MiracOlympus- An Unpleasant Encounter
This is a short that takes place back in the young gods’ teenaged years, based on a moment from the second episode of the Gods School web series. But with a much more insidious context… @artzychic27 @imsparky2002

Down in the fields around Olympus, a duo of divine siblings were picking various different crops for the feast that would take place later that night.
Marc laughed at the silly joke Mylene had just told, before he spotted some lovely Narcissus flowers growing in a grove nearby. Thinking they would be wonderful to decorate the tables, he turned to his sister.
“Hey, Sunflower, I’m gonna go pick some of those flowers in that grove to put in the centerpiece vases!”, he told her, picking up his basket and standing to leave.
“Okay, Poppy, just stay close!”, the goddess of the harvest answered with a smile, before turning back to her work.
With that, Marc made his way toward the shady grove, and began picking flowers. Gathering narcissus, wild roses, and daisies for the centerpieces, he was unaware of a pair of sharp eyes watching him…
But when he had moved fairly deep into the grove, sufficiently out of his sister’s sight, he heard a familiar voice that made his blood go cold speak to him.
“Hello, little flower.”, and Marc went rigid, turning toward the voice in a defensive stance.
“You’re not supposed to be anywhere near Olympus, Lucien. Leave now.”, he said sharply, though he couldn’t keep the tremble out of his voice, much to his dismay.
“Oh, why the cold reception, my lovely little blossom. I came all this way just to see you, after all.”, Lucien said coolly, moving out of the shadows with a serpentine grin.
“No one wants you here, least of all me! Get out of here, and for the hundredth time, leave me alone!”, Marc demanded, his hand moving toward his pocket, ready to grab the dog whistle that Nathaniel had given him, which would summon Baark to his side in an instant.
But Lucien didn’t back down, only moving closer to Marc. He reached out and cupped his cheek, making the raven-haired god shudder with revulsion.
“Come now, you don’t want me to leave.”, he purred as he leaned in so his face was only an inch or so from Marc’s, “You can’t deny what’s between us, little flower…”
Marc stiffened and quickly shoved him away, fixing him with a dagger-sharp glare.
“There is nothing between us!”, he snapped, “I love Nathaniel, and only him! And I want NOTHING to do with you!”
Lucien scowled at the mention of the redhead, and grabbed Marc’s wrist in a tight grip, pulling him in close.
“Don’t mention that name. That twerp has no place ruling over an entire domain.”, the vile god snarled, “And you shouldn’t be wasting your time on him.”
“Don’t you dare insult him! Let me go!”, Marc hissed, trying to pull himself free from Lucien’s grip. He quickly thrust his other hand into his pocket, fingers closing around the dog whistle.
However, before Lucien could make any other moves, Marc sent a prayer of thanks to the Fates as he heard his sister’s footsteps approaching, as Mylene called out for him.
“Marc? Poppy? Where are you?”
Quickly, Lucien shapeshifted into a hawk and hid in a tree, just as Mylene pushed through the cover of leaves and emerged in the grove.
“Oh, there you are! Let’s go, I think I have everything I need!”, she said, holding up her basket of grains and the like, before she noticed her brother’s disheveled state, “Poppy…are you okay?”
Straightening up, he managed to give her a smile, “Y-yeah, Sunflower, I’m fine. The, uh, the pollen is just…really thick back here.”, he quickly said, adding a sneeze for good measure.
“Well, come on, let’s get you back to Olympus for some fresh air.”, Mylene said, as Marc retrieved his basket of flowers. And with that, the two siblings flew back toward the mountain peaks, with Marc sending a cold glare back to the hawk still in the grove.
A few moments later, the hawk transformed back into a young god, glaring up at the peaks of Olympus, where he was no longer welcome…not noticing the ground giving an angry rumble below him.

Since all of the MiracOlympus characters have now been released, any headcanons for the deities of the Miracle Pantheon?
I'm gonna make 4 headcanon posts (1 for each class) But here's a few in the meantime.
Baark is Nathaniel's giant three-headed therapy dog.
Reshma has the entire universe inside her cloak, and loves to show it off to astrologists.
Austin T is a total hippie.
Ivan has to be dragged kicking and hissing from his workshop to get some damn rest.

