There's a secret Nether Hub for specific others. Ex set it up with a respawn point and a separate chat for what is basically his friend group.

Evil X Himself (He's a voidwalker who made a deal with some vex. Skills: He has admin powers! Woo!)

True Symmetry ("reflection" of False. Mom friend. Skills: She can wreck your day in a fight)

BadTimeWithScar (undead cousin to Scar. Little grumpy. Skills: He invents potions)

NPG (Cyborg Little Guy that Grian Made. Skills: Cooking. He's one of the only members who can)

Robo!Grian (Creation of Grian. Skills: he made the houses everyone stays in and the plaza)

Zedeath (A grim reaper that hands around for tea. Skills: He gets things from off server for the group)

Grimdog (A Grim reaper that plays guitar. Skills: He trapped some Hoglins so they can have endless pork. Other than that, he mostly just lazes about and keeps a protective watch over NPG and Robo, who aren't very strong)

Dr. Tagno (A blaze hybrid that has an inferiority complex that he hides with a superiority complex. Skills: He is the only one that has even the slightest clue how Redstone works)

AriesEva (A ram girl who knows GeminiTay. Skills: She takes care of plants and plant decor around the Nether group)

Helsknight (A grumpy half demon, half elf that is annoyed with his older brother Wels. Skills: He can fight. Slight anger issues)

Some details from X’s new episode

• The camera passes by three doors (shops?), Black Pit, Evil’s r Us, and Dead End Undertaking. (The last one is extra interesting given a certain grim reaper was at the bar)

• They use little tridents and swords as forks and knives. (This is not plot relevant, I just think it’s cute)

• “So we weren’t just catching up, then.” implies EX and Helsknight have met. However, a conversation from X’s 500th episode (“It’s okay, don’t worry about it. Everyone’s got an evil doppelgänger.” “Oh, have they?” “Yeah, everyone does. Have you ever heard of Evil Evil Xisuma?”) implies EX didn’t know about helsmits. This means they must have met some time between season 4 and season 8. (“Gah you think you’re so clever!” may imply the relationship is not entirely friendly)

• An evil Beesuma can be seen in the bar, possibly implying a true Helsuma exists. This, coupled with the previous implication that EX has an evil doppelgänger as well, means there may even be a Hels Evil X.

• “I think you’ve got the wrong idea. I don’t wield the sorts of supernatural powers that you do. I might be from Hels, but things work differently here.” means A) helsmits do not hold any mental sway over their hermit counterparts, and B) once again, this heavily implies Evil X is indeed not from Hels.

• An evil Mumbo, Zedeath, Herobrine, Jeff the Minion, and multiple other side mobs can also be seen in the bar. (Whether or not this implies Zedeath is Zedaph’s hels is debatable given its clear non-helsmits can access it)

Okay so these guys are not nearly as developed as the rest, save for the three that are actually canon. The most development Cicatrix has is he has a tendency to use mind control people and oh it burns violently when he does it. Now time for headcanons.

Helsknight/Caspian: The self proclaimed "champion" of Hels is actually one of the most pathetic residents within Hels. Cas is one of the few Helsmits to find a vessel, he's the only one to keep said vessel, which means a lot of Helsmits hate him. Why should this pathetic loser get a vessel!? When Cas came to LC(Hels!HC), he was given unexpected kindness from Axis. This went on for all of Season 4 and part of Season 5, until there was an unexpected betrayal, in which Axis and the newest Helsmit, Zedeath, cut Cas' wings off. Axis had lost any faith in Cas to be useful, replacing him with Zedeath and branding him as nothing but a fool for trusting anybody. 

Zedeath: The actual Helsdaph, Zedeath is the embodiment of the cruel undying curiosity that Zedaph can keep under control for the most part. The spirit of Death knows how to push people’s limits, and he will push those limits so far as to cause permanent damage, after all, he caused multiple Hermits to kill themselves just by telling them to. If one tries to resist his call, well, they won’t for long. Despite being Death itself, he’s rather childlike with how he goes about his cruel little “games”, which probably only makes him worse. He has an ensemble of both Non Helsmits and Helsmits that work under him, most notably being GrimDog and PutridCleo. Zedeath used to be particularly close with IndulgeVS, before not needing the dragon after gaining a vessel in the unconscious body of Zedaph’s only true clone, Wormman.

Grimdog: A servant of Zedeath, and the resident Grim Reaper of Hels. It is unknown if he is actually Ren’s Hels counterpart, or if he’s just an employee under Death who likes Ren’s form. He is one of the higher ranking members of Death’s court, and Zedeath’s favorite reaper. He has no interest in taking over Hermitcraft, he just enjoys a good death game every now and then.

Grimdog/BadTimeWithScar

Grim is a tsundere who is just a big puppy who burns in sunlight. He's mad at Bob, his cousin, for "causing his death" (it wasn't Bob's fault. Not really) and making him monochrome and a reaper, a guide for souls to the afterlife. A protector.

BadTime is a potion inventor and medicine maker who is on ok terms with Scar. It's his "brother" due to vex magic shenanigans...but it's Scar's fault that he is monochrome (magic is not to be played with in unstable potion lab environments).

The two enjoy the quiet. BadTimes likes Grim's guitar. They like tea...and cuddles. They'll even kidnap other people to join cuddles (NPG, True Symmetry, Robo G, Helsknight, Evil X, Dr. Tagno, any of the "evil" alters. Just cuddles).

Cuddles between the “evil” alters normally happen two ways either Grim or Bad gets bored and want entertainment (which would be the kidnapping and complaining of the others) or they would notice one of the other hels were having a bad day and were in need of cheering up.

Grim and Bad just love spending time together, their closest originally started because they were both monochrome and now they realize sometimes it better to be with the one you love
