SPECIES: Gifted Human*

AGE: 22 { Current }, 15 { Pre-Mafia / Fifteen }, 16 { Stormbringer },
D.O.B.: April 29th, 20XX
HOMETOWN / BIRTHPLACE: Hiraizumi, Nishiiwai District, Iwate Prefecture, Tōhoku Region, Honshu, Japan
NATIONALITY: Japanese
APPEARANCE / STYLE: Chuuya is an attractive young man with a petite, yet muscular build, possessing striking gray-blue eyes that sometimes appear violet but most often are a very intense clear blue or storm cloud gray { it varies heavily on his current mood, the lighting & even what he’s wearing } & bright reddish orange hair that frames his face in layered waves that graze his cheekbones & fall to his neck, with a longer section that falls just past his left shoulder. He is rather short, only standing at about 5’3”. Typically seen in dark, lavish attire as a testament to his haughty attitude & refined taste, his usual outfit consists of: a dark top hat with a red decorative band & a thin silver chain that hangs over the brim, white button up shirts under a dark red vest or waistcoat, a black leather choker with a silver buckle that fastens at his throat, & a black ribbon bolo tie held together with a small silver buckle, an open black cropped jacket with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, black dress slacks, a black belt hanging off his right hip & polished black dress shoes. He is almost always seen wearing black leather gloves, as these are a necessity for keeping his ability in check from an emotional standpoint. Chuuya also sports a long black coat with light-colored lining & lapels that he wears around his shoulders like a cape. The undercoat is a light shade of red.
Outside of work his outfits are typically still quite stylish except for when he is purposefully trying to blend in. With his flamboyant tastes, Chuuya has no shortage of appreciation for good clothes, jewellery & even makeup, frequently sporting dark eyeliner & foundation/concealer as well as nail polish, something he is whole heartedly unabashed about. When he was still a teenager, Chuuya lacked any sort of personal style or even taste in décor as a result of his lack of personal identity. At home on a casual night in he’ll wear nice sweaters with jeans, or t-shirts & his underwear, often foregoing his accessories such as his hat in favour of wearing his hair up in a loose ponytail.
PERSONALITY: On the surface, Chuuya is a temperamental, arrogant, rude & blunt young man. He appears to revel in fighting to an unnatural degree, is always pleased at a chance to show off his unparalleled martial arts skills & fearsome gravity-warping ability, & taking great pride in his reputation as the mafia's most formidable unarmed combatant. Taunting & prideful, as he isn't above ridiculing his opponents in the middle of a fight. As an Executive, he also has few qualms with eliminating the Port Mafia's enemies by any means necessary, including murder; however, he isn't nearly as homicidal in his tactics as other members tend to be. For as hot-headed as he may appear, Chuuya isn't completely unable to be reasoned with. In fact, he's rather reasonable when no one is pushing his buttons. While his skills & presence signal an inherent threat, he's reliable enough for Mori to assign him the task of confronting the Armed Detective Agency during the three-way conflict involving the Guild. Although it's true that he didn't hesitate to retaliate & fight back against Yosano & Miyazawa - taking pleasure in fighting against those with recognizable skill - but as soon as Fukuzawa addresses him for more info, Chuuya disengages from battle. Ruthless though he may be, Chuuya seldom takes people's lives for granted & knows the importance of compromise & rationality. He refrains from unnecessarily brutal methods when need-be, & has enough sense to know when enough is enough. He does not torture for pleasure, but only for information, & he derives no personal enjoyment from it. Notable instances include his conflict with Rimbaud. Chuuya fully intended to kill him, but heard Rimbaud's last words without malice. In fact, Rimbaud's final words for him had a deep effect on Chuuya's own outlook on life & himself. He receives Rimbaud's hat as an entry gift to the Port Mafia & takes good care of the hat as a result.