MiracOlympus- Origins of the Seahorse
Here’s cute little moment between Kim and Ondine in my MiracOlympus AU! @artzychic27 @imsparky2002
(We find ourselves under the ocean, with its godly king and queen. With a disappointed pout, Kim looks at the new sea creature he just created, a gift for Ondine.)
Kim: Man…it was supposed to look really cool…
(The creature in question is an odd-looking little thing with a curled tail, bulging eyes, no limbs and a long, thin nose. It is the creature we now know as the seahorse.)
Ondine: It’s fine, Kimmy. I actually like it!
Kim: But…it was supposed to be bigger, and I wanted it have actual fins and spines and... It looks like…I don’t even know what, but it’s weird.
(Ondine comes over and squeezes his hand, smiling as the little creature swims in a bouncy manner around her head.)
Ondine: Kim, it’s sweet that you wanted to make something for me at all! And I mean it, I actually do like it!
Kim: (Slowly smiles) …You really mean it?
Ondine: I do. It’s actually really cute. (She gives the little thing a stroke on the head with her index finger)
Kim: …Adrien and Nath are still gonna make fun of me. I had to mouth off about how badass this was gonna look…
Ondine: (Giggles) I’m sure they won’t hassle you too much! (She pecks him on the cheek)
(Kim smiles)

Here’s a special bonus, with some extra characters of importance! @artzychic27 @imsparky2002
Gabriel: Cronos
The god of time and the former king of the titans, and father of Adrien (Zeus), Kim (Poseidon), and Nathaniel (Hades). He locked his sons away in Tartarus as children to secure his power, but was defeated and imprisoned by them. Nath makes time every week to go down and troll him.
Emilie: Rhea
The former queen of the titans, ex-wife of Gabriel. She despised him for imprisoning her sons and helped overthrow him. Still mothers the heck out of her boys (and the new gods in general), regardless of how powerful they are.
Anarka: Leto
Goddess of motherhood and mother to Juleka (Artemis) and Luka (Apollo). Will eff you up if you mess with her kids, and vice versa. Still a chaotic free spirit.
Jagged: Aeolus
God of the winds and father of Luka and Juleka. Serves as mentor and teacher to the four young wind deities, telling them where the winds are needed that day. Still loves music.
Clara: Euterpe
Muse of Music, and eldest of the nine. Her younger siblings all adore her and she helped them all to embrace and master their special talent.
Vivica: Calliope
Second eldest muse, muse of poetry and epics. A bit shy, but loves to perform with her siblings.
Lucien: Zelus
God of envy and jealousy. In love with obsessed with Marc (Persephone), and couldn't handle it when he chose to be with Nathaniel. (Mylene (Demeter) feckin' HATES him, and has threatened him with a pitchfork more than once.)
Emani: Dolos
God of manipulation and control. Former lover of Nathaniel who would do anything to have him back.
Duusu: Argus
Marinette's (Hera) sacred peacock, and beloved companion.
Liiri: Aetos Dios
Adrien's sacred eagle, who carries messages for him and serves as a companion.
Xuppu: Delphinius
Immortal Dolphin, and Kim's best friend. Was his wingman and helped him get together with Ondine (Amphitrite).
Kaalki: Pegasus
Immortal winged horse, famed mount of heroes. Found as a foal and reared by Max (Athena).
Socqueline: Heracles
Greatest mortal hero who ever lived, had the strength of a god. Wore a lion pelt.
Aeon: Helen of Troy
Most beautiful mortal woman who ever lived, kidnapped as a teen by the Trojans for their prince. The Gods sided with the Greeks in the war to bring her back.
Jess: Atalanta
Mortal hero who could run as fast as the wind. A renowned hunter who killed a monstrous boar terrorizing her kingdom, and she refuses to marry unless you can beat her in a race.
Fei: Hippolyta
Queen of the Amazons, and total badass. Has never lost a battle with any mortal that dared challenge her.
Master Fu: Chiron
Immortal centaur, the wise and kind teacher of the greatest heroes.
Bustier, Mendeliev, and Winters: The Moirai (aka the Fates)
Winters- Clotho, Bustier- Lachesis, Mendeliev- Atropos
Three incredibly powerful goddesses who decide the fates and lifespans of all mortals.
Baark: Cerberus
Three-headed, enormous guard dog of the Underworld. Nathaniel and Marc's fluffy baby girl child.

