OH? Marauders OC you say 👀👀 jsjsjjs just made one myself, but would you pls tell me the background and five random facts about ur newest obsession?

Ohhh I can’t wait to see yours!!

And OMG yes!! I would be more than happy to talk about Ezzie! (I’m actually going to put it under read more because it’s quite long)

Ezzie is an only child born to two Muggle parents who didn’t have the slightest clue about witches, wizards, and magic. However magic actually does run in her mother’s side of the family, but it’s been so long since anyone has been born with magic, so her mother didn’t know about it. Before Ezzie, the last one to have magic was her great great great grandmother, who was also said to have Seer abilities. Growing up, Ezzie lived a very simple but comfortable life; however, the monotony of her life was frequently disrupted by the one and only James Potter. They lived down the street from each other and were the only two kids their age on the block, so naturally they gravitated toward one another. And once they realized that they shared a very similar mischievous streak, they became thick as thieves, often frequenting each other’s houses to the point that the two families became very close, especially once the Whites became aware of Ezzie’s magical powers. The Potters actually taught the Whites pretty much everything they know about the magical world.

Flash forward a few years, and Ezzie and James get their Hogwarts’ letters and attend the school together, where they’re both sorted into Gryffindor. Within the first few months, they’ve already made their lifelong friends. Their group with Sirius, Remus, and Peter is formed and quickly become known as the Marauders. And Ezzie also becomes fast friends with a Slytherin first year, Rose Holbrook, (which the boys weren’t to happy about. It took them a while to warm up to Rose, and even to this day, there’s still a bit of tension between them, though mostly between her and Sirius.), and also two Hufflepuff first years, Georgina Ransom and Jessamine Starling. She alternates her time between both groups, and they’re all very understanding about it.

Her Seer abilities finally manifest in her third year when she accurately predicts that Rose’s grandmother is going to die of a heart attack. Understandably freaked out, the girls go to Dumbledore, and he tells them to always come to him whenever she has a vision. The one ‘restriction’ with her abilities is that she only has visions about someone when she has physical contact with them. However her vision can be about that person specifically, their family, friends, or anyone/anything that involves them in some way. And to this day, all of her visions have involved death/near death experiences. It seems to be the only thing she can predict. The only ones who know that she’s a Seer are her parents, the staff at Hogwarts, Lily, and Rose, Georgina, and Jess. She doesn’t tell the boys both because she doesn’t want to worry them in any way but also because they’re her relief/outlet from all of the Seer stuff. Every time she has a vision, it’s always incredibly depressing because she’s witnessing death all the time, and the boys are basically her safe place where she doesn’t have to think or worry about any of that. (though of course they’ll find out eventually) Once it becomes clear that her visions are true and accurate, that’s when Dumbledore starts trying to actively prevent the ones involving Death Eaters and the Dark Lord.

Okay so, that’s her basic backstory... sorry if it was a bit long winded, I just love talking about her lol.

Now for five random facts:

1) her animagus form is a white wolf, and her marauder name is Frostbite, though the boys call her Frosty more often.

2) out of the girls, she’s closest to Rose.

3) thanks to her Seer abilities, Slughorn always tries to get her into the Slug Club, but she refuses every time, knowing and despising the way he uses talented students purely for his own benefit and the way he sees ‘untalented’ students as less than others

4) unknown to the girls, there’s actually one more person who knows of her Seer abilities and that’s Lily Evans. after a particularly gruesome vision, Ezzie has a panic attack in the girls’ bathroom, and Lily finds her and talks her through it, discovering along the way that Ezzie is a Seer. After that, she and Ezzie become quite close, and Ezzie is extremely appreciative of her.

5) the school holidays are always spent with the Marauders at either Ezzie’s or James’ houses
