Regrann from @legionmmaaz - Professor @danielmadridmma and student/wife #BlueBelt @chuck.nora demonstrating a chain of attacks from the seated #Guard position. They start off with a straight ankle lock and then transition to a heel hook while attempting to slide into the saddle position. While missing the first two attacks, they roll over their should going to the #KneeBar and then transitioning to the #CalfSplicer. This is a fun little eternity flow drill that I came up with. The flow starts with a full guard break, opponent scissor sweeps, I go into a straight ankle lock set up, when opponent stands to defend the ankle, I move from single leg X to full X Guard right into a XG Sweep to end up back on top and start again.
