🍨 [ICE CREAM] How does your OC compose themselves in stressful situations?

Vyr: Vyr just goes quiet, and puts all his energy into focusing and getting himself through whatever is going on, whether it's life or death or an exceptionally crowded marketplace.

Jo'safiir: Measuring his breathing is what Jo'safiir usually does, but if he's Very stressed he may need a second to just close his eyes and try to clear his mind. If he's not able to do that he just powers through as best he can. But he's not very good at maintaining his composure past a certain point and becomes visibly stressed-tensing up, tail flicking side to side, ears lowering, things of thay nature.

🥤 [PARTY CUP] How does your OC feel about drama? Do they start any themselves?

Vyr: He hates it tbh, and tries to stay out of it. Thankfully his loved ones don't start shit like, ever, so it's not that hard XD

Jo'safiir: My man is a HUGE gossip. Jo'safiir doesn't start any drama himself but he loooooves hearing about it! He is absolutely aware of All workplace drama that goes on at the College. And some of the drama that goes on with the students as well.

🍁 [MAPLE LEAF] What is your OC's favourite season? Why and what do they do during it?

Vyr: He loves winter! Vyr thrives in the cold and he loves how the snow looks and feels. I feel like maybe that's a bit too on the nose for a snow elf, but eh, he's a lil chilly boy! I headcanon that snow elves have a fondness for winter anyways, along with lots of festivals and celebrations during it. Vyr definitely tries to keep them alive, and also learns what modern day Falmer do to celebrate the cold months. But besides that he looooves playing in the snow. Running around in it n making snowmen, dragging Serana into snowball fights, things like that!

Jo'safiir: He loves spring time the most! Sure in Winterhold there isn't a huge difference and it's still bitterly cold and snowy. But the sun being out there does wonders for him, and so does being able to see some plants blooming. Plus while he was traveling with Ko'jiirah he loves seeing plants bloom! :3 he doesn't really do much to celebrate and there aren't too many springtime activities he can do since he's bad in the cold. But he has a little garden inside his quarters and definitely keeps seasonal plants in it!

Thanks for the questions ! I picked Vulon, Vyrthaal, Jo'safiir, and Sethsa for these :3 I managed to Not ramble way too much thankfully lmao ;w;

☆ Skyrim Asks HERE ☆

7) What non-combat skill do they excel at?

Vulon: Vulon is Very good at sneakin' around, and is really good at talking its way through things so its Speech Skill is very high as well :> Its also really good with restoration magic, which tends to surprise people! As for non-gameplay stuff it's really good at cooking and mending clothes (and when it dies it spends a lot of time studying various art forms and such).

Vyrthaal: Vyrthaal is also pretty sneaky but he excels the most in blacksmithing and enchanting (and while Vyr usually uses archery for combat he's also just Really Fucking Good At It and can do fancy tricks and is a good hunter bc of it + he's good at Being Sneaky). He's decent at alchemy thanks to Kili teaching him, and very skilled at restoration magic (though he also uses the sun-based restoration spells in combat). Non-gameplay he is Also very good at cooking! He's also good at Embroidery and making clothes :3

Jo'safiir: Jo'safiir is the sort to argue that all schools of magicka can be used perfectly well outside of combat Including destruction so I'm gonna say. That lmao. Non game play things: cooking AND baking (Vyr and Vulon are both 2 impatient to bake well) as well as knitting and crochet!

Sethsa: Stealth, speech, lockpicking, and illusion are my girl's best skills!! She's also very good at baking (all my ocs are good at some kind of food making/preparation can u tell lmao) and an excellent story teller!

12) Who are they closest to?

Vulon: Lord Boethiah, Serana, and Sissel. It is also close to the Dawnguard in that it fought alongside them and considers them all its siblings-in-arms and trusts them with its life in combat.

Vyrthaal: Kili, Serana, and of course his moms and their Stronghold, as well as Kili's hive!

Jo'aafiir: Ko'jiirah, Miraak, Boltu, and his entire family (though all except for Ra'sava live in Elsewyr). He also grows pretty close to his mortal biological father, Jo'iq, after a while.

Sethsa: Deathcry, Rune, Chal, Boltu, Karliah, and Brynjolf are her closest loved ones, but she cares deeply for the rest of the Guild as well! She's just not *close* to them, u kno?

16) Did they feel sympathy for any villains they came into contact with? If so, who and why?

Vulon: It did for Miraak. It saw itself in him just As it knew Miraak saw himself in it. Vulon wished it could have worked with Miraak more instead of both of them "knowing" they were fated to kill each other. It knows Miraak, for all his pride and boasting, is just as traumatized and fucked up as it is just in different ways.

Vyrthaal: Also Miraak, because he can't stand the thought of anyone forced to serve any being, Daedric or otherwise, against their will.

Jo'safiir: I don't think any, really. Like yes he's married to and loves Miraak but when he was a Villain(tm) Jo"safiir didn't feel bad for him. Miraak made his deals with Mora, sucks that he's trapped in Apocrypha, but ultimately he opened that can of worms so he should lie in it. He doesn't complain when Ko'jiirah yoinks him out tho!

