*blows air out slowly* so... irl has been taking up a lot of my brain space and I have just not been able to get into a creative headspace, but I'm hoping things will even out a bit more again soon...
I don't know if trying to get caught up on missed miqomarch days is a good idea (potential overwhelm), so here's to just doing what I can/want from the list as the opportunity arises.
I did get some truly lovely asks, though, and I do want to get to them (they are simmering in my brain case, even if it's on the back burner), it's just going to take a little bit longer than I'd planned 🙏💖
Thank you all for being so patient and keeping my spirits afloat with such lovely content to perceive on the daily✨

"You're giving Kula ice cream!?" yes, she already took the ice cream out of this stranger. So much for seirah's warnings to not talk things from strangers. maxima might have a heart attack, too.
Ah, right. Seirah said to say thank you. SHE REMEBRED THAT!? "Thank you, Ojisan~" and a little bow. wow. hey, at least, she is being polite for a change.

Samson returns to the Tyler estate looking exhausted and stressed. Damien asks how his date went. He mumbles in response. Damien comments it must have sucked.
Samson weakly mumbles Thera's sister walked in on them. Julian quips that must have stopped their fun times. Samson, flustered, tells them to stop talking so crudely! Then questions what are they even doing here so late.
Julian's face falls. They reveal their father has decided, since Ana is close to graduation and eighteen, he won't be paying for the apartment anymore so, they're going to be homeless soon so they're drowning their misery currently.
Both Tyler twins rush over to Julian, both shaking their limp body demanding
Both: WHAT?!
Damien: ARE YOU JOKING OR
Samson: OR ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
Julian: yeah
so the whole Seirah conversation is put on hold for a while as the two panic over the revelation that a few of their friends are about to go homeless on one foul swoop
Although in the back of his mind, something tells Samson that's not normal. Thera is an only child, right?

And of course, Kula is doing her chaotic thing even at the beach. "Where do I strike?" she was blindfolded and swinging down a wooden bat to strike down a watermelon. But she went a little bit side track and even when Seirah told her to come back but she kept going forward. Her victim though is not the watermelon but the poor Iori who was chilling down un umbrella. "There you are watermelon!" and she swings her bat! Hopefully, he manages to avoid that hit.
Iori was just having a nice, relaxing vacation for once. No Orochi business, no Kyo...just him and the sound of the ocean waves. He found himself drifting asleep under the shade of an umbrella. Iori was situated a good distance away from the crowd, as it was supposed to be his alone time. He didn't need to be near the bustle of the resort, as many of the guests annoyed him, particularly the drunken frat boy types.
He could've sworn he heard faint voices nearby...but he dismissed them and went back to sleep.
Tumblr media
That was the biggest mistake he'll ever make during his vacation.
He suddenly felt something strike him on the head with a loud thwack. The hard blow jolted him wide awake, yelling in pain as he did so. After recovering from a brief spell of dizziness, he quickly looked around to find the perpetrator while his vision was still blurry. After a moment, Iori finally recovered from his daze and finally locked his menacing gaze on the blue-haired girl in front of him. A violent, boiling rage was welling up inside of him as he grabbed her by the neck, lifting her high into the air.
Tumblr media
"You..." he snarled viciously as he tightened his grip on her neck.
All it took to ruin his vacation was this shit.

Judge 3: God Leaves Other Nations Around The Israelites To Test Their Loyalty To Him
1 These are the nations the Lord left to test all those Israelites who had not experienced any of the wars in Canaan
2 (he did this only to teach warfare to the descendants of the Israelites who had not had previous battle experience):
3 the five rulers of the Philistines, all the Canaanites, the Sidonians, and the Hivites living in the Lebanon mountains from Mount Baal Hermon to Lebo Hamath.
4 They were left to test the Israelites to see whether they would obey the Lord’s commands, which he had given their ancestors through Moses.
5 The Israelites lived among the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.
6 They took their daughters in marriage and gave their own daughters to their sons, and served their gods.
Othniel
7 The Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord; they forgot the Lord their God and served the Baals and the Asherahs.
8 The anger of the Lord burned against Israel so that he sold them into the hands of Cushan-Rishathaim king of Aram Naharaim, to whom the Israelites were subject for eight years.
