Dante sees this and loudly train honks, catching everyone’s attention.

whenever I see someone arguing about how buddy daddies isn't queer and people who think it is are ruining the anime for others I just go 🤨 for well... obvious reasons of how tf enjoying the show through queer lens would ruin it but also because how do these people think the show will end?? like... genuinely, how do you think this slice of life with two men each with hard past and trauma raising a daughter together which forces them to confront said traumas and grow as individuals and partners (let's also ignore the ambiguous connotations of using this word and history of using if we must) is going to end? cause obviously it's going to end with this imperfect makeshift family creating their home together and staying together. loving and supporting each other in their own ways for years to come. these two men raising Miri together, completely comfortable in this home they've created and existing together, completely fine with no other romantic relationships in their lives spending their years together as parents. just saying that's...that's pretty gay of them you know? and honestly even if you argue about it and pull two friends can raise a child together card... this anime still provides so much wholesome and good content for queer community in such basic ways "our bank account", "you think work's more important than our kid?!", Miri saying she loves having two dads, "these are our genes at work" and much more... just a lot of positivity all around so it's no wonder queer community is enjoying watching it, read their relationship as queer and take comfort from the show? and there is really nothing wrong with that especially when as I said we all know it will end with heart-warming closure of this found family being happy and together

Absolutely, behold:

Her name is Nugget- she thinks she is a person because she is imprinted on humans! Her older sibling was unfortunately...eaten, I suspect...by mom, so I stole her as she hatched the next day.

I didn't have an incubator for her since I expected the hen to take care of things, so I had to make do. Since she was a single chick, she would cry constantly if nobody was there, so we carried her around everywhere. At the time, I was on summer break for uni so I could spend all day with her. A week or so later, we picked up some more chicks at the store to keep her company, but at that point, she was already attached. She is a Serama so is very small!

First one is when she was getting her first feathers :)

She comes when called, flies and perches on people when she sees them (has jumped a mailman), gets in my car when I try to leave for work, and runs in the house when the door is opened. She will also sit at the door and scream until you let her in...and is VERY loud. The mentioned lockscreen photo is this:

Considering her literary source, Ryoshu probably had (has? eh not likely) a kid, though for the life of me I really can't imagine Ryoshu being married or even in a relationship to anyone; so I'm thinking either she got knocked up in a fling or something or Yuzuki (also: Yoshika in other sources) would turn out to be a child Ryoshu randomly picked up for one reason or another, or maybe the kid just started following this terrifying swordswoman with a thing for gore art around to the point Ryoshu goes "Alright. YMDN."

so i asked her why get them in the first place and she yelled at me sayin that she got them cause the store didn't had any eggs cause of the virus which that's her excuse 😢, which i don't want them to take me out for my dumb bday

Me @ the local exotic bird fair: I'm way too white for this -- oh *gasp* ITS A CHICKEN *immediately bypasses the emus and parrots to see the modern game bantams and old english games in the back*

#my bird talk #its one of those things were you look around and go well someone is the odd one out #it was me #I'm very obviously white super white and woman-presenting #in a large exhibit hall of hispanic and se asian men #it didn't particularly bother me - I mean I lived in Korea for 3 years but I found it funny #the funniest part to me is the chicken sellers were also white women 😂 and they were the only white vendors other than the supply table #white women and hispanic men - biggest fans of chickens unite #I've actually purchased birds from the mom in the mom-daughter duo before #I desperately wanted those chickens tho #and the old english games in the table next to them #2 of my 3 fave chicken breeds the 3rd being sebrights #sadly I purchased 2 diamond doves and that's it #I wanted new colors/blood on the doves and 1-2 button quail roosters #but I was too slow on the button quails and someone else got them while I was buying a dove #next year after I build a bigger aviary and sell most of my canaries I'll try some finches #the new owners of the bird show must be allowing poultry/gamebirds now #b/c there were 2 chicken booths and coturnix and bobwhites and pheasants and mandarin ducks #usually the only birds like that you'd see would maybe be a pair of fancy pigeons or some ringneck doves #the only thing I don't like about that is chickens and ducks carry a lot of yucky things #like theses birds all looked very well taken care of b/c they were clearly showbirds #but I don't know how much vetting they do of the vendors and all it takes is one sick bird

s/o to my other emotionally backwards peeps. if something devastating happens to me I won't cry even in the moment. but for the next several months any happy or emotional thing in a movie or TV show or YouTube video will make me sob. it's related. I can also get sad and have a sobbing episode but that usually involves hyperventilating and wailing and makes me so empty and tired after. so I keep those to a minimum and it's usually only possible if I'm tripping or drinking.