After Osamu Dazai "mercy killed" an enemy, only to repeatedly shoot & laugh unhinged at the corpse, Chuuya demanded he stop, seeing it as senseless given a corpse cannot feel. Chuuya's grudge against Sakaguchi does not stop him from acknowledging the fact he owes the man a favor, & as such refrains from antagonizing Ango until he can repay his debt. That is another notable trait of his; Chuuya hates to owe anyone his gratitude & as such makes notable effort to repay others as quickly as he can, out of a sense of obligation. Just as Chuuya took his responsibility defending Sheep's well-being from their enemies, this holds true for his loyalty & devotion to Port Mafia after joining. So as reasonable as he may be, his top priority is Port Mafia's prosperity & well-being, thus nothing will stop him from fulfilling his responsibilities as an Executive even at the cost of other's lives. Fierce in his loyalties, Chuuya finds betrayal intolerable & treats his subordinates quite well. In the past, Chuuya struggled greatly with his identity & place in humanity. His connection to Arahabaki ended in him questioning how human he truly was, worsened by not knowing the truth behind why he was freed from the government's possession in the first place.
While his strength lies in his ability, the awareness of a god's effects on him left him feeling as though he wouldn't feel worried in a fight, knowing he'd most certainly win. He attributed this to being - in his mind - inhuman, & thus unable to understand the depth of such emotions. In order to give himself a sense of restraint, he preferred kicking largely over throwing fists, never even removing his gloves. He figured if he came to a fight where he had to remove his gloves, it was because he could no longer enjoy the rush of a battle, & genuinely needed to defend himself - in other words feeling an attachment to the life he lived, even if he felt like a foreign soul in a shell, rather than a human being. This holds true to the present, as Chuuya’s only seen removing his gloves when using Corruption in dire moments. The Sheep's betrayal affected him greatly, alongside Port Mafia's direct involvement in uncovering the truth of his origins, but ultimately led to his loyalty in them. The drive for learning more about himself contributed largely to his rise in rank, much faster than anticipated. Chuuya’s ultimate downfall is his intense disdain for Dazai. The two never got along, with Chuuya instantly hating Dazai's underhanded, warped strategic personality. Dazai has always gone out of his way to dehumanize & ridicule Chuuya, constantly attacking his pride & even driving Sheep to abandon & betray him in the past. Even now, the slightest insult from Dazai will set Chuuya off on a tangent, taking full advantage of his quick temper & pride. This makes it easy to distract Chuuya from tasks at hand. Nonetheless, as part of Twin Dark's nature, Chuuya acknowledges Dazai's role as the tactician, extending minimal trust in at least knowing that Dazai knows how to effectively overcome a situation. Because of this, despite their frequent friction, Chuuya trusts Dazai despite his betrayals, & even shows concern for him when the latter was seemingly mortally wounded by Lovecraft.
While using Corruption, Chuuya undergoes a drastic change in personality, being driven completely insane as he is overwhelmed by the urge to mindlessly destroy his surroundings, which seems to cause him no small amount of pleasure. Unfortunately, Chuuya is not lucid in this state & is unable to care for his own health, rampaging even while bleeding profusely as Corruption breaks down his body. Understandably, Chuuya does not speak while using Corruption, as he is seemingly incapable of higher thought or reasoning beyond destroying everything & anything in his path
BIOGRAPHY: Once upon a time, there was a god named Arahabaki - a Japanese 'guest god' of uncertain origin who was shrouded in mystery, confusion & false history. Scholars only agreed on the fact that the deity was one of calamity, destruction, prowess & defiance. At some point, the Japanese government not only managed to discover the being, but also seal it away in a secret facility somehow. How they managed it is unknown, but they used it as part of a series of experiments using abilities & otherworldly entities together - ultimately creating artificial abilities. Arthur Rimbaud infiltrated the facility, attempting to steal Arahabaki. He failed, only removing its seal. Without the seal, Arahabaki was freed & destroyed the facility, forming the mysterious crater that would become Suribachi City. Between Illuminations' interference & the seal, Arahabaki ceased to exist as a calamitous god, now harboring its power & existence inside Chuuya. As a result of merging with the god, Chuuya lost all memory of who he was prior to the age of seven. He was aware enough of the fact he was Arahabaki, but not how or why the merge took place, or what he was doing in the facility to begin with. As a result, much of his youth was spent trying to find answers, something that would ultimately lead to him joining the Port Mafia at the age of fifteen.
But, who was he before that? Where did he come from? Well, the answer may be more complicated than one might think...