9 But when they cried out to the Lord, he raised up for them a deliverer, Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother, who saved them.
10 The Spirit of the Lord came on him, so that he became Israel’s judge and went to war. The Lord gave Cushan-Rishathaim king of Aram into the hands of Othniel, who overpowered him.
11 So the land had peace for forty years, until Othniel son of Kenaz died.
Ehud
12 Again the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord, and because they did this evil the Lord gave Eglon king of Moab power over Israel.
13 Getting the Ammonites and Amalekites to join him, Eglon came and attacked Israel, and they took possession of the City of Palms.
14 The Israelites were subject to Eglon king of Moab for eighteen years.
15 Again the Israelites cried out to the Lord, and he gave them a deliverer—Ehud, a left-handed man, the son of Gera the Benjamite. The Israelites sent him with tribute to Eglon king of Moab.
16 Now Ehud had made a double-edged sword about a cubit long, which he strapped to his right thigh under his clothing.
17 He presented the tribute to Eglon king of Moab, who was a very fat man.
18 After Ehud had presented the tribute, he sent on their way those who had carried it.
19 But on reaching the stone images near Gilgal he himself went back to Eglon and said, “Your Majesty, I have a secret message for you.”
The king said to his attendants, “Leave us!” And they all left.
20 Ehud then approached him while he was sitting alone in the upper room of his palace and said, “I have a message from God for you.” As the king rose from his seat,
21 Ehud reached with his left hand, drew the sword from his right thigh and plunged it into the king’s belly.
22 Even the handle sank in after the blade, and his bowels discharged. Ehud did not pull the sword out, and the fat closed in over it.
23 Then Ehud went out to the porch; he shut the doors of the upper room behind him and locked them.
24 After he had gone, the servants came and found the doors of the upper room locked. They said, “He must be relieving himself in the inner room of the palace.”
25 They waited to the point of embarrassment, but when he did not open the doors of the room, they took a key and unlocked them. There they saw their lord fallen to the floor, dead.
26 While they waited, Ehud got away. He passed by the stone images and escaped to Seirah.
27 When he arrived there, he blew a trumpet in the hill country of Ephraim, and the Israelites went down with him from the hills, with him leading them.
28 “Follow me,” he ordered, “for the Lord has given Moab, your enemy, into your hands.” So they followed him down and took possession of the fords of the Jordan that led to Moab; they allowed no one to cross over.
29 At that time they struck down about ten thousand Moabites, all vigorous and strong; not one escaped.
30 That day Moab was made subject to Israel, and the land had peace for eighty years.
Shamgar
31 After Ehud came Shamgar son of Anath, who struck down six hundred Philistines with an oxgoad. He too saved Israel.

Judges 3: 26-30. "The Slip."
Tumblr media
In spite of its laborious pace the Torah has an insistent message. "Do not wait." Waiting, procrastinating is a sickness. Moses had to wring Pharoah's balls to get him to finally let the Israelites go, and then in the Desert, he had to rack the balls of the Israelites to get them to stop complaining and do what he said when he said it. Joshua had the same problem when he tried to get his warrior dudes to finally cross the Jordan.
Where a man's freedom from oppression, freedom from ignorance, freedom from anything preventing him from full participation in life is at stake, the time is always now. Years have a way of turning into dust and blowing away.
To be a good and fabulous Jew, this one comes to understand not too late in life. Waiting just the right amount of time is the key. This is the entirety of the focus of the Talmud, and the Sentiment is also found here in the Shoftim, "the Wars of the Vision."
Ehud "to reach for God's glory" teaches a half-calf man Eglon how to meditate. The fruition of which is not unlike the moment one loses one's virginity. All naivete will go away in an instant. But this is just the beginning. The Shoftim explains this as "passing by the stone man and making an escape to Seirah, the one who is a bristly goat. Those can be fun, but only for a time. Even after one realizes Ha Shem is hidden, He cannot be found in the Torah, the quest for His Eye is just beginning:
26 While they waited, Ehud got away. He passed by the stone images and escaped to Seirah.
27 When he arrived there, he blew a trumpet in the hill country of Ephraim "twice fruitful", and the Israelites went down with him from the hills, with him leading them.
