Heya guys!! It's been a LONG while since I've last posted here huh?

Yeah, I just wanted to let you all know that activity and requests on here will take a step back in exchange for focusing more on my artistic/personal endeavors. I'll still try to complete the requests I have in the inbox and to post self indulgent edits onto her as well, but things here will be a lot more slower than before now

Hey guys.........excuse me for coming out of the blue with this, but after a pretty horrible night of having my mother ridiculing my new magical girl special interests and being guilt tripped and ending with me being emotionally numbed and and now having a major identity crisis I'm now in a state where I'm now questioning if my special interests are even worth holding onto anymore

My mother says I should try to grow out of them and act more like an adult so I'm more able to be more useful around the house (like washing dishes, doing laundry, taking out the garbage, generally things women should do for their households), now I'm at the point where I'm even wondering if I should give up drawing and my dream animation animation as a whole and just become a doctor, a lawyer or even a janitor, mother suggested I should be a librarian instead of an animator.

I don't know what I'm doing at this point, I feel in order to have the normal adult life I want, my special interests and dreams will just hold me back so I'm coming on here to see what y'all think

This is the first time I've ever questioned my dream career in my entire life so I dunno what I'm feeling so I'm leaving it to you guys I guess

I'm just confused

Is the saying "taking care of yourself is taking care of others" a weird one to you guys and doesnt sit well with you or am I being stupid n selfish?

Cuz I feel the way to take the saying is "put others before yourself, even at the cost of your happiness and well being, other people matter more way more than you'll ever will. You live to serve others"

I'm just feeling pretty iffy on this point since my dad said it to me earlier and reminded me of how "icky" I seem to get on the inside when I hear it. I dunno if it's just me being paranoid, but I feel like I should focus on myself before I help anyone else hit I keep being told the complete opposite by everyone else in my life since childhood

Heya heya guys!! I just wanted to come on here to talk about an idea I've been rolling over in my head for the past few days or so!

Since I've been taking up my long desired voice acting hobby as of lately, I've been wanting to try out my idea that I would take small clips of shows with the character I'm able to do voice impressions of/for and then have my voice work for that particular scene that clip is showing lay over it (aka replace the original audio in the clip with my voice acting for that scene)

Not sure how well it would work but I'm still willing to try it in some way or another (since it'll have to be very minimalist editing to not meddle with the original scene too much than it already is)

I would love it if you guys would be able to come over to the inbox and let me know what ya think of the idea and if you guys wanna see it be done!

Ugh

I really wish I was able to be seen as more than just a maid or a child

My dad even said himself that he think that I'm "mentally 16 due to my lack of life experience" when I feel him saying that really insults my intelligence

This was in response to me saying that I feel like I mentally aged to somewhere in my 30s once I got off the pills I was on due to all the trauma I went through

I feel like I won't really feel like I'll ever be able to "grow up" or have a life of my own due to now feeling everyone views me the way I now feel my dad does (like I'm a child cuz I didnt do anything with my life in my teens)

Opinion: God I love this gal soso much!! I only watched the first two episodes with my mom (since the first three episodes and the movie are the only things available to watch) and we both fell in love with this show and Lalabel herself, she reminds me so much of the girl who would keep sketchbooks for writing poems at school so I love her! Awww gosh thank you soso much!! Yeah I really do love me my balance of bright neon cuteness and dark bloody slasher violence, I've been a huge fan of horror ever since I was rlly young so it's a pretty special genre to me!

The kind of horror that I like varies throughout all kinds of subgenres and mediums, from 80s slasher flicks to psychological thrillers/horror to even horror mangas like the works of Junji Ito!

Sometimes I just wanna incorporate kid/rainbowcore + horrorcore vibes all in one look for myself gah!

Random memory I had that I wanted to share: I used to have a Share Bear plush, Share Bear was one of two Care Bear pushes I had!