Kashimura Chuuya was born as the third of eventually six children, to a couple in a small town in Northeast Japan, with an older brother & sister before him & a sister born just after him. His father, a prominent military doctor, was elated at the birth of a pair of twins, & growing up the two were inseparable. It was quickly evident that the boy was... different. Somewhat sickly, he went through periods of lethargy followed by boundless energy for which he was medicated, although they came with side effects such as mood swings & occasional dizziness. Intelligent & well spoken by the time he was four, Chuuya was quickly declared a near-prodigy in terms of his development, quickly outpacing his siblings. He had an incredibly sweet disposition, but on his fifth birthday something... changed. The boy was incredibly unhappy at having to spend his birthday at home with family due to his sister being ill, instead of a party, & attempted to go off on his on. He was promptly punished by having his (unopened) gifts taken away for the remainder of the week, to which the boy threw the mother of all temper tantrums, the likes of which his parents had not previously witnessed. It was fine... until it wasn’t.
Suddenly, the young redhead shoved away from the chair he was sitting in & rather than hitting the floor, it proceeded to go flying into the wall. His family was, understandably, shocked & somewhat terrified, as was Chuuya. Of course the Kashimuras were aware of Abilities, but no one they knew personally had ever displayed them before. His father was quick to usher the boy away to explain what had happened to him, & also warn him NOT to use this gift under any circumstances, that abilities were dangerous & would lead to bad things happening. Chuuya’s parents grew more strict with him after this, for reasons he couldn’t understand, to the point he was spurred into rebellion by their adamant denial of his power. His twin caught him once &, jealous, threatened to tattle on him but he managed to persuade her otherwise by bribing her with candy & offering to entertain her with it when their parents weren’t home. Despite his initial fear, the child thought it was fantastic though - who wouldn’t want to have a special gift?? So he proceeded to use it in private, refusing to take the warnings seriously.
Until one day he collapsed right in the middle of school lunch while showing off to some of his friends. He was quickly rushed to the nearest hospital - the one his father worked at, coincidentally - & that was when everything turned upside down.
The now five & a half year old was subjected to a barrage of tests & exams which came to a terrible conclusion. He had a debilitating disease, which turned out to be a severely mutated form of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. It had already been developing over the course of about two years, but had rapidly mutated for unknown reasons. He had, if lucky, maybe 16 months to live. His family was devastated. While he was hospitalized, Chuuya’s parents discussed at length what they should do, with many tears & yelling matches involved. They knew modern medicine would only prolong the inevitable, maybe ease his pain, but they would still lose him eventually. His father hesitated, but eventually told his wife there might be people who can help. He contacted his former coworkers in another region of Japan & explained the situation, disclosing Chuuya’s ‘gift’ in the process. They were eager to meet.
A special division for the Ministry of Defense was working on many projects, many of which included Ability users as an aftermath of the War. But they’d also made fantastic progress with their studies that proved Ability users were far more physical strong & resilient than normal human beings, assuming their gifts were properly honed. They convinced Ken they could possibly save his son, if he would trust them. Doing so was the biggest mistake of his life.
The doctors put the sick boy through an almost literal hell. He was promptly moved away from home, his parents following after securing family that could take care of his siblings. Chuuya was put through near endless tests; brain scans, X-rays, blood drawing, invasive physical exams & constant questions. At first he was a willing participant. He didn’t want to die, & he hated seeing how terribly sad his parents were as his health continued to decline. The medicine did help, & during the brief time away from the labs. However, using his ability as part of their ‘bargain’ to be included in the experimental medicine was taking its toll on him. He was tired all the time, & sore, & scared. The medicine had horrific side effects, including artificially inducing Osteoporosis & wide spread muscle pain which they then had to treat because he couldn’t use his ability if he couldn’t even get out of bed. The treatment for that was especially foul. Mere moments after it entered his IV, he vomited, & spent the next three days writhing from the severe bone pain the treatment caused, which is nearly impossible to manage because bone pain is so hard to negate.
