One of the favourite moves that I was ‘trying to practice’ during this episode was Au Batido transformed to Giro De Mao (Capoeira handspin). Because my Au Batido wasn’t practiced properly and my handspin wasn’t practiced AT ALL... you can see the result - it kind of works but there is neither any movement control nor any proper handspin...
