Who would you say is most wanted females that you don’t have apps for?
I have a hold on Tina Cohen-Chang and apps for Marley Rose and Quinn Fabray. That leaves so many good characters. I'd love to see Unique Adams, Jane Hayward, Rachel Berry, Santana Lopez, Brittany Pierce, Madison McCarthy (and Mason but he's not a woman), and Mercedes Jones. Those that are more into OCs than canons or are looking for minor characters to look into, I'd love to see what someone like Sunshine Corazon, Suzy Pepper, Sugar Motta, or Harmony are up to.

LOOKING FOR A 1X1 PARTNER
this is me shouting in the wind, and I know like no one will care but well it cannot hurt to ask right?
I’m Three (yes it’s an alias no it’s not because I did some dumb shit I just needed some privacy from you hoes), 25+, and I’ve been itching for some glee 1x1s so yeah. Let’s get on with it shall we?

I’m talking musings, graphics, lil blurbs. I just want someone as excited as me. As far as mediums go, I’m comfortable with Tumblr, Discord, or even forums like JCINK. I have a preference for Discord but truly I does not matter to me. So yeah, like this post or message me here and we can chat about stuff.

Home Sweet Home || Samcedes
Mercedes was glad that Sam had agreed to come over, to see where they lived. It had been a trying few days, with Sam’s host of check ups, Mary doing her best to keep Mercedes and Santana at arms length and Mercedes still feeling sick. More and more the question loomed over her head. Was she pregnant? Or was it jsut all this stress. To be honest she hadn’t had her period in about two months but with her working schedule and all it wasn’t uncommon for that to happen, nor was it uncommon for her to be sick with the amount of stress she was under, but Mercedes just wanted to take the test to be on the safe side, while she waited for Sam.
Closing her eyes as the minutes ticked away she wasn’t sure what she wanted. Yes she always wanted to be a mom but not right now when she was at the height of her career. Yes Beyonce did it but Mercedes knew being a mom would change her. And to top it off, Sam had no memory of them, so if she was pregnant and he decided he didn’t want her, if he never got his memory back then she would probably end up raising her child alone cause no way in hell she would let Quinn or Mary get their paws on her child. It would just be easier if this all just went away. So she just wasn’t sure whether she would be happy to be pregnant or Sad not to be pregnant. The doorbell rang and she knew it was Santana dropping Sam off. As she washed her hands the timer went off and she looked down at the pregnancy test, uncertain if she was happy or sad in that moment.
The knocking continued and she placed the test back on the counter, heading out to greet Sam, trying to handle one thing at a time and right now that was trying to help Sam as best she could. Going to the door she smoothed down her dress and ruffled her hair taking a deep breath. She opened the door and smiled. “Hey Sam come on in.” Mercedes waved at Santana as she moved to let Sam in. San promised to be scarce for the day to let it finally just be Mercedes and Sam. Closing the door she turned towards him.
“Be it ever so humble. This is our home, we were coming home to see your parents every few months and decided that we needed a house here. As you can see we can only take so much of your mom. I was willing to suck it up but you surprised me and said you wanted to build a house. So ended up leaving for tour and when I got home you surprised me with this design. She leaned against the wall as he took it in. “You took care to have everything perfect, you always did.”

Parent/Teacher Conference || Finncedes
Mercedes Jones sat at her desk, she pulled out her folder for her next conference, she was waiting on Liam Hudson’s parents. They were due in any minutes and she was excited to speak with them as she was with all her students parents, to get a sense of who they were as she helped nurture their first grade child. Teaching was always something Mercedes wanted to do, and getting a chance to shape young minds was not something she took lightly.
Standing from her desk, she smoothed down her black pencil skirt and silk purple blouse, ruffling her already flattening curls, this was her last meeting before she would go home and enjoy a peaceful weekend. The door opened and she looked up and smiled waiting for the parents to walk in. “Hi, I am Ms. Jones,, Liam’s teachers.”