When he finally exited his feverish, nauseous, agony ridden state he grabbed his father’s hand & begged him to make it stop, he didn’t want anymore, just let him die. His father, wracked with guilt, & realizing this was no life for a child, asked if there were other options, end of life treatment, he couldn’t stand to see his little boy suffer so much. He came to the chilling realization he made a horrible error in judgement when he was promptly stonewalled & forbidden access to any details about his son on account of the waiver & contract he signed, & that he had in essence made the Japanese military his son’s legal guardian for the sake of treating him. His visits got fewer & fewer as they continued to block access. Then, one day, when he went to visit Chuuya he was denied entry altogether, prompting him to become physical & call for his son. His stomach sank when he heard Chuuya screaming in fear, “NO! NO MORE NEEDLES! NO MORE DRUGS! NO, STOP IT! MAMA! DADDY! IT HURTS IT HURTS! MAKE THEM STOP!”
Confidentiality be damned, he attempted to force his way into the room & was promptly knocked unconscious with a sergeant's baton & detained.
Upon waking up, he was met with a three day involuntary psychiatric hold, & when asked on what grounds, was told that he had - supposedly - threatened to commit suicide after the death of his son.
They showed him a forged death certificate for Chuuya saying he passed that day, at 7 years old, stating the cause was as a result of his disease. He couldn’t believe it, refused to. Demanded to see his son. He was refused. The disease could be infectious (bullshit), they had to do an autopsy, he’d agreed to donate the body. All he was given was a very realistic photograph of his son’s corpse, condolences, & a one way ticket home where he was promptly blacklisted from military medicine. They fought for their son, they truly did. But everyone was convinced they were crazy, in denial. The government wouldn’t hold a sick boy hostage. Eventually they were forced to move, & had to pretend to grieve the ‘tragic’ loss of their son while knowing he had most likely been murdered & move forward for the sake of their remaining children. His father became a shell of his former self, the children riddled with anxiety - especially anytime one of them got so much as a common cold. His twin sister took it the worst; on her 17th birthday she told her parents she knew it had been 10 years, that she could only faintly remember the sound of his voice because she’d been so young, but she still felt as though a piece of her was missing.
His mother never stopped waiting for the day where her little boy would walk through the door, aged 7 - 20, she waited, hoping & praying he would somehow find them & just come home.
Unbeknownst to the outside world, the boy had lived. He’d lived, the experimentation disguised as tests had succeeded in - seemingly permanently - ridding him of his illness. But, as he was legally dead, there was nothing stopping them from continuing their work with the creation of artificial abilities, & their search for the perfect vessel to house them. Eventually, they were able to successfully cloning & growing genetically identical copies of their subjects, almost all of them ending in failure due to the instability of the DNA & the clashing of the Ability program. Eventually, they got it right, due to creating a code that could successfully trick the Ability into latching onto the ‘soul’ of the clone.
Arahabaki, the deity-god, ready to be implanted.
That was when foreign government agents caused it to be unleashed by breaking its seal, & in the resulting calamity, it became merged with the body of the 7 year old that survived.
Now, whether that child was the original Chuuya Kashimura or the clone was impossible to tell: the explosion destroyed every record in that facility on the outskirts of Yokohama, & erased the nearly entire memory of the child. Upon stepping out of the crater he knew only three things: his given name, his age, & that the raging anger inside of his head was a god. With no memories & no personality beyond that, the boy was left with no answers, to fend for himself. After almost five years on his own, the twelve year old met a small group of younger kids calling themselves the Sheep, who quickly ‘adopted’ him as one of their own when they saw what he could do. He considered them his responsibility at that point, they were almost certain to get themselves killed with how brash they were. But, hey, it was... nice to feel like he was wanted.
Unfortunately, all good things come to an end, as a mere three years later that bond was ended with a poisoned knife in his gut & a broken heart to show for it. That was when he embraced the Port Mafia.
The following year, he was 16, his supposedly older brother Verlaine came to ‘take’ him, vowing to kill everybody Chuuya cared for in order to prove he is not human & only they can understand one another. To do this, Verlaine first murdered the Flags, the only real friends Chuuya had ever truly had up to that point, who went out of their way to defy the Boss’s orders & help him learn about his past as a ‘gift’ to celebrate the one year anniversary of the day he joined the Port Mafia. To say this had a profound impact on the teenager is putting it mildly, & the loss of his newfound family is something he still feels to this day whenever he thinks about it. In doing this, Verlaine all but obliterated any chance he had to gain a little brother in Chuuya, who though understanding his motivations, could never quite bring himself to forgive him, refusing to believe such a traumatic experience could be inflicted out of love.