MiracOlympus HC’s
Here’s some HC’s for the Godly kids of MiracOlympus! Enjoy! @artzychic27 @imsparky2002
Kim, Nathaniel and Adrien set aside an hour every week to go down to Tartarus and just troll the heck out of their dad.
As the goddess of marriage and family, Marinette often attends mortal weddings. If the ceremony brings her to tears, it’s said the marriage will be a lasting and loving one.
Lila has an enchanted golden apple that she uses to cause trouble amongst mortals and immortals alike. It’s so beautiful that most can’t help wanting it.
The festival that gets held every year to celebrate Rose is basically Ancient Greek Pride. People of all romantic, sexual and gender identities are welcome and celebrate together. Rose herself makes an appearance every year in her powered-down goddess form.
Let’s get one thing straight. Nathaniel did NOT kidnap Marc. He went to the Underworld entirely of his own free will, and the only reason Mylene freaked out was because Lila intercepted the letter Marc sent his sister about his whereabouts. Got it? Good.
The muses put on a weekly performance for the other gods and attendance is pretty much mandatory. They put so much work into it.
Nathaniel, Anthony and Staci are called the ‘Gloom Squad’ due to residing in the Underworld. They have entire conversations just comprising of them saying morbid and ominous shit.
Luka and Juleka have a special mental link that allows them to find one another at any time when they recite a certain incantation.
Whenever a new deity is born, they are presented before the Fates (Bustier, Mendeliev, and Winters), who announce them and determine what domain they will rule over.
Some of the godly kids were born in WEIRD ways. For example, Rose came out of the sea in a shell, and Max burst out of his mom’s head!
Nino was kidnapped by mortal pirates once, and escaped through the power of sheer prank genius.
Many of the god-kids have animal companions that are very dear to them. To name a few, Adrien has his eagle, Liiri, and Marinette has her peacock, Duusu. Juleka has the deer that pull her chariot, and Max has Markov, his faithful owl. Marc and Nath have Baark, the three-headed guard dog of the Underworld.
As benevolent as they generally are, it’s still a BAD idea for mortals to insult the gods. They are still the rulers of the world and you’ll treat them with respect if you know what’s good for you. Some mortals have learned that the hard way, like the woman Max turned into a spider for insulting his engineering skills, or the queen whose children were turned into woodland animals by Juleka and Luka because she had dared say she was a better mother than Anarka because she had more kids.
Ivan often feels a bit insecure about not being as conventionally attractive as the other deities, with his hulking size, bad eye (forge accident, he wears a patch), crippled knee (he uses a brace), and surly features, but Mylene and the others are quick to reassure him that he’s beautiful inside and out, just like everything he makes is.
For the life of him, Kim cannot stop misplacing his trident. Seriously, someone put a tracker on that thing.
Marinette, Ondine and Marc have regular meet-ups for tea where they just exchange gossip and be fabulous immortal queens.
Juleka’s arrows are enchanted so they cause no pain to the animals she shoots with them, and she never kills any more than she needs to. She cares immensely for creatures of the forest.
Eclipses happen when Chloe and Zoe have a particularly intense argument.
Brecken can understand the languages of all animals, and regularly mediates disagreements between the other gods and their pets.
Lucien and Emani are no longer welcome on Olympus. I’ll let you guess the reasons for that.
All of the gods regularly have meetups on Olympus for lunch. It’s like a big crazy family reunion.
Eri scares the crap out of everyone but they generally know she means no harm. The only ones who aren’t scared of her are the Gloom Squad and Juleka.
Alix gets like half an hour of sleep because she’s always trying to get things done and the other gods are always on her ass about this.
Ismael is an absolute menace on April 1st. No one is safe from his reign of terror. No one.
He also bleats when he's upset.

