because being experienced in kink makes it so much easier to enjoy each other. To know how to have fun and how to be safe. They both know what they want and what they're looking for, which is another reason they were able to recognize their compatibility after less than three minutes of play.
