Moxie for character profile?

Full Name: Dao-Mox Brood, aka Moxie. There is a very good chance this is an alias or just outright made-up, as she was abandoned as a child.

Gender and Sexuality: If she absolutely had to say a gender, probably “female,” but Moxie doesn’t really have much concept of her own gender beyond a noncommittal shrug. As for sexuality, it’s about the same. She’s had a few daliances here and there, but she’s never really felt anything, you know?

Pronouns: She/her/hers works okay, but in Zabraki, there’s really only one pronoun set, so the fact that Basic has so many to choose from overwhelms her a little (at least Mando’a, the other language she speaks, is pretty much neutral).

Ethnicity/Species: Zabrak.

Birthplace and Birthdate: Dxun, 3683 BBY. For all she knows, she may have actually been born somewhere else, maybe even on Iridonia or Dathomir, but if so her parents brought her to Dxun before she could remember and abandoned her there. Moxie is 40 at the beginning of her class story. (I’ll probably never run her through expacs, but she’d be, what, 54 by the end of Onslaught?) 

Guilty Pleasures: I mean, murder, for one. She’s more into fashion than you’d expect. Looking damn good puts her marks way off their guard.

Phobias: She is one of those to always claim “I’m not afraid of anything,” but she’s got some abandonment issues (understandably).

What They Would Be Famous For: Winning the Great Hunt, for one. Successfully taking out so many Blacklist bounties. Putting up with Skadge.

What They Would Get Arrested For: I mean, she probably should be arrested for the whole bounty hunting thing in most systems. She’ll eventually probably get arrested for something stupid like breaking and entering because she saw something that she really wanted to steal for Blizz.

OC You Ship Them With: I don’t really ship her with anyone, but I have an OC that hasn’t been introduced yet, Mahzarin, that I think she would be really interesting with. She’s currently just a placeholder, but she’s a cyborg, and she’s gonna be a Vengeance Juggernaut and she’s Buff and Scarred and very pretty but Cold and Distant.

OC Most Likely To Murder Them: I don’t think any of my OCs would murder her unless Moxie had a bounty on them and wouldn’t back down (which she wouldn’t, she never does). So please, don’t anyone ever give Moxie a bounty on any of my other OCs.

Favorite Movie/Book Genre: She really likes mysteries and noirs. No one else on her crew but Blizz likes to watch old noir holos with her, and it’s debatable if he actually knows or cares what’s going on or if he just likes spending time with Boss, but it’s good bonding time.

Least Favorite Movie/Book Cliche: 

Talents and/or Powers: Moxie is really good with fire. Like scary good. She can start a fire from anything.

Why Someone Might Love Them: You guys are the ones that seem to love her--you tell me! Moxie has a bit of a Loveable Asshole dynamic going on, and maybe that’s what draws people to her. Maybe it’s her HBIC energy. Maybe it’s her tits-out kind of look.

Why Someone Might Hate Them: Also see above answer. And the fact that she’s a bounty hunter, and sometimes people make a judgement call based on that.

How They Change: She did soften a little after being adopted by Mandalore, but not much. Mostly it just gave her a bit more direction; she jumped onto the idea of having a code to follow.

Why You Love Them: I like playing villains who aren’t entirely cartoon stereotype villains, and sometimes the villainy choices for the Sith characters do feel that way (don’t get me wrong, I love my Inquisitor and my Warrior, but I felt like I got to have a little more fun with Moxie without feeling like I was the mustachioed baron tying a damsel to the train tracks while cackling maniacally). I love that so many of you love her. I didn’t expect people to love her (and she really didn’t). And she gets to punch all the people in-game that I definitely would punch.