Ehud leaves the half-calf guy behind, does as the Lord commanded and struck down the Moabites, men who blindly follow their follows traditions and remake a world that never worked all that well in the first place. He makes a working world that lasts 80 years or two lifetimes. If only we knew a man like this.
The Values in Gematria are:
v. 26: While they waited, Ehud got away. The Value in Gematria is 5911, הטאא, "The slip. That was a mistake."
v. 27: The Israelites went down with him. The Value in Gematria is 10289, יב‎חט‎, ייוקחת, "Will choose what will be taken."
Once one comes down from the Porch, where the seat of meditation has been completed, one studies the Torah again to identify the active state of the Israelites and then one acquires one's Jewish Self.
This thing the Shoftim calls Ehud cannot be taken for granted.
v. 28: So they followed him down and took possession of the fords of the Jordan. The Value in Gematria is 12193, יבאטג‎‎ ‎‎"slow down, yabatag," "and rejoice."
After one runs past the Seir, the bristly goat stage of life and comes down with a case of the Israelites, one is prepared to enter the Jordan and make no peace with the past except to be utterly free of it. The word Jordan means "final descent," but like all things Jewish it is also the opposite, an ascent to a place of vigor, a state of being one wants to retain rather than overcome:
The verb ירד (yarad) means to go down or descend, either literally down a mountain or figuratively away from a place of prominence. The noun מורד (morad) means descent or refers to something that hangs.
The Torah's trajectory was designed to resemble the flight of a plane. There is much work involved in the climb, there is a peak, and then once the destination is in range, there is a descent. This descent does not mean a loss of excitement or intensity just a decrease in effort. The result is a way of life that is far less work and far more conclusive than the one left behind when one Crosses the Jordan.
The Shoftim says upon such an attainment will be compromised should one instead choose to hang around or submit to the tired or distinctly non-Jewish traditions of others:
v. 29-30: They struck down about ten thousand Moabites, all vigorous and strong; not one escaped. The Value in Gematria is 10448, ידדח, "a hand to a friend will postpone."
All work ends on Shabbos through the observation of Shabbat. This includes religious efforts. The Rab says to postpone any kind of effort that does not pertain to Shabbos for as long as possible is the goal. The Gematria says to give a hand to a friend but giving the whole thing is much better.
Societies that do not understand, that over and under ambit become greedy and corrupt. The Ukrainians, Israelites, Russians, Houthis, Iranians and all those pieces of shirt soldiers in Hamas and Hezbollah are not observing Shabbos or Shabbat. Because a few men have too much time and too much wealth, the rest are being fed into the mouth of oblivion, and they act as if they have no choice.
In America, a few losers at the top are refusing to honor their oaths to upkeep the law and now the rest of the country cannot look forward to postponing their efforts to straighten this shit out once its all over with. Now and later are always the same unless one is jealous. Every Jew understands this.
This section now known as the Kabbalah of the Slip explains why we hurry up and wait. One does not skate through life and have a gas without a care in the world, one certainly does not just watch the grains of sand of one's life drain away, hoping. Hope is always false. Meditation and the study of the Torah, this replaces all false hopes as the basis for one's future.

Spoiler Warning: Extinction Curse Book 1, Hawfton Mill encounters
Midori and her party set forth to investigate Hawfton Mill to see why Seirah Hawfton and her family had gone missing. They made it past the spiders in the garden with some injuries. After the healer had cast some healing spells and Midori had used Treat Wounds with varying levels of success ("I'm not used to your weird human anatomy! That treatment wasn't supposed to hurt you!"), they decided to peek carefully into the windows of the mill to see if anything was lying in wait for them.
Yeah. Swarms of wasps.
"With that many opponents inside, we won't last long! Look at what the spiders did to us!" The barbarian was uncomfortable with the prospect of fighting the wasps in an enclosed space.
"We're low on healing spells, too," the healer piped up. "Should we return to camp, rest up, and return tomorrow?"
Kobrak, the fetchling ranger, was having none of that. "We just got here! We can't go running off to heal after every encounter! Look, they're wasps. Wasps don't like smoke. I'll set a fire to get some smoke going, the wasps will come out dazed, and then we'll have an advantage over them."
"Ugh, fine," sighed Midori. "Let's get this over with."
Kobrak gathered some brush and kindling, arranged it into a stack, and took out his tinderbox. He made his survival skill check to start a fire.