Before the experiments, much of Chuuya’s backstory is unknown to him, assuming the Chuuya at the facility was indeed a clone & not the real one. He has been able to piece together some of it. Such as the fact that he/the ‘real’ Chuuya was apparently quite ill, & his biological family may or may not have sold or given him away to the Department of Defense secretly in order to be experimented on, knowing he was going to die anyways. Whether he was naturally gifted or not before the experiments, he isn’t sure, nor does he care to find out any longer. He knows now who he is, & where he belongs, & there’s nothing left to say about it.
FAMILY: Kashimura Fukumi { Biological Mother }, Kashimura Kensuke { Biological Father }, Kashimura Shizuka { Biological Older Sister }, Kashimura Souta { Biological Older Brother }, Kashimura Chiaki { Biological Twin Sister }, Kashimura Hana { Biological Younger Sister }, Kashimura Haruki { Biological Younger Brother }.
SUPERNATURAL ABILITY: Chuuya’s Ability is called Upon the Tainted Sorrow. With this gift, he is able to manipulate the gravity of any object or individual he gets in contact with. As such, he can change the direction & force of gravity from its standard downward 1G force, as long as the matter is touched somewhere with his body. Chuuya typically uses his ability for offensive purposes. He can manipulate physical matter from the surrounding area, such as the ground he is in, to use as his weapon & launch at his opponents, crushing them with the force-enhanced matter. Regardless of its size, the object can inflict massive destructive force when its gravity is altered to a greater strength & force. He can also stop bullets shot at him & deflect them back to their sources. Moreover, Chuuya can directly control people's physical gravities. When manipulating his opponents' gravities, he can immobilize their movements by making their bodies heavy or light enough to render them incapacitated. For instance, he can make them levitate by lightening their masses & immediately plunge them to the ground with a heavy force.
He can also manipulate his own gravity as he deems fit. He can decrease his body's gravity to lighten his mass while attacking at high speed; as a result, his kicks released at high speed can pierce through his targets with the weight of an iron ball. In addition, he can control his gravity & allow himself to sprint at overwhelming speeds and reflexes without losing momentum. Chuuya can also manipulate his gravity that can allow him to stand upside down on the ceiling, ride his motorcycle sideways on the face of a building, & even walk on an airborne plane's flap with relative ease. Notably, his ability is quite incompatible with Ryūrō Hirotsu's repulsion ability, as Chuuya can control the force of matter upon contact, while Hirotsu can apply an opposite force relative to the contact surface. Moreover, since Upon the Tainted Sorrow is fundamentally anchored on the laws of gravity to function, it has a natural weakness to Arthur Rimbaud's subspaces which do not adhere to the laws of physics. As such, Chuuya cannot defend himself against Rimbaud's massless spatial waves, nor can he easily utilize his ability as he usually does in the natural, physical setting. Furthermore, like all other abilities, Osamu Dazai can nullify Chuuya's ability upon contact.
Corruption is the true form of Chuuya's ability and is exceedingly dangerous. This ability allows him to manipulate the gravitons in his surroundings. By increasing his own density, he is capable of crushing a tank with his bare hands. He is also able to shoot balls of compressed gravity that act like black holes that swallow anything. However, he has no control over his Ability's true form; he will continue in that state if his Ability is not nullified until he dies. It is activated with the following phrase: “ Oh Grantors of Dark Disgrace, you need not wake me again. ” Corruption stems from Chuuya’s origins as the vessel to the entity Arahabaki, an ancient God of immense destructive power. When Chuuya releases his stability over said powers, Corruption takes over, essentially reverting Chuuya to his true, uncontrollable nature existing solely for destruction. Paying homage to his own philosophies, Chuuya removes his gloves when activating Corruption.
Following his physical separation from Arahabaki, Chuuya is no longer able to use Corruption unless he is in Arahabaki’s presence as it requires physical contact with him while relaying the spoken verse. On the bright side, it means he no longer requires Dazai to be there to stop him since Ara is able to stop Corruption at will, but it’s a moot point as Chuuya is honestly relieved about this, & more than happy to never use it again unless an absolute last resort as a result of the toll it takes on him.
