I think you are so so right about them being desperate... it is key for stanky that regardless of how close they get physically, it's like it'll never be enough? Like they are soulmates in every sense of the word, and can never actually satiate their pull... SIGH!!!! IT'S TRUE!!! And holly's ability to nail absurdity is absolutely one of her strongest suits, and something that definitely contributed to how iconic she is. South Park is an absurd show, and holly meets it with such absurdity that Stan and Kyle can stay perfectly in character, because so many of her plots are something that could legitimately BE a South Park episode involving the characters when they're older. Like, Craig and Clyde fucking in the Marsh shed and Craig telling Sheila Kyle needs a psych eval? A+, can and will happen at some point. It's so ridiculous yet somehow believable, and the mpreg fic is literally the BEST example of it. It's a concept that's frankly a huge turnoff for a lot of people (understandably), but she puts it in such a light that she makes it appealing for a ton of people. It's one of those fics that i would recommend even to the most vehement mpreg hater, because there IS something about it that differentiates it from typical fics like that.
AND DESCRIBING IT AS A DREAM COME TRUE IS SO CORRECT? Everything you said in that third paragraph specifically was so fucking real. The fic starts off as such an absolute disaster situation, and despite the multiple disasters along the way, you can absolutely tell that it was like fate in a way? Holly does an incredible job of balancing the understandable stress with the joy and all the happy moments, as well as acknowledging the fact that in the end, Elway seriously did enrich both of their lives. I LOVE THAT YOU POINTED OUT HOW YOU WERE WORRIED ABOUT THE BABY COMING BETWEEN THEM... because it's true!!! It's such a real concern, but she is so good about wrapping it up; the scenes after Kyle gets Elway feel like a dream sequence in how floaty and happy everyone is, and while reading it I was like (as someone who does not want kids), huh. Maybe I need to have a baby? LOLL but seriously you are so right. It IS endless and now they have even more love to go around because of Elway... whatever. WHATEVER!! I'm not even crying. I'm NORMAL!!!!
I totally get your feelings about creek!! I ended up feeling kind of similarly. I'm happy you started expanding your horizons!!! There's nothing wrong with sticking with exclusively creek fic, obv, but there are some real gems out there if you're able to push some of the icks to the side. And maybe you'll even figure out a new ship you like? I remember that I was afraid to read Other People's Tupperware at first because Tweek is literally dead, and Craig hooks up with Kenny? But then I decided to read it (and felt neutral about it!) and it was valuable to me. And then when I read it a few years later, I really loved it. It got me thinking that first time!!! I'M HAPPY I COULD HELP GIVE YOU THAT PUSH!!!

i got my manifesto day 1 album but i didnt get sunghoon weverse pob :(( its ok cuz my pulls for the actual album were so good?? anyways i got jay in the uniform pob and hee in the other (they look saurr good) and my pulls were absolutely insane i got my entire bias line??? i got jake for the postcard and jungwon and sunghoon for the pcs ?!?!?! i was so surprised i got so lucky,,,
i tried getting another border carnival album but they didnt have hype ver :(( the guy at the store said everyone always goes for that ver so i got dimension dilemma instead and i'm pretty sure i have a sunoo curse (not complaining though) i was in a rush so i accidentally got the wrong ver but its not a big deal lmao
i got two sunoo pcs and i got niki for the poster ! so as of rn i have at 5 sunoo pcs (damn), 2 hee pcs, and one for everyone except jake (jake pls come home) but if i count the other things in albums then i've got members !