HEADCANONS
Mercedes had known she wanted to sing from the moment she could talk. Her mother said at the age of two she was singing along with all the old-school divas.. i.e. Patti, Aretha, and Chaka Chan. She could remember from a young age, she would perform for her family. Though singing was great, but she wanted to be more than just her voice, so she learned how to play the piano, and how to write music. It was her passion and when she found out about Glee she decided to join. The moment she joined Glee she really felt like she belonged. Glee was a way for Mercedes to express herself musically and try to figure out what she really wanted in life.
After Graduation, Mercedes had a bit of a rough time getting her foot in the door, and when she did think she had made it she found they wanted her voice but not her look. While some people would have been discouraged, Mercedes went home and back to her roots with Glee to realize that she was more than her voice and if they didn’t want her looks, they couldn’t have her talents. Heading back to LA Mercedes worked hard selling her CDs on the side of the road and when she was finally recognized for her talents, she truly felt blessed. She even got her first tour, and even though it was a mall tour, it was everything.
Mercedes's career took off in a huge way when she was offered a chance to go on Tour with Beyonce. Mercedes learned a lot that she would carry with her on her way to stardom. She also spent her downtime from the tour, writing her songs for her second Album. After the release of Mercedes's second album, she truly made a name for herself. She won her first four Grammy’s off of her Album “Pieces of Me” And now She was as known and popular as Beyonce, Whitney, and all of her favorites growing up. With 5 sold-out world Tours, Numerous awards, 3 movies, and a host of guest appearances, Mercedes has yet to slow down, which is clear by the fact she was just returned home after being in London for 9 months playing “Effie White” Dreamgirls on The West End. She knew it was going to be hard but it was a once and a lifetime chance for her.
When it came to Mercedes's love life, she knew Sam was her first true love, he got her in a way no one else could. Leaving for 9 months, was hard she hated being away from Sam and her family and friends, but she knew they understood and supported her. Now that she’s back, making time for friends is important to her and whenever she can she makes sure to encourage and help them in as many ways as she could.
As of right now, Mercedes is starting to want more from life than just working and so she is taking time away to figure out her next steps.
CONNECTIONS
MRS. & MR. JONES (Parents): Mercedes loves her parents, even when they don’t see eye to eye. Even though they were against her singing at first, it was clear just how talented their daughter was and now they are her biggest fans and supporters.
LEVI JONES (Brother): Mercedes loved her brother. He was the one person outside of her best friends that she knew had her back no matter what. He rooted for her even when their father forbid her from leaving. He gave her the money for her ticket to LA, he was and still is her encouragement to continue to move forward in her life.
SAM EVANS (Boyfriend): Mercedes had not dated that many men after she and Sam broke up, though there were few, none of them touched her like Sam, and none of them pushed her to be the best version of herself like he did. The distance and time had always gotten in the way of what they could be, should they get another chance at truly being together, she really hopes they could go the distance and now, because she is ready for marriage and kids and for a future no matter where that might lead.
KURT HUMMEL, AND QUINN FABRAY (Best Friends): Though Mercedes and Kurt became best friends in what seemed like overnight, she and Quinn needed a bit more time, but soon those two became closer than blood to her. Mercedes knows that she can tell them anything and not only will they be supportive but they will help her in any and all ways that she would need them. Life may have taken them on different paths but one things remains true, their friendship will never die.

1.) What did you want to do with your life when you were younger? What would the child version of yourself think about the path you paved for yourself?
I never told anyone but maybe one or two people that when I was younger, I wanted to be a singer; I never thought my dream would be a reality, and now that it is one, my childhood self would probably be fangirling right about now, extremely happy at how blessed my life has become.
2.) What is your proudest accomplishment? Don’t be afraid to talk about what it took to achieve it and how you feel about it as well.
Going on tour with Beyonce was something I never thought would happen, and when it did, I felt completely and utterly like I, no matter what happened after that, I had made it. My career started that day. It wasn’t easy, I tried and failed for two years before the opportunity came, and when it did, it projected me to where I am now. That or staring as Effie White in Dreamgirls. That was pretty badass too.
3.) If you could do anything you wanted for one whole day, what would it be and why?
Sleep. With work, my life is all about getting power naps when I can. I have been traveling back and forth from L.A. to New York these last few months, and I am even traveling to Atlanta to do some shooting for an upcoming video, so getting to take off for a day and actually sleep would be heaven.
where are they now?
After going on tour with Beyonce, Mercedes worked on her own tour, which was terrific, getting to perform in so many different venues. After Park and Bark's success, Mercedes worked on Pieces Of Me, her second Album, which debuted at number 5 on Itunes. She couldn't have been happier to see people actually loving her music, getting something out of it.
Once she started working on her third Album., she started getting an offer to guest star on shows, and then she got offered the role of a lifetime. To become Effie White. But she would have to move to London for a year if she took it up. While she was scared for this next step, she took it; playing such an iconic role was a dream, and that was not something she would walk away from.
Her year in London was amazing, and she even won the Olivier Award for Best Lead Actress in a starring role. After she returned to the states, she was offered a few roles, which she took, excited to try something new. Not wanting her music career to fall by the wayside, she started working on her third album, which allowed her to prepare for another world tour and her pet project, a USO tour with other artists.
After the USO tour and her, tour Mercedes was offered a starring role in a Christmas Movie and a Lifetime movie. As unique as that was, she was also given a chance to perform "Defying Gravity" for the Wicked Appreciation special, which made all her glee club dreams and questions of who sung it better finally rest. As silly as it sounded. Then her single BGE became a Summer anthem and her second single, "A Moment," became an anthem for all who wondered if it was okay not to be okay sometimes.
Currently, Mercedes is in New York, working on a movie and her newest album release, but somewhere deep down, where she keeps it buried, she misses her family and friends and wishes she could settle down and start a family of her own. Work has been amazing, and she wouldn't change her career for anything, but sometimes it gets lonely, and she wonders if she will ever have more.