MiracOlympus- Ship Headcanons
Here’s some headcanons for the godly lovers of one of my most recent AU’s! @artzychic27 @imsparky2002
Adrien rarely makes a decision as king of the gods without talking to Marinette first. He trusts his queen’s judgement more than anyone, they’re a team when it comes to ruling the heavens and earth.
One of Marc’s first gifts to Nathaniel was asphodel, the very first species of flower that was able to bloom in the Underworld. (He worked at it for weeks!) Nathaniel usually has one somewhere on his outfit.
Ondine’s favorite sea creature is the seahorse, because Kim made them specially for her. They didn’t come out looking quite like he wanted them to, but she loved them anyway!
As the goddess of beauty as well as love, Rose loves giving makeovers, and Juleka is her favorite model. Juleka’s not one for dressing up much, but she likes it because it makes Rose happy.
Mylene is quite possibly the only person who can pull Ivan away from his work in the forge to spend some time outdoors. They often go down to Earth for picnics where he’ll show her his latest projects.
Austin A is NOT the best dancer, and so for the longest time he wouldn’t dance at parties on Olympus because he didn’t want to embarrass herself in front of his boyfriend, the literal muse of dance. But Spinelli happened to witness him dancing wildly to her favorite song one day, and thought it was the cutest thing ever.
Kind of a multiple-ship one, but Austin A, Austin T, Anthony, and Brecken all received eight separate shovel talks when they began dating their respective partners. The muses are very close and protective of one another. (Ivan is also still deeply haunted by the shovel talk he got from Marc. Who knew the god of flowers and the Spring could be so terrifying?)
Anthony is the only person (besides Jean) who can always tell when Jesse is genuinely upset and not just being the muse of tragedy. He always takes him for a fly, and then they talk through what’s wrong.
Reshma and Margo have enormous crushes on each other, and they always linger for a bit once they finish their duties to watch the other bring the night and dawn respectively. They blush like crazy when they accidentally catch one another’s eye.
Simon and Denise have a game they play where he reassembles his stars and they try to guess what he’s trying to make a picture of. He’s also made numerous constellations in their honor.
The only time you see Alya cut loose is when Nino brings her to a party. He just seems to bring out her more carefree side, but she’d never admit that out loud.
Cosette and Zoe love to dance together, and whenever they do, it creates a beautiful cascade of rainbows through the night sky. Humans have started to call these the ‘Northern Lights’.
Luka is the only one who can calm Kagami down when she’s in ‘Warrior Rage’ mode. He usually does this by playing her favorite songs on his lyre.
Austin T taught Jean some meditation techniques to help him relax whenever he’s really stressed about a show. Jean uses them whenever he’s stressed because it reminds them of their boyfriend.
Aurore and Mireille like to race each other in the sky, so if you feel really strong cold and warm winds at the same time but the sky is clear, that’s why. The loser has to reward the winner with a kiss.
Evie once organized a group of Brecken’s animal companions to ‘sing’ a song she had written for him. It’s his favorite gift anyone’s ever given him.

6:30 AM-7:00 AM: Up to Olympus to deliver morning report from Zoe to Adrien and Marinette.
7:00 AM-8:00 AM: Deliver daily global forecasts from Adrien to Aurore, Mireille and the other winds.
8:00 AM-8:30 AM: Retrieve daily Olympus menu from Sabrina to be posted.
8:30 AM-9:30 AM: Deliver invitations from Marinette to Ondine and Marc to meet-up for tea this afternoon.
9:30 AM-10:00 AM: Send correspondence from Nino to the Muses about the upcoming theater festival.
10:30 AM-11:00 AM: Pick up Kim's repaired trident from Ivan, zip over to Mediterranean Coast where the meathead is overseeing a dolphin migration to give it to him.
11:00 AM-11:30 AM: Zip down to the Underworld to give correspondence from Alya to Nath about a mortal sentenced to eternal punishment.
11:30 AM-12:00 PM: Take letter from Marc to Mylene about his chosen arrangements for the first blooms of Spring.
12:00 PM-12:30 PM: Back to Olympus with a fresh stack of commission/repair orders for Ivan.
12:30 PM-1:00 PM: Give Rose her daily delivery of letters from mortals with love problems.
1:00 PM-3:00 PM: Pick up and deliver Luka's daily correspondences, transcriptions of events of note he saw in his prophetic visions, delivered to deities they concern.
3:00 PM-3:30 PM: ***BREAK***
3:30 PM-4:00 PM: Deliver progress reports for temple in Athens to Max.
4:00 PM-5:00 PM: Deliver Eri's daily potion and spell orders to various deities.
5:00 PM-5:30 PM: Take plans for a new constellation from Reshma to Zoe for approval.
5:30 PM-6:00 PM: Deliver evening report from Chloe to Adrien and Marinette.
6:00 PM-6:30 PM: Fly back home (finally)!

No. If you look in my first post, Adrien is Zeus. Lucien is Zelus, the god of envy and jealousy. Each character is based off one deity from Greek mythology. And Lucien is only obsessed with Marc.