One was a Friend Bear that had a glow-in-the-dark tummy, and the other was a Share Bear that talked when you squeezed her paw. Here's what they looked like! :D - Fang 🦖

AWWWW THEY LOOOK SOSOS ADORABLE I LOVE EM!!!

I currently own two Care Bears myself atm which are an older version of Share Bear (same bear yay) and a newer sparkly eyed version of Wish Bear so I'm really happy and overjoyed that you came over to show me these!

Both my eyes and hair are brown!! Though in past (around June of last year) I dyed the ends of my hair purple so I now have bleached out ends as a result. And my eyes seem to be a light brown but then have a dark ring around it so my eyes are pretty tricky to aim whether they're dark or light brown!

baby; favorite color?

As I've stated before, my favorite color is yellow!

bloop; spirit animal?

To be honest with ya, I'm not so sure!! I feel that I would be some type of aquatic mammal since I love to swim so much!

candlelight; what did you dream about last night?

I dont think I had anything that I could remember even if I did have one last night (usually I don't) so nothing at this point!

daydream; how do you want to be remembered?

I want to remembered as a person who did a lot of good things for people and the world in general with my artwork/any animated project I end up doing. I want to be remembered for being kind, warm, sweet, compassionate and just fun to be around. And for my family/kids in the future I want them to remember me as someone who loved them very much and that gave my heart to them cuz I loved them so much!

I've been to museums before and I enjoy them but I've never concert before so I'd like to maybe try going to one someday so I like both!

dobby; dream job?

As I've stated a couple times here before, I'm aspiring and have been wanting to become an animator and be able to create my own cartoons for people to watch and enjoy!

I do not have any tattoos!! Even though I love the looks of some tattoos and how they look on people, they're a thing I'd much rather admire from afar!

Yes I do!! Pretty much my whole family does since the universe and the galaxy were in is way too big, vast and mysterious to just have us as the only living things in this whole place, it's just I feel aliens would much rather observe us from afar than to get involved!

Kin help blog wise, I love pretty much all the work of everyone I follow on here, though for tagging's sake I do love @aesthetics-and-aesthetics @anteiku-editsandkins and @marskincafe 's edits they're amazing!!

Well, if it counts I really have a fondness for the aesthetics and vibes of the certain parts of the 70s, the 80s, the 90s and the early to mid 2000s!

I am very much spiritual 100%!!

At this current moment I don't think I do (at least not in recent memory)!! Its pretty hard for me to keep people around and around consistently enough for me to even consider them a best friends, I mostly have acquaintances but they're not as close to me as I would like them to be!

breeze; most precious childhood memory?

Playing in around the front + backyard of my childhood home (which is my current home now) and taking vacations out to the Oregon Coast (specifically a town there called Florence) and swimming at the Running Y with my family!

munchkin; what do you look for in your significant other?

For me, I usually look at a potential at the angle of how they're personality is compared to mine, like if they're empathic, kind, considerate, sweet and understanding, it also helps that they accept me for who I am as a person and for my autism and my special interests, and being on the same page with me when it comes to wanting a family/kids (cuz that shit gets complicated when its one sided ya know)! Basically I just really want someonw who has a good personality that melds well with mine!

princess; do you play any instruments? if not, are there any you wish you could play?

Besides singing, I used to play ukulele when I was in high school so if I were able to relearn the basics again I'm sure I'd be able to play again!

Heya guys!! I made a concept sketch of a possible animal trio that could be my mascots/companions for my new magical girl character I've been working on (the one with the ability to talk to animals)

Here I've made Birch the Beaver, Taffy the Snake and Plum the Parakeet! In concept, they're my magical girl character's pets since her parents are a zoo keeper and a veterinarian, they gave her exotic animals as a gift since they so happened to care for exotic animals, their personalities aren't solid yet since I'm not sure if these guys are the final desision I made for the mascots/companions but I wanna see what y'all think of these guys before I can continue to create more concept sketches!
