Basically everything about the ending fucked me up but I think one of the biggest parts is that as we see the door opening, the very first place it starts is right in the center, where you started, right above the slums, right where Momo has been waiting.

Momo. Dejected Momo, the straggler of the Outsiders, desperately clinging onto some shred of hope despite being left on his own until you arrive and start patching things up. The one who thought himself a coward despite doing so much and being one of the few to venture out into the dangers of the sewers just out of hope that you could do something. Silly Momo with his goofy flamingo shirt and his silly rainbow face!! He sends you off and has to solemnly slink back to the slums all alone, wondering if any of it meant anything or if he was just going to be stuck waiting on a miracle that won't come, and have his dreams crushed for a second time

And after all that waiting for who knows how long, he gets to see that beautiful little blue dot, bigger and bigger every second. It's right there!! The sky and the sun and the clouds, right there smiling down on him. Is there any reward that quite compares to something like that?

I was looking up this picture for drawing reference purposes, and I was really struck with the fact that Momo is so much shorter than Izuru, but then it also struck me that Izuru is not that much shorter than Renji. So many horrible things happen to Izuru over the course of Bleach, but I think we often overlook the fact that when he met Renji it was like "ah yes, we are two guys" and then Izuru never grew again and Renji turned into Renji.

This is a splash page, so I thought I would see if I could find some further supporting evidence.

Exhibit B. Here, they are both very smol, but at least they are sort of equally smol.

Exhibit C. This one is very illuminating. For one thing, Momo is not nearly as small as she is in that first picture. For another, even though Renji and Izuru's head's are at roughly the same level, Renji is severely slouching, which isn't necessarily visible from a front or back shot. I love this actually, because Renji gives off the air of being very slouchy and skrunkly in his early appearances. He sort of alternates, actually, where he tends to stand up straight when he's trying to be intimidating or actually fighting, but then slouches and crouches and leans on things at other times. It's like he instinctually tries to take up less space than he actually does, except that you gotta stand up straight when Byakuya is looking at you, can you imagine having bad posture in front of Byakuya?

Anyway, Kira, I'm sorry. At least you're taller than me.

OOOHHHH I was thinking about this vaguely and decided I didn't want to figure it out at the moment lol. I could honestly see it going several different ways because I am indecisive as all heck hahaha.

Firstly, Luke decides to just GO FOR IT and asks Apollo to marry him. (In my brain their base is this one where the Professor mistook them for marrieds and so. It just makes sense. To make that a reality. He loves Apollo so so much and they have practically been married ever since Apollo moved to London to help him anyway, taking this leap for real is the next best step!!) But also Luke has just as much impulsiveness as Apollo, so it would make sense for him to get there first.

Alternatively, Apollo ends up proposing first and takes Luke completely by surprise!! (My idea for Apollo proposing is always that he ends up in some sort of situation where he just like, admits that he wants to spend the rest of his life with the one he loves. Not being one to say anything he doesn't really mean, he just then decides. Fuck it, proposal time.) Apollo proposal cannot be planned lol because if he did anything to plan then it would be a disaster. Also I live for the spontaneous realisation of "oh I want to legally bind myself to him because I really love him wow" hahaha

CHAOTIC OPTION, they're both trying to propose at the same time. Make it a real comedy of errors, as is the only natural Ace Attorney way lol. Apollo tried to follow some advice he got but his plans keep going sideways while Luke's own plan keeps getting side-stepped by Apollo's and they're both getting flustered because WHAT IS HAPPENING hahaha. This either resolves with one of them getting fed up and blurting it out or both of them going for it at the same time and then just laughing at one another. Silly and cute!!

Anyway!! Good luck figuring something out I'm sure it'll be awesome and cute no matter what it is you settle on!!! owo !!!!

its true im a tourism Hater but also i <3 tourism… often i think about what i would give as recommendations to newcomers and two things that i think are admittedly kind of insane for me to hold to my heart are these two rules: 1) i dont really give restaurant recommendations. walk into literally any place on the street and it’ll probably be good. 2) when possible go somewhere that has a 416 area code rather than a 647 or GOD FORBID a 437 number