He rolled a 1. The ranger, the great master of the outdoors that he was, rolled a critical failure on a simple task.
Kobrak set flames to the tinder with ease, yet he was not mindful of the placement of his left hand, which set off a Rube-Goldbergesque sequence of events. His left hand caught on a protruding stick, which knocked over the stack of brush, scattering the growing flames. Moving to contain the fallen brush, the ranger tripped over a weirdly curved branch that had avoided his notice. He fell onto the burning brush, catching his cloak on fire. Of course, he was trained to stop, drop, and roll; and stop, drop, and roll he did, spreading the flaming plant matter farther, catching the wooden walls of the mill on fire. His panicked flailing fanned the flames higher and higher until the entire structure started crackling and smoking. The wasps inside were not happy with all of the smoke billowing into their domain and started buzzing angrily as they searched in vain for an exit route to fresh air. Much to their chagrin, there was no way for them to escape the mill, especially not through the flaming walls that were rapidly turning to ash.
The ranger rolled to safely, thoroughly extinguished, and stood up, brushing the dirt from his clothes nonchalantly.
The other party members sprung into action. "I'll try to find a bucket. We can put the fire out with water from the stream," the monk calmly laid out his plan to save the mill. The others looked around to see if there was anything they could grab to help out.
"Hold up, friends!" A mad grin crossed Kobrak's face as he raised his hand and pointed to the mill. "Observe." The angry buzzing inside the mill grew quieter. There were sounds of some of the wasps hitting the ground. "We have defeated our opponents! My plan worked!"
"Well, yeah, but what about the rest of the mill?" Midori asked. "We still need to investigate. We should put this out." She gestured at the stream and made a sweeping movement as if she were scooping up the water to throw at the fire.
"No problem!" The ranger continued, "Clearly since the Hawftons are missing, there's no danger of their getting hurt. And if we were to search the mill, we would surely encounter more enemies. Maybe even another one of those demons! This way, we can kill all of our enemies in one fell swoop. Think of the experience we would gain! And then we could go through the ashes afterward and collect any clues that remain. Easy peasy!"
"But have you considered--?"
"Easy." Pause. "Peasy." The ranger was adamant.
Midori looked around at the rest of the party. The barbarian crossed his arms and shook his head in resignation. The healer shrugged and sighed. It was getting late and the party was tired from the last near-defeat. "Fine. I guess I'll go get the marshmallows…."

For the sparring meme! [TEND] with Kula and K'. In whatever way you think works best :)
Usually, when they spar Maxima would stop them whenever they forget how to end things. However, he was out at the moment. It was a bad decision to be made.
"K~~~!" the ice doll hovered around the flame user, "Let's go buy ice cream! Maxima ojisan is taking a looooooot of time to come back home! Kula wants her ice cream!" she was banned from going out on her own--either with one of the two males or with seirah. Puuuh~!! Kula can go out on her own, hmph!
However, the taller male was not about to entertain every wish she has. He ignored her for a couple of minutes before she got on his nerves, poking and punching him for attention. "Heeeeeey~!!!! Ice Cream! Ice cream for Kulaaaa~!" she kept poking at his cheek so he quickly grabbed her arm to stop her but that meant it is time for ...fighting--as always.
"Hnnn~!!! Kula will fight for ice cream rights!" and the two started their usual fight. It didn't take long before K' ended the fight because if they continued they might, probably, most likely kill each other. Compared to him, Kula does not have a break to restrain herself.
The flame user had to promise the girl that he will bring her some if she stopped, and like magic, she stopped attacking him. "You will!?" giggling happily, the color of her hair slowly returned to its strawberry-blonde color.
Now the two notices that they sustained some injuries. "Ah, Maxima will kill us! Must hide the evidence!" she heard that from Clark once. So, the ice doll rushes to bring the first aid kit and comes back to K'. "Quick! Put a band-aid" yeah like that will fix things but humor her, man.
Tumblr media
"Ice cream~ ice cream~ put one here," she asked him to put one one her forearm. "We gonna get ice cream right now, right?" she is a one-track mind person.

