Redraw of this page of @birdsong-warriors’s Redtail’s Choice! I used my own designs for the redraw (except of course the iconic Foxcat), but the biggest change I made was to the background. It’s a glimpse at how I imagine the ThunderClan forest camp - you can see the Highrock and apprentice’s den in the background.

Here we are, the first three pages redone! I had the WIPs lying around forever, so I finally sat down and finished them (I only wanted to redo the first nine pages). I'll upload these on Thursday and upload Swifthawk's Chance on Tuesday and Saturday! ^^

so uh i redrew a page from @birdsong-warriors comic, Redtail’s Choice! quick disclaimer, when i decided to redraw it, i knew i wasnt going to draw something of better quality. that wasn’t my goal, my goal was to draw something in my style. so thats what i did. first is with Bird’s designs, second is with mine!

also firealpaca bad with text fonts so it bad

also also i was gonna make a speedpaint of it but OBS stopped recording halfway through and i didn’t realize it until around 2+ hours of editing so uh :)

Tried my hand at redrawing a panel from @birdsong-warriors FANTASTIC comic Redtail’s Choice.... I reread it again after it officially ended and this is still one of my favorite scenes haha I would HIGHLY recommend checking it out if you haven’t already!!!

Redraw of a page from @birdsong-warriors’s Redtail’s Choice (mine on the left, original on the right). This is my favorite page from the comic because I just love the artwork! Doing this redraw was a great excerise and learning experience, and lots of fun too!

I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to redraw with my own character designs or Bird’s, so I did a mix of both - the OCs are obviously Birdsong’s design, and I used my designs for the canon characters. The exception is Redtail, who is Birdsong’s design. Foxcat is just too iconic!

hey so I wanna do a page redraw for redtail's choice but im thinking of adding a few extra panels to the page, is that cool with you? dialogue will stay the same n everything, but I figured I'd ask first since I know some people might feel uncomfortable if the page redraw is changed more

Wishing you a quick recovery after your surgery! Also, quick question, would you be cool with people doing redraws of Redtail’s Choice? I wanted to try redrawing a page or two as if James L. Barry made it :)

DO IT. It doesn't matter if you use my designs, or change up the scene or dialogue somehow, if it's inspired by something I did, I WANT TO SEE. You could do like a redline of my pages where you show how I could have improved a page AND I WOULD LOVE YOU FOR IT!! I am dying to see what you guys come up with, and I'm more than half inclined to make a page redraw contest. >v> Except I'm really bad at doing those I feel guilty if not everybody wins, SO PROBABLY NOT BUT YES GO NUTS!