Sethsa: Sethsa Also doesn't really feel bad for any villains she encounters!

18) What's their favorite armor?

Vulon: The Ebony Mail :}

Vyrthaal: The Ancient Falmer armor though he always cherishes the first set of armor he made with Marzog's help !! Unfortunately he Does grow out of it :')

Jo'aafiir: He isn't really an armor guy, he always wears mage robes! He favors the Arch Mage robes but that's bc they're sort of his "uniform," though in part bc it helps him feel closer to Savos after his death.

Sethsa: Already answered, but the Nightingale armor !

Gold and yellow I think represent him best, bc they remind me of the Sun! I also think they'd be related to Auri-El for that reason, too. His favorite is periwinkle :3 Vyr's a fan of most pastel colors tho.

🍌 [BANANA] Have parts of your OC been lost to time (in-universe)? What do they wish they could lose from themselves?

Hmm. Unfortunately parts of his culture have been lost due to the snow elves having been wiped out in the way they were. He still has them in that he can still practice and talk abt ancient falmeri culture but it's a difficult thing to be alone for him. As for what he wishes he could lose, he'd really like to lose his guilt over being one of the last few snow elves alive.

Idk if I ever mentioned this but Serana builds a house near Kili's hive (with Niralek's blessing as they live by her forest) bc she does Not like the idea of living in a cave, But that's her family too!! :D the hive Does construct a tunnel leading from them to her cellar tho, so they can all very easily visit each other and bring supplies. Vyr and Kili spend nights at her house like All the time, and bring dinner from the hive at least once a week. Serana's house becomes known as a good stopping point for traveller's and adventurers as she mysteriously has incredibly high-quality health, magicka, and stamina potions as well as many other healing items. She trades them for alchemical ingredients if you don't have money and she gives the ingredients to Kili.

She does occasionally visit the hive but they're all Very aware of her dislike of caves. The elders tend to fuss over her a tad and make sure all the fires are nice and bright for her and insist Vyrthaal cast plenty of magelights lol. She appreciates it So much she loves her Falmer Family :)

Her, Vyr, and Kili also meet up w Marzog's compound often, especially if they've traveled to their area!! They'll set up near Serana's house most often during winter and spend the season there!! They're allowed down with the hive of course they just have to Really mind their volume as 1) echoey and 2) chaurus Don'tike loud noises, it scares them :( But the falmer all LOVE when they visit, they have the BEST honey and meats, and the armorers always make sure they leave with fresh sets of falmer armor, as well as repair any of the equipment they've been given. The first week of their arrival is always a really big party and reunion, they go off to a different section of the caves where they won't bother the chaurus (or anyone who doesn't like loud party noises) and go absolutely Wild. It's a wonderfully fun time for everyone, esp Vyr Kili and Serana :D Also, Sina (very embarrassingly for Vyrthaal) dramatically shares whatever new stories have spread about The Dovahkiin. Everyone loves how hilariously embellished everything is (and her singing voice is beautiful).

🌧️ What is the favorite thing for you OC to do on a rainy day?

Vulon: Vulon would prefer to stay inside, maybe read or do some journaling. It'll probably make itself a strong pot of tea and a hearty and flavorful meal as it relaxes.

Vyrthaal: Depending on where he's at, Vyr would want to run around jn the rain for a bit! Unless he's traveling, in which case he'd bundle up against the rain in a weatherproof cloak and keep going until the weather is too bad Or he finds an inn or smthn.

Jo'safiir: He hates rain he does Not like being soggy. Has a waterproof traveling cloak and boots for this so if he Must he Can be outside in the rain. When it snows hard in Winterhold he doesn't do much different as he rarely has outside classes, so the weather in Skyrim doesn't affect him too much as long as he's not out traveling.

🌈 Does your OC speak more than one language? If so, how many and which?

Vulon: Aldmeris is it s first language, it can probably speak and read and understand Dunmeris pretty fluently, and understands, speaks, and reads n writes Dovahzul and common Tamrielic fluently also. It can read Daedric script and a little bit of ancient Falmeri script. Also probably it can communicate very basic things and finger spell in a few sign languages.

Vyrthaal: Ancient Falmeri is his mother tongue and the one he's fully fluent in alongside ancient Falmeri sogn language. They can speak and read common tamrielic but sometimes struggles. He understands the modern Falmeri language well when spoken but can't read their script (braille like) very well, and speaking it is very difficult for non-native speakers in my headcanon. Idk what other languages Marzog would teach him beyond tamrielic but she's a historian so I feel like he'd learn ancient languages w her for fun. Serana would probably teach him some ancient Nordic I think, probably .

Jo'safiir : Ta'agra is his mother tongue but he tries very hard to learn as many languages as he can, to at least have basic conversations with as many folks as he can. He speaks, understands, reads, and writes Nordic and common tamrielic well, and has a fairly decent grasp on reading and understanding Dovahzul, aided by Miraak (and maybe Ko'jiirah but like she probably tells him like "this says Giant Massive Penis" and he's like "OK. Fuck you (affectionate)".