Verse: judges 3 Write/ Copy Gods words :
3 (A)Now these are the nations that the Lord left, to test Israel by them, that is, all in Israel who had not experienced all the wars in Canaan. 2 It was only in order that the generations of the people of Israel might know war, to teach war to those who had not known it before. 3 These are the nations: (B)the five lords of the Philistines and all the Canaanites and the Sidonians and the Hivites who lived on Mount Lebanon, from Mount Baal-hermon as far as Lebo-hamath. 4 They were for (C)the testing of Israel, to know whether Israel would obey the commandments of the Lord, which he commanded their fathers by the hand of Moses. 5 So the people of Israel lived (D)among the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. 6 (E)And their daughters they took to themselves for wives, and their own daughters they gave to their sons, and they served their gods. Othniel 7 (F)And the people of Israel did what was evil in the sight of the Lord. They forgot the Lord their God and served the Baals and (G)the Asheroth. 8 Therefore the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, (H)and he sold them into the hand of (I)Cushan-rishathaim king of Mesopotamia. And the people of Israel served Cushan-rishathaim eight years. 9 But when the people of Israel (J)cried out to the Lord, the Lord raised up a (K)deliverer for the people of Israel, who saved them, (L)Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother. 10 (M)The Spirit of the Lord was upon him, and he judged Israel. He went out to war, and the Lord gave Cushan-rishathaim king of Mesopotamia into his hand. And his hand prevailed over Cushan-rishathaim. 11 (N)So the land had rest forty years. Then Othniel the son of Kenaz died. Ehud 12 (O)And the people of Israel again did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, and the Lord strengthened Eglon (P)the king of Moab against Israel, because they had done what was evil in the sight of the Lord. 13 He gathered to himself the Ammonites and the (Q)Amalekites, and went and defeated Israel. And they took possession of (R)the city of palms. 14 And the people of Israel served Eglon the king of Moab eighteen years. 15 Then the people of Israel (S)cried out to the Lord, and the Lord raised up for them (T)a deliverer, Ehud, the son of Gera, the Benjaminite, (U)a left-handed man. The people of Israel sent tribute by him to Eglon the king of Moab. 16 And Ehud made for himself a sword with two edges, a cubit[a] in length, and he bound it on his right thigh under his clothes. 17 And he presented the tribute to Eglon king of Moab. Now Eglon was a very fat man. 18 And when Ehud had finished presenting the tribute, he sent away the people who carried the tribute. 19 But he himself turned back (V)at the idols near Gilgal and said, “I have a secret message for you, O king.” And he commanded, “Silence.” And all his attendants went out from his presence. 20 And Ehud came to him as he was sitting alone in his (W)cool roof chamber. (X)And Ehud said, “I have a message from God for you.” And he arose from his seat. 21 And Ehud reached with his left hand, took the sword from his right thigh, and thrust it into his belly. 22 And the hilt also went in after the blade, and the fat closed over the blade, for he did not pull the sword out of his belly; and the dung came out. 23 Then Ehud went out into the porch[b] and closed the doors of the roof chamber behind him (Y)and locked them. 24 When he had gone, the servants came, and when they saw that the doors of the roof chamber were locked, they thought, (Z)“Surely he is relieving himself in the closet of the cool chamber.” 25 And they waited till they were embarrassed. But when he still did not open the doors of the roof chamber, they took the key and opened them, and there lay their lord dead on the floor. 26 Ehud escaped while they delayed, and he passed beyond (AA)the idols and escaped to Seirah. 27 When he arrived, (AB)he sounded the trumpet in (AC)the hill country of Ephraim. Then the people of Israel went down with him from the hill country, and he was their leader. 28 And he said to them, “Follow after me, (AD)for the Lord has given your enemies the Moabites into your hand.” So they went down after him and seized (AE)the fords of the Jordan against the Moabites and did not allow anyone to pass over. 29 And they killed at that time about 10,000 of the Moabites, all strong, able-bodied men; not a man escaped. 30 So Moab was subdued that day under the hand of Israel. (AF)And the land had rest for eighty years. Shamgar 31 After him was (AG)Shamgar the son of Anath, who killed 600 of the Philistines (AH)with an oxgoad, and he also (AI)saved Israel.
What is your Favorite verse(s):
24 When he had gone, the servants came, and when they saw that the doors of the roof chamber were locked, they thought, (Z)“Surely he is relieving himself in the closet of the cool chamber.” 25 And they waited till they were embarrassed.