i’d like to start with this; i just read and finished all the remaining chapters of earned it. i don’t know how to say this without sounding arrogant or cocky which truly isn’t my intention here, i promise so i’ll just say it as is. i swear to ever loving god, i’ve scoured the entirety of tumblr, ao3, fanfiction.net, wattpad, everything and anything, and it still isn’t very often that i find works like these, far and few between dare i say. ive looked through almost everything i could get my hands on to read in the jjk fandom and dear god, do you manage to keep on surprising me. i’ve read majority if not all your works along with following you on ao3 and tumblr, and i must say. i truly am so fucking impressed. completely and absolutely fucking floored if you will. the amount of plot twists and pure emotion you managed to put into this is only something i can dream of ever creating.
i cannot lie, it truly my hearts to think that people gave you so much shit over this to which ended in you deciding to discontinue along with your lack of interest which at least, is understandable unlike the hate. i literally cannot comprehend how people would be unhappy with the outcome so far after reading it since it was beyond fucking magnificent in my eyes. it kept me on my toes the entire time whilst never managing to bore me once and as someone with adhd, thats fucking hard to do, i’ll admit it. props to you. and as much as i want to grovel and beg for crumbs, something, anything to know about how it ends, i know that that will most likely accomplish nothing to both you and i so decided to just say this.
thank you for writing this. thank you for not only writing it but dealing with the experience of unwanted and negative criticism to the point you had to stop and discontinue it whilst also being generous and amazing enough to keep it up so other people could still read it. i really hope your proud of earned it and how it turned out so far, because if i were you, i’d be so bloody fucking proud i wouldn’t know what to do with myself.
my friends often tell me i overstep my boundaries and i really hope i aren’t doing that with this but i just really, truly, wanted to express my genuine appreciation and thanks towards your writing and towards you as a writer that puts out content, not to mention for free!!!!, for people like me. i also don’t want to seem as if i’m glorifying earned above all your other works, because that’s not what i mean. your writing is just… just fucking chefs kiss. sorry, my brains starting to run out of words at this point but oh my god. thank you for letting me experience the experience of earned it even though there was no proper end. i’d rather have that than nothing at all. and maybe i misread this entire thing, maybe you are goddamn proud of your work, which you fuckinf should be considering the pure quality it is. once again, chefs kiss!!

although the series (earned it) wasn’t really something I’d properly executed and planned for, I do remember being passionate over it and feeling truly excited to update. even if it didn’t end out the way I wanted it to, it’s still something I poured my heart on and that’s magnificent on its own, so I’ll be prouder of myself from now on <33

I think it's cause I have PTSD and still get panic attacks and occasionally pass out from them but they're acting like he died. And my head is just like 'Guys. Calm the fuck down. Put some actual clothing on the kid so he's warm enough. Lie him down. Yes, have someone in there to check his breathing. ahhhh sukiii i love love love the recent chapter!! as the story slowly unfolds, we can see that both y/n and suna have that connection that cannot be severed that easily. which really made mari jealous but her breaking up with suna before going abroad still has another tale to reveal. especially she knew that lover boy was gonna propose to her. makes me think that’s one of the reasons why she’s brave enough to get back to suna, as she may think that he’s one-hundred percent sure to spend life with her despite her doubts that suna still has lingering feelings of love to y/n. but oh boy, if she only knew 💔
and to our lover boy, sure he and y/n are that it couple that almost everyone ravages about, but this may be my overthinking mind but what if suna, of the present time, only loves y/n because he keeps reminiscing the old times and is hanging on to the 'what if we never broke up?’🧐 that’s why he’s ready to settle with mari because she somehow fills the void y/n left to somewhat satisfaction. is that also why he called y/n to 'see' him because for the second time, an important person disposed him out of their life in which he has no say in it, and this time around, he needed answers from the unsettled question. to assess what went wrong. with that, i rest my case, your honor 😞
but i can’t really blame y/n for putting up boundaries when it comes to romantic relationships. i mean, relationships are scary lol her backstory on her familial issues did do numbers on her. ooh and i can see the familiarity how y/n and her mom handled when another woman is involved in their relationship, her mom telling her dad to go back to his first family to fix what they ruined, and y/n being upset that when suna said that he’ll be fine if he never met mari in the condition that they have never broken up in the first place. it’s not really the reputation or boundaries they’ve put up per se, but the thought that innocent people will be hurt for them to be happy is what makes them reluctant to ever entertain the love that someone will happily give to them.
we haven’t seen any interactions with nagisa and y/n that much from that disastrous night. aside from that, mr. kita though!!👀 i’m excited to see more of them and the roles they will play in the future chapters. meanwhile, i’ll just happily anticipate how the story develops😊

BUT, I can confidently say, that you def got that last part right. the reason why suna called YN in the first chapter when he got dumped by mari was because he was frustrated the same thing happened again. suna was actually more frustrated that both of them didn’t give them a chance to say what he wanted to more than he was ‘hurt’ over the breakup, since it’s already clear suna would’ve been fine if he never met mari as long as he had YN

also yeah totally, the boundaries in relationships are necessary !! and again you got it all right like omg you really saw the pieces of the puzzle and formed them coherently together IM CRYING bcos I really did put effort in weaving them together and I’m so happy you understood it <33 it was foreshadowed in the scenes where yn and suna are in the swings when she got mad suna was saying bad stuff about mari because it triggered her trauma of her mom as the ‘mistress.’ like, suna and mari are definitely the couple, so when suna said he’d have been happier with yn while being ready to propose to mari, she definitely hated it. to her, it’s like suna is placing her in the same pedestal as her dad did to her mom. she knows how much it ruined everybody so she never ever wants to be involved in a couple’s relationship.