STRENGTHS / TALENTS: While not a certified child prodigy like Dazai, Chuuya is an incredibly intelligent ( if temperamental ) man who has an aptitude for quickly learning & picking up new skills. Following Suribachi, he taught himself to read with stolen or donated books, though his ability to write remained subpar until the Mafia, & he was an excellent self taught physical combatant, able to hold his own against fighters with much greater experience such as Hirotsu, & as well as thinking quick on his feet & digesting new information, such as when he was told of Dazai’s ability & kicked him to force him to let go of Chuuya at the last second, rendering the older mafioso’s attack null by dodging it. He is unanimously the best unarmed combatant the Port Mafia has ever seen, having mastered more than a dozen different fighting styles which he’s combined into his own unique form of combat.
As a result of Kouyou’s mentorship, Chuuya is knowledgable & highly appreciated of the fine arts, calligraphy, proper dinner etiquette including tea ceremonies & business transactions. He is fluent in several languages including regional Japanese dialects, English, Spanish, French, Swedish, Italian, Chinese, Russian, & German, thanks to multiple international missions. He’s also semi fluent in Latin & classical Greek. Given it was his job in the Port Mafia for a decent while, Chuuya has an excellent understanding of gemstones, minerals, jewellery & metals as part of his position in the ‘black market jewels’, & can instantly tell a genuine piece from a forgery as well as estimating its value & origin.
Due to the physical experiments he was put through, Chuuya is shown to have above average - bordering on superhuman - strength, speed, stamina & reflexes, as he is able to easily hit hard enough to decimate a concrete pillar or wall with his fist even without the use of his ability. Chuuya is also an adept tactician & commander over his men, caring for them on a personal level to which he takes into consideration their personal abilities & directs them accordingly.
WEAKNESSES: By far, Chuuya’s greatest weakness is the fact that is all too *mortal* body is unable to handle the full destructive force of a godly being's powers; when Corruption is unleashed, it quickly wrestles away his self control & begins eating away at his physical form, he is completely unable to control it. In a more general sense, Chuuya is not so above it all that he is without human flaws; he is incredibly haughty, temperamental & cocky. Nothing pisses him off or baits him quicker than a challenge, & although he’s mellowed out quite a bit with maturity, the fastest way to devolve him into a screaming teenager again is to bring up Dazai in his presence or in any way imply he is inferior to his former partner. Dazai himself is excellent at pushing every one of Chuuya’s sore spots & has made a fool out of him more than once with this tactic, as had Ranpo at one point. Chuuya is also quite self conscious about his appearance, particularly his height & slender build, & is easy to anger when it’s brought up, as well as his perceived lack of humanity. A recreational drinker, Chuuya is prone to strong depressive episodes in recent years, tending to push himself too hard & take failure - especially ones with casualties - extremely poorly. It wouldn’t be a stretch to classify him a functional alcohol that copes with his negative feelings by fighting & drinking.
Chuuya has moderate to severe Claustraphobia as a result of the labratory restraints / MRIs & some of Mori’s more creative disciplinary tactics (’exposure therapy’ via sensory deprivation tank) in an effort to help him get over these weaknesses. It did not help, rather it only made his anxiety around feeling trapped much more severe to the point he will now suffer panic attacks if he feels too closed in to somewhere he can’t easily escape from.
RELATIONSHIPS / ROMANTIC INTERESTS: N/A ( Verse Dependent ), Ara ( Post - Dead Apple ), Dazai Osamu ( ‘It’s Complicated’ / Verse Dependent ).
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Demiromantic Homosexual
QUIRKS / HABITS: Tilting his head & smirking, tugging on his choker, smoking when stressed, using his ability to move objects when feeling lazy, flicking the longer section of his hair over his shoulder, avoiding eye contact when especially emotional / upset.
HOBBIES / INTERESTS: Alcohol (particularly expensive fine wines), music, writing (especially poetry), shopping, fine art, style & men’s fashion, getting into brawls especially with powerful Ability users, minerals / gemstones & geology, jewellery, cooking, honing his martial arts & fighting techniques, spending time at his friends’ graves. Clubbing, casual sex (sometimes), lavish Mafia parties, reading, learning languages, war & battle strategy / tactics. Likes to work out in his free time as well as tinker with & tapering Albatross’ his bike.
