They just repaved the streets by my house, so you know what that means....fresh concrete to skate on! My inner child is so giddy, and my current self is pretty proud I'm holding up just fine both in my skating and also my health. Combining something you love that's fun and good for your body is the ultimate way to keep your whole health in check.β β Another way I'm keeping my body in check is by making sure my gut health is on point. It's crazy how you get older, things aren't the same, so ensuring I get probiotics is key.
