CONFESSION:

It annoys to me to this day that we can tell Legion off for having a piece of Shepard's armor, but we can't call out Liara for that creepy shrine.

I mean when you think about it Legion collected it from a debris field two years after Shepard's death. Liara got her piece from Shepard's body when the body was still fresh when she was in the process of giving it to Cerberus. Legion used what he found for repairs. I don't find anything wrong with that. My Shepard was in the process of getting to know and understand Legion. I always headcanon my Shepards not caring about it. The armor shrine in Liara's apartment was weird and off putting.

I understand that Garrus and Shepard are best friends or a couple, but the line "There is no Shepard without Vakarian" is a bit funny since Liara is the one responsible for Shepard's resurrection If she hadn't gotten the body, there would be no Shepard.

I understand the sentiment behind the line, and it's so sweet (especially when you've romanced him). Also, I'm not sure if it's only DLC that reveals Liara rescued Shepards body, so it may not have been known in the original game play. But still kinda funny.

I was thinking about it, and I realized Lair of the Shadow Broker has no roleplaying elements. You get no choice like trying to Warn the Batarians or Calling the Normandy in The Arrival, or the decision on what to do with David in Project Overlord. I think it would have been cool to have to choose between saving Feron or saving extremely important intel, possibly intel on the Collectors or the Reapers.

You ever find it funny how Jack came up with her own name (Jacqueline/Jack Nought) and it happened to be the same first name as the Illusive Man? Subject 0 uses Jack as a mask and false identity, whereas The Illusive Man's true identity is Jack Harper.

Oh also I am playing the Mass Effect Trilogy on Xbox 360, and with minimum DLC. So I have no idea who the hell Kasumi or Zaeed are.

Should I spend money upgrading to new hardware to play a new version of this that has all the DLC with it?

Maybe. But also this thing is 2011 nostalgia for me now, so...

Please tell me how missing them makes the trilogy unplayable.