DISLIKES: Dazai Osamu*, unnecessary or excessive violence / casualties during missions or interrogation, being called short or referred to with derogatory terms, wasted wine, seeking medical treatments of any sort, taking medication, having blood drawn, needles, hospitals, etc. Losing people especially close friends or subordinates he feels responsible for. Having to use Corruption. Arahabaki refusing to shut the fuck up in his head with his loud angry screaming.
SCHOOL: N/A
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Yokohama City
OCCUPATION: Port Mafia Executive
FRIENDS / AFFILIATION: The Port Mafia; The Flags { Deceased }; The Sheep { Former - Disbanded }.
RELIGION / BELIEFS: Apatheism
VEHICLE(S): Chuuya rides a heavily customized Ducati 1299 Panigale, which is worth about $70k after all the modifications he made to it. He also has a much more precious bike that belonged to Albatross, who gifted it to him right before he died; Chuuya takes much better care of this one & usually only takes it out for a ride when he needs to clear his head or he’s visiting the Flags’ graves.
POSSESSIONS: Chuuya’s most prized possessions are the fedora style hat given to him by Mori which previously belonged to Rimbaud, & a small pocket album comprised of any & all photos he could find that included the Flags in them which he cherishes. Also, his choker which is genuine black leather with a silver buckle, & a staple of his every day appearance.

Hii my beauties 💋 !!
So, about two months ago I’ve been invited by The Mani Pedi Spa to try out their services, I’ve tried their services before so it wasn’t all completely new for me, but this time things went differently, ever since I’ve tried it, I didn’t switch back, and, on this post, I will share why.
First of all, I’m a perfectionist, and especially when it comes to my nails, I need my nails to look prim and proper ALL THE TIME, because of that, I always go for gel polish (the one that lasts a really long time). I tried other brand polishes, which, to be honest, has left my nails weak, at The Mani Pedi Spa they use CND Shellac, which is known for being gentle on the nails, compared to other gel polishes. So I tried it and let me tell you that ever since I tried Shellac Polish, my nails have become stronger because, with this polish you don’t need to file the nails as much, so the removal process for Shellac is not as harsh on the nails, as it is for other brands that I have tried, so that is a MAJOR PLUS POINT for me.
Now their colour selection, OH MY GODDDD, they have soooo many colours to choose from, that if you haven’t pre-selected you colour, you will definitely be confused on which one to choose and they are all from the same brand, so the quality of polish is consistent throughout, which is a major yay. I absolutely hate when you like a polish formula and then you cannot find the colour that you want in that formula, that just breaks my heart. And here you won’t feel that way.
Now, beautiful colours and types of polishes don’t mean much if you don’t get a good service, right? A good quality service is just as important as good polishes, and from what I have seen and experienced thus far, is that the ladies over there treat you really well, they take care of you, they consider your preferences, and much more. One thing that really made me happy is that they don’t rush you out, as in, when they are working on you, they don’t rush the service to take the next person, they are very attentive, patient and friendly.
And if you don’t like how your nails turned out, they will make sure to do them just the way you like them, like I said, they are very considerate of your preferences.
I did my nails with a few girls, and my favourite is Jaqueline, one of the first times I did with her, I explained how I wanted my nails, like I said before, I am very specific about my nails, and she did accordingly and my nails turned out just how I like them, as you can see from the pictures.
Another thing that I like about Mani Pedi Spa is that they open on Sundays, most of the nail places don’t open on Sundays, and for us that work during the week and only have free time on the weekends to do our nails is a major win, so, the fact that they open on Sundays is another major plus for me (even though I always try to squeeze in a weekday appointment, just so I can sleep on the weekends).
Mani Pedi Spa also has a Hair side, which is called the Hair Spa, I am not going to be talking about their services on this post, I will dedicate another post to that, but I am sharing this just in case any of you wanted to try their hair services out.
Well guys, these are my thoughts and what I experienced on The Mani Pedi Spa, I’ve really enjoyed and am still enjoying their services and I would definitely recommend, especially my lovely girl Jaqueline.
