Woodcarving is one of those things that will always make a character better. Like, no matter how terrible they are, if someone says they headcannon that they carve things for someone they care about, immediately I like them more. Like, I fucking hate Agravaine, but if you told me that he carved Morgana something as a gift, I would be like “he spent time making something for her.” And yeah. Tell me that Uther used to make wood carvings for Ygraine before she died? Fuck yeah man, headcannon accepted. Cenred would carve little trinkets for Morgause? Seems like something he would do! Morgause making gifts for Morgana? Hell yeah! Morgana making things for Mordred and Aithusa? So fucking cute. It just makes everyone so much more likable. I can even say for other fandoms! The only thing Gilderoy Lockhart know how to do is widdle? Alright then. Goyle carves little animals for his fellow slytherins? Sure, why not?
I could go on, but I actually can’t. This is my favorite thing ever!!!!

You’ll not believe it, but Morgause, the Queen of Orkney (who my phone somehow autocorrected to Morgaud) and Morgan Le Fay are two separate characters, and sisters
You’ll also not believe it, but now it’s my turn to be blindsided because I did not watch Quest for Camelot 😔 but if you have anything to say about it I’m all ears
You can see how little I know because I was like Morgan le Fay goes by, like, fifty different names so why not Morgaud too? 😂
I feel like there's not a whole lot to say about Quest for Camelot as an Eremika au because you can just drop them in and I don't think it would change much about the plot. It's a pretty typical family adventure with a little bit of romance and plenty of musical numbers. They have the full film with ads on YouTube (in the US, at least). Watching it was so nostalgic. Movies aren't like that anymore. But yeah. The bad guys use magic to fuse themselves with weapons and try to take over Camelot. It's good shit

Oh gosh, I was actually spitballing with that Arthurian legend ask, since the Matter of Britain does not offer a lot in terms of good romance and couples. Everything is tragic but I don’t think it fits eremika all that well? Since Guinevere cheated on Arthur with Lancelot we are at crossroads here, and from the top of my head Arthur’s only other partner was his (bear with me here) half-sister Morgaud, and only in certain versions of the legend.
This is the price I pay for crossing all the lines and trying to make Eren British
This is where the totality of my knowledge of King Arthur comes from:
1. Reading the Mists of Avalon in high school
2. Watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail
3. Watching the Sword and the Stone as a child
4. Eating at Round Table Pizza many times
So, as I mentioned, I'm very limited here. So I was aware of the whole Morgana/Morgaine/Morgaud/Morgan Le Fay half siblings hookup and the Guinevere/Lancelot affair from the book, and yeah. None of that quite fits Eremika (unless we want to embrace the step sibling allegations from that side of the fandom and make them Arthur and M). But yeah. They're not an easy fit.
HOWEVER! What about Quest for Camelot, the 1998 animated film? I didn't include it in my list because it really has nothing to do with actual Arthurian Legend but suppose we gender bent Eremika and made Eren Kayley, the brunette farm girl longing for adventure, and Mikasa could be Gareth, the blind, talented hermit that lives in the forbidden forest? Featuring Carla as Kayley's mother, Sasha and Connie as the two headed dragon, Armin as King Arthur, and Floch as the evil redhead? 🤔
